Best Windows Installations in Arizona

Now that the installation has finally been completed we are satisfied with the windows. Our salesperson had parted from the company prior to install, and incorrect windows were installed. We were out of town for the final day (what we thought was to be) of installation. A convincing reason we hired these people was that they have their own installation crew....that turned out to be a lie. We had to have two more installs to replace incorrect windows and a broken window. That is when we found out the initial crew was a subcontracted crew.

The initial guys emptied our candy bowl, not a big deal, but, also got into our freezer and drank a good portion of Fireball that is stored inside. There were dirty footprints to the freezer, and their was no work to be done in that area of the house. In the big scheme of things, not a huge sin, but between being lied to about subcontractors and the petty theft, it makes me reluctant to vouch for them. Their in house installers were very professional and courteous, and were embarrassed by this story. I shared this with the lady on the phone, and she seemed indifferent and unconcerned about it.

If you use desert Kings windows and anything g goes wrong. Watch out for the crappy customer service where they blame you for the issues

I had a great experience with K & J.  I did the yelp research and found several great options.  I then got three estimates to install 5 new windows at my house.  K & J were the first to come out and their rep was great.  He answered all of my questions and emailed me the estimate.  I sent the measurements he gave me to the other two companies and they gave me estimates as well.  The estimates weren't exactly apple to apple comparisons, as each company approaches labor costs a little differently, but K & J was very competitive.  Since the estimates were about even, I wanted to give K & J the business.  I asked if they would come down a bit and they gave me a 10% discount, which was nice and unexpected.  
A few days before the installation appointment, a rep called to tell me that they ordered the wrong color (white instead of tan), which is an honest mistake.  However, they offered me a $500 discount if I wanted to go with the white rather than reschedule for weeks later, so I said sure!  I thought this was a nice gesture and totally made up for their mistake.  All in, I paid about $1900 for the 5 windows.  The windows look great and have made a huge difference in my comfort and noise levels in the house.  I will use this company again if I need them.

I measured all my windows, and sent my measurements to two highly ranked screen contractors for quotes. Imperial's quote was a little lower, and we went forward with them.  John was right on time when he came by to take his own measurements, show us the frame color and screen material options, etc.  With a small deposit he placed our order, and it took a couple weeks for the screens to come in (I assume April/May is thehigh season). The installer was an experienced contractor who knew what he was doing. Everything looks great, and we can already feel the difference in heat gain - we are looking forward to knocking down our air conditioning costs this summer!  As we paid the final balance, John provided paperwork with information filled in, so that we could easily apply for the SRP energy rebate.  We see that Imperial receives 5 Stars from nearly all reviewers, and it is no surprise.  John and his installer are both very nice guys and professional in their work.  Do not hesitate to give them your business!!

DunRite was the most efficient, friendly, and quality company we have worked with. They did an amazing job with communication, install, and were extremely thorough. Their professionalism really speaks volumes especially since their is a high competition in the area. Price and quality were very important when choosing the final company.
When it comes to windows I have lived in houses where they come a little crooked, DunRite did an amazing job ensuring the windows were measured and installed perfectly. The installation team did a great job in verifying we were completely satisfied before leaving and took extreme pride in their work. Could not be happier!

Sunny State Glass, replaced a shattered Arcadia Door for me. He did an outstanding job, very little disruption of my time and left everything in good order, even cleaned the door in addition to the installed glass. I recommend using this service for any glass need.

Steve and his team were total professionals, honest, fairly priced, and did a really thorough job in removing and replacing our shower glass post-remodel.  
Working with the subcontractors throughout this remodel process has been utterly frustrating, but the guys from Dependable Glass were the one truly bright spot in the process. You will be in good hands if you choose to work with them.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone and team did a great job sealing our windows and replacing one window as well.  He was on time and communicated well throughout the process.  Would definitely recommend!

Both the measurement and installation appointments were on time. Technicians were polite and courteous and the job was completed on time and on budget. I work for a very successful and customer service oriented contractor so I know how to deliver good service. AZ Xtreme did not disappoint.

I had a monsoon issue a year later and they were quick to come out and help me with the issue they even fixed a part of my roof that had nothing to do with the job they did. A bit late but I just wanted to share my great experience with Krasiva. Over a year ago, We had a huge single pane glass sliding door in our great room which we wanted to replace. They were going door to door in our neighborhood spreading the word about their wonderful products. Since
We were in the market for a new door anyway, we scheduled a consult for someone to come out and give us a quote. The man we met with was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product and needless to say, we were very impressed with the presentation and the amazing price that was quoted so we jumped on it. The process was quick and easy, the installers were very thorough, quiet, and clean with their work and it didn't take very long at all! Not to mention the incredible quality of the door and glass. I have more windows in the future I need replaced and I will be using them again for sure!

A few weeks ago Century installed new windows all around our house. They arrived when they said they would, did a beautiful job, were polite, neat, and very professional. We love the new windows. We wanted an installer for the new sliding patio door so we called them again, and the job was just finished this afternoon. Stephen did a wonderful job and the door looks just as good as we hoped it would. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend them.
