I cannot speak highly enough about Henry's Plumbing. I called them because my hot water heater stopped working. They showed up masked, quickly assessed the problem, and went to work to fix it. They were polite, fully explained what the problem was and how to fix it, and were very reasonably priced. I also appreciated their attention to detail, and how they were so careful to maintain a standard of cleanliness in the work area. I have found my plumbers!

5 star for sure. Desperately needed a plumber on Saturday morning to fix a broken water line under my home. I used Yelp to contact Eldridge & Sons and was more than pleased with the professional service I received from Nick. I have already booked another appointment for him to return in a couple weeks to work on my kitchen sink.

I called and got an appointment for the next day. That's pretty good for a non-emergency. Then, they arrived at the very beginning of their 2 hour window. What's going on here? A plumber when you need him, and not having to wait? Not sure this will happen again, but it's definitely worth a shot.

I've also gone into their store to purchase water filters, and they are always nice and friendly.

Used 24/7 for an emergency main line blocked, on Thanksgiving! Once I confirmed they sent me a text with the picture of the tech, name and website to track him. John D arrived on time. He quickly solved the problem then went on to snake the entire line to ensure he cleared all the roots. John was a complete pro, solved my problem then quickly went on to his next call. I appreciate the service.

Our family uses this company for our multiple plumbing needs, but recently, I was forced to call their weekend emergency line.  Within the given time, I had a call back from Dave.  He patiently walked us through shutting off the leaking water heater (sensor problem),  so I wouldn't have to shut off the main.  Many thanks to this reliable company for their help!

Quick, reliable, reasonably priced and...analytical!

We called Mike to deal with our sewer backing up.  The first challenge was to find access, which was completely lacking in our older house.  Mike eventually wound up crawling under the house and disassembling a pipe to get in and snake out the clog.  That solved the immediate problem, but we decided to install a clean out in case the problem recurs.

Here is where Mike was excellent (well, it was also pretty excellent that he showed up on time, with all the equipment, and solved our first problem quickly and cheaply).  Using a tracing device, he tracked the sewer pipe out to the street, and picked a spot where he thought there was probably an existing cleanout buried under a couple of feet of dirt.  I dug down, and sure enough, there it was.  Mike came back and installed a riser to bring it up to grade level.  So, now we're all set, and with minimal work.  He even came by while the hole was being dug to make sure that the existing cleanout was suitable - at no charge.  On a Sunday.

As a bonus, he's an interesting guy to talk to.  There aren't that many other plumbers with a Ph.D. from Stanford out there.

I have used J B Rooter a few times now. Jerry is very responsive and provides a reasonable estimate of the amount of work to be done and goes out of the way to get it done well and on time. He is smart to diagnose the problem well and takes the time to explain it to us clearly.

After every interaction with JB, I have come away feeling good about the diagnosis and 100% satisfied with the work.

I would use them again and recommend to anyone else.

In the evening, we noticed water gushing out from the ground near our front door, and determined that the water main to our house had sprung a leak.  Based on recommendations from a neighbor, we call Prestige Plumbing.  Communications via text, including photos, was fast and efficient.  Prestige Plumbing arrived on time at 7:30AM the next morning, and had the issue fixed and our water back on by 10AM.  The leak was in the flower bed next to our house.  I expected the plants to not fair so well, but the plumbers were conscientious and no plants were damaged!  The price was also quite reasonable.  Our experience with Prestige Plumbing was excellent.

I had Jason put in a hot water heater and replace some plumbing last week. He was very professional, curteous, and friendly. I'd recommend him to a friend and will use him again. He is great about answering his phone and showing up on time. He's also very clean and makes sure his work looks good.

Based on the recommendation of other neighbors (thanks, neighborhood listservs and nextdoor!), we called BG Plumbing Service when we had a leak in our kitchen earlier this week. I called just after 7am, and BG Plumbing was on site by noon. The same day (within 5 hours!) response was amazing, and they resolved the issue quickly.

Have Aqua come to install the water softener and RO, have been recommended by many neighbors. Quite professional and patient in explaining the details, helped me purchase the salt from Home Depot, saved a lot of time for me.

I called a few places to get a quote and decided on Xtreme Plumbing bc they responded fast and could come out quickly, they scheduled me from 2-4 on the same day and then contacted me and said they could come early. Steven arrived and fixed the problem with the garbage disposal and leaking pipes extremely fast. He explained what the problem was and what was needed to fix it so I knew every step of the way what to expect. Jason at Absolute Pro Plumbing came by my home today to clear out a clogged pipe that had been giving us drainage problems for quite some time. He lives up to all the positive reviews that I had read prior to hiring him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I will be utilizing his services again for a larger project in the very near future.
