Night before last I woke up @ 3 a.m. to go to the bathroom and heard water running....no faucets open and toilet was not running.  I went downstairs and the noise was louder in the closet but no water in the house that I could see at 3 a.m. Turned the water off outside at the main valve and the water running sound stopped.  When it got light I looked at the meter to see if it was spinning and it wasn't moving which means it isn't an outside pipe break in the yard....WHEW!!  I then went to the room under the house where the hot water heater is and no water puddles or water leaks anywhere under the front part of the house....WHEW! I then turned the water valve on and went back up to the meter and it was moving but slowly.  I had to shut off the water to the house which was a complete bummer because I am 3 weeks post hip replacement surgery and NEED water. Yesterday I looked again in the closet where the loud water sound was and yep...when the water was on it had been seeping in on the closet wood floor and wall was wet.  I called Henry's Plumbing today, they came out this afternoon and :
Cut open the drywall in the downstairs bedroom closet.
Exposed pipe leak.
Found old corroded galvanized water pipe leaking in inaccessible area causing water damage to walls and floors.
Cut and removed old corroded cold water line.
Cap off and removed other old water lines.
Turned water on and flushed system.

I will definitely will call them again if I need them.  They are professional, polite and got the job done. Thank you Henry's Plumbing!

Work was done fine.
Charges were a problem.
1. Charged for a helper $60 surprise
2. Charged for 2 hours total for 1 hours work,  they had to go to the store for a standard part (also brought back breakfast) ( took 1 hour)
3. Charged me with no mark-up for a $20part  - over $100

Vince and Emil (from Polis Plumbing) came on 3/6 to remove and install a replacement freestanding tub in my master bath.  Vince was fast to come out to provide a quote.  During the quote, he seemed thorough to review work required and provided a quote.  He was also fast to schedule work and overall I had a positive experience with them.  They found a few issues with the previous bathtub installation (missing pipe straps, tub stands not leveled to proper height) and fixed as part of replacement.

Vince met his committed price quote and overall both seemed to be professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend either for future work.

We often do our own plumbing, but this job was more technical than we were up for. We did not have a plumber, so we asked for a suggestion on Nextdoor. Everyone said we should call Guy Plumbing and Heating. We were happy with them from start to finish.

We got an appointment withing 24 hours of our call. As the window approached, we received updates. When Eddie V. arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He gave us a fair quote, then he fixed our problem. He even left our bathroom very clean. We are very pleased with the job he did.

I had a water heater that died that needed to be replaced.  I got a new water heater installed by Thomas Plumbing and he was able to install it perfectly with the existing piping.  

I highly recommend them.

Mark me down as another satisfied customer. I called Mike yesterday morning to camera my sewer line, and he was doing it by that afternoon.  I have no expertise myself and no one to compare him to but it sure felt like he knew his stuff.  He let me watch the camera process, was able to clearly describe what I was seeing, and gave me a DVD of it afterward.  He also fixed a couple other minor plumbing issues while he was here.  I enjoyed my time with him and felt confident in the results.  His rates are $120 per hour + $80 fee for use of the camera equipment.

Owner(Jerry) was responsive,timely and professional .  He made repairs, cleaned up completely and charged a very fair price.  Would recommend him without
hesitating.

I am a little disappointed about his service. I had a leak in the pipe undet the kitchen sink. Chico came and replaced new pipes. He told me he guarantees his work and can call him anytime. There was still a minor leak, I called Chico numerous times , he never showed up. After paying $2300 for the Jon I want to be completely satisfied.
Chico just talked nice but disappears when there is a problem and the check has been cashed

I recently had Jason from clear drain come out to diagnose bad water pressure in my home. First thing he checked was a prv and told me it was the problem. Didn't try an rip me off like alot of the other big name companies in the area. And charged me a fair rate. Completed the work in 2 hours from arrival to when he left! Thanks Guys! Will definitely recommend!

Eric is the pro. For plumbing business, when initial contact by email for my barth room leaking issues,  he offered me two solutions, one might be easy fix, another one need break my wall to fix, which he think should not, but another two contractor that I met, all stated that they need to break the wall to fix the problem. Than next day, Eric showed earlier, neat and clean follow all Covid 19 guide line, and he locate the problem, and offered me with less expense solution, and also left me one spare part for another bathroom. In case need in the future  for same problem. Due to parts is hard to find. Plumbing problems leave to Eric, he is the best.

