Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

Appt. schedule quickly, which is a plus.  Rep. showed up on time and was very professional.  He actually listened to what I had to say with the issues I was having with my frig.  He made his recommendations and suggested I didn't need to replace parts Sears tech suggested.

Another rep. came out explaining what he was going to do and why.  My frig. is working fine to date.  All it needed was Freon.

This is one great contractor to have inspect, service or replace your system. The technicians were Honest, Truthful, and true to their word. I would call or hire nobody else in the Payson area. PLEASE Give them a chance to earn your trust in great local Ac/Heating Contractor, I recommend them 110%.

Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Our heating went out in the coldest part of the winter, and our house got down to just at 60 degrees. I found Wise Mechanical and sent them an email as it was late at night. Joe, the owner emailed me back first thing in the morning. Kevin came out and spent over 30 minutes just looking at the wiring, as I watched. Did all the testing and thought it was the board.

Joe and Kevin came out to install the board and found it was just a switch on the side that had been turned off from the previous AC company that came out this last summer. They charged me for their time, and I happily paid.

I am thrilled I have found my heating and A/C company, and will refer them to my neighbors and friends. Joe stands behind his work, and is a very ethical family man with a son in the same school as my son.

I highly recommend Wise Mechanical for anyone looking to get their heating or air conditioning fixed!

James came by in the middle of summer- at 330 pm ( heat of the day) and got up on our roof and did an amazing job cleaning the coils - inside and out, checked my system and said said everything was working perfectly. My services from 480 Mechanical went perfectly. Dominic was on time and thorough with his work to ensure that my AC would run COLD! I ran my AC for a while after the initial service, and had a different issue arise. Dominic was able to make time to check on the leak and fix that, too! Thank you so much for the prompt help! I highly recommend Comfort One Air Conditioning. I had trouble getting other companies to return my calls to schedule a yearly AC checkup. Comfort One returned my phone call right away and scheduling was easy.  The technician was polite, professional, and respectful.  Very pleased with them -  great customer service!

Saturday night (late) I was getting warm when I checked the thermostat to see if the central AC was on and yes it was, but it was blowing warm air. Oh no! So now my air conditioning decided the day it was 109 degrees to stop working

I called Sunday afternoon and spoke with Mark I  told him about the issue with my AC and he said the earliest he could get here was sometime Monday. I was fine with that even tough it was 98 degrees in the house. My wife and I were OK but a bit worried about our dogs and how they would take the heat.

Amy ( Marks wife called this morning to confirm that I would be home. Mark came around 12:10 asked a few questions, and went right to work. After diagnosing the problem, he came back, and told us what was wrong, what needed to be done, and the cost to have it repaired. I agreed to the repair. About 1 hour later he was done! I believe he was here for a total of thirty minutes and my central air conditioning unit is now working and blowing cold air. Happy dance!!!

He located, tested, and fixed the problem (Bad Capacitor) quickly and efficiently. I can sit back now and relax in my fully air-conditioned house and enjoy the cool air as I write this review.

I had an original separate company diagnose what was wrong with my ac it took them 3 visits before they told what was wrong with it and they charged almost triple the cost Overson did. he came over within 24 hours took a look and got me squared away. I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

We had a refrigerator water line leak. I messaged Sam and within 30mins he was at our home. He identified the problem and went to the hardware store to get replacement parts. He was in and out within a hour. Very professional and super nice. I highly recommend this company! Could not be happier.

Thank you Lee! In the heat of an Arizona summer our A/C is sending out warm air! We called Wickenburg Air Inc. and Lee showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the unit was up and running again. He repaired the thermostat and then he checked and tested the heat and air conditioning system. Lee also made sure we knew how to program the thermostat before he left. After a few days, he called us to ensure everything was still working correctly. We have referred Wickenburg Air Inc. to our friends. It was an excellent service and we can't say enough about the customer care. Lee was polite and professional, the prices were fair, the work was excellent. The only evidence of him ever being there was the lovely cool air flowing through the house. So if you need the best heating & cooling service, choose these guys!

We have used these guys a number of times. They always do their best to schedule you the same day and are always on time. Their work is always the best with no surprises and prices are never exorbitant.

I spoke to a friend of mine that also received a full replacement. He claims he received a starter on the outside AC unit with his replacement. Your rep that attended could not believe I didn't get one with the replacement install. I would like consideration for one.

Honestly, of all the various contractors we've worked with Brewer's has been the absolute best. We called them on a Friday afternoon when we noticed our AC starting to go out (we'd had a similar problem last summer and knew it was only going to get worse). They sent someone over that afternoon, even knowing that they might not have a ladder tall enough to reach the top of our two story townhouse available during that time. The tech they sent couldn't reach our AC that day but was still willing to take a look at the thermostat and start the process.

They got someone out first thing on the next available day, de-iced our AC, and then sat down with us (wearing masks) to explain options. Since we had already done repairs (and their price for the similar repair was pretty competitive, but still a lot for something we've been fixing every summer) we opted for a new unit. They took the time to explain every detail, SEER ratings, APS rebates, warranties, and answer all our questions. They even collaborated with our roofing company since we had already scheduled a re-coat and for the new AC they were going to have to cut away some of the foam.

Even though they warned us that due to high demand it could be a week before our new AC unit could be installed they were able to come out 4 days early, got it installed, tested, and set up the new thermostat. They ended up coming back out to quality check everything about a week later and answer questions, even threw in some air filters. Truly, from the initial call, to the sales rep, and the install team - these guys all communicated with one another about our concerns / were on the same page, were extremely knowledgeable, and showed up on-time and prepared.

Their warranty is pretty great, I know we'll see them again for the free tune-ups they offered because we got a new AC but even then, I recommend them. Genuinely a pleasure to work with.

Oh, and I almost forgot, when I followed up trying to get our new unit registered with Trane for the warranty it turns out they had already filed the paperwork on our behalf and submitted the APS rebate documents. Truly outstanding!

Not the family owned company they used to be I believe they have been bought out by Ace services I will be using a different company from now on, somebody local with an interest in giving good advice and service not turning the service call into a sales call!

I've just had a new HVAC system put in my house and I feel like I was treated fairly and honestly.  They arrived on time for both the estimate and the install and were knowledgable, friendly and did an excellent job.  I've used Discount Air Care in the past for maintenance calls at my rental property and my home and will continue to do so in the future.  I definitely recommend Mike, Konlin and their team.
