I had an excellent over all experience with this company. The job was fairly big.  Dan came out the first time to measure things and give me an estimate. He came back a second time with has master craftsman to look everything over again and fine tune the measurements. That planning made the process much better because we ironed most issues ahead of time. I also worked through all the wood type, style, stain colors, gloss and trim with Dan. The crew were very nice and professional and they did a fabulous job. They paid attention to detail and the finished product exceeded my expectations(which were high). The job is messy but they cleaned up very well. I couldn't even tell they had been working in the garage for 4 days. I felt the pricing was fair particularly for the quality of the product and the service that was provided. I would 100% recommend this company!

From the moment, I walked into their store to the finished product I was beyond satisfied and very Happy  with the customer service, the design to the finished cabinets! They turned out beautiful! I had an amazing experience! Roberto helped me design, my salon, suite! It turned out gorgeous! I get compliments daily! When talking to the owner, Jeff, on the phone, he was very thorough in answering my questions. He then came in person to give us an estimate. What impressed my husband and I most, besides the obvious beautiful transformation, was that this company has a written contract, so your estimate is locked in; and that when an appointment is made with Grapevine Cabinets, you can count on them being there. They also guarantee their work. All of the things I worried about ... like corners showing the old finish, or that the finish wouldn't cover the same everywhere,  completely disappeared when I saw the finished product. We have received compliments from our friends,  saying that the cabinets look new,  and the realtor who sold us our home said this increased the home's value exponentially. The decision to resurface the existing kitchen cabinetry, and to use Grapevine Cabinets was the right one. I also learned they transform bathroom cabinetry... of course this company is the only one I will use for resurfacing. The original finish was dark and dated... the white, bright after kitchen is why I'd give them ten stars!

Wow, this place is the best! Found them through a request on Yelp for someone to help with a built in hamper for a recently built closet. Jennifer (owner) emailed me on a weekend and had Blake call me the next Monday. He had Brett come out to measure and just today he came back and installed it- just in time for my painters to prime and paint it. (I asked for it unfinished) It looks amazing, and the quality is perfect. Everyone was so nice to work with and I am so grateful for the beautiful hamper. It really finishes my closet!

They have no customer service. They said they called and emailed. I have email confirmations confirming the day we were scheduled for install. I have emails confirming they ordered the product. I called them when they were 3 hours late and they said that I hadnt paid them in time and they still hadnt ordered my product.  Well I have the confirmation emails. And I paid last week. I asked when they were going to be able to install and they pushed me back to next week. They were also scheduled to do my business floor next week. I asked for a discount for lost time they cost me and they said I could just go ahead and cancel. So I1 agreed to just do that. They put me on hold and Danny the owner picks up the phone and proceeds to berate me and say I was jerking him around. Ive responded to every email and pre paid by almost a week and Im the one jerking him around. What a baby.

I recently purchased cabinets from Cabinets 4 Less.  I am very pleased with my purchase and they look very nice.  I had a good experience with this process, beginning and ending with Beth. She was extremely helpful in planning and designing and made helpful suggestions and recommendations about things I hadn't even considered. The cabinets are made quickly so there is no long wait. And their recommendation for installation was excellent.  Cabinets arrived on time.  There were a couple of small glitches but those were easily worked out to everyone's satisfaction. It was a very smooth process.  I would highly recommend Cabinets 4 Less to anyone who is considering new cabinets and wants nice cabinets at a reasonable price.

Chris did a beautiful job designing our custom cabinets for us. With his help and design we were able to knock down a useless space  and totally transform our kitchen area ! He was very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

They exceeded my expectations on the new kitchen cabinets. Good value for my money, easy to work with, and was completed in a timely manner. Pleased with the process and final end result.

These cabinets are solid. You have many many selections to choose from, different colors and styles. They will custom design whatever area you're looking for. They are made with solid wood, soft closing, don't waste your time with IKEA or a lesser grade.

My wife and I are expecting twins in the coming weeks and couldn't find someone to help us with our closet remodel. Mike from AZ Woodworks came to the rescue! He built us an amazing, and incredibly quality closet system. The best part about Mike was his communication. He was attentive, responsive and came through on everything that we discussed, including the install date he promised. Additionally, Mike fixed a few other issues after spending almost six hours on installing the project he was hired for. I would highly recommend AZ Woodworks for any project.

