Allstate did a great job on a gas-line install.  We had a few other companies come and look at our house for the gas-line install, but a couple did not want to do it and others seemed very unprofessional.  Paul came out, looked at our home and gave us a reasonable quote for the job.  Jeff was the main tech that worked on our home.  He was very professional and did an excellent job.  He also advised us on a few other things he would get fixed in our home.  I would recommend Allstate to anyone looking for a gas-line installation.

Jorge and Adrian helped replace our water heater in our apartment. They were nice, they were professional, they put down a tarp, and left the place pretty much the way it looked before.

Norman is one of the few honest people out there. He came out and spent about an hour trying to repair our garbage disposal. He couldn't repair it so he came out the next day and installed a new one. He didn't charge for the day before. I would recommend Norman to anyone looking for a good and reliable handyman.

Our upstairs toilet water wouldn't stop flowing (not obvious why) and the wall valve wouldn't close.  Crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly, efficiently, and most of all, correctly. Their work was impeccable and they were extremely friendly. More than a year later, the repairs have stood the rest of time. Had them come over again recently, and received the same friendly, timely, and professional results. Amy in the office is also super helpful and promptly returns calls. Mauro Plumbing is my first call when I need a plumber. Highly recommended.

They were still open during this pandemic. Very helpful and were able to find the problem instantly. They came next day to have the repairs done. I appreciated them coming in a time like this.

So super weird and sad experience.  We've been coming to Savior for many years and they have been our go-to plumber for all our needs.  5-star.  Affordable, honest and professional crew.  This last time was super weird though.  I don't know what to make of it and the only way I can make sense is that the plumber told the owner a completely different story than reality to cover his ass and the owner took his word.  

We had them come out to attend to a variety of plumbing issues we had.  One was that we had a small leak under our kitchen sink.  We have an RO system under that sink.  The plumber proceeded to break the valve on the tank and tell us the system was broken and old and basically said that valve wasn't his fault.  In fixing the leak he also ended up leaving a plumbing line disconnected and the cold water valve closed and left.  My wife couldn't turn the water back on and when I came home I discovered the cold water valve left off and turned it back on.  That's when the disconnected line starting spraying all inside the cabinet.  My wife calls them back to come back and fix the line that they disconnected (and we weren't happy they just left the cold water closed).  They ended up forcing us to pay a $75 visit fee to come back - for something they broke/left disconnected.  Since the RO system was now not operational because he broke that valve, we decided to go ahead and replace the RO system (it was 8 years old.  They are supposed to last 10-15 years.  Old yes.. decrepit to a point that touching the valve would destroy it, no).  As a gesture of fair play, we asked them to come back and replace the RO with a new one (which we bought) and all we asked was that they credit the $75 they charged us the last time for the return (for stuff they broke), and our only caveat is that we didn't want that same tech back again.  We weren't asking them to pay for the RO system.  We weren't asking for free installation of the new one.  We were just asking for a $75 credit for what we felt was an improper charge to come back the last time when they messed up and caused the mess.  

We thought this was a fair exchange.  They ended up saying they would refund the $75 but were firing us as customers and won't work with us again.  ???  Again, my only explanation to myself is that the tech told the owner a totally different story and the owner thinks he's doing right by this.  But they screwed up, charged us to fix their screwup (disconnected line, cold water valve closed when they should have been open, broken RO tank valve) and now fired us.  I'm not mad.  They were good to us for many years.  Just sad how this all ended.  We found another great plumber.  Life goes on.

These guys are great, hot water heater went out on Sun, they had someone onsite  fixing it within 2 hrs!  Fast friendly service at a fair price. Found them here on yelp, the 5 star rating is no accident.

Jeffs Customer Service/ business definitely worthy of 5 stars ! He gave me a quote 15mins after he's here at my house ready to do my repair , I was running a little behind time he was generous to wait 15mins for me to arrive . Worked quickly on my repair got everything back working . I would definitely recommend for repairs and will be using in the future! Thanks Jeff

We had a sink leak and it created a moldy, rotting cabinet. Mark was super responsive, and had an appointment slot available within two days. He came with everything needed to fix the cabinet on the spot, and the end result looks beautiful. The price was very competitive, and I will definitely use Mark again should anything else pop up.
