Night before last I woke up @ 3 a.m. to go to the bathroom and heard water running....no faucets open and toilet was not running.  I went downstairs and the noise was louder in the closet but no water in the house that I could see at 3 a.m. Turned the water off outside at the main valve and the water running sound stopped.  When it got light I looked at the meter to see if it was spinning and it wasn't moving which means it isn't an outside pipe break in the yard....WHEW!!  I then went to the room under the house where the hot water heater is and no water puddles or water leaks anywhere under the front part of the house....WHEW! I then turned the water valve on and went back up to the meter and it was moving but slowly.  I had to shut off the water to the house which was a complete bummer because I am 3 weeks post hip replacement surgery and NEED water. Yesterday I looked again in the closet where the loud water sound was and yep...when the water was on it had been seeping in on the closet wood floor and wall was wet.  I called Henry's Plumbing today, they came out this afternoon and :
Cut open the drywall in the downstairs bedroom closet.
Exposed pipe leak.
Found old corroded galvanized water pipe leaking in inaccessible area causing water damage to walls and floors.
Cut and removed old corroded cold water line.
Cap off and removed other old water lines.
Turned water on and flushed system.

I will definitely will call them again if I need them.  They are professional, polite and got the job done. Thank you Henry's Plumbing!

The great reviews are true--Eldridge & Sons offer knowledgeable, responsive service. First, they call you back. Surprising how many trades do not. They were able to come out immediately and fix our plumbing issue. I would use again and highly recommend.

We had a new Tankless water heater installed just about one year ago as part of a complete home rebuild project. For the entire time that we have lived in the home, we have been plagued with intermittent malfunctions of the water heater and integrated re-circulation pump.
Error messages would appear randomly that would render the system non-functional which would result in lengthy wait times (2-3 minutes) for warm/hot water to reach various rooms in the home.  This defeats the purpose of a re-circ pump system.
After an exhaustive number of calls to numerous local licensed plumbing companies, each of which would find fault with either the initial installer,
or subsequent repairs and changes made along the way by others.

I was ready to pull the unit off the wall and throw it in the garbage due to frustration when I decided to check the manufacturers website one more time for another authorized plumber to check the unit.
That is when I called Vince with VIP Plumbing & Water Heaters.
Vince took his time checking various pieces and parts of the system, and even called the manufacturer's tech advisers to share what he was finding.
Signs pointed to a bad circuit board which the company sent out and Vince installed within a few days.
This did not solve the problem, so Vince stayed and continued troubleshooting the system and discovered some set-up issues, and a bad check valve that appeared to be the culprit.
The system has been operating now, trouble free for two weeks and we are hopeful that this continues.
Had it not been for Vince's thoroughness and expertise, we would probably have a conventional tank style water heater in our garage by now.

I needed two plumbing problems fixed. The repairman came on time, fully masked and exercising every COVID precaution. Both problems were fixed. The bill was sent electronically a few days later to avoid any direct handling of credit cards. Great service at a great price.

Contacted 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing to help clear pipes in our bathroom (rental) that were backing up into the tub (kitchen and bathrooms sinks seemed to drain/back-flow into the tub's drain).  They stated that they would have someone out within an hour and that there wouldn't be an after-hours charge (I called at 5:30PM), but there would be a $65 quote fee that would be applied to their services if we went with them.

Upon arrival the technician was courteous and after some troubleshooting (15-20 minutes) decided on a plan of action. He then quoted us $575 to run an automatic auger and clear the issue o_O.  We were able to negotiate it down to $495, and did choose to move forward because we couldn't use any of the plumbing in our apartment.

Overall, good work (thus three stars), but overpriced for less than an hour of work.

I was very please with the promptness of Thomas Plumbing.   Dave Thomas called back within the time he specified and had a technician out quickly.  They addressed an issue under our house (crawl space) with the kitchen drainage pipe and were able to fix it without a problem and at a very reasonable cost.  Cody was very straightforward, thorough and efficient.  

I would highly recommend Thomas Plumbing and will not hesitate to call them again if any other plumbing issues arise in the future.

Mike came out within 20 minutes of my call. He was nice, professional and had my kitchen drain unclogged in about 20 minutes. Gave me some very useful advice about maintaining my disposal and fixed an uncapped vent.

We had a backed up kitchen sink problem.  Called several plumbing companies but I settled on Prestige Plumbing.  Alfredo (Chico) Rangel responded quickly, came and snaked our line and fixed our drainage problem.  Him and his assistant were fast and efficient.  We need additional plumbing work and will definitely call him again.

I recently had Jason from clear drain come out to diagnose bad water pressure in my home. First thing he checked was a prv and told me it was the problem. Didn't try an rip me off like alot of the other big name companies in the area. And charged me a fair rate. Completed the work in 2 hours from arrival to when he left! Thanks Guys! Will definitely recommend!

I have used BG Plumbing 2 times in my home to do plumbing work.

One time to replace the underground galvanized pipe with copper and 2nd time for replacing the entire house piping with copper.

I am happy that I selected them over others because both times they were very professional, knowledgable, punctual, and well within the right price range.

They gave free estimates and also explained how will they do the work. Their estimates were not the cheapest as well as not the most expensive.

They also managed the whole city permit process.
I will highly recommend BG Plumbing to everyone in Bay Area.

Aqua Logic responded to my quote request very quickly with an estimate that was reasonable. Made an appointment for the next day and they arrived on time. They did great work, very respectful and courteous, clean and thorough. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike! He came out and fixed a whole repipe job and my water heater vent for a very reasonable price!

The first time I called him was to have him take a look at my shower that was not working due to another plumber messing up. He was over within the next hour to come and take a look at everything and he made sure that we got the correct piece to fix the shower and get it up and running. He then did a full inspection under the house to double check the other plumbers work, turns out the other plumber did the wrong job. He showed me pictures and explained the issues in very simple terms for me. He then gave me a very reasonable price to fix everything and change all of my piping from galvanized to copper and he did everything in ONE DAY!

Funny guy and trustworthy to have in your house!

I had Absolute Pro Plumbing recently install a new 25 ft main line at a commercial restaurant.  Ameer was honest and provided a very competitive quote.  He was willing to work around the schedule of my restaurant tenant, provided quality workmanship in the repair, and completed the job on time.  I'm happy that I found Absolute Pro Plumbing and look forward to using them whenever the next plumbing problem arises.

Will definitely call on these guys again should the need arise. Chris was the tech who came to our house and was very clear about what needed to be done in order to diagnose the problem (we had a ceiling leak from the upstairs.) I could tell he was thinking of possible scenarios and took every step to ensure that the leakage was discovered. Thanks for answering the call as I often go with the first company who actually answers the phone rather than leave a voicemail.

Literally came over to my parents Julie past 9pm on Memorial Day weekend to help us move a fridge. It was one of those urgent and important tasks and it was awesome to get his response asap and have the whole situation resolved in an hour. Thank you!

3-4x the cost of normal repair quotes; Quoted $2200 total for permit and inspection coordination when it took me just $200 to get the permit online; These guys are not honest and tries to take advantage of typical people;