David is literally a rock star! He brought all his knowledge, listened to our needs, guided us through the stone selection process, measured everything twice, picked up and prepared the material, showed up on time, and wow, what a great installation in our kitchen and bathrooms. I cannot say enough great things about this company, Organized by Design.  My husband set up an appointment with Chad Turnwald, who came out on time on the scheduled date.  He is very professional, courteous, patient, and friendly.  After getting the measurements of the closet and an idea of what I wanted, he put in all on his laptop computer. As we talked and looked at the design, I got some ideas & suggestions from him and within a few minutes, he made the desired changes on his computer!  I really enjoyed working with him.  We set a tentative date for install in January, and I thought of some other questions. So I called and we talked about a couple other changes. He then emailed me the new plan. Two days before installation day, Chad called to firm up the arrival time that was convenient for us. He also had Kathryn bring out two rolling wardrobe racks to use for unloading our clothes. This was extremely helpful and we got to keep it a few days after the installation. On the scheduled day, Chad came with Mike, his installer, to get started with the demolition of the closet. The majority of the closet was completed that day, and the remainder only took 2 hours the next morning. Mike did an excellent job on the install. Chad even put up my husband's homemade hat rack high up on the wall to help us out. The quality of the closet is fantastic and drawers are dove tail construction with full extension! Thank you Chad, Mike & Kathryn for all of your fantastic work on this project. WE LOVE IT!

All I needed was a replacement piece to the back of one of my kitchen drawers. I had gone to lowes, Home Depot, etc. no one would help. My kitchen drawer front broke off, and I needed the back piece of wood with a router cut in it. I found Arizona Custom Cabinets via search near me. I went there and explained my issue, and showed the gentleman who helped me the piece of broken wood. He said oh yeah let me look in back. 5 minutes later he returns with a freshly cut (exactly measured) piece of wood to replace my broken piece. You've saved me! How much do I owe? The gentleman says 10 dollars. All I had were credit cards so he says I don't deal with cards just bring it by next time your around. Seriously? What excellent, immediate customer service!! I drove to the nearest atm and returned with $20. He wanted to give me change and I said no, an extra $10 is the least I could do for his professional, immediate, courteous help.

I don't need new cabinets, I just needed the one piece and they saved me! I do know if I need any type of cabinetry work done in the future I will go to Arizona Custom Cabinets! Sir, if you read this, thank you again!

Nothing but good things to say!!! They beat the competitors pricing, worked with my time frame & the product quality is impressive! Kevin came to take measurements & helped me configure the kitchen the best way for my space & budget. There was no pressure from them and all the contractors were friendly.

My boyfriend and I came here because we need a new bathroom vanity due to a flood. Upon walking in we were barley greeted with a shameful hello. There were three men all sitting at computers, not one of them got up or asked us what we were looking for. After walking around the small show room we were asked if we needed anything at which point I asked if they had any thing l could look at for bathroom cabinets. The man that stayed seated pointed to one wall with doors and pointed to the other side of the room and said those were the doors with raised panels and said nothing else. I decided I would leave since customer service doesn't seem to be a priority at this business. Would never step foot in this place again. I would rather overspend at Home depot or Lowes than give this place my money or business.

I ordered my kitchen cabinets through Diamond Kitchen with Karynn sale rep and everything went really well.  Installation was superb, our installer Kevin did a fantastic job.  What a great installer to work with.  Very nice, polite and courteous.  We found out Karynn left and Randy took over.  Randy was very helpful with scheduling and getting the project moving along for us.  Today we found out a piece of trim was sent in a different color.  So they will reorder that part and hopefully everything will be completed very soon.

Just finished installing our new kitchen cabinets from Premium Wholesale Cabinets.  Love them!  Excellent customer service, great installation.  Good price.  Eric Skinner planned a wonderful, efficient, beautiful kitchen.  Thanks.

My wife and I went in and put together a list of items to be quoted with James. We were told we would have the estimate the following day by phone call and by email. Didn't receive a phone call until I called late the following day and never received an email. Called back to start the order process and give them the down payment and I was told by James that he was with another customer and would call back later. Never received a call back so I could get my cabinet built so I guess they don't want our business. By the way I was working with James at the 5710 W. Bell store.
Evidently they are too busy to work with me. I realize that my order was only for one vanity but a little courtesy would have been appreciated.

Customer service is absolutely terrible and promises made are forgotten.