I'm not the kind of person who normally writes Yelp reviews, but I had to in this case. The short story: I've been paying way too much to the rooter services to take care of plumbing issues and after a particularly huge bill for something that should have taken little time and effort I gave up on being ripped off and searched for the Real Deal.

I found it in The Plumber.

It's just a handful of guys from Boulder Creek, but they're the guys you want--experienced, responsive, and reasonably priced. We had a leak under our driveway that the rooter guys said would cost *thousands* to deal with. James and Steve came over, dealt with the problem in a couple of hours, and charged us well under a thousand for the work. While on the job we pointed out a couple of other issues we wanted to deal with--redoing the shutoff valve to the house and some leaking faucets--and within a week they were back, did what needed doing, and charged us a perfectly reasonable price.

These guys don't have the fancy painted trucks, the little blue booties, the clipboards, or the loyalty plans--the stuff that looks good, but is designed to drain your wallet as well as your pipes. Instead, they offer competent service. What more could you ask for?

I called to get help with a leaky kitchen sink. He sent a worker out that worked with my schedule. During normal business hours and not a rush.  Long story short, the worker only had to tighten the u-joint and charged me $120 for the service call. He even tried to sell me the wrench after he fixed it. Wow.

Not a pleasant experience, especially as a single Mom.

It's s small business with 2 great young guys. Jason is the boss. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Tony, the second guy, seems newer on the job but does a great job, and doesn't complain.
I had 3 things to fix: 2 toilets and one sink. I forgot to move my stuff out of the way, under the sink, and Tony had no problem to work like this. When I saw I immediately moved the mess out of the way and he was so nice thanking me and saying that I didn't need to do it. Even it was my fault he did everything possible to not make me fell like a jerk.
They explained me what else was wrong and made recommendations what to do. The installation was old and not safe. Jason had to go and buy stuff for things that were not in plan to be done. Still the job continued to move along and all was done as planned in 1.5 hours, everything at a very affordable price.

I had the other sink done by a different guy which charged me more and took him 1.5 hours just for that.

I have to say that first second I saw them at the door with the tattoos and saggy pants I got scared, but the next second after they recommended themselves, shook my hand, covered their shoes and start working... my jaw dropped. They are very very polite, clean, professional and ready to go the extra mile to help, make recommendations and be sure the customer is happy.

I'm a man so the most important thing for me was the great job they did, and that they did it in time and at affordable price, but I think that the ladies will be impressed of those 2 gentlemen behavior, too.

We have used The Plumbing Company for general plumbing issues as well as a full master bath remodel. We are so happy that we have found a company that we trust.

I first found The Plumbing Company after searching Yelp when we had a backed up drain in the garage.  Only about two hours later, Chris came out to fix it.  Chris is really good about explaining the problem and answering questions.  He also offered advice so that the problem doesn't happen again.  

While Chris was there fixing our drain, I mentioned that we had a bathroom that was in need of a remodel and he informed me that their company does that also and they could send over a quote if I'd like.  

The quote was very fair and we decided to move forward with them on the remodel.  It turned out beautifully!  It was a pleasure having Chris and Phil at our house for those few weeks.  They were so friendly, patient, and personable.  It was a huge bonus that they were also friendly to our dogs which really helps when they were spending so much time here.  We felt more than comfortable leaving them the keys to our house when we had to leave for a weekend so they could continue working.  They dealt with all subcontractors (who also were great) so that we only had to work with them on payments and scheduling.  Judy in the office was always pleasant and easy to talk to if I had any questions.

Chris had told me that they could also do design but I had a floor plan and materials already selected.  They offered great advice on my existing plans and had no trouble getting the materials from my chosen vendors but they were always ready with recommendations.  

From planning to completion they were amazing! I'd highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have and most definitely for remodels!

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

We called Pacific Coast to install a new sensor light and replace some kitchen outlets. The electrician who came out, Richard, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us the best option for replacing our troublesome outlets, and we were very pleased with the installation of the new sensor light and the outlets. He was very friendly and professional.
