Called on a Tuesday afternoon regarding both dead bolts freezing up (hard to lock/unlock) in addition to door levers on both doors/sides of the doors wearing out/wobbly and about to fall off.  I live in a condo community with a strict HOA where the exterior door dead bolt and thumb handle needs to be uniform.  Brian quickly called me back and scheduled an appointment the following morning (Wednesday) to replace all dead bolts and door levers.  I texted Brian photos of the existing hardware for the dead bolts/door levers. Brian went above and beyond texting me photos/options that were available for the hardware styles/finishes in addition to even going the extra mile finding the almost identical match for the exterior door hardware dead bolt and thumb handle.  Brian was on time, professional, considerate/respectful (wore a mask without me having to ask him to put one one), did an amazing job, did not make a mess and removed all hardware that was being replaced  along with the new packaging for the replacements.  Brian thoroughly explained everything that was done and had me test everything to ensure I was happy before I paid and before he left.

I highly recommend and have already passed on information to friends also needing locksmith services for Pop-A-Lock.

Eric was very helpful with great communication before coming to do the work. Arrived on time, very professional. He was  knowledgeable about my Mercedes, immediately pointing out the features that related to the key. He was fully prepared with the key blank and key cutting equipment in addition to programming the key. The work was done right first time, great experience.

Excellent and fast service. We bought a 2004 Accord which came with one remote key. The previous owner also changed out the ignition switch, so the remote key only fit the ignition, not the doors, backseat lock or trunk. I bought a blank remote key online, Levi cut and reprogrammed the new remote and also made two door keys (which was cheaper than changing door, trunk and backseat locks). Price was reasonable and service was fast and friendly.

Needed to get a car key made asap and Arthur came through for us. He was very fast at responding and giving us the up front cost to make a chip key for our car. Will use them again in the future for any locksmith needs. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding!

I called about a loose front doorknob but it turned out that my deadbolts weren't working properly either. The locksmith fixed the problem on all four doors quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional, and I feel 100% more secure in my home. Not only was the service great but the price was incredibly reasonable. I'm very happy with results!

Terry was great!  Responsive in discussing the issue and in scheduling appointment.  Then, he did the unready of -- he arrived early after calling to clear it first.  Excellent service and job well done.!

Jeff and his team just left our house after spending hours re-keying our ancient locks and installing a new deadbolt and doorknob in our back door.  It was a huge undertaking and they did a fantastic job! We had 8 sets of doors, 2 of which we never had keys for, so he had to pick the locks.  He was very reasonable and an honest guy...and a super nice guy, as well! He worked to get us the best rate possible. I would completely recommend him and will definitely use him again should the need arise again.

These guys are the best. The tech. Chris was the best thing since ICECREAM. He was fast, professional and he did exactly what he said he would do and he got me back on the road again. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work I greatly appreciate it.

As other reviews, happy to see the masks. They were prompt and very efficient, fixing a lock I didn't know was broken! Highly recommended.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

I just needed to get duplicate keys cut for my car. Initially went to Autozone and was told a locksmith would need to laser cut the key (which Autozone couldn't do). I reached out to other locksmiths prior to getting ahold of Todd. Some weren't available, some relocated, another even mentioned that they charge more for service on the weekend. I was able to get ahold of Todd via text and was able to get an appointment with him the next morning (which I'm just now finding out was supposed to be his day off). He was able to cut the keys (and it didn't look like a laser was used) for $40 each which is a very fair and reasonable price for anyone I imagine. Asides from the service, Todd comes off as an overall great human being that seems to love what he does. We exchanged some words, shared some laughs and I was all set (after my key fobs were programmed as well) about 10 to 15 minutes later. I can't recommend this guy and his business enough. I'm incredibly grateful good hearted people like him exist. Thanks Todd!

Requested a quote and within minutes had a response, The technician was on the way and within the hour or-so, my antique family China hutch was open!

I called The Lock Shop to have several locks changed in my business and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The locksmith were on time, affordable and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all questions I had and were able to give me a quote for my request over the phone at the time of scheduling so I knew what I was to expect!! Wouldn't choose another company if I had to!!

Went out for a night of shopping only to return home at 11pm and discover we were locked out of the house.  CJ was the only service provider to answer the phone at that hour and was there to assist within 35 minutes- exactly when he estimated he'd arrive. He even texted to advise when he was 10 minutes away!  It only took him a few minutes to skillfully pick the door lock and we were back home.  Great service, fair price and very professional. A HUGE "thank you"!!

I first choose Ace because it was in Sun City. I sent a request for price opening my trailer and making a key. They ask for a picture. I sent a picture and never heard back. To me that is poor customer relations .

Could not have asked for a more reliable locksmith. This was no emergency but Dean came out as promised - and was able to get both cars keyed and fobs programmed in under 30mins.
