Best Windows Installations in Arizona

Experience was excellent . Came on time for the quote,showed us different designs. can't wait till our doors are installed, the staff are very friendly and professional.

8 months and still no sliding door, just gets emails mostly saying it's delayed. Seriously 8 months!! Nothing is ever delayed for 8 months. Also I stalled my windows with no screens. Called them for the screens and they have no idea when I can get them. I called them and all they say is have patience the world is in a pandemic. Also they are not the manufacturer so the Waite is infinite

Mike came to look at the issues we have and is reordering us a new window. I asked that they have a different installer.  I will update

After our windows fails inception on our house for sale we searched on Yelp for a reputable company and found mark Garcia. He did an excellent job on our windows and took the extra mile to make sure all was perfect.

I am SO happy that I have found K&J windows when I was looking for a company to replace my old single pane windows! Right from the first point of contact you deal with caring and professional people. It was a pleasure dealing with Tony - the salesman - who was knowledgeable and no pressure tactics here....what a difference! I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable quote and the install team continued to exceed my expectations. Right on time every time, from measuring to installation date. Courteous and friendly and  it is obvious that they know what they are doing! They took great care in removing my old, and installing my new windows, and when they left, it was like nothing had happened at all! No mess, and they even moved my stuff back (to their exact spots I might add). I live in a townhouse and quite a few people here had replaced their windows. Looking at them now, I can tell you that my installation job is by far the best and most professional looking. We were in need of replacing our sunscreens so I contacted Imperial right through their website. It took about a day to hear back; however, the owner John called me up the next night because he was in my area and did a quote for me right on the spot after hours. I was super impressed by his customer service. We decided to move forward with the replacements because the price was right and I loved the custom frames that they have, they keep the screen from sitting right against the window which makes a difference on the temperature inside.
With it being summer it is their busy season and there was a few week lead time, but Bob was out at my home installing the screens in the exact time frame that they quoted and he showed up on time, no waiting during a large window of time for the repair man to arrive here. We are so happy with the results and I have to say that our screens look the best on the block. I highly recommend Imperial Windows to anyone who is looking to replace all their homes screens.

I contacted DunRite for a shower door install.  They could not do the work but were helpful in providing a recommendation with a phone number.  Thank you for going above and beyond.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

An appointment was scheduled, he called when he was on his way, arrived on time, took measurements, gave me the quote, took my deposit, and placed the glass order that same day!
The glass arrived and was installed within the promised timeframe (7-10 days).
The installers arrived within the scheduled time slot and were polite and efficient.
Our only complaints are that the installers didn't call when they were on their way as promised (which is very important to us because we have several large dogs that need to be contained first), and they left some silicone smudges on the glass (which was a little difficult to remove).
Despite the minor inconveniences, we would use this company again in the future.

They came and fixed a single pane window the very next day after calling. They were able to repair the window on the spot. The price was fair and the quality of the work was good

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

Tyrone came and completed the cut down of my mirrors.  It was truly a joy working with him.  Not only is he extremely efficient, and professional, he is so friendly.  While he was at the house, I had him measure and provide me a quote to replace my existing windows with more energy efficient ones.  Can't wait to work with him again.

Very pleased with the results. They replaced a large dual pain window in an upstairs family room. It was a tricky install with them having to walk on a clay tile roof. I was nervous about lots of tiles being cracked. They sent a crew of 3 to do the install and were extremely careful on the tile roof. Only 1 tile was broken and that's not bad at all! These guys did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend them.

Energy Conservation Specialist is a wonderful company to work with. They installed new gutters in areas we were experiencing heavy downpour during the rainy season. When I asked about additional sections to be guttered, Paul (owner), noted they were probably not required. What? No additional unnecessary sales? You don't hear that very often. I will monitor and see, however If I decide I want them installed, I will definitely call Paul and his team as they make sure is done right!

We had them replace our springs in a window that went bad. They came in with the best price and I scheduled them for a week out. We had a change in our plans and asked them if they could come that day. They called me back and said they will have somebody out within the hour. Fantastic!

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I should have posted this review nearly a month ago as it is well deserved, but forgive me, I've been busy. I'll begin by describing the windows. To be brief, they are fantastic. This house is an older house in Central Phoenix that was built in 1959. The windows were those old timey steel casement crank out style windows. I didn't realize how bad those windows were until the new windows were installed. There used to be areas inside the house that were not functional or usable during the summer months because it was just too hot to be near one of these windows. When the sun came up, it was time to get up and out of bed because my bedroom heated up so rapidly it was impossible to be there. These windows have changed all of that. I won't pretend to understand what magic is happening with these windows, but it is a fact that the light comes through but the heat does not. This house is now a very different environment. There is an outside space, and an inside space, and these windows are the barrier between those two spaces.

As for the crew that showed up to install the windows, it would be impossible to ask for a better experience. There have been many projects at this house in the last few months and this window replacement project was the absolute best experience. These guys clearly knew what they were doing, and they did it quickly, efficiently and with a great deal of skill. It was a pleasure to have them here in my home, they were respectful and careful with my property, and we actually had fun. You really can't ask for more than that in a home renovation project.

Full disclosure, I was considering purchasing some standard Home Depot windows and hiring a contractor to install them. Greg somehow convinced me that was not the way to go. I was skeptical at first, but now that it is all said and done, he was correct. I am very happy and grateful that I invested in these windows. It ain't cheap, but it is worth it.

If Greg shows up at your house with his frames, panes, torches, and heat lamps to demonstrate his windows, stick with it to the end. It will be boring, unless you're a science geek, but in the end it gets interesting.

People were professional and worked in a timely manner.  They left the my home clean of debris and all of the windows look great!  The only issue I have is that I was told I could re-attach my cellular screens (block out heat) and that is not true.  The window is smaller because the frame is larger so the screens don't fit.

These guys are great!!!! Some how, a pane of glass broke in my duel pane sliding glass door. I was referred by a friend who's used them in the past. They gave me a quote within 24 hours. I also got quotes from about 4 other companies on Yelp. Most of them quoted me around $300 more. So, I went with this company, saved me a lot of money. Jane, in the office was great with putting up with all my phone calls & questions. They have definitely won a customer for life!
