Shane showed up after receiving a call he was on his way wearing a mask he was professional friendly  knowledgeable and honest explained everything he was going to do and did I would recommend this company to everyone I have 2 older air conditioners (2002 and 2006) which they have kept going

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.  They installed our new dishwasher, stove and kitchen water fixture and everything works great.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Very prompt and efficient service to fix a heating issue.  Definitely would recommend.  Casey was excellent.

Desert Sky AC was sent to service our HVAC unit by our Home Warranty company. We learned that while we do not like our Home Warranty company, we really liked Desert Sky. Matthew was our technician. He was on time, professional, friendly, and patient... As he answered ALL of my questions without a hint of frustration. He was thorough in his work and what we thought could be a very costly visit, he actually pinpointed another culprit in the mechanics of our unit and was able to repair it on the spot. We appreciated his honesty and we will absolutely call on him again in the future. In an industry where there tend to be more scams than not, it was refreshing to have someone knowledgable and truthful taking care of us.

I wasn't happy with what happened. My AC very old Goettll was blowing warm air. I talk to the owner and he said that might be the capacitor.  Because the  temperatures were above 110 I didn't want to wait for an install I had Schiller do $69 service charge. Well it wasn't the capacitor ( a simple fix) but a motor over $450 plus since the technician couldn't remove the fan blade add $50 for another for the fan blade, total cost almost $600. Since my wife was desperate we decided to go ahead. The AC worked for 2 days going bad on Saturday. I had to call an emergency weekend service tech (at 15% added charge for any service, no charge to come out) from their company who came out and found the wires had got burnt. For a non guaranteed fix that something else wouldn't go wrong (mentioning the capacitor) it would be another $200. To get 2 days of AC functioning it cost us nearly $600. The company said it would apply the cost of the motor less than $500 to installing a new AC which after researching I found their price quote to be on the high side and that deduction didn't mean much. Since I relied on their expertise and on their very good reviews I expected that they would have informed me better but possibly instead they took what they could get and put me on the hook for the money I invested. They are probably a very good company but I felt they could have been better in handling my problem and spending almost $600 for practically no benefit hurts.

I was concerned with what I thought was a strange noise coming from our AC unit. Called Calvin and he came out serviced our 2 AC units and explained the noise I was hearing and that it was nothing to be concerned with. Great honest service which is hard to find now days. Highly recommend Eklund Refrigeration!!

Chandler Air is the company I use for the HVAC maintenance at my rental homes. From my experience they are honest and fair. I have even recommended them to my mother when her A/C compressor was failing.

Back in 2003 I had another company I found on the internet perform seasonal maintenance on my first rental unit. Their employee told me that the system had no freon left and that I needed to purchase an entire new system for $6000. I was shocked. On a friends recommendation I called Chandler air and had them do seasonal maintenance without mentioning what the first had person told me. They performed the maintenance and told me that the unit had no problems. After this I told them what the other company had quoted me and and the service tech explained that Chandler air pays them a salary, not commission, so they do not have any motivation to be dishonest and sell things or services I don't need.

Recently, I had some renters that were ridiculously rude and spoiled college freshmen. The service tech at Chandler Air never complained, and even returned several times for free when they complained about what they thought was inadequate work. My tenants were very rude to the service tech and told him he had done crappy work. The real problem was that when the temperatures hit 120 last year the small compressor could not pump out the 70 degree air they wanted. Nonetheless he returned 3 more times to address it for them without charging me any more than his first visit.

This is what I call a business with integrity that stands by their work.

Scott was awesome he came to my house the next day after contacting him via yelp looked at my AC and gave me an honest review of it answered any questions I had and gave me a fair and reasonable quote on a new AC as I will need one this year. Thanks again Scott for your help it is greatly appreciated. He was so great I told my dad about him and he went and checked out my dad's Acs and all my dad could do was rave about how great Scott was and how thorough he is.

Mike W. came out to evaluate my AC system (which I am replacing).  To say he is meticulous is a massive understatement!  As he went through my side gate to get to my AC unit, he noticed the gate was clunky -  & he took the time to fix it!   Who does that?!   Someone who cares about every detail, that's who!   I love and trust AC by J for plumbing and HVAC.

By far the best AC Company in Arizona. I have multiple properties and have dealt with First American warranty a lot when it comes to AC units. I have had good experiences with AC companies but Jumbo Air is by far the best most trustworthy company I have ever dealt with. They clean up other peoples messes. Their work is their passion and it shows. Please do not hesitate to give them a call. If you are lucky they will schedule you in.
