It took Andre 10 months to come back and install a shut off valve he had promised last May. He also said he would send me some information about our unit three weeks ago but I went ahead and hired someone else to replace our unit. It was a blessing in disguise though because now we have a true professional who is timely and honest.

We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Came out on a Sunday, even though the business was closed. Fixed up my fridge for super cheap, even offered up places to buy a newer appliance for when this manufacturer defect requires us to replace the fridge. Kind man, would definitely hire again.

If I could give this company 10 stars I  would!! My home warranty company sent out Carlos, owner of ADEX heating and cooling. I had no heating in the middle of this cold wave. He rearranged  his schedule so he could fit me in a day earlier.  He came to my home in the evening after he had been all the way in Mesa, I'm in north Phoenix. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He got my heat on quickly. The specifications sticker on my unit was faded so he called the manufacturer the next day to get more information if needed. He was thorough and didn't try to upsell me on other services. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling repair. Bonus points: he answers his phone when you call!!

Our AC Air intake was not functioning. I installed a new Thermostat and a new Capacitor, but no luck. Having reached my limit on my HVAC skills, I messaged Arizona Colling Co that night, They scheduled an appointment for the next day. This surprised me as I am way out in AZ City.

Ben Sandoval showed up on time and immediately got to work on the diagnosis. He presented me with a full explanation of the issue and a more than fair price. I accepted. 40 minutes later, we were nice and cool.

I recommend this company and Ben specifically, as he went the extra mile to make my family happy and cool, even though he stayed well past dinner time to do so. Thanks, Ben! I will be calling you when we need a new full unit!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. Bruce came out and helped us with our washing machine repair. He is very personable and I felt comfortable with him. He got our washer fixed! I also received emails along the way about arrival and such. I felt very cared for.

I called Convenient Home Services to have a tune up on my AC units last summer. The customer service rep was very courteous and helpful, and that is probably the only reason why I would give this company even two stars.

The HVAC techs came out promptly at the time that were scheduled, but when I explained to them what was going on, they immediately said that it was likely I needed to replace the units. This is before they had even looked at the units! The lead tech then proceeded to be very pushy and  continually suggested to me how it wasn't even worth replacing and they should just install new units. Keep in mind the house is only about 10 years old, not brand new units by any measure, but not on their last legs either.

The units were low on freon, and I told the tech to put three pounds in each unit. After agreeing to this and receiving the final invoice, the tech put four pounds in each unit, stating, Three pounds would not have done anything. This led to an additional $290 I was invoiced for that I had not authorized.

Overall, I would suggest for you to spend your money elsewhere.

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

The ac in my new construction home in Casa Grande was not blowing any air. I felt that it had to be an issue with the thermostat so I reset it several times and tried to redo the settings. But it was not blowing any air after 2 hours of many resets and swearing in 99 degrees in my living room.

I called Mark and they were able to fix it. They said the thermostat was installed incorrectly and there were other issues with the wiring. Mark said he will have a technician fix one my dripping pans in my home in Phoenix. My Scottsdale AC guy didn't even want to try to fix it and he lives down the street from me.

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

Had a great experience with A.C. Infantry today! If you're looking to have an AC check up, Dacoda is your guy. Responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using AC Infantry for future maintenance calls and/or repairs. I know when my unit needs replacing in a few years, I won't look anywhere else! Highly recommend.

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

I used pro Solutions again and the service was great.  I was first on the list for the day which was nice cause it gave me the rest of the day to enjoy my self. The tech was very thorough. He covered everything.

Robert was great!!! We have tenants in our house and the Air Conditioning broke right in the middle of the 120 degree heatwave. Robert worked with our home warranty company and had the A/C fixed promptly. He was on the job within an hour. Great customer service and we will definitely be using him again.

If you dont have to go through Chas Roberts, don't! We have a brand new house, built in April 2021. Our heat was not working so we contacted our builder. They came out and it was an issue they could not fix, so they contacted Chas Roberts. A technician came out on January 3rd. He was at our house for a couple of hours. He was able to fix the problem. I could hear the heat go on. Yay! But wait... He said he was going to check the vents and the wiring. While checking the wiring he broke the zone board!!  Accidents happen, I know he did not mean to do it, but now the heating nor cooling works in our house. He said he put in a rush order for a replacement part and assured me someone will be out shortly to replace the zone board.
I assumed they (someone from Chas Roberts) would be contacting me the next day. I assumed incorrectly. I had to contact them only to find out there was not a rush order and there was no eta for the part (zone board). They said they would call me when the part came in. I had to call again on Jan. 13th because I had not heard from Anyone from Chas Roberts. The lady said they expect the part the first week of February. They again said they would call me. Well, they called me a few times the last week of January. The reps said the eta for the part is February 7th. So, on February 7th I waited for a call from Chas Roberts, they did not call. So, at Noon I called them. I was told There is not a new eta for the part, so that's a good thing. Shipments come in throughout the afternoon. I asked if someone would be calling me or would I have to call back again? She said someone would call. I let her know my frustrations, it was near freezing temps last week and the house is freezing at night and in the mornings. She kept saying she understands, but there was No sense of urgency, no apologies.
I waited all day/night for a call from Chas Roberts... NO one called me! I contacted our builder this morning (Jan. 8th) to let them know what is still going on. They contacted Chas Roberts for me and was told the part is not in and there is no eta! Unacceptable! There are Numerous new builds in Arizona... you mean to tell me they cannot take a zone board from another house and replace ours?! I know there are shortages everywhere but I know there are ways to get tasks accomplished too.
I feel the only way to get things done now is to take to social media. I hope this does not happen to anyone else!
