I am a Fremont homeowner and I have a broken pipe in the main water switch that also connects to my front lawn sprinkler system.  I called Allstate Plumbing after seeing the good ratings from Yelp.com.  The lady , Maria, who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful and she set up an evening appointment for me on the next day.  Michael was the plumber who showed up at my house and he really impressed me as a very courteous, professional, thorough and honest plumber.  Michael was very thorough in fixing my plumbing problems with pricing that was very reasonable.  The job turned out to be more complex than we have both expected.....but Michael got this job fixed to my full satisfaction.  I will definitely use Michael and Allstate Plumbing again next time I have another plumbing problem.  Allstate Plumbing has truly lived up to its rating as an outstanding plumbing company in Fremont.  As such, I am giving them a FIVE STAR rating.

My husband and I had a leaky shower faucet for a couple of months.  My husband tried to tighten it so that the leak would stop, but instead got quite the shower as the pipe had burst! Jorge from Master plumbing came by to fix our problem.  He was on time, very kind, and extremely efficient! I would recommend him to everyone! Five stars for sure!

Luis was wonderful, I am so grateful for his help. He was responsive, prompt, professional, and kind. Best of all, he found and fixed my leak!! I highly recommend him and will use him if I have any other plumbing needs. He is excellent.

More details about my plumbing problem here: I had a leak from the main pipe from my house outdoors connecting to my sprinkler system. It probably had been there a long time but I did not know. The ground around and above it in the back of the yard had gotten waterlogged, muddy. Luis had me send photos and a video to assess it via phone. He gave me an estimate. He then came and examined it in person. He told me he could fix it that same day. He was honest and upfront about the process and the price. We agreed to everything and he did such a beautiful
Thorough job. I am so grateful for his help and expertise. It gives me great peace of mind. I feel lucky to have found him to do the job.

Needed a pipe cleared out.  I called and got an appointment within a few days.  The tech, Steve, was prompt, professional and nice.  He worked quickly to take care of the clog and was on his way.  I highly recommend these guys.

Called Norman on Friday to fix my burnt out electrical outlet. He came the following day and got it fixed swiftly without any hassle. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend Avalon services. We hired them to help us with two problem toilets. We were given an estimate based on the conditions known. Were scheduled with in the week. Juan came out and was as pleasant and professional as could be.  Very clear about what needed to be done. Saved us money in that the work that was needed to be done was less than first thought. Real pros!!

My experience has been outstanding.  100% of the time when I reach out for a plumbing repair or replacement, I get a phone call back the same day; and often available to go to the job site the same day, or next day for evaluation.   That works very well for me.  Additionally, the quality of the materials are top notch.  I have needed water heaters, sump pumps, fixtures, and exterior plumbing needs... all with a goal that they will last a long time to prevent having to replace something within a few years.  I have not been disappointed.  Finally, a few comments about the quality of the work... Excellent, thorough and done with high confidence.  Matt also takes the time to explain the repair / replacement upon completion, and takes all questions about the work, and future directions & maintenance of what was replaced or repaired with the homeowner.

I had a great experience at The Powder Room.  I bought a bidet toilet after getting some really helpful information from John.  I had some specific requirements and he helped me find the best options.  He also helped me pick out some shower fixtures.  I highly recommend coming here.

This is kind of too bad.  Reading the reviews makes someone think that kind of experience is what to expect.  I guess I would give this company more slack if it didn't advertise that it gives 100% response time within 1 hour.  See, I haven't even gotten that far.  

I went to their website, filled out a request for quote form (because it isn't an emergency) on Monday afternoon.  Waited.  Called them Wednesday afternoon at 1:20pm because it's not an emergency but I am trying to get a quote, and left a voice message with all the details I put in my request on their Contact Form - and mentioning in the voice message that I filled out the Quote Request on Monday.  Today is Friday.  Nothing.  No, it's not an emergency.  But four days to still not reply to a request for quote when they advertise what they do is what is disappointing.  I don't doubt the great reviews from other people, and I am a pretty patient and understanding person, and maybe it's just unlucky; but to advertise the response rate the way they do is disappointing, something people should hear about, and reason for the one star.  They might notice that.

Oly with Mauro's was here today. He was skilled, efficient and energetic, a quality I appreciate when paying by the hour! Loved that I could call and speak with a person at the office directly. Amy was helpful in scheduling an appointment. She even called in advance to let me know that Oly was on his way. Starting off right, he arrived and removed his shoes before entering the house. He quickly got to work installing our new Grohe faucet. Who knew that not everyone can install these babies, as they're so complicated (but beautiful)! He gets extra credit for his creativity in installing the faucet (and disposal air switch) when things didn't quite fit like they should. So happy with the results.

They were still open during this pandemic. Very helpful and were able to find the problem instantly. They came next day to have the repairs done. I appreciated them coming in a time like this.

Did a great job with installing our no salt water filter and softener system. Auston Mayes was assigned for the job and he was great throughout. Very courteous and diligent. Also cleaned up the floor of any residual stuff. Thank you!

Great customer service!  Saul fixed with our clogged bathroom drain pipe late Monday night.  He gave us some recommendation that I will bring up to my HOA.  This was definitely an emergency since water was coming up from the drain.  It makes a difference working with a professional company.  Thank you!

Can't say enough about how great the service I had received from In Demand Plumbing was, when our water tank gave up the ghost.  Jeff was very easy to reach, very accommodating and was very prompt and quick to serve, despite his busy schedule.  He fit in an emergency replacement job that included a warranty claim (which is a complication on its own) without any issues whatsoever and took care of the entire job very speedily.  It's not easy to find such a reliable plumber (or contractor!) these days and very glad that Jeff is one such plumber.

Bob has done work for me on multiple occasions.  He has fixed toilets, unclogged stubborn drains, determined the source of leaking water in my home, replaced a kitchen faucet.  He shows up on time, calls to confirm, does great work.  His prices are very reasonable.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Bart was quick to respond to my call to inspect a leaky kitchen faucet. He did careful inspection and recommended faucet change instead of spending more time fixing the leak. He did the inspection free of charge! Thank you again for the help!

Mark has been out to our place several times helping us with all kinds of different home projects; plumbing, construction, hanging pictures and art, all done very well and quickly. He is punctual, no-nonsense and a very nice person I enjoy working with quite a bit. I will definitely continue to ask for his help and would recommend him for any handy-work you might need!
