Best Windows Installations in Arizona

These guys are incredible! Talk about under promise and overdeliver. I had the best service experience I could ever imagine, and the quality of the windows is second to none. I can't believe they were able to match my hard to find existing windows with such detail. I highly recommend working with the Arizona Window and Door Store!

Our meeting with Daniel was eye opening to replacement windows. His explanation, and demonstration of these windows convinced us 100%. We were in, and extremely excited. Daniel was personable, pleasant, and knew his window business. He helped us with filing our HOA paperwork, and even came by the house, again, to assist us with the application.

As promised, the windows came in within the expected time, and the date for installation was set. The two installers, James and Briar, showed up on time, they remeasured all the windows before they started the installation, and work began. The first 8 windows were installed the first day, and they cleaned up before they left the site. They told us they would return at 8am the next morning, and they came back promptly at 8am. The second set of 6 windows went in without a hitched. These two men worked very well together, each knowing what the other needed to do. They were very conscientious, polite, personable, and pleasant. The windows are wonderful! They look great, and we are enjoying the fact that we can open our windows for fresh air without having to go to the gym to build up muscles to do so. Our neighbors have complimented on the looks of these windows. We are soooooo glad we invested in these windows.

Did the whole deal remotely for a rental I have in Mesa.  His price beat the pants off the competition plus Mike's customer service was second to none.  Installation went super smooth and he even went back to take pictures of the windows for me since I couldn't be there in person.  Financed the windows 18 months same as cash.  I even had questions after the install and Mike was quick to answer.  Excellent experience,  highly recommend them!

The level of service from Mark was unbeatable.
We were on a short vacation at our Scottsdale home and on a really tight schedule. We had a broken glass sliding door - Mark was the only guy who was willing to come out and provide a quote on short notice. All of the other glass companies wanted to schedule something for the followng week - when we would already be gone! I even explained our situation to these other companies, but they weren't interested in the business. Mark came out, was very prompt and is a really friendly guy. We handled the quote and payment long distance and arranged an appointment for install on our next visit. Mark was prompt and did a really clean installation. I will be sure to call Mark for any future glass work, and will highly recommend him to friends.

All I can say is fantastic!  Superior customer service!  The windows that were installed are excellent quality at a great price.  The guys installed  4 windows in no time at all and were extremely professional.  I plan to do the entire house and I will not hesitate to call k & j.

I scheduled 3 companies for new windows installation.

One representative of a company had a great presentation, but after doing my homework, I realized he was a little deceiving on the information provided. The other representative didn't get our proposal until 2 weeks later. She forgot.

Ken from Imperial Windows came over and gave us a proposal to replace 1 sliding door and 6 windows. He was very knowledgably and gave us the proposal as promised the next day. We didn't feel that he was pushy or deceiving. He was very upfront.

The proposal did not have any hiding cost and it was what it was. The price was very competitive to other estimates.

Once the windows arrived, John the owner called me and worked around my schedule for installation. John the installer
(there are two Johns) came over with the crew and they did a very good job. They made the job look very easy, and that's when I know they know what they are doing.

We did have two small delays:
1- A window was mistakenly measured, so they had to reorder it and come back to install it. We are human and I understand.
2- A bathroom window was correctly measured, but it needed a little creativity to avoid the water from standing in between the window sill and the tile. This is an older home.

Outstanding response:
1 - Within a week or so, owner John called me and informed me the new window arrived and once again he worked around my schedule to complete the job. Of course, they was no extra fee.
2 - John the installer was very creative with the bathroom window. He did an amazing job! Very creative!

My opinion about Imperial Windows:
Upfront and honest.
Competitive pricing.
We got exactly what was proposed.
The job was so well done they made it look easy.
The crew cleaned up after the work was done.
Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
I never got any push back for the small delay.
Excellent customer service.

I would use Imperial Windows again if needed and I recommend them 100 percent.

After sitting through 3 different companies give pitches, quotes and a pushy close attempts, I was thrilled with my initial dealings with these guys.  It was nice to have my options explained without being force-fed what I need.  Additionally they came in with the lowest quote, so we decided to go with them.  Sal was the one that we first met with, and was for everything including checking in during the installation and again for a followup to make sure everything was done to our liking.  It was!  The whole process from our first meeting to our new windows being installed was only about 10 days.  My wife and I were more than satisfied.  Thanks guys!

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! I highly recommend Sunny State Glass and will be using them in the future! Thanks again for your great work Dwayne!!

I would not recommend this company.  They scheduled someone to come quote us on two windows that needed repair.  One window was cracked and had been tinted.  The service guy told us they cannot guarantee they can do the same tint if the window is replaced which was fine with us.  

He cut a nice chunk of the tint to take back and match up.  I had not heard back from this company in over a week so when I called they said they were really behind and we should have a quote within the next couple of days.

When we finally got the quote and it specified that by replacing the glass and having it tinted would void the manufacturer's warranty?  I then called to inquire about the note on the quote and was told the company had made a decision in the past week to not offer tinting anymore.  GREAT, I told the girl now I have a piece of tint missing which actually should not have been taken until we decided to go with Dependable Glass.  She recommended not to re-tint the broken window as we would start see discoloration etc.   But she would have her manager call regarding our dissatisfaction with the missing tint and their decision to now not offer tinting at all.

Needless to say we never received a call from the manager??  I SUGGEST LOOKING AT OTHER GLASS COMPANIES.

They were super professional. We got a new window in 4 days after it was measured. We would definitely use them again

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Great communication and service!  Tyrone came out the day after I contacted him to do an estimate, and was able to repair my leaky window on the spot for a very reasonable price!

AZ repaired and replaced our Glass in windows of our new home. They showed up on time and did a fabulous job. Will use them again to replace the rest of our old windows with new energy-efficient ones. Fast friendly service with a smile. Would rate them 10 Stars if we could.

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! I love my rain gutters and i appreciate the hard work! Thank you

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

My experience with Krasiva windows and doors was amazingly good. I was educated on the quality of the windows they sold and treated to expert installation. They are lovely. They changed the look of my older house for the better.  They work well and they are quiet and even keep my rooms a little cleaner!

It's always a worry to have new technology installed in your old house. You hope it doesn't open a whole can of worms..  I'm also picky about service. Krasiva exceeded my expectations.

We went with Window World after talking with a couple of companies. They had the best price/product mix that we could find. It took a while to get the windows ordered and scheduled but I guess that is because they are so popular.

They really went above and beyond in their customer service. One of their installers accidentally dripped the foam insulation that fills the cracks between the windows and home. It was an accident but it made for horrible marks on our front walkway. They came out at least 4 times to pressure wash, grind it out and finally helped with a company restoring the walkway. Just absolutely floored that they would go to such lengths. Definitely recommend the company as they keep their word and strive for excellent customer service.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
