Was told that the technician will arrive between 8-10am and showed up just in time before 10. Replaced my old to new Koehler toilet within 45 minutes including cleaning and loaded it in his van. Testing for few minutes by flushing repeat and look great, he said. Then, last one I asked why my water smell bad and told me I need to replace Anode. I added and asked if he can do it because I don't want to mess it up. He called his front office first for me to find out the quote. The office called. Price is affordable and I confirmed. He went there and replaced anode. Very professional and smooth. Highly recommended

I had a toilet replaced a couple weeks ago. I was so delighted by the gentleman that came to do the work. Vincent was so CLEAN. He put booties on before he entered my home. Anytime he had to step out, he removed them at the door. He then put them back on prior to walking in my home. It was great to see his focus on not walking directly on the flooring. Vincent also cleaned the bathroom floor when he was done with the job. I was very pleased. When I later phoned the company to ask a question... related to my new toilet, they sent someone out to answer any questions. I am delighted to recommend the company and would use them again.

We had water backing up in two drains, with a septic system.  Did the usual DIY things, had septic tank pumped.  Our regular plumber had recently hurt himself, so I called LM Plumbing.  Luis answered right away, scheduled service call for next AM.  In the meantime, baking soda and vinegar seemed to clear the drains.  I had Luis come anyway.  He texted on his way, arrived within 15 min. of scheduled time.  On arrival, in mask and gloves, he introduced himself, and put on shoe covers to look at the problem.  He tested both drains, discussed the possible causes, and concluded nothing more to do.  He charged only a basic service call, did not try to do work that seemed unnecessary, and did not complain about the change in plans.

A very personable, professional, and decent man, who I would certainly call again.

Alfred Williams did not do any work for me but I am giving them 5 stars for returning my call on a Saturday just to let me know they did not do the kind of work I needed done.

Norman is honest, responsive, and efficient. He found out the possible leak in my bathroom, fixed the floor in a timely manner, with reasonable cost.

Mauro's Plumbing came and installed a new gas line for our house. We had a gas line break and not up to code so we looked around and found Mauro's. He and his guys were able to make a appointment with us sooner than other companies, they ended up having a competitive/reasonable price for the job. We had a little miscommunication with them as far as permits, PGE, and timeline, but other than that they did a good job and we had hot water and a heater again.

Super organized and kind family-owned business. We showed up with a long list of items we needed and YaYah had it all pulled in no time.

Took many bids for our project- replace main water line. Required sidewalk demo, trenching and piping. We were gouged by most bids but Savior's was the most honest. Courteous, professional and well up on code. Do not hesitate to call them.

Very impressive company. Dennis came out on a Sunday night and told us what we needed to have done. I went to pay him for a trip charge and he said that his estimate was free. Wow - this was a Sunday night! (that is when all plumbing problems happen, right?) He returned within the next few days and did a number of plumbing fixes/updates in this small SF condo. This was all coordinated with the water being shut off for the entire complex.  I appreciated his suggestion that I replace a faucet to a more upgraded model for longevity. While here, he repaired a toilet leak, a lav pipe leak, replaced valves and pipes and replaced the garbage disposal (this at no charge). I highly recommend this company. Fast service, excellent customer service! I have no hesitation in giving this company 5 stars.

I was very happy with both times I used Bob's plumbing services this month.  He came on time, showed up with a friendly attitude, protected the immediate area that he worked in, and even got an appliance company to replace my faucet for free with a phone call!  I would absolutely use him in the future.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.
