American Home Water just installed a 50 gallon Bradford White water heater for me. They were fantastic. The installers, Angel and Tyler, were fast and efficient. They were on time and very courteous. Everything was left neat and clean. The price was also right, at half what the other bids were. I highly recommend them!

Our AC went out on a Saturday night and he Phillip came out right away and went out to get the part. He got it done by 10pm on that sake Saturday night and was very nice and professional. He was very affordable and flexible. The next night our breaker box was broken so we called him to ask if it could have anything to do with the AC, and he said it didn't. He even called us the next morning to see if we got the breaker box and if there was anything he could do. He and his staff were great and we would recommend him to anyone and would use him again if needed (although we hope we don't have it break again ).

HERE'S THE DEAL, I got to my unit late last week, ok, the heat is out, damn. So I suffer through a few days because I was in and out, and I can do pretty well just from the fire place. but,... when you are expecting guests in the next couple of weeks, you'd better find someone to fix it. I just bought this place not that long ago, and was really hesitant to call someone that was going to tell me a bunch of bad news about the old unit that  I inherited, and or worse, how much it's going to cost me to have it replaced!,  so, dilemma.  I'm not from around here, who ya gonna call?? ...So I google A/C/ furnace repair, and Johnny's pops up with almost 100% satisfied customers. OK, let's try the little guy and see how long it's going to be before they can get over here to help me. Wow, you can be here in two hours??? I'm expecting two weeks! NICE! Well Johnny and his assistant show up, I'm thinking geez two guys ? for a furnace repair? how much is this going to cost me. Truth is, we had one guy on the roof with the unit, another downstairs working the thermostat.  The problem is quickly identified not as a furnace problem, but a loose wire in my thermostat. My unit checks out, and I'm told that I inherited a fairly new and excellent unit. they change my filters, scold me for not changing them sooner, and I'm out the door for under a hundred bucks?? When does that ever happen, ??

Every time we have an issue I call Hays! Almost 100% of the time they can make it out same day and if not, it's the next day. All of their employees I've met so far have been professional and friendly.

Based on other Yelp reviews, we called Arizona Air Experts when our A/C unit was not performing well.  We were impressed with the response time and professionalism of their team.  We needed a new unit to replace the 19 year old unit we had.  They promised a date and time for the new unit and were there as scheduled to install the new unit.  We join the other Yelp reviewers in recommending Arizona Air Experts.

My wife and I finally decided to kick on the heater and when we did it just kicked out cold air. I requested a few appointments first thing the following morning and cool zone responded first, the next call from another company was hours later. They had a tech here in my home within hours to see what the issue was. After the inspection was complete we were given the unfortunate news that the compressor had given out on us. Our tech verified the unit was under warranty still, gave us a quote on what we would have to pay and got us setup for the next day. To have a job be complete from diagnosis to complete in less than a day made us very happy. From quick response and job well done to having a warm house our experience couldn't have been better. Simply the best AC/Heating company in the Valley. I had several quotes from different companies. Arctic Fox had the best price for the heat pump we were looking for. I signed the contract on a Monday and Tuesday afternoon the unit was up and running. The impeccable service, and quality craftsmanship we received was second to none. I'm impressed with this company and I have used them twice so far. Once to give me a quote on my AC and once to fix my heater. Both times they followed up quickly and tried to troubleshoot on the phone to save me the cost of an unneeded house call.

Both time i did have to have them come out, however I was impressed with the service detail and prices. I will continue to recommend them to friends.

These guys have helped me out of a jam twice. Quick service, fixes the problem and doesn't try to sell a bigger solution than what's needed. Will definitely call again! (Although I hope not to have to any time soon.)

Cave Creek Cooling was amazing.  I woke up this morning to our house being 9 degrees above what the thermostat was set at.  Called them at 7 AM this morning and was scheduled for them to come out later this afternoon between 12-2 PM.  They ended up calling earlier than that and were able to stop by around 9:30 AM.  Only took a couple minutes and they swapped out the compressor run capacitor, which immediately fixed the problem.  Was really impressed and happy with the quick time response, especially since we're in the middle of the summer in Phoenix.  The repair was $265, and we couldn't be happier.

Overall great experience. Our A/C went out, called Brian who got me on the schedule for the following day, received both email and text confirmation as well as a text when Alan was on the way. Service was quick and Alan was very nice. Highly recommend them.

We knew we needed more insulation when we bought the house. So we got the energy audit from one of the SRP approved contractors. And they also submitted a bid to do the work. Then we sought bids from two other companies.

If you need to go down this route too, then do what we didn't do: check the licenses of the SRP approved contractors with AZROC. Because, of the three companies we dealt with, Ideal was the only company that had an HVAC license. If you're going to have major HVAC work done, wouldn't you want to be dealing with people that make the effort ot get licensed for it?

Ideal was the only company that sealed the ducts the old-fashioned way -- with mastic and tape. The other two companies wanted to blow in some chemical product. You can read all about it online. You might like it. But it is more expensive.

So what about Ideal?

Everything went well from dealing with Brian, the salesman/estimator, to the work done by the crew. They handled all of the SRP rebates so I didn't have to wait for them -- they do! They added an extra air-return required by our heat pump. The other two companies didn't notice that. And they were half as expensive as the other companies that bid.

The money we saved is being invested in xeric plants to shade the house and the yard. The money saved will also pay for sealing leaks around windows and doors.

I was calling around to get estimates on having an evaporative cooler removed.  Desert Comfort Mechanical immediately stood out because the person answering the phone knew exactly what they were talking about.  We discussed capping or totally removing the system.  I appreciated a professional opinion.   They also gave me an instant quote. This gave me comfort that they must do this type of work frequently.   The other companies I contacted didn't know immediately if they did this type of work and of course couldn't give me a quote.
The crew showed up on schedule.  I had received a call letting me know they were on their way.  They were very professional and completed the work with the removal and capping.   Once the work was finished, one of the technicians showed me everything that had been done, making sure I was happy with the work.
Best part was that as I was paying my bill I was asked if I was a veteran.  I was using my USAA card.  I told him I was and he gave me a 10% discount off of the quoted price!
Finding honest, professional help isn't always easy.  I think I found a good one.  I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly to others.

Phenomenal!!!!! I don't have words for how fantastic this company and its employees are! We just purchased a whole new AC unit! From start to finish, they were amazing!

Tyler, comfort consultant, was/is awesome! He really took his time to go through all our concerns and answered all our questions. He took made sure our needs were met and that we were making the right choice in our purchase!

Kyle and Travis our install technicians were right on time, walked us through the process, and kept me informed during the whole instillation! They were very nice, easy to talk to and welcomed my questions when I had them. They cleaned up great and other than the house being cooler,  and a new unit outside, there is no trace that they were even here! Floors are clean and walls have no marks!

I'm not into lengthy reviews, but I hired them for annual AC maintenance. Rising Sun Air communicated well, was on time, and did a great work in a quick amount of time. Would hire again.

The very long overdue review...

I texted Sure Temp on Yelp early on a Saturday and had a response within an hour. I had been living out of state and my condo in Scottsdale was listed as a short-term rental with a local property manger. I told the owner of Sure Temp that the best/easiest way to quote the job was to show up with a 2-story ladder to see the job for himself without having to coordinate with my PM and tenants. Not only did he do it, he came back with a quote 30% lower than the next best price with better units. It's been a year since they replaced both my units and I've recommended ST to several friends and neighbors and my utility bills are about 40% lower than prior year.

I can't recommend Keith and his team enough, these guys are the jam.
