I came home one evening and realized that I had no hot water. Since Allstate Plumbing had installed the water heater, and it was still under warranty, I gave them a call the next morning.

They answered the phone at 6:15 AM, and said they had just came in the office. I explained my problem, and they said they would call back within an hour with an appointment time. Almost an hour had passed before they called; no morning slots were available, but I could have someone come out between 3 and 5PM. I took it, and gave them a number where they could reach me when the plumber would be on his way.

I got a call around 2:30 to meet up at my place at 3:15; he was right on time. I was happy to see it was Paul Reeder, the owner, who was going to take care of me. He had done numerous jobs before for myself and other friends and family, and we were all extremely pleased with his character and quality of work.

It turned out that the pilot igniter assembly had went bad. The individual parts weren't under warranty, so it was $86.81 for the part, and $150.00 for the service call. Paul took off $25 for an internet coupon which I wasn't even aware of; that was really nice of him.

The water heater works great again!

Luis is so kind and prompt with his service. Two times he has saved me coming out quickly to repair the sink in one bathroom and a shower in another bathroom. He gives options for repairs and explains everything. I 100% trust and recomend him.

I had a difficult situation with an upstairs stackable washer dryer that I needed some assistance with in turning off the water. I wanted a leak detector and had difficulty getting any help. If there was a leak that could potentially cause a great deal of damage in my home, I wanted something more and they got it done! Keith did a great job

Needed a water heater replaced and after talking with Will, he sent a couple of his guys who were in and out. New Bradford White water heater is great, price was great, and service was great. Even more important, they were honest enough to save me $700. I told them I needed a new PRV valve based on a different company's recommendation (see my other recent review), and they confirmed the valve was working just fine. Definitely have my future business.

Our 17 yr old tankless water heater stopped working.  It was determined that it was time for a new one.  We hired Matt Garber of Smash Plumbing to do the job.  Although we stayed with the same manufacturer, apparently the exhaust system needed updating which made the replacement a little more complicated that we initially thought.  We found Matt not only knowledgeable but professional and a man of great integrity.  We saw a very hard worker who was time efficient and conscientious.  He cleaned up the area well after the job was done and was friendly and courteous from the moment he stepped in the door.  Matt will be at the top of our plumbing services list and we will happily recommend Smash Plumbing to family and friends.

The Powder Room is the best place to go for Kitchen & Bath plumbing needs in the bay area. We recently had a problem with our shower fixture. We were told by other stores to replace it with a new fixture, since our current fixture was made by a company that had gone out of business.  Kathy and John helped us pick out a replacement fixture, but they also encourage us to review options to fix the current fixture. With John's coaching, we were able find an industry standard part to fix our current fixture. This saved us money as well as help keep our current bathroom design intact. They have an incredible network of suppliers that allow them to get products quickly. This Saturday, we wake up with the kitchen sink being locked. We tried the known procedures to make the drain going , but no luck.
Calling for urgent help never work too, as all are fully booked. I called the American plumbing and Raheb came to me live, no answering machine. I explained to him the urgent need. He was so kind of put me on his priority list for the day. He promised to come soon.
After almost 30 mints with no show up , he called to confirm coming and apologizes for the delay!
He came , after looking into it, he explained clearly the issue and the options.
I went with one of them. It wasn't that easy to open using his machines. He kept trying  Until it gets back into working.
His service is so professional and clean , his price isn't bad .

Our upstairs toilet water wouldn't stop flowing (not obvious why) and the wall valve wouldn't close.  Crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly, efficiently, and most of all, correctly. Their work was impeccable and they were extremely friendly. More than a year later, the repairs have stood the rest of time. Had them come over again recently, and received the same friendly, timely, and professional results. Amy in the office is also super helpful and promptly returns calls. Mauro Plumbing is my first call when I need a plumber. Highly recommended.

Wanted to replace/upgrade my shower valve and trim. Contacted them but decided not to upgrade my shower fixtures after all - I just did a quick repair myself. But they did provide good customer service, competitive pricing, prompt response times, were available after hours, and can do the work 24/7. Local owned business.

I've had Savior do several a couple of jobs at my house this winter.  Both times the communication has been good and the service excellent.

Reliable, fast, and reasonably priced. I've compared them to other plumbers in the past, and they always seem to be the best. Mario is great. After 2 jobs I've become a loyal customer.

My sewer line from the house to the street has had an invasion of tree roots for years and would back up 2x a year. InDemand Plumbing responded right away. They installed a new sewer line which involved hand digging, heavy equipment, concrete repair after digging a 7 ft. deep hole in my driveway to install the new line. This all started right before Christmas and the job was completed 3-4 weeks later due to non-stop rain. They dug in the rain and cold but could not complete the concrete work until things dried out. Throughout the whole epic project, the crew and office personnel, and Jeff, the owner were beyond helpful and responsive. The office manager, Rebecca, while 9 Mos. PG, went to the city 3x in one day to expedite the work permit.  I could not have asked for a better company and staff to do this project. And thank you for moving my trailer!

Bob has been a hero on two plumbing emergencies. He is responsive, honest and will look out for other issues. Look no further if you are looking for quality, fair rate, no-nonsense upselling and friendly service.
