We are so happy with our new floors. They look great. It took about one week from the time we picked our flooring to completed installation. We were so pleased that they got it done so quickly. They broke our oven handle and gave us credit off the final payment with no argument. Eduardo, the salesman, was great to work with and very knowledgeable of the entire project. The installers are very hard workers and did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend them!!

Mitch was great and look forward to seeing him again when we need carpet put in. Mitch came out and looked at the office and told us the price. His crew showed up and did a fantastic job putting the stone vinyl floor down.

It's been 6 weeks since our new floor was installed and if I could give more stars, I would! Cosimo was extremely kind and professional from the moment we contacted him. He prides himself on great work and making customers happy and really goes the extra mile. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate that genuine touch. I left him a message with a concern on a Saturday night and he got back to me within 30 minutes, which I did not expect (he was out to dinner with his wife). Further, his workers are the best we've had yet. They were on time, left the place as clean as they could each night, and were respectful of our home. I did get bids from two other companies, but they couldn't beat the price and service I found here. We love our new floors and would use Paradise again in a heartbeat!

Everything worked out great.  The floor looks great and they did do it very fast.  If I am critical of anything, is that there communication could be better.  I had to call late afternoon before they were to arrive to see what time they were arriving and what had to be done.  I received a call around 6:30pm informing that the garage had to be cleared out and that they would arrive at 6am.  That did not work for me as my daughter sleeps right above the garage and there is a no work ordinance before 6:30am.  He gladly rescheduled me to later in the day.  I expressed my concern with late communication and he apologized.  In the big picture, the product and service was done very well and as advertised.

These guys did such a great job! I'm so pleased.  Guy and Mike were alwats on time, clean, efficient, friendly, hard working and most of all experienced. Will definitely call these guys again.

Recently discovered that our 2nd story terrace was badly rotted in the floor. Called a few contractors but many did not want to tackle this job involving installing a new subfloor.
Well Sammy from Floor Coverings Intl, did, and they did a great job! Put in 3/4" exterior plywood screwed & glued to the framework, then screwed and glued 1/2" backboard to that, then 2 coats of RedGuard, then thinset cement & beautiful tiles. We like the border tiles too!

This is a quality operation. Everything they did was high quality.
We are very happy now!

I can't express how grateful I am for Kris. She replied to my email very quickly and was at my house within just a couple hours. Professional, caring and overall a great person.

I am going through a complete kitchen remodel. I had all the previous ugly 90's tile removed and was ready for floor installation. It had been a month of no floors in my kitchen just unfinished concrete slab. I had purchased the same floor I have throughout my living space "GripStrip plank style vinyl flooring". You know the budget friendly cheap stuff from Home Depot. I thought hey it be easy. Well after some guy basically ripped me off and didn't complete the job I was beyond distraught. STAY AT HOME MOM with a very active 2.5 yr old and a mobile 7 month old I NEEDED floors ASAP.

KRIS came to the rescue. She could clearly see how in need I was for floors and wasn't about to let me install them myself (my last resort). This job was small but challenging and I got installer after installer declining the job because "they don't work with that floor". To say the least I was losing hope and then Kris came eased my nerves and GOT THE JOB DONE. Something I'd been trying to get completed for weeks. Kris worked her magic and found two great installers. They were at my house within a couple days and finished install in just a few hours!

If your looking for good quality work, a genuine person, honest, professional and veteran! Go with Kris. I know for fact when I'm ready for some great quality floors (real wood) I will be giving her a call. For now I will enjoy my newly installed kitchen floors and have a breath of relief that I can let my toddler run free around my house again.

I came to Floor Source because it is close to my house.  I wish I had looked for something further away. I wanted some carpet replaced in  my living room, with some tile that matched existing tile.

Pros - the lady who greeted me on the phone and when I walked in was professional, polite and helpful.  Danielle, I believe. The first appointment when the manager, Margie, came out was good.

Cons - everything else.  After Margie left, she ordered some tile based off of the builder's specs.  I never heard from her if the tiles were in and had to call her.  She scheduled an install for Monday & Tuesday before Thanksgiving, or so she told me.  I called her beforehand, to find out that she had a miscommunication (#1) with the installer and he could only come out Wed & Thu.  I asked her if he was going to install on Thanksgiving. She got someone to come out on Tues afternoon , but was flabbergasted when i said he had to be out by 5PM as I had a meeting, and was not comfortable with someone unknown in my house alone.

Then the day of the install.  The tile was not anywhere near close to the color of the existing tile.  Not her fault, but the installer had already torn out the existing carpet and broken a few of the tiles before we discovered this. I called Margie and she came out.  We ordered some tile and I paid a restocking fee for the previous order. Keep in mind that I have a concrete floor in my living room now and no furniture. I waited for  a call letting me know the tile was in, never got it, and had to call her.  She scheduled an install for Monday and Tuesday, but when i called to verify the Saturday before, she had not made the appointment claiming another miscommunication (#2).

I told her I was about to cancel the whole order and she got someone to install.  I will update this after the install...

Update: The install went well and I was very happy with the installer.  We made some decisions on-the-spot that I am very pleased with.  I upgraded from 1 to 2 stars based on the install.

Great company with high ethics and workmanship.  We have used them twice for our home and recommended them to others - always performs as expected!

Mike was AMAZING. Our project took a couple days and Mike was always on time and followed through with everything. He was very precise with his cuts and did the job properly. Our patio came out amazing and we will be using him in the future when we retile our entire house.

Where do I begin to recommend this miracle worker named, Seamus. Aside from being professional, he is beyond a miracle worker. He took his time making it right (please see photos attached). He is worth every penny for sure. I am so glad to have found him here at Yelp! He comes in with all his tools and cleans up after it's all said and done. No dust left behind. Seriously, Matt and his team did a phenomenal job removing old ceramic tile (1200 sq ft ). Not only did he give a great quote but as honest to tell me the sq footage was less than the original estimate ( 1260 ) and adjusted the final price. This company is in high demand and I can see why. Our installer even said how impressed he was with the demo. We were also impressed with the work ethic and their professionalism.

We had a great experience with Gainey, and Bruce.  The quote was accurate with nothing hidden and Bruce under promised and over delivered on time frame, which is rare. We knew our demo was going to be rough and he warned us the whole process could be up to ten days so the 5 days it actually took, minus a morning if finishing touches, was an awesome surprise. His guys were so meticulous which totally helped keep the dust to a  minimum and I can't find one flaw with their work. They weren't the lowest cost but far from the highest. And I really feel there is no way the job could have been done better. The communication was also great and that's super important. We would for sure use Gainey for anything we need, floor wise

We had a house full of tile removed as well as carpet in three bedrooms and had vinyl plank flooring installed. Eduardo, Miguel, Juan and the crew are awesome!! They are excellent communicators, trustworthy, kind, and our floors look amazing! We will definitely be using them when we get ready to remodel our master bathroom. Highly recommend.

We wouldn't go anywhere else to get carpets.  We were in a rush to get new carpets and Vicki was so personal and attentive to our needs.  We went in on a Tuesday and had carpets by Saturday.  She made us feel like we were part of the family.  I'd highly recommend coming here!
