Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

I called to have them install my friends nest thermostat. I knew there was a possibility of needing to wire run and didn't know the price. I called another place and they wanted to charge just to come down take a look to give me a quote and then apply that as a credit to the final bill and these guy didn't. I saw their ratings and reviews here so gave them a chance.

Here are the things I liked:
-Spoke with me on the phone and was honest about the cost and repair scenario from easiest to worst
-He offered to stay and fully program the thermostat and even tho I thought it wasn't necessary
-Quoted price was higher than we talked about but he found a way to make it work
-Without being pushy he politely and informatively made me aware of the age and potential issues of the current ac unit
-I asked about repair to replacement scenarios and he fully broke it down from a general cost and timeline perspective.  

I feel pretty comfortable with the experience. I have been looking for a trustworthy ac tech and I hope this is it.

Andre was the third (out of four) companies I had come out and inspect my broken AC. He came out on a Sunday and seemed to go above and beyond the others in terms of explaining the problem, providing possible solutions and ultimately his reasonable price. He and his crew did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him for all AC services.

The last month has been let down after let from different contractors and Refridgeration guys promising to be here and complete the work, so I wasn't really expecting anything different from these guys. I WAS WRONG!!!!
I called them late yesterday afternoon and was told they would meet me at my shop between 7am and 7:30 am depending on traffic ( I was thinking here we go again another no show).
How wrong was I ??? The guys showed up on time, completed the work on my refrigerated display unit, cleaned up and the price was very fair.
You maybe thinking to yourself well there just doing their job
Believe me its hard to find people who show up on time, get the job done and they don't rip you off. I will definitely be call Hope Refridgeration again for all my electrical and Refridgeration needs.

Came out, check my washer & dryer and said he would order parts and be back in a week. It's been 2 months and no response from text, or phone.  Ugh

If I could give this company 10 stars I  would!! My home warranty company sent out Carlos, owner of ADEX heating and cooling. I had no heating in the middle of this cold wave. He rearranged  his schedule so he could fit me in a day earlier.  He came to my home in the evening after he had been all the way in Mesa, I'm in north Phoenix. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He got my heat on quickly. The specifications sticker on my unit was faded so he called the manufacturer the next day to get more information if needed. He was thorough and didn't try to upsell me on other services. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling repair. Bonus points: he answers his phone when you call!!

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Wow! Michael was on-time, so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. I will definitely hire him again in the future for our business.

Jeremy has visited our house twice and really helped us out. First time was our washer and dryer, fixed everything no problem. Second time was also for the dryer so he came out for free, figured out the problem and referred me to a company that could fix the issue. He also unclogged our garbage disposal while he was here, for free because of how easy it was. Once you've had the pleasure of working with Honest Appliances, you'll never need to call another company again. I would refer them to anyone having appliance issues because of how nice they are, how quick they are and how honest they are. Thanks again Jeremy, you're awesome!

James and Tyler came all the way from Phoenix into Mesa to help my air conditioning  needs. My commercial building needed an AC inspection for an annual review. These guys took their time, they've been here for an hour and a 1/2 . They documented everything with lots of photos . I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit. I had no idea my air conditioning, coils , condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition.  The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill.

I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews.

My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient.

Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. I love that dare not trying to show me or sell me something without documented proof. That makes my day.

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

I had a warranty issue which was more of a manufacturer issue....112 degrees and they definitely are getting tons of calls, no problem as Mark & Brett were on the issue in less than 12 hours. I can't say enough about these guys and their responsiveness. They are first class and treat your call as it's the most important request they have. You can't go wrong with Mark of Excellence!

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

My experience with this company was above and beyond. Their pricing is great, and the products are excellent. I am happy we chose to work with A.C. Infantry out of all the companies we spoke with. Dacoda and his team are not only professional and knowledgeable, but they get the job done right the first time. I would highly recommend this business because of their prompt communication and honest diagnosis and recommendations. Also, because this company is local, I don't have to schedule too far out in advance when something needs repairs or maintenance.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

We had Pro Solutions Air install a new unit and clean/seal the ducts.  Appreciated dealing directly with the owner.  They won our business, after comparing three competitive quotes, on price and on-going service.  The team was prompt and the work was completed, as contracted, in a reasonable time.  Also appreciated that the owner checked progress on the job.

I had Meadow Air replace both the a/c units at my house this past weekend. I worked with Rob and he was so patient with me and always answered all of my questions. We were given a great price on the units; much better than others with less comparable equipment. The Techs who performed the installation (5 of them) were extremely professional and you'd never even know they did any work inside and outside the house. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know in the market for new a/c units or service!

Arrived on time and was very detailed in his work. My guy was Hugo and he was very professional. He explained what he was doing and why. He tested the heat pumps and all the units in the house. I've had mixed experience with Chas Roberts but today's was excellent. I think the quality of work is highly dependent upon who they send. If you get an inexperienced person who doesn't care you get poor service. When you call ask for Hugo.
