Worst customer service and installation!! Owner doesn't care about existing customers. Only looking for new victims to screw!! Call anyone else besides this company.

David and Donovan installed 11 windows on our home.  Great work,  professional,  and they cleaned up after the job was completed.

Mike came to look at the issues we have and is reordering us a new window. I asked that they have a different installer.  I will update

Fast, courteous,  very reasonably priced.  Did a great job replacing a large window pane and vanity mirror.. will definitely use Mark's services in the future.

From start to finish, K&J was the best in town.  Their staff extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable.  The provide a good quality window for the best prices in town, From sales to install I can't speak more highly of the service they provide.

I scheduled 3 companies for new windows installation.

One representative of a company had a great presentation, but after doing my homework, I realized he was a little deceiving on the information provided. The other representative didn't get our proposal until 2 weeks later. She forgot.

Ken from Imperial Windows came over and gave us a proposal to replace 1 sliding door and 6 windows. He was very knowledgably and gave us the proposal as promised the next day. We didn't feel that he was pushy or deceiving. He was very upfront.

The proposal did not have any hiding cost and it was what it was. The price was very competitive to other estimates.

Once the windows arrived, John the owner called me and worked around my schedule for installation. John the installer
(there are two Johns) came over with the crew and they did a very good job. They made the job look very easy, and that's when I know they know what they are doing.

We did have two small delays:
1- A window was mistakenly measured, so they had to reorder it and come back to install it. We are human and I understand.
2- A bathroom window was correctly measured, but it needed a little creativity to avoid the water from standing in between the window sill and the tile. This is an older home.

Outstanding response:
1 - Within a week or so, owner John called me and informed me the new window arrived and once again he worked around my schedule to complete the job. Of course, they was no extra fee.
2 - John the installer was very creative with the bathroom window. He did an amazing job! Very creative!

My opinion about Imperial Windows:
Upfront and honest.
Competitive pricing.
We got exactly what was proposed.
The job was so well done they made it look easy.
The crew cleaned up after the work was done.
Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
I never got any push back for the small delay.
Excellent customer service.

I would use Imperial Windows again if needed and I recommend them 100 percent.

very Happy with the service from Dunrite.  they were the first to respond to our request for quote to replace all of our windows and a sliding door, and when one of their competitors came in with a lower quote they immediately matched it.  There was no high pressure sales pitch like with every other company, and the sales rep, Sean, was very pleasant to have in our home, we felt like we had known him for years.  The work crew who installed the new windows and door were not only on time, but a few minutes early!  They started immediately and were done in record time.  They laid drop clothes out to keep any materials off of carpet and flooring, and they cleaned up behind themselves as each room was completed. After 6 months of remodeling and dealing with contractors, I cannot express how absolutely amazing it was to have the experience we did with Dunrite from start to finish. Thank you Dunrite, I will be sure to tell everyone how awesome you guys are!

Dwayne was very professional, friendly, and communicative. Very fair rates and a great job in replacing a broken window that we had.

Loved that they replaced my glass door fast. Out of lot of places that I called they were the only ones to be able to come out for measurements very next day and replaced my glass within the 4th day. Most places take a few days just to show up for measurement, then few more days to order the glass and then they schedule you for replacement. Plus, they did a great job of replacing the glass. Clean and knowledgeable.
The only thing I was not happy about is that they are not really good at communicating when they are going to show up for the work. I had to call them several times just to get a confirmation time and day.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I have an all tinted glass front photography studio in central phoenix. We had someone broke window glass the other night, quite frustrating as a shop owner. Tyrone the owner of apple high glass came and barricaded the area same day, gave me a quote and secured with glass manufacturer. Competitive rate, clean work all around. When other glass companies were playing cat and mouse with me and give me all kinds of dates and wrong information, Tyrone have us peace of mind. He was communicative daily. Put our glass up in days ( including weekend). Much appreciated service. Highly recommended.

*UPDATE: The company has replaced the glass with the thicker 1 inch original thickness and waiving the installation fees, in addition to a full refund. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We just had our front window installed (after a three week delay due to errors in the order) and it was the wrong size. They ground it down and put it in. We were very patient throughout this whole process. However, the installers left without the vinyl window seal lining up correctly - large gaps all the way around the inside and outside of the window (able to easily slide a nickel around in the gaps). When we called to have this fixed we were laughed at by Nick and treated very badly over the phone. After being in contact with the main office, we were informed that Nick was the owner! It was worked out that Nick would come by the house - look it over - and fix the issues. Upon arriving he apologized for his inappropriate behavior over the phone stating is was due to the day he was having. He looked over the window and came to the conclusion that it was our vinyl frame because they took out 1 inch glass and only installed 7/8 inch glass. Unfortunately he also said these things with a very strong attitude and even stated I was being unreasonable. Later the office called and very kindly refunded us the cost of the window.

We've had these guys come out to help n us with a core c of problem areas with our gutters. They were very responsive and did a great job. We would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We could not be happier with SR Glass! We had three windows replaced and a sliding glass door fixed that did not want to slide. Angel was our installer and he was very professional and courteous. He did and exceptional job. When he left my husband made the comment you need to let the company know what a good job Angel does. There was no muss, no fuss, just a job well done.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Krasiva Windows & Doors installed 21 new windows and 5 new doors in our home, the work was all done in a professional manner and completed on time. All our concerns and questions were handled by Julie or the owner Greg. Each day a crew of six came to our home and worked as a team, 2 workers would remove the old window, 2 workers would come behind them and install the new window, the final 2 would follow and clean up. Everyday the only way you would know any work was done was the new window. Wayne and his crew cleaned everyday and left nothing, they completed 20 windows in 2 1/2 days, widow 21 was a little more difficult. Krasiva's crew had to deal with a broken garden window, not something they normally replace, but they took care of the window and it is beautiful. After all the work was completed I called Jack, the recommended painter for the doors, he is also very professional and neat, when he came he matched paint and repainted the replacement stucco around the garden window, at no cost, all payed for by Krasiva Windows. The process was easy, clean and we are very happy with all of the work done. The new windows have reduced noise from outside and look great. I would highly recommend Krasiva Window and Doors. Greg, the owner, is hands on and checks the progress of the work.  We haven't been through a summer yet with our new windows but know our energy cost will show a savings.

Absolutely anyone and everyone that is looking for new window installation really needs to give Window World a call. They were referred to me from another real estate agent and so we called them. Remarkably Window World's estimate was about half the price of Home Depot. Today they finished their installation of our home, all of our windows, and I cannot say enough good things about them. AJ was the representative and he is wonderful. The installers came out and spent the entire day and they were very courteous very clean and very organized. They did a remarkable job! These guys are five Star all the way!

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
