They helped me replace and install backsplash tile in my kitchen . Very responsive, well priced, and were very quick in getting the job done!

Mitch and his team did an exceptional job with our flooring project. He encouraged us to go with the longer tile and I didn't have the vision, but he was 100% right and the flooring turned out beautiful. We did the entire downstairs and now I'm itching to do the upstairs. I wouldn't use anyone else.

The team made quick work out of the project and unlike what I have seen with some of my neighbors that have used other vendors, the entire job was done in two weeks and looks fantastic.

My wife and I recently decided to renovate a property we own in Scottsdale. One of the first, and most important projects we needed to get done, was to install new flooring. The work would involve breaking up the existing tile flooring in part of the home, then bringing up the carpeting which  covered the remainder of the floor. And since we had already decided that the new flooring would be "luxury vinyl plank," the bare cement floor would require very careful "grading and grinding" to insure the new flooring would lay down consistently.

I confess, in my own naive way, I used to believe that most flooring companies were the same. Moreover, because of the Pandemic, lack of staffing, material shortages, and low inventories meant if you wanted new flooring, you were not going to get it anytime soon. That was my paradigm.
We "interviewed" a handful of local flooring companies, and they all seemed to offer approximately the same flooring products.

However, Paradise Tile & Natural Stone , Inc. was the only company represented by the owner, Cosimo Militello. Cosimo not only had a worthy selection of flooring options, they were one of the few companies that also supplied their own labor for installation. Other flooring companies either didn't offer installation, or, it was subcontracted out. And if you've ever experienced working with subcontracted work (we have) it's hit or miss. You either have a very good person who has pride in their work or you have a "mercenary type" that is strictly in it for the money and could care less if you're happy with their work.

Cosimo, with the help of his very knowledgeable son, guided us through the process of selecting the flooring, and once done, he explained the installation procedures to us in full detail. We agreed on a very reasonable price and then set a date for installation.

The work was completed on time, without a hitch. In fact, the workers did such a professional job I couldn't help but "tip" them at the end so they could enjoy a nice dinner somewhere. They didn't expect a tip. I wanted to do it.

Unlike other flooring companies, Cosimo runs a "family business." Can you say "Italian?" It's all very family friendly. Their business has grown not from clever advertising, but rather, from "word of mouth," positive referrals. And as a business person myself, happy customers who are referring a business will always take precedence over slick marketing, bonus coupons, or deceiving sales gimmicks.

And at the end of the project we were very pleased at the outcome. It could not have been done any better. So if you're looking for the " real deal" in flooring and installation, go no further than Paradise Tile & Natural Stone , Inc.

Quick Response applied epoxy on our garage floor and installed garage cabinets.  We had another quote which was less however, the response from out salesperson was honest, knowledgeable, informative and creative.  The other vendor only spoke to my husband, I'd ask the question he'd give husband the answer.  This is a red flag for me.  QR salesman as stated very customer oriented being very inclusive in our conversations.  The guys that came out and did the epoxy floors were excellent.  Not one mar or smudge or anything amiss.  And it's beautiful, sorry I didn't get the crews names.  Thomas came to install our cabinets.  Another purely professional person completing an excellent job, they also are beautiful.  In addition, Thomas kept apologizing for his accent (from Belgium).  He was so concerned we couldn't understand him and in my opinion he spoke English very well with a very slight accent.  Thank you Quick Response for an excellent job and hiring excellent people to work for you!!

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

I made a mistake and went to the address listed on the internet. I walked in the open door and was looked at like I was trespassing. Then they raised the voice and ask if I had an appointment. I said no and they said why are you here because nobody is supposed to come here. If they don't want anyone to come to there place of business they should remove their address from their websites.

Danny was a delight to work with. Made a place go from looking sad to a million bucks with a budget. He will address your needs of flooring and has great suggestions for materials and durability of flooring.

We would highly recommend this company.  The installation was perfect, Carl is a very experienced tile installer.

