Best Flooring Contractors in Arizona

I needed help with a small installation of indoor/outdoor carpet in my garage.  I already had the carpet special ordered from Home Depot to match an adjacent piece.  I tried a lot of places and none of them would do the work because they could not sell me the carpet and it was only 400 square feet.  I found HM Flooring Group on Yelp and gave them a call.  Eduardo not only accepted the job, he arranged to have his crew pick up the carpet from Home Depot for me.
His installation crew did an excellent job of preparing the surface and putting down the carpet (it had to be glued down in the garage).  It looks great and the service I received was outstanding.  I highly recommend giving them a try.

Thanks to Mitch and the great team at Bram Flooring!  This was my first experience in replacing flooring.  All I knew was I wanted the old carpet gone out of the only carpeted room in my condo.  

Mitch stopped by and completed a quote and provided samples of the wood flooring.  

They were great to work with. Customer service from everyone was outstanding.  The installers didn't waste any time getting the old carpet out and new wood flooring laid.  

WOW what a difference it makes in the room.

Quick Response applied epoxy on our garage floor and installed garage cabinets.  We had another quote which was less however, the response from out salesperson was honest, knowledgeable, informative and creative.  The other vendor only spoke to my husband, I'd ask the question he'd give husband the answer.  This is a red flag for me.  QR salesman as stated very customer oriented being very inclusive in our conversations.  The guys that came out and did the epoxy floors were excellent.  Not one mar or smudge or anything amiss.  And it's beautiful, sorry I didn't get the crews names.  Thomas came to install our cabinets.  Another purely professional person completing an excellent job, they also are beautiful.  In addition, Thomas kept apologizing for his accent (from Belgium).  He was so concerned we couldn't understand him and in my opinion he spoke English very well with a very slight accent.  Thank you Quick Response for an excellent job and hiring excellent people to work for you!!

I used Beck to install hard wood in the kids rooms. Dealt with the owners for the estimates and pricing. They were very transparent. The crew (Santiago) was extremely punctual and professional. The floors look great and everything went as planned. I would definitely refer them.

They worked hard to find exactly the right flooring we were looking for to replace carpet in 7 rooms in our house. Outstanding in every way!  Jarod is the best.  Got quotes from other places, but found exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price.  My place is fairly large so a big area to replace.  The crew moved the furniture and did the old carpet removal and installation of new padding and new carpet in about a day and a half.  They did a perfect job and I love it.  This is the best place in Phoenix!  Highly recommend them in every way!

Floor Source is the way to go.  I embarked on a new floor installation which was my first time spearheading a renovation project.  I went the Costco route after seeing the promo in the store.  Once contacting Costco, the friendliest salesperson in the world, Jarod Alexander, contacted me from Floor Source.  Jarod came to the house and patiently worked with me while taking measurements, reviewing the several flooring options, making a final selection, discussing the install timing and schedule, reviewing all promotional items and  making sure all my questions were answered.  Jarod was TRULY PERFECT in providing customer service to me, especially for my first-time floor install.

Within two weeks after the sale was made, the Floor Source  office contacted me when the flooring materials were delivered to schedule the install which was estimated to take 5 days.  Luis and Luis performed the install. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!  These gentlemen arrived smiling and were timely, friendly, collaborative with the install and overall just wonderful.  The new floors were installed within 4.5 days, shorter than the original estimate, and look phenomenal  - base boards and all!  

The house is now gorgeous and has a whole new energy.  Thank you, Costco and Floor Source, for this wonderful installation.

Seamus worked a miracle on my black quartz countertops! They came with a TON of hard water stains and I honestly didn't think they could be saved but they look brand new! Thank you Seamus!

I hired DustSharkz because of the high reviews here and they lived up to every positive review!  I am remodeling a home as a new single mom. Although I have been part of many remodels in my past I have always used a GC and have never hired my own trades. When I met Rich the first time I immediately felt like I could trust him. He made suggestions I had not thought of and helped me understand where I could save money and what could stay and what needed to go.  I hired him with no other quotes because of how much time he spent with me at our initial appointment. Rich called me the day before they were scheduled and advises they could start early.  Exciting to start on such a positive note. I was told it would take 5-7 days (they basically gutted the place and removed 2500 sq feet of Flagstone). They got done in 4 days!  I have never seen a more hard working crew with such attention to detail in my life!  I am very impressed with how clean it looks how little damage was done to the drywall. Rich and team just cut my drywall repair budget in half!!  I am beyond impressed with the company. Wish they did more cause I would hire them to do the whole house remodel if I could. If there were 1000 stars I would  give them here!

