Ken came to our complex on a hot (93deg) Sunday to sort out our situation. He was friendly and quick, especially considering the heat and the fact that he had to get up on the roof. I would definitely call them again!

I was referred to Alfred Williams Plumbing by Richard over at Nelson Plumbing in San Jose. They returned my call quickly and Steve came right on time as he specified in our conversation to my parent's house. Friendly and affordable. I was pleased by the job and was told they have a 4 day warranty if any issues come up. Also, received a $10 off card for the next service. We will use their services again if needed.

Finding a reliable, talented handyman is not easy.  Norm is a real find.  He is very professional, comes up with great ideas for tricky issues around your house and best of all, is reliable and finishes the work when he says he is going to.  If you need to get some projects done, Norm is the guy.

I had made an appointment in May but I had to reschedule and was able to finally have our toilet installed today. When I first spoke to William he was very friendly and honest. He was quick to respond and charged a fairly reasonable price, very reasonable compared to others. Sam came in today and installed the toilet with no problems and completed the installation in less than a hour.  Sam was very friendly. I would definitely use Avalon again! Thanks Sam and William!

This is the second time I've called Matt for my plumbing needs.  Last week when I called him in the morning he was able to come over in a few hours and handle my pumping issue.  He is very courteous, knowledgeable and an all around nice person.  I know I can count on SMASH PLUMBING to handle all my personal plumbing needs and for other service needs of our condominium building.

Art helped get a technician sent out to my rental in San Jose the same morning I called.  Freddy was quick and courteous.  He fixed the stopped faucet quickly and my tenant was very pleased.  Not to mention Art had great communication with me the whole time.  Will be using these guys again if my Grohe gets stopped up again. Raheb, fixed our shower valve in the master, our line to ice maker in kitchen, leaking faucets at a couple sinks....Replaced/remounted toilet.  So happy with his service.

Why 5 stars: responsiveness, coming out prepared with parts (he asked for photos and descriptions ahead of visit), quickness of work, communication of what jobs entailed and time estimates, ball parking costs, just the right balance of friendliness and overall professionalism.

I highly recommend Mauro's services.  He and his assistant had to come out to our house twice for a problem that was connected to our sewer line.  We found out that we have to contend with the bigger issue of a sewer lateral replacement (darn those clay pipes!), but Mauro gave us some sound advice and was able to get our plumbing temporarily running until we get the big job done.  Service was great and Amy was a pleasure to work with.  She always kept us apprised of their timing.

Yesterday was the first time I stopped in. I needed galvi pipe plug and some blue monster tape and dope for a 1.25 natural gas line I was capping off. It was Saturday and so all the regular supply houses were closed and Home Depot does not carry any metal pipe stuff anymore. I thought I needed 1.5 but when I got back to the shop I realized it was 1.25. No big deal. Stopped by today Sunday and exchanged it. These folks are the best!  For me, its all about trust.  They come on time, know what they're doing and are honest.  Pretty simple but not so easy to find in the trades.

My toilet leaked, so, based on the Yelp reviews, I hired Fast Response Plumbing to replace it with a baseline Toto. The Fast Response crew did the job, and I haven't had any problems with the new john. My only quibble is with the price -- $850. That's a lot for a toilet that has a retail price of $350 (less if bought on sale). Next time, I'll shop around and get pricing from multiple plumbers with high ratings.

We gave In-Demand a call and spoke with Emerson, he was friendly and courteous on the phone and later at the house also. We had some older supply lines to sinks and toilets around the house that needed to be upgraded and we also wanted 6 hose bibs replaced. We scheduled a week in advance and sure enough on the date and the exact time Emerson showed up walked the job, brought all he needed to complete the interior work, then ran to the supply house for the exterior work parts. He was clean, timely, very careful of our property and a very nice guy to work with. I would highly recommend these fellas for any plumbing needs, I'm sure we'll give them a call for the next plumbing project around the house.

Bob has been a hero on two plumbing emergencies. He is responsive, honest and will look out for other issues. Look no further if you are looking for quality, fair rate, no-nonsense upselling and friendly service.

With Thanksgiving around the corner, my husband and I realized it was time to call in Mark and Accolade Home Services.  We emailed and he came over, quickly surveyed the work, identified materials he would need to for the tasks and we scheduled a morning.  Yesterday was like MAGIC!  In a few hours, the items were completed, the list is gone and the house is ready.  He is so efficient and informative.  He educated us as he went about the work so that we learned more about our home, and some key safety tips.  From door latches to light fixtures - he diagnoses the problem and poof, it's gone.  As others have said, he's our go to guy.  So professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
