Vinny was really great to work with. I knew what kind of front and side door I wanted and he led me in the right direction, gave me a very good quote and communicated with me along the way. The installation team was very professional and efficient. I was amazed at the quality work and their ability to make one of the  doors fit next to my countertop. I will be purchasing additional indoor doors from them!

We've had a great experience overall with Windows4Less. We have an AZ room that had old windows that let all the heat in. It made the adjoining family room unbearable in the summer. We got lots of quotes from different companies but no one came even close, price wise, to Windowz4less. Not only did we get a good deal with the cost, but the windows are wonderful. They look sharp, fit perfect, and nearly cuts all the heat out of our AZ room! Mike was very nice and responsive through the whole process. Thanks for giving us a great product at a great price.

Contacted them for a window repair. They were very responsive and clear with communication.  They showed up when they said they would and offered a very fair price for the service. I will use them again if I need any window repairs!!

Wow what a great experience I had with this company! It was my first time I had to do this and had heard a lot of horror stories about other people's experience with other window companies. I found K & J in several positive reviews and decided to give them a try. From Tony the salesman that gave me good info on windows and all the numbers which was helpful for a newbie. No pressure at all just the facts. He followed up and was on time and even scheduled another meeting to help answer our questions and to see the windows again. I found the pricing and the Simonton products a great value and not disappointed at all when showed the estimate. I originally choose them for the stellar reviews on the installation process and was not disappointed. Jose and his crew were professional and did a great job. You could not tell anyone had been there when they had left. Yelonda did a great job communicating the dates and what to expect. Overall 100% satisfied with the whole experience!

What a great company and product!  Ken, their outstanding sales manager, came out to my home to go over the choices I would have for my window replacements. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and never pushy!  I had 4 total quotes for 22 windows and 1 patio door but I chose Imperial Windows and Sunscreens because this company came in at a reasonable price with a quality product!  John, the owner, came during the installation and showed how to work the new windows.  Ken was here every day!  I am sending out big KUDOS to the super installation crew - John, Chris, Cody, and Kyle!  They were personable and professional! They arrived on time every day, answered all my questions (sorry guys), and worked so hard to make sure the window installations were done properly - during the pouring rain!!  They cleaned up every day before they left my home. I felt valued as a customer!  I highly recommend Imperial Windows and Sunscreens for their professionalism, great product, and wonderful service!

We hired DunRite to replace all our windows. From start to finish, communication was excellent. The salesman was not pushy..measuring and installing personal were friendly, kind and were a pleasure to have in our home. Kudos to Collin and  Matt for a great install and being so pleasant during the installation. I would highly recommend this company if you're in the market for new windows.

I needed a quick board up and new window as soon as possible. I called Sunny state glass and Dwayne came right out and did the board up and within 3 days installed my new beautiful window! Long story, our dog jumped through a window and we needed it replaced with a dog-proof double pane. It wasn't totally smooth sailing, there were issues with the supplier around the holidays and our CC got run twice. Stuff happens, that's life/business. What matters is how it's handled. They fought for us with their distributor and got us our window on time and refunded us the extra charge before we even noticed it. The tech who measured and installed was also super friendly. I'd recommend them.

OH! I should also mention the window looks great and my dog is totally back to his normal crazy self.

Just wanted to update my review.   Tech did come out on scheduled day (was a little behind schedule but I don't care about that at all) and preformed work.  Both tech and office staff were super polite, professional and easy to work with.  Job well done in my opinion and I would use them again

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone came out the same day and was prompt and honest. I highly recommend his work and will definitely use his company again in the future!

Don't waste your time with the Craigslist crap shoot, nor dealing with unlicensed  
handymen, unlicensed contractors, fly-by-nighters, and rip-off scammers the
state is known for. I've liked Nick, Cheryl,  and Bill from the get-go !!  Very  
straight-forward and honest service with a smile. They are my first, last, and

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! I love my rain gutters and i appreciate the hard work! Thank you

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I'm sorry Julie but you cannot tell me that your rep tried to enter our home uninvited just to return the credit card information. If someone cancels your service you either file the information away for back logging or get rid of it all together...don't show up at their home and look through windows, try to enter the home when no one has responded and then sit out front of the house in your truck. When he was finally asked why he was there by a family friend that my mom called to come by because of how unsettling the experience was your rep flat out said he wanted to know why we canceled because he thought he had done a good job pitching things to us. No matter how you want to justify the things your rep did, it was wrong. I stick to my original review.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!- PLEASE READ THIS

I can 't even start to explain how badly you want to avoid this company! They have zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero follow up, zero, communication, zero care for your family's safety and zero care for you once they have your money. We waited over 7 weeks to have French doors installed only to have the installers come out and leave our home wrecked, damaged and a fire hazard. The installer who spoke very little English did the best to explain to me that the doors were too big and they wouldn't fit..and left. WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY IN OVER A MONTH! You make calls to the company a customer service rep tells you someone will be back with us in 24 hours to explain what happened, next steps and where we go from here. NOPE! NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER FROM THE CORPORATION. Our Sales Rep Matt did respond to my texts, but he can do nothing on the installation, construction end of things. They have our money and that's all they care about. Meanwhile, we have a huge hole in our back wall, a sliding glass door and screen that doesn't open and absolutely no idea when we are going to get the French doors we paid over $7,000 for! Do not let them fool you or pull the wool over your eyes with their whole JD Power and Associates ratings! They do not care and they have absolutely no idea what customer service or customer care is! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
