It was super easy to set up the appointment, he was straightforward and friendly and helped me understand a bit more how locks work. You know that scene in Duplicity where Michael Keaton is explaining that a copy of a copy is just a little off? Well it's true. I needed to make a copy of my key, but I only had a copy of a copy of a copy. Not knowing of any locksmiths in my area I came across Pop-A-Lock on Yelp. Bill, the owner, answered my call and came out within the hour to rekey my house. He did a great job and didn't leave a mess. I give Pop-A-Lock an A+++.

Eric was fantastic! I reached out to him last week and scheduled an appointment for the following week. His communication was great. He showed up on time and completed the job within 30 minutes. I needed two different vehicle keys. He programmed each of them and they both worked like a charm! His price was more than fair too. I would highly recommend him for any vehicle key replacement needs!

What can i say but wow! From my first call to Levi to the service call with Ben it was all perfect! I recently bought a condo that had been for sale for 9 months, I think every real estate agent in Scottsdale had a key. I thought that changing locks would be a good thing to do since you don't know who might have a key! I had the dead bolt and the handle replaced with brushed nickel ones. They look so nice, modern clean. Ben was fast and perfect (what a nice guy). I am so happy with everything. I think the price was fine and I got great quality. So happy!

Lost my whole key chain while riding my bike. Note to self.......leave the keys behind somewhere while riding .  Ilan to the rescue!!!!  Service was mobile, he was very fast and courteous.  Explained everything and was completed in under thirty mins.

Awesome service! I'm an out of state owner and I had recently acquired a property in Peoria and Steve came out to re-key my property and secured it. He was able to place a lockbox for me so that vendors can access the property. He also fixed my smart door lock and provided me secure codes for the property. He made the process seamless and easy. Call locksmith was professional when upgrading my front door lock and handle. They were responsive , came to my house right on the time they said they were. I love my new locks and I would highly recommend them !

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

This is a true legitimate owner owned and operated business and I could tell by the professionalism of the person that contacted me and the person who came to do the work. They actually care! They moved around their schedule to accommodate me and came the next morning on a Saturday to do the work. When the technician was here he noticed another issue with my framing and tried to fix it but didn't have the proper equipment. This had nothing to do with the service they were called out for. Then after the technician left they called me and said they didn't feel right about my door frame and went and bought the tool that would fix it and were at my gate to fix it free of charge. Wow!! I am amazed. This never happens anymore and most are just looking to make their money and leave as soon as they can. I'm am so impressed as a person who has run a few businesses I am a tough critic. This business will now always have my business!

Needed to have a few locks rekeyed.  John was quick to respond and came on time as promised three next day. Work was completed quickly and at a very fair price. John is our new locksmith for sure! Highly recommended.

I had to replace pcm in my grandsons 2000 Ford Expedition. He came to Wickenburg and made 2 keys and programmed vehicle. Very courteous and really new what he was doing. I would recommend him anytime.

This place is amazing I called and went right over on a Friday and they cut me 3 new keys for $9 in less than 5 minutes. No wait, good quality keys and friendly service! Worth the drive for the quality and speed! Right off the 10 freeway, would highly recommend over places like Home Depot where you cut your keys yourself and they don't always work.
