My tenant had a leaking/unresponsive shower handle...they're in Santa Cruz and I'm 2600 miles away...I checked Yelp and found Henry's THANK YOU!! They sent a tech out and had a big mess all tidied up in a very reasonable time.  Henry's will now be my go-to guys...tenant is thrilled and so am I!!

My friend highly recommended & used Eldridge for years for her commercial properties. Both my shower/tub drains clogged up.
Owner Wade returned my voicemail on Sunday nite to schedule appt. & Keith came early Monday AM. However, after using drano a few times, drain cleared up eventually.
Keith tested & no snaking required (very honest - didn't try to charge me for unnecessary service).
Recommended not to use chemical drain cleaners to avoid pipe damage & try vinegar instead.  Since I had a few other minor plumbing issues within my service call charge, Keith replaced tub faucet cartridge & troubleshooted.  I was very impressed by Keith's honesty/knowledge/professionalism/options to save money. Very detailed & thorough. Listened to my concerns & gave good tips.

I've dealt with shady plumbing companies in the past that overcharge, rush, don't know what they're doing.
Eldridge is now my #1 plumber - integrity/honesty/knowledge/professionalism/friendliness.  Keith is a certified Plumbing specialist....  reasonable rates & high quality!  You can't go wrong using Eldridge!!

We had a last minute project in all of the bathrooms the day before we moved in and Vince didn't hesitate to help us immediately. He was super communicative, honest and reliable. Very fairly priced. We trusted him in our home on his own. Will definitely be our go to guy.

I called and got an appointment for the next day. That's pretty good for a non-emergency. Then, they arrived at the very beginning of their 2 hour window. What's going on here? A plumber when you need him, and not having to wait? Not sure this will happen again, but it's definitely worth a shot.

I've also gone into their store to purchase water filters, and they are always nice and friendly.

Winston was incredible! Our garbage disposal was clogged for a while but he diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the situation expertly and quickly. He was kind and patient with all our questions. We are so relieved that the sink isn't flooded anymore!

Had them come and clear a clog at my home in Sunnyvale that another rooter company could not handle. Turned out it was a root about 109 ft down the line from the roof vent. The not so Elite Rooter company didn't even have snakes long enough to do it. Thomas is much more than just a rooter company they are actual plumbers. My plumber was named Dean and he went above and beyond working this out and cutting out the root with a special head. I am very impressed with this company and felt that way after talking to the owner Dave on the phone. I'm going to have them install an exterior clean out which older houses sometimes don't have. Once that is in, Future cutting of that root will be even easier because they will be able to use a larger diameter cutting head on the snake. Going forward this will be my plumber of choice!

**Update** Had them install the clean out. Jerry did the work and did an amazing job working well after dark to make sure it was done right. Great work ethic by this company.

Okay, I'd been hearing great things about this business from multiple sources for years, but as of yesterday, we got to see him in action--TWICE!

First we needed some problem solving, then an associate with even bigger problems needed the He Man to come to the rescue....and boy did he.

It both cases he was highly professional, competent, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond.

Integrity and deep experience in his profession showed up to solve quite different problems in two cases on one day.

Now I know why he chose that name....super hero to the rescue!

I give 5 star PLUS for Jerry owner of JB Rooter and Plumbing and he sets the GOLD standard for Customer Satisfaction, Promptness and Honesty. Jerry came and inspected my clogged sewer line and suggested options for repair.

Very good plumber service. Compelled to shout out Prestige Plumbing if you are looking or need a plumber for future chaos.  Chico, who runs the show, is very personable, friendly, funny, highly customer service oriented.  Very fair with pricing.  The crew, very hard working and respectable professionals.  What struck me is they would randomly fix things that we didn't ask for and did not charge.  For example, just straight up changed our refrigerator water filter hose...the thing is a fire hose now (in a good way)!   We had to re-pipe our house with copper and replace tankless water heater.  Done in a day and now we have amazing water pressure and hot water starts instantly...I feel like a character in Plato's Allegory of the Cave. Also, no more calcium chunks clogging out faucets.  Anyhow, you can't go wrong with Chico.  Give him a shot if you are vetting plumbers.

We are so pleased with the repiping that Jason did for our two-story house.  We had a major water leak and needed to have the repipe done quickly and he found time in his busy schedule for us.  Jason is very meticulous and did an awesome job.  Two of the workers that were at my house cleaning up the water damage and preparing for the construction work that would be needed made comments about how good the repiping looked.  We are so lucky to have had Jason do the job.  He is a very hard worker and had very reasonable rates.  We are very, very pleased with our new pipes.

We worked with Baldomero and Bryan on the recommendation of a neighbour. We had issues when moving a washing machine, and they took our call (on a Sunday) and came out quickly.
They also identified an issue with our water pressure and fitted a PRV. When the new valve proved to be faulty, they came out to troubleshoot the issue under warranty and solved it for us. They are nice guys and easy to work with.

We had a stopped up toilet. We called aqualogic plumbing and they came really fast. They got my toilet working again and were very clean as they worked. Quick and easy for them. I was very impressed by their services and will be calling them again for anything plumbing

Jim is fantastic. He returns calls, shows up when he says he will and is very clear about what he can and cannot do. He will not  try to bluff his way through something and quit halfway through and leave you in the lurch. He will also tell you what you can do to prevent the problem from happening again. He  is honest and good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

Mike and the Xtreme plumbing crew are awesome. This is the second time I had to use them. The tree that the city planted years ago has been nothing but trouble. The roots caused our sewage to back up into the shower and tub. Anyone that has experienced this knows how nasty this is. 1st time Mike came with in an hour and cleared the clog and roots. 2nd time I needed Mike's help he was out of town but still had one of his guys show up in less than an hour and took care of our problem and did I mention at a Great Price too.. Make them your first choice when needing a plumber...Fast, affordable and professional group.. Thanks..

I was very happy with their service. They were very prompt in responding and kept with the estimated cost. Explained to me how often we should be getting the drains cleaned and ways we can prevent it from getting clogged as well.
The service was done quickly and everything was left clean as well.

We will definitely be returning customers.

I had clogged main drain line. Literally pools of yellow and brown stuff in the bathrooms, so you might imagine the state of emergency.
Turned out to be the tree roots. $280. Fast, professional service. Will use this company again.

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

We had a ceiling fan installed today by Miguel and he did a super job.  He was on time, polite, conscientious, competent, and just a nice person.  We chose an option where Pacific Coast Electricians provided the fan, and Miguel explained how he had chosen the fan and switch, based on a photo he had of our previous fan.  He gave me an estimate of how long it would take to install, and he was spot on.  The fan matched the previous fan very well (which is what we wanted) and it worked great.  After he was done, he showed me how it worked and watched me play with it so I could be sure I could operate it.  Then he cleaned up carefully.
