Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

Chris came out to clean and sanitize our air ducts. He did a great job. He was professional, punctual, and friendly. Our house smells better. The price was very reasonable as well. I believe this company lives up to their name--Honest. I wish more companies would do business as professionally and customer oriented as this one. I don't write many reviews, but I felt they warranted an excellent review. You won't be disappointed if you hire them! Keep up the great work!

It took Andre 10 months to come back and install a shut off valve he had promised last May. He also said he would send me some information about our unit three weeks ago but I went ahead and hired someone else to replace our unit. It was a blessing in disguise though because now we have a true professional who is timely and honest.

We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

I wish all repairs could go this smoothly! I requested a quote through Yelp on Saturday and Hew's air and appliance repair was the first to respond with a quote. I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday with them online. Kirk came out on time, and was able to repair my washer and dryer the same day. The prices are very fair! I highly recommend this company, and will definitely do business with them in the future!

If I could give this company 10 stars I  would!! My home warranty company sent out Carlos, owner of ADEX heating and cooling. I had no heating in the middle of this cold wave. He rearranged  his schedule so he could fit me in a day earlier.  He came to my home in the evening after he had been all the way in Mesa, I'm in north Phoenix. He was courteous, professional and friendly. He got my heat on quickly. The specifications sticker on my unit was faded so he called the manufacturer the next day to get more information if needed. He was thorough and didn't try to upsell me on other services. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing heating or cooling repair. Bonus points: he answers his phone when you call!!

I had my AC go out after hours on a Saturday with outdoor temp on 103 and was doubtful I'd be able to get service until the next day or Monday. I called McLaughlin Air and Bruce, the owner himself,showed up at my door in under 45 minutes and completed my repair about an hour later.  I expected to see a surcharge for after hours and weekend rates etc but was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no additional charge for time or travel. Super professional work and a very nice guy on top of that. Warrantied equipment and workmanship at a price that was more than fair. If you're in Maricopa and looking for AC repair or installation you can stop searching and give Bruce a call. Highly recommended!

Our furnace crap out on worst possible time, coolest day in January.
We call the Arizona Cooling company on 23th. Dave the owner come same day few hours later. Albrough, we have to wait for part almost a week
Jeremy come to instal it. He was on time, very polite. Pleasure to deal with him!  
We are very impress with Company, their customer service, punctuality and over all carness in response!.

We sign the contract for a year for coming inspection on our air Condition.
Definitely they are a keepers!!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

Jeremy was awesome!  Fixed my dishwasher then my refrigerator which I hadn't even called about!  Came out next day!  Great guy, family owned and operated business... if you need something done, CALL THEM!

Quit looking at other companies and hire these guys!  I've never found a more professional, customer -oriented , competent company than CHS. In only two days they  completed all the duct work and installed the air conditioner.  They left the house in immaculate condition and followed up to make sure  that we were 100% satisfied with their work. (Because they are certified by SRP, I never doubted that the work would be top-notch). I did a lot of lresearch before deciding to hire them.  With all sincerity, I can say that I feel very lucky that I found them.

If it wasn't for these guys me and my family would've been living in a hotel for a week! Thank you so much for the fast response and reasonable price!

I had a warranty issue which was more of a manufacturer issue....112 degrees and they definitely are getting tons of calls, no problem as Mark & Brett were on the issue in less than 12 hours. I can't say enough about these guys and their responsiveness. They are first class and treat your call as it's the most important request they have. You can't go wrong with Mark of Excellence!

TruTek has helped out twice now to address air conditioning unit problems, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for their response time and their value. This isn't another sales based company or business looking to increase their profit by recommending unnecessary stuff. Their owner Ron has been very honest and helpful and I have been happy to recommend him to others. He's treated them well with a quick response time and great pricing. I've learned my lesson and recommend others to reach out to this company even to do a check up and clean on your system to avoid issues!

Had a great experience with A.C. Infantry today! If you're looking to have an AC check up, Dacoda is your guy. Responsive, professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using AC Infantry for future maintenance calls and/or repairs. I know when my unit needs replacing in a few years, I won't look anywhere else! Highly recommend.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Their service was horrible. The worst I have ever been associated with. Completely incompetent and over priced. I would never recommend this joke of a business.

I had Meadow Air replace both the a/c units at my house this past weekend. I worked with Rob and he was so patient with me and always answered all of my questions. We were given a great price on the units; much better than others with less comparable equipment. The Techs who performed the installation (5 of them) were extremely professional and you'd never even know they did any work inside and outside the house. I will highly recommend your company to anyone I know in the market for new a/c units or service!

I've used Chas Roberts for many years. I was so disappointed when I called to cancel a service call as our A/C had just blown a breaker and was working fine after turning it back on. The representative on the phone had a major attitude problem. She actually tried to convince me they should still come out between 7-midnight btw. She said and I quote Air conditioners just don't fix themselves I was really taken aback by that comment. We pay to be on their twice year maintenance plan. Problem there is every single time they spend more time trying to upgrade your service plan then actually working on your system. I just find that to be a poor business practice. If I say I'm not interested it should stop there.
