They did an excellent job! I had them transform a large window in the master bedroom into a sliding glass door. I also had a new kitchen window put in. They were absolute amazing! All the way through till the end. They want their customers happy and will do what it takes to make sure everything is perfect. I highly recommend them!

I had NO IDEA how excited I could possibly be about windows, until I got new ones! :) I am a Realtor, so I meet lots of people who are obsessed with them, but I didn't fully understand it until now! I bought an older fixer-upper a few years ago and knew that eventually I would have to replace the old ones, but I didn't think I could afford it yet. I noticed that certain areas of my home were really hot lately, so I decided to go ahead and get an estimate so I knew what kind of $$ to budget for in the future. I am SO glad that I met with Dan with Desert King first, because he ended up being about 40% less than Anderson Windows, so if I had met with them first, I wouldn't be sitting in my cooler home right now.
Dan Gordan came to our home and gave us a really impressive demonstration of their products. I learned that most windows aren't made for the extreme heat of the desert and theirs definitely are. He was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. I also really appreciated that he wasn't some cheesy sales guy and not high pressure at all.
We ordered our new windows, had them installed within a few weeks. The installers were just as nice and professional as Dan and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. My old screens were tight weave sun shade material. Compared to that, the mesh on the new screens are larger and very small insects get through; the screens are industry standard and this issue should not be unique to Windows4Less. However, I contacted my sales guy, Mike, who was great at getting back to me. Sadly, they do not offer screens with smaller mesh, but he offered to look into replacing them with aftermarket screens at an additional cost. Still great service months after my purchase and install!!

My experience with imperial windows are absolutely perfect. I had all the windows replaced on my triplex. From the salesman to installers, everything turned out the way they said and I'm extremely happy. I highly recommend this company for any window replacement.

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! Steve and his team were total professionals, honest, fairly priced, and did a really thorough job in removing and replacing our shower glass post-remodel.  
Working with the subcontractors throughout this remodel process has been utterly frustrating, but the guys from Dependable Glass were the one truly bright spot in the process. You will be in good hands if you choose to work with them.

I'm super happy about my service with Apodaca's. They were able to get someone out quickly to measure and we got the estimate back like a day later too. Had 4 dual pane windows replaced. Everyone is very professional and friendly, I will keep going to Apodacas for my window repairs and replacements. Pricing was good and so was the speed of all the repairs and service.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I was nervous about getting rain gutters but not ready to face another monsoon season without them.  I wasn't sure they would match my house or if there was even a way to get the water to drain toward the street in stead of flooding my backyard. Paul came out and walked with me around my house. He listened to my concerns and gave me options along with his professional opinion on what would work the best. He even helped me select the perfect colors to match my two-toned home. ECS also has a wonderful office manager who calls to schedule appointments, remind of service dates, etc., and get this... if you call them they either answer the phone or if you leave a message they call back almost immediately.
My work was completed promptly and professionally. I do not think the new gutters detract from the look of my home in any way. For the 1st time since I bought my house 9 years ago I can stay with confidence let it rain!

This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I'm sorry Julie but you cannot tell me that your rep tried to enter our home uninvited just to return the credit card information. If someone cancels your service you either file the information away for back logging or get rid of it all together...don't show up at their home and look through windows, try to enter the home when no one has responded and then sit out front of the house in your truck. When he was finally asked why he was there by a family friend that my mom called to come by because of how unsettling the experience was your rep flat out said he wanted to know why we canceled because he thought he had done a good job pitching things to us. No matter how you want to justify the things your rep did, it was wrong. I stick to my original review.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company, and would NOT recommend anyone use them.

I got a Titan screen door from Century Glass and it was ordered and installed within a month. They have great customer service and friendly installation guys. Highly recommend!
