From meeting Jackie the coordinator, through the helpful  sales process, installation(with Miguel), stucco work(with Sergio) and painting of the stucco I was more than pleased.  The work and follow through they all did was phenomenal!  They arrived on time, were polite and professional, cleaned up after themselves and they all obviously took pride in their work. During the installation they were meticulous in making sure everything lined up, opened and closed as was proper.  Sergio exactly matched the current stucco pattern. They replaced a 30+ year old 3 panel metal slider with a 4 panel white vinyl prairie style slider by Analin.  I now have a beautiful new door opening to my patio at a reasonable price.  I give them my highest recommendation.

Desert King Windows installed 27 windows and 2 doors on our home. The look and feel of our home is wonderfully improved. Outside noise has been nearly eliminated, and the windows provide great relief from the heat (our largest bank of windows face southwest).

The team was professional and timely. The process happened on-time and under budget. We would hire them again without question. Don't pull the trigger on replacement windows until you talk to Desert King.

Nick and his crew were very thorough in removing the old windows, installing the new Milgard Ultra Series windows and cleaning up the site. Everything was top notch.  The stucco job after the window installation was great and matched the existing texture.

I had 2 large sliding glass doors and 5 windows to be replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and Imperial gave me the best quote. We did have to wait three months to get our doors and windows but that seems average wait times because of Covid. They just got installed this week and look amazing. It was well worth the wait.

We had a couple of misunderstanding with frosting on the bathroom windows and exterior locks on the sliding glass doors but they have been very responsive in getting those rectified. Overall, they have been a pleasure to work with and the windows and doors look awesome. Thank you

The installers came out and installed my window today. My experience from start to finish has been great. Kristen was so helpful, kind and considerate. The installers were great. Apodaca installed new glass on my broken window. The gave a competitive quote and promptly completed the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

I have an all tinted glass front photography studio in central phoenix. We had someone broke window glass the other night, quite frustrating as a shop owner. Tyrone the owner of apple high glass came and barricaded the area same day, gave me a quote and secured with glass manufacturer. Competitive rate, clean work all around. When other glass companies were playing cat and mouse with me and give me all kinds of dates and wrong information, Tyrone have us peace of mind. He was communicative daily. Put our glass up in days ( including weekend). Much appreciated service. Highly recommended.

My garage door spring broke, which caused the door to come crashing down, which shattered one of the windows in the door.  The garage door repair technician told me that the glass pane couldn't be replaced; instead I would need a whole new door.  
I called AZ Xtreme Glass to see if they could somehow replace this single pane of glass.  Bill came out within 30 minutes of my call and custom-cut a sheet of glass to fit this window, and for a fraction of the cost of a new door.  
As a previous Yelper stated, this company really is a model for superb customer service!

From start to finish working with Paul and his crew/staff was a high level of professionalism and customer service! The installation crew of the gutters were very patient and helpful. They took much pride in their work and were very considerate of us and took the extra time to make sure everything was completed to our approval. We had a small added request at the last minute and they took great care of us! We would highly recommend this company for your gutter needs and all the services they offer! This review is for my Angel Aro.  He installed 3 windows in my house.  He was polite, courteous and answered every question thoroughly.  More than that, he was so exceptionally kind to notice that my mother had a tire in very poor condition that was about to blow out--and he went so far as to put her spare on!!!  In this day and age, kindness,  courtesy and customer service are very much appreciated.

Had my front and back porch roof redone a year ago by PCC Roofing and they did a great job they were efficient and cleaned up great after. I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. Very professional good guys I'd recommend this company to anyone.

This is one of the worst business practices.
I used home advisor to get my windows replaced.
When they found I am deployed overseas and I will be on video call ,the caller immediately refused to provide service since it's only wife physically at home.
Shame on your businesses, it too obvious you are depending on pressure on good quality work that's why you refused to send anyone or do business with me.

I would highly recommend this company for window and/or door replacement.  Last November, we had them install dual pane windows with Lo-e and they have really help this summer in keeping the cool air from our A/C in and the hot sun out.  The pricing was fair and the warranty is excellent.

Two weeks ago we had our patio door replaced by them and they did a fantastic job.  The sales rep called afterwards to make sure that eveything went as planned and their customer service department called a week after the installation to make sure that we were happy with the door and the work.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
