Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

I hired HM Flooring after meeting with several flooring contractors and was not disappointed. The quality of the LVP and carpet I selected from their large selection is top-notch. The installation crew was on time, hard-working and very pleasant. They cleaned up every day and moved all my furniture before and after. Alicia and Jose in the office went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner, and both were quite patient with me and my million questions. I couldn't be happier with the finished product; the floors are absolutely beautiful!!

I bought $9k worth of engineered flooring from Mitch in early 2016. It took me over a month to find just the right color and texture.
 My husband and i didnt live at the house at the time. I was not told to check to be sure they had ordered the correct flooring so when it arrived we had it installed.  Only to find out after the install that it was completely different.
Mitch didnt offer any explanation and told us that its not his issue once its been installed. Im so disgusted. The rest of my flooring needs will NOT be purchased through Mitch @ Bram Flooring    BEWARE!!!!!!

Your rep NEVER contacted us! The amount you charge for install was well over the going rate. If that meant getting the flooring we ordered, then thats a high price to pay. It sounds to me that if Bram flooring doesn't get the entire job then customers are SOL. When we ordered the flooring we were never told to be sure and check it against the sample we made our choice from. It was under my understanding that paying Bram flooring that follow through would be their job. They are a business and should take their own advice on quality control and verification of product. We feel we should receive some sort of refund do to Brams mistake.

Cosmo was a life saver. A recent home purchase in Scottsdale required new flooring and as a recent transplant from the Midwest, I didn't have a good "flooring guy", but not any longer! Cosmo was patient and guided me through the numerous options available at his store. It was a great experience that was executed as promised and his pricing was great! I couldn't recommend Cosmo and Paradise Tile any higher!

The material that they used to fix the cracks can easily be seen through the final top coat. They should have repaired the surface, used a primer and then coated. PLUS they were $200 more than the competition. At nearly $2000 for a 2 car garage I could have done a better job with a Home Depot or Lowes kit for 1/4 the price.

Beck's flooring installed our wood looking tile and did a fantastic job!  We're not done restoring our home so we'll be using them many more times for the kitchen, bathrooms, and fireplace tile. The installers were very  professional and worked fast to finish in a timely mannor. Highly recommend them.

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

We found Floor Source through our Costco membership. The sales team reached out to us right away and scheduled an appointment within a few days. Jarod was friendly and knowledgeable. We felt the price was fair and placed our order. The carpet we chose arrived within two weeks and Jade in the office called to schedule our installation. The two gentlemen that arrived to install our carpet got to work quickly and were out in a few hours. The new carpet looks great and the padding Jarod suggested is perfect!

Mike was AMAZING. Our project took a couple days and Mike was always on time and followed through with everything. He was very precise with his cuts and did the job properly. Our patio came out amazing and we will be using him in the future when we retile our entire house.

Seamus, the owner did a fantastic job restoring the granite countertops in our kitchen.  He repaired, condition/polished and sealed the counters as well as the granite on the backsplash and it looks like new.  He was also prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgable and his prices were fair.  We plan to use him again for granite in other areas of the home and would highly recommend him.

I had put off replacing the tile in my house for years because I couldn't overcome the thought of the mess & how filthy everything would end up having the tile removed.   I can say I'm literally shocked at how my home looked afterwards.  There was SO LITTLE dust, it was like I had my front door open a few hours.  They left the house very clean.  The staff was wonderful, kind, pleasant, in great moods!  I would hire them again & again & if I knew it would be this easy of a process to get my tile out I would of replaced my floors years ago!  Thank you so much for the great service!

They gave me an accurate quote online, showed up right on time, and completed the project faster than expected. I highly recommend this company, AND they were a dollar cheaper per square foot than any other company around.

We couldn't be happier! Efficient and quality work for much cheaper than what others quoted us. They did demolition of our old tile and put in vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire home. Eduardo let us know exactly how much to order and did all of the pick up. He didn't cut any corners and did the job right. We had an issue with unlevel foundation and he took the time to make sure it was perfect before moving forward. The crew showed up every day on time or early. On top of that, they were just really great guys. I'd definitely use them again.

Fantastic flooring company. I had five companies bid on our project and not only were they very competitive, they did not "nickel and dime" you. They removed the tile with minimal dust and installed the high quality plank flooring in no time. We will go back to Adriatic flooring when we do the rest of the house.

My garage floors were in poor condition and it seemed like getting them epoxied would be the easiest option, plus I liked the aesthetics. I didn't really have a lot of time to research products and techniques so I just ended up choosing a company that I though had fair prices and had good reviews. Well long story short I kept calling them and emailing them days before I was scheduled to try to change the service date and they never responded. I was so fed up with their lack of response that I decided to waste more time finding another company instead. I hopped on yelp to send out messages to different companies about my project and Eric (owner) from First Class Coatings was the first to respond to me. Within a few minutes we were on the phone discussing my project. He gave me a lot of insight into the products they used and their techniques, and I certainly appreciated his prompt response. I still decided to get a few more quotes from other reputable companies before jumping the gun since choosing hastily caused me problems in the first place. After talking to a few more companies and gathering more information, I decided to work with Eric since we had spoken about my small project several times on the phone already, and I could feel that he was sincere and knowledgeable. I finally felt like I was in good hands and didn't expect any issues with not being called back. His crew came out Monday morning and worked all day grinding and patching up my floors and stem walls. Before they left that day the first layers were down. The next day they came back and finished up the following layers, Eric was there to inspect and wrap up. We went with a full chip floor to hide some of the more egregious imperfections, and I am very happy with how they turned out. No one needs to know how bad they looked beforehand...no one... Overall I'm super glad to have found First Class Coatings and saved myself the headache of dealing with an inferior company who won't even respond. Any homeowner can attest that contracting work is time consuming and no one wants to deal with problems, let alone paying for those problems. I'll definitely use their company for the next house we buy if we stay in AZ. Just the time I save will be worth it. Eric has been doing this for a long time and it shows. But for the life of me I can't remember what it was called.

A few side notes and tips
1. the flakes end up everywhere, on lawns, landscape rocks, and inside cabinets even. Be ready to vacuum the insides of your cabinets.
2. make sure you talk through the process and details with the crew that comes out if they weren't the ones you talked to in the beginning. Things get lost in translation. A joint I didn't intend to have worked on got worked on, and the toe kicks on the cabinets I asked to be done weren't. It wasn't a big deal since they just did them at the end when I pointed it out. That's a lesson for me as well since I try not to hover when people are working.

When we hired this family-owned company by the owner, Alex Suarez, he showed his portfolio shows which were very impressive! We chose to recruit him and his crew to begin work with us in our master bathroom. He confirmed an appointment immediately and the next few days to launch working with us. Once they arrived here time, they had their own tools and equipment. They were very organized, good preparations, and knew what to do with the procedures from scratch to end. They showed very positive attitude, friendly, hard operating as a team. While they installed our own tiles, they made sure that we were satisfied with their performance. We are in love with this modern tile floor in the bathroom. They are quite talented and knowledge. Very details! They can do almost anything like shower tub, floor, tile wall, and so forth on. We saw their beautiful work from the previous clients on INSTAGRAM. We highly urge you to hire this company. You won't disappoint you take the decision.
