Best Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Arizona

I had my a/c unit tuned up and inspected by Rescue One Air heating and cooling, and the tech was absolutely professional he came and before he fixed anything he showed me what was wrong before he fixed it. The pricing was great, not to cheap not to expensive.... they where great on timing too. My appointment was between two and five and they where there in between that time frame.

Last night our AC quit working.  This morning Sheridan's fixed our unit.  I'm disabled and on a limited budget (something they didn't know).  They fixed our unit and kept the costs minimal!  Our repairman was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and displayed expertise and concern above and beyond for our welfare!  I will recommend them to anyone and I'm grateful for their work!!!!  Good on them!!!

I had air conditioning trouble and Societies Air was in my neighborhood  and they came over  as soon as they finished the job they were working on!! I thought that was awesome! Very friendly and sincerely wants to do a great job and satisfy the customer.  Thanks for helping me on such short notice!

I just received a competitive bid from Gary from Air Dynamics, for replacement of all units on premises. I felt that Gary was very thorough and honest. I hope to do business with them in the future .

My air conditioning was not working properly and my parents referred me to Roberto and Fernando at C&B Mechanical.  They were referred by their neighbor and were treated very well and fair when they needed repair work done on their HVAC.  Here in Arizona if at any time one has problems with their AC anxiety automatically sets in and that's exactly what happened last night when the cool air stopped coming.  I had asked people for referrals and everyone started talking about a new unit.  That was not what we wanted to do.  I was pretty sure the blower motor was faulty in some way but I'm not an AC guy and it seemed like a daunting task.  I called both Roberto and Fernando and left messages.  They called me right back and came over within the hour.  They asked me if I thought it might be and I told them.  After checking the unit out they told me that it was the blower motor and asked me if I wanted a motor from American Standard which they could get on Monday or if I wanted an after market motor which they could get today.  I told them the after market motor was fine with me and they went to get it.  I asked them if they charge weekend rates before they left to get the motor and they looked at me like I was crazy Oh...that's just the big companies that charge emergency rates too.  Today is a regular day.  This was another thing that we were worried about because it is Saturday.  While they had gone to get the motor they gave me a call with an estimate for parts and labor.  It was less than I had anticipated it would be for the motor alone.  They came back within a half hour and had the motor installed within a half hour after that.  Needless to say I was stunned.  I have had a few experiences with repair men and repair situations from plumbing to car repair.  This was the best experience I have had yet.  Roberto and Fernando didn't give me the run around and they didn't take their time getting the job done.  The price was probably the best in town for what was done.  Impressive to say the least.  It's only 11 am and we already have cool air.  Thanks guys.

Desert Sky AC was sent to service our HVAC unit by our Home Warranty company. We learned that while we do not like our Home Warranty company, we really liked Desert Sky. Matthew was our technician. He was on time, professional, friendly, and patient... As he answered ALL of my questions without a hint of frustration. He was thorough in his work and what we thought could be a very costly visit, he actually pinpointed another culprit in the mechanics of our unit and was able to repair it on the spot. We appreciated his honesty and we will absolutely call on him again in the future. In an industry where there tend to be more scams than not, it was refreshing to have someone knowledgable and truthful taking care of us.

Schiller Heating and Cooling serviced my Scottsdale heating & cooling system for years and continued to be my go to HUAC company when I moved to Tempe in 2013. In fact, before I bought my 1955 Tempe house , at my request Schiller Owner Robert Baney inspected its aging, but still operational, heating & cooling system in its late teens. Mr. Baney and his amazing crew of technicians (some family members) babied that old unit & kept it running until I could afford to replace it in 2015. Schiller sold and installed a new Trane AC & gas furnace that cost substantially less than bids from other contractors. As expected, the new Trane resulted in considerably lower APS bills. It's been trouble-free because Schiller continues to service it biannually for a nominal fee.

Our air completely died on Friday night. I left a message for a few companies and it was Calvin who got back to me right away. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He installed a new AC unit on our roof which was no easy task. The air is working better than ever!  I highly recommend this company!

Thank you, Ryan, for saving the day! You are my family's new hero! My A/C unit completely broke. My house was 99 degrees inside. Even though they were overbooked, Ryan came out within 2 hours to do an estimate. He was so polite, professional, and was obviously more knowledgeable about his industry than anyone that came out to provide estimates. He found us a brand new unit, found the elbow needed, scheduled the crane, and had everything completely installed by 1pm by the next day. His company was already overbooked but, Ryan saw the emergency and he and his Operations Manager that normally do not go out to do installs, came to do it themselves to help us out. And, his company was cheaper than the other estimates we got. I would recommend Chandler Air over and over again. Thanks again, Ryan. We are so grateful to you and your team for getting us back in operating order so quickly.

We were told our compressor was broken on A/C. And then the one they replaced was faulty! We also had to pay $500 both times they worked on our unit, as well as pay for the freon both times it took to replace THEIR faulty compressor! Spent $2300 with them, and A/C still did not work! This took a period of over 3 weeks in Arizona July. Called another A/C company to look at it, and nothing was wrong with the last compressor. It was a faulty wiring box that the new company analyzed. The new company fixed the wiring in less than an hour, and what do you know! They solved the problem and fixed it in one visit! So frustrating and I know I will not get my $2,300 I wasted back due to these crooks.
