Had a great experience with Northern air. They came and worked with me on a project converting a garage in to a work space. Jason was super communicative. Gave me good info on the best path to take. Cody came out to so the install, he was also great, ran in to some unexpected challenges but handled it like a pro. Jason followed up after the job was complete to remind me that if I have any issues to reach out and they would take good care of the work and any issues that arose. Perfect customer service and you can see that as it's reflected in the ratings! Big respect for running your biz the way you do! 10/10

I was desperate to have someone come out today since our air conditioning was not working. As I was searching through Yelp I found several great companies with lots of stars. Comfort experts was able to come out today within hours of my request. Ryan was very professional and very knowledgeable and quite funny. I appreciated his honesty and his explanation of the current status of my air conditioner. I will definitely be using this company and will request Ryan in the future.

Had a my heater go out last week. Called up another place to get an estimate; that other company was quoting me an insane amount to replace a blower motor (about 2x what it should normally cost). In addition, he tried to sell me on getting a whole new system at an even more ridiculous marked up price. I did some research and knew around what motor replacement should cost, so we tried a few places but no one was willing to give us a comparable quote without an estimate (which they always charge anywhere from 40-90 dollars additional). My wife found Danny on yelp, and he was the only one willing to give us a quote over the phone for the repair we needed to have done, and it was in line with what we expected it to be.
He was able to make room the next day for us and gave us a pretty good quote for the repair work. He gave us a better explanation of the type of repair work we needed along with providing us with before and after pics of the repair work as well as the parts he added and replaced. (which was better than the estimate from the other place that i paid for). He did some complementary work such as cleaning the heating coils for us too.
All said, great service and would definitely recommend him. My experience with some other HVAC places has been really spotty, and some places will really try to price gouge you if you don't know what things normally cost. Finding someone trustworthy is important, and make sure you always do some research online of what the type of repair work you need costs, to see if the company you going with is honest.

I was in a bind since my AC took a crap. Got 3 estimates and didn't want to wait any longer because it was getting hot soon. Reliance had estimator Daniel come out same day with in the hour with his trainee. Took photos of everything and showed me with detail description what they will need to do. They didn't push me into buying the expensive units, just explaining the difference of all the Tranes they carried. The other estimates was Ruud and Goodman, very basic, and cost more. The other companies steered me away from Trane cause they said it's hard to get replacement parts. Daniel assured me he has warehouse stocked with replacement parts. 2 days later the crew arrived around 7:15 and finished by 2:30. They did a great job with install, clean up and orientation. Thank you Dalen and Michelle for taking care of me :)

Why does this always happen during the Summer months? I come home from work yesterday and notice that my house is hotter than outside! Good thing my house has 2 AC units(upstairs/downstairs), so I made an appointment for the next day for a repair tech.
I get a call from Jennifer that the tech will arrive between 10-3 and get another update that the tech is on the way. My tech , Ken, quickly finds the cause as a bad contactor, shows me the bad part (that has tons of filth on it) and replaces it. Ahhh..... cool ac again.
Accutemp will always be the best for me as not only are the office personnel and techs always courteous and friendly ( a lost art in 80% of business nowadays), but
their updates and prompt service has made me a customer for life. Gotta keep up on those Season maintenance to keep my outside units clean!

Both of our AC units were on their last leg, house is about 20yrs old. I got quotes from 5 different companies, many of which were much larger, lots of the larger ones sent out dedicated sales people which was kind of a red flag for me that they need to charge higher prices for all of their extra employees. I'm really glad that I found DeModica Air, Jon Jon came out the day after I called him, explained all of my options, including patching my existing units which he said he could get them to last probably another 3 years. But he recommended replacement and we are glad we went with his recommendation. He had both units replaced, along with the air handlers in just 2 days. I highly recommend giving them a shot, at least invite them to give you a quote.

A less than four year old condenser unit would not start up. Called Stay Cool and had an appointment window for 2-5 PM. At four pm i called to confirm and they said yes, but someone else was in front of me. 5:30 PM rolled around and no Stay Cool. No call, no nothing. Unreliable, unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Last month our a/c stopped working. We filed a claim with our home warranty company on a Saturday and I was so worried that we were going to be without a/c for several days. Being August, 8 months pregnant, and also having a 1 year old I was very concerned! My husband left a message on Sunday, and someone contacted him back letting him know they would be out early Monday. The communication was great and the tech who came had the part we needed on hand and fixed it right away. I was so thankful! Great customer service and no further problems, couldn't ask for better!

We were referred to Kevin through a friend that had recently used Quantum. He didn't disappoint! He took the time to go through all of our new AC unit options as well as the current available SRP rebates. His crew was on time and finished the job early. Kevin then took the time to walk us through how the new unit worked, the thermostat settings and how to apply for the rebate. Finding businesses that value their clients is unfortunately becoming more rare. I was blown away when I received a package in the mail from Kevin with all the rebate docs, envelopes prepared for mailing etc. He made the whole purchase process very easy and went the extra mile. in addition, he followed up a week after install to ensure everything was functioning properly and to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend Kevin with Quantum and I don't say that lightly.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Last Thursday at around 4:30pm when my wife got home she realized our upstairs AC wasn't blowing cold air.
We discussed for a moment waiting till I got home to take a look at it (since I do many of our home repairs myself) but quickly concluded that we should get a technician out to our house ASAP or we'd likely need to wait till the next morning. My wife called Canyon State a few minutes after I got off of the phone with her (maybe 4:45pm) and was pleased to learn that a technician would be out to our house (we live in Surprise) between 5 and 7 pm.
Astonishingly, the technician (Jake) knocked on the door shortly after 5pm!
He quickly determined that the problem was with the outdoor unit corresponding with the upstairs AC (a motor had failed, and the unit was evidently SUPER hot)
We approved the replacement for that motor, and by 6:10pm I was paying the bill for the completed repair (using a slick iPad app - which wasn't really a factor, but was cool to see how they were using modern technology to make transactions easier).
We had a cool upstairs by bedtime, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went.
If anything breaks again, I'll definitely be calling Canyon State (saved them to my phone as a contact :)