I can't recommend Matthew and his team enough! They showed up early and got right to work, and were finished within the quoted time! Super responsive and friendly as well. There was no mess made, and their work was flawless. I will definitely use them again for any future jobs!

We called Gainey to do a master bedroom for us and tie into the rest of the house tile. They got back to us immediately, had very fair pricing, and the work was really high quality. I would strongly recommend them for anyone who needs a medium to large job and Hugh quality work.

This is our third time using muletas flooring. Eduardo is extremely efficient and gets the job done well. He installed laminate floor tile in our 3k sqft duplex in less than two days. When we needed repair done he completed it in a matter of hours. Highly recommend him for laminate and tile work.

This is a small, family owned flooring business. I walked in at lunch with a sample of carpet I was trying to match for replacement of carpet in my home and Vikki presented the perfect option within minutes of my arrival. She measured the same afternoon and my carpet was replaced two days later - all in this very busy market. She was exceptionally helpful, communicative, responsive and the installers were punctual and no nonsense. I would use them again and highly recommend J &B.

PERFECTION is the word I can use to best describe the work and craftsmanship of Denis & Igor at Adriatic Flooring. My husband and I purchased a new build home and ripped out the entire flooring prior to moving in. Adriatic flooring completed over 2,500 square ft. of hard wood flooring throughout my home. This was the BEST experience we had throughout our new build project. My garage floors were in poor condition and it seemed like getting them epoxied would be the easiest option, plus I liked the aesthetics. I didn't really have a lot of time to research products and techniques so I just ended up choosing a company that I though had fair prices and had good reviews. Well long story short I kept calling them and emailing them days before I was scheduled to try to change the service date and they never responded. I was so fed up with their lack of response that I decided to waste more time finding another company instead. I hopped on yelp to send out messages to different companies about my project and Eric (owner) from First Class Coatings was the first to respond to me. Within a few minutes we were on the phone discussing my project. He gave me a lot of insight into the products they used and their techniques, and I certainly appreciated his prompt response. I still decided to get a few more quotes from other reputable companies before jumping the gun since choosing hastily caused me problems in the first place. After talking to a few more companies and gathering more information, I decided to work with Eric since we had spoken about my small project several times on the phone already, and I could feel that he was sincere and knowledgeable. I finally felt like I was in good hands and didn't expect any issues with not being called back. His crew came out Monday morning and worked all day grinding and patching up my floors and stem walls. Before they left that day the first layers were down. The next day they came back and finished up the following layers, Eric was there to inspect and wrap up. We went with a full chip floor to hide some of the more egregious imperfections, and I am very happy with how they turned out. No one needs to know how bad they looked beforehand...no one... Overall I'm super glad to have found First Class Coatings and saved myself the headache of dealing with an inferior company who won't even respond. Any homeowner can attest that contracting work is time consuming and no one wants to deal with problems, let alone paying for those problems. I'll definitely use their company for the next house we buy if we stay in AZ. Just the time I save will be worth it. Eric has been doing this for a long time and it shows. Take a look at my pictures at my awesome floors! before shot included. I loved the color, and it didn't turn out as busy as I thought it would be. But for the life of me I can't remember what it was called.

A few side notes and tips
1. the flakes end up everywhere, on lawns, landscape rocks, and inside cabinets even. Be ready to vacuum the insides of your cabinets.
2. make sure you talk through the process and details with the crew that comes out if they weren't the ones you talked to in the beginning. Things get lost in translation. A joint I didn't intend to have worked on got worked on, and the toe kicks on the cabinets I asked to be done weren't. It wasn't a big deal since they just did them at the end when I pointed it out. That's a lesson for me as well since I try not to hover when people are working.

Super responsible, great job, love the end result. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using him again soon.
