Once again, Henry's Plumbing came out to help, lickety split. I called on a late Friday morning because the water heater was leaking. They came out within a few hours and replaced it. They are friendly and do great service! I would highly recommend.

Work was done fine.
Charges were a problem.
1. Charged for a helper $60 surprise
2. Charged for 2 hours total for 1 hours work,  they had to go to the store for a standard part (also brought back breakfast) ( took 1 hour)
3. Charged me with no mark-up for a $20part  - over $100

Vince did an amazing job installing a kitchen faucet and a new disposer in our home. Before I talk about his install,  I wanted to say he is a  gem of a person to meet. He is very responsive and he made sure everything is alright in his work before he left. He took time installing the faucet and disposer and making sure it had no leak by running the water multiple times. His price was comparable to other companies but difference is in his workmanship. If you are looking for a plumber I would strongly recommend him.

It was time to replace an old tired toilet. So I dropped on at Guys to see what they could show me in a water saving model. They had a large number on their floor and most were in stock. So I was able to order one for installation the very next day. The plumber was a few minutes early, removed the old toilet, and installed the new one, and was gone in 50 minutes! Incredible. And very professional.

This was an absolute sham and the management could not even come to respond to my concern after multiple calls and emails getting deflected by their dispatch.

Seems like other reviews have similar things to say... guy came out, said he couldn't do it the normal way, decided to remove toilet, still couldn't fix, continued quoting more $$ for more services until we said enough. After all that, he didn't fix it!

Got another plumber who came out and not only fixed it, he fixed it for fraction of the cost, AND fixed the setting of the toilet which apparently these guys also messed up.

All I was asking for was a refund in the amount it cost the new plumber to actually fix the problem which they couldn't (but still charged me for).

Multiple calls to dispatch who said I'm just dispatch I will notify management and they'll respond within 48 hours. No response. Two more calls, emails that I was told would be forwarded... nothing.

Unprofessional racket. Don't lose your money.

Our family uses this company for our multiple plumbing needs, but recently, I was forced to call their weekend emergency line.  Within the given time, I had a call back from Dave.  He patiently walked us through shutting off the leaking water heater (sensor problem),  so I wouldn't have to shut off the main.  Many thanks to this reliable company for their help!

Mike managed to come over within 20 minutes, helping me out of a tight spot with a valve broken  and water running into a clogged sink. He walked me through everything, got it done and provided advise. Good service!

Jerry drove all the way from San Jose to east bay to install our new toilet. Excellent work, gave us some tips and also installed handheld bidet sprayers in both the bathrooms for free.

Chico and his crew were amazing. Our water heater died. He came out and gave me an estimate last night and he was able to get me on the schedule for this morning. He was on time and he and his crew were efficient and left everything clean and put back to the original. I'm hiring to repipe our home. Her is very thorough and a kind man/

We had a blocked drain that needed immediate attention. And it was a Saturday. Fortunately Clear Drain was able to come out in a timely fashion and unclog the drain, much to our relief. They were thorough, courteous and reasonable priced. Hopefully we will not have any plumbing issues in the future, but if we do, we know who to call in Los Gatos.

Bryan was honest, accommodating and knew what he was doing. He was able to come to our house at like 10pm on a Saturday night and he didn't gouge us on the  price like most places do. He was very fairly priced, which we are so grateful for, especially during these times.

This is an issue that we have had in this house ever since we lived here, we will definitely be keeping his information should we have any plumbing issues. I would be happy to recommend him for anyone needing help with plumbing and other handy services!

A plumber that actually communicates, shows up early, and does good work? Before these guys I had appointments with 2 others. One of them didn't show up and the other came 1.5 hours late with no apologies and wanted to charge 3x. Aqua logic actually gave me a quote online, scheduled quickly, and finished the job fast. Glad I found them.

Jim is fantastic. He returns calls, shows up when he says he will and is very clear about what he can and cannot do. He will not  try to bluff his way through something and quit halfway through and leave you in the lurch. He will also tell you what you can do to prevent the problem from happening again. He  is honest and good at what he does. I highly recommend him.

I decided not to call my usual plumber since it has taken them awhile to come out, sometimes days.  We had a clog in the main line and I started to yelp plumbers in the area.  I didn't have time to ask for recommendations from the neighbors. I left a message shortly before 7am and received a callback within the hour.  The woman, on the other side, was friendly and told me Francisco would be there between 9-10am. I was ecstatic that they could come out so soon for a clog.  A few minutes before 9am there was a knock on my door.  Francisco was friendly and courteous.  The only peeve I had to say was that his colleague didn't wear booties in the house, like other companies.  I overlooked the booties for the fast and friendly service!

Jason from Absolute Pro Plumbing exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend his company. He repaired a slab leak in our kitchen on a Saturday because he didn't want us to be without hot water! He tented the area, kept concrete debris vacuumed, used silver to solder the new copper pipe for added strength, used the heavest pipe wrap available and then did a beautiful job with the concrete patch and returned after the concrete cured to replace the vinyl flooring! He cleaned all the aerators and checked all the faucets for water flow before leaving. He arrived on time and returned phone calls very quickly. We had him come back to replace all the frozen  water shut off valves in the house, and he will be returning to replace the main incoming shut off valve.
Jason delivers on the promise of his company name Absolute Pro! We highly recommend this company and are very pleased to have found an honest, reliable, professional plumber in Fremont.

Highly recommended!! It's a Friday late afternoon and our toilet was clogged beyond our capabilities to clear it via plunger. I called and Judy was so nice and immediately found one of their plumbers that was finishing another job in the area. She scheduled him, and right away I started receiving texts with updates on his arrival as well as a picture introducing our plumber to us prior to arrival. Within a few minutes, Phil called us saying that he was 10-15 minutes away and arrived well before the 10 minute mark. Phil was courteous, he covered his shoes with shoe covers before coming in. He assessed the issue and gave us a flat price for snaking the clog. He proceeded working on the clog and was successful within a few minutes. He cleaned up and carefully took the auger back to his vehicle and returned for payment...He easily processed our credit card and was on his way. This was probably the most easy, stress free, well worth the totally fair price, plumbing experience I have had...even though we have another amazing plumber we usually turn to, but was already fully booked today, led us to calling The Plumbing Company...Soon to be Miracle Plumbing. Now I'm excited to know we have 2 awesome choices in plumbers that we can rely on!!! Awesome job and the experience was easy as pie!! Now we can enjoy our weekend...truly felt 100% the Miracle Plumbing that they are :-) Thank you!!

We had to get hammock chair fixed indoors on my ceiling for my kid. I reached out to Nikolai, he was very responsive. Showed up and was able to get the job done on time and professionally. I'm planning to call him back for some other work at home as well.

I had the worst experience with this company.  I asked for a quote on installation of smoke detectors back in December of 2017.  They sent a technician out named Ryan who meet me at my home and decided he needed to look at my fuse box and start tightening screws without turning off the power, of course this caused a power surge and which damaged property in my home.  After the incident Ryan was very apologetic and promised to have all items damaged replaced.  The replacement check was sent to me 7 months later and with that I needed to get an attorney.  Terrible customer service with many calls to the people in charge and never a return call, wait one return call from David Glover Jr the day after the incident where he told me to purchase all items that were damaged and send receipts.  After his call to me in December, I
never heard from anyone again from this company until i hired an attorney.  When the incident happened I asked David to come out to my property so he could see the damage himself, but he declined.  So if you are in need of electrical work, DO NOT hire Pacific Coast Electricians, they made this fiasco so much worse than it needed to be.