Floor Source is the way to go.  I embarked on a new floor installation which was my first time spearheading a renovation project.  I went the Costco route after seeing the promo in the store.  Once contacting Costco, the friendliest salesperson in the world, Jarod Alexander, contacted me from Floor Source.  Jarod came to the house and patiently worked with me while taking measurements, reviewing the several flooring options, making a final selection, discussing the install timing and schedule, reviewing all promotional items and  making sure all my questions were answered.  Jarod was TRULY PERFECT in providing customer service to me, especially for my first-time floor install.

Within two weeks after the sale was made, the Floor Source  office contacted me when the flooring materials were delivered to schedule the install which was estimated to take 5 days.  Luis and Luis performed the install. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!  These gentlemen arrived smiling and were timely, friendly, collaborative with the install and overall just wonderful.  The new floors were installed within 4.5 days, shorter than the original estimate, and look phenomenal  - base boards and all!  

The house is now gorgeous and has a whole new energy.  Thank you, Costco and Floor Source, for this wonderful installation.

Where do I begin to recommend this miracle worker named, Seamus. Aside from being professional, he is beyond a miracle worker. He took his time making it right (please see photos attached). He is worth every penny for sure. I am so glad to have found him here at Yelp! He comes in with all his tools and cleans up after it's all said and done. No dust left behind. Rich and his team did an excellent job with our tile removal project. The workers showed up on time and proceeded to complete the work as requested in a clean and timely manner. Afterwards there was follow up to ensure we were satisfied. Our floors were left in good clean condition for the tile installation project that followed. I highly recommend DustSharkz for anyone looking for dust free tile removal.

Matt came out and was very professional and gave a quality service at an amazing price. I had been quoted almost twice what we ended up paying Matt, and found it to be a bit extreme. Matt on the other hand was very reasonable and came in at the best price. The job was very well done I was very happy with his services he even did it in less time that was quoted and came in less than what was quoted because my concrete was soft and it didn't take too long. Which I found to be very honest. The job was very clean with no dust at all. After finding a crack when wanting to install tile this was a huge headache and such a stress for us. I contacted around 5 people that all gave me quotes, I am very happy we went with Matt on this one. Good communication through quotes here on yelp, should up on time for quote and job and was accommodating.

We used Gainey flooring for several projects and all was well until we had an issue with their work.   Post final payment, and our first time using our new shower we had issues with the plumbing.   Bruce was very helpful during install, however after install that was a different story.   He does not warranty his work and his ego to accept that his workers made a mistake keeps him from giving good customer service.  We now are left with a plumbing issue and he has washed his hands because he knows that to fix the issue he will have to break behind the wall to fix their plumbing mistakes.   If you want someone to back their work do not use them!   I am filing a claim with BBB and also will get this reviewed and fixed and be pursuing legally to be reimbursed for their faulty work.  To say we are disappointed in the professionalism displayed is an understatement.  What a shame to work hard to get work done and people take advantage of you.

We needed flooring installed in our bedrooms. Eduardo was able to schedule us on short notice and get the work done quickly. They did a great job and left the place clean. Very good service and quality.

I Highly recommend this local service for new carpet. In a world where contractors never call you back and don't show up, this outfit was super nice to deal with altogether.

I can't even begin to say how happy I am with my new flooring. Denis and Igor did such an amazing job. I love how they had flooring available so I didn't have to go shopping for it. I highly recommend them!

I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic.
I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor.
Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples.
Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted.
I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it.

Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional.
It's no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying
down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint
or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen.

Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke
apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened.
He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty.

We couldn't be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. We highly recommend
them.

Alex and his crew did 2 bathrooms for us.  Main and Master.  Both turned out just beautiful (IMHO).  Alex communicated with me promptly throughout the entire process.  He showed up when he said he was going to and worked hard to get the job completed as promised.  I would recommend him and his crew to anyone!
