Best Locksmiths in Arizona

Website talks about nothing but it's 24 hour service. I live in Phoenix (not even a suburb), the city they supposedly service. Guy who answered the phone wouldn't even bother with trying to get my business. I told him my cross street and he said "I wouldn't have anybody that could help you." If you lock yourself out of your house, call someone else.

Victor Crewdson, the owner, responded to our problem quickly. He asked me to send him a few pictures of our malfunctioning locks. He called me back with an estimate and let me know that he was closing out a job before ours and would text me when he was on his way. We were very impressed. He is a very skilled professional. He tops it off with great customer service, good eye contact, great organization of tools. Clean, neat, friendly, and highly skilled--We are very grateful. Thank you, Victor!

So this is actually the second time I've use these guys now, and I'm really happy. So silly me at the gas station went inside to buy Arizona tea and locked my keys in the car, sad to say it's not the first time. It's crazy, anywhere I am in the city you call this guy he's there in 15-20 minutes. Didn't hurt my door everything looks as good as now and he was able to make me a proper key not a silly knock off

I was so impressed with Terry. We called him over to rekey a house after a renter moved out. I let him know that I loved forty five minutes away and that I needed him to call an hour early before he arrived. He came within the two hour window that he promised and called me within the time frame that I asked him too, and arrived on time. He did not try to upsell me anything and I was blown away with his pricing. He charged me 95 to rekey four doors and break off and resecure a old shed door. He was very quick and friendly and as a single female I felt very comfortable with him in my home. I highly recommended him because of his exillent prices and service.

He also accepts cash credit cards and I think checks which was very convenient.

Unbelievable fast turn around on very short notice-- was in a jam as I had lost the keys to my home(never really used them as I use a garage electronic entry anyway) and needed keys for the home to be placed on the market to sell--- Tom responded immediately and Peter was sent within less than 1/2 hour! Excellent service-- will use and recommend again.

Jay was wonderful to work with. He responded to my text immediately and was at my home within an hour to make new keys. Easy check out/payment experience with emailed receipt. Jay is a pro.

Wow professional service to replicate a lost key on my 1997 ford ranger, was quick to deliver the key and very reasonable in price for being on a weekend. Great business and would totally recommend.

He quote about $75 the hour. I ended paying $375 for two hours. I asked for a invoice disclosure. So that I place a claim on my insurance. And I still waiting

We've used The Lock Shop twice for rekeying and deadbolt replacement and had overall positive experiences. The techs are very friendly. There was confusion with one of the techs this last visit and Kathy, office manager, was super helpful  and took care of us. We will definitely call them next time with any lock needs with either of our houses.

The back door on my food truck broke late at night and I called several locksmiths that were unable to help me. One of them told me outright that they did not carry the part that was broken. Luckily I called CJ and he stated he carried the part and would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was very professional and fix the door within 15 minutes. I would recommend this business for anyone. Great service!

Very friendly. Very respectful.  Highly recommend and will be using their services again if needed. A little more than others. For me their tone and demeanor over the phone was it. At the end of it very worth it.

Could not have asked for a more reliable locksmith. This was no emergency but Dean came out as promised - and was able to get both cars keyed and fobs programmed in under 30mins.
