They are a very good and fair company.  I called them last summer and called them back last week.  Their employees are very good, on time and friendly.  Paul is very fair.  He gave us an estimate and after the work was done, he revised the estimate and made it lower.  This is a very fair company and you will be very happy with them.

Master plumbing did a great job, came out in a timely manner and resolved a leaky toilet.  Jorge was very  helpful and clean, taking care of the problem, and putting everything back and clean as it was before he arrived.  This was much appreciated as most services have not been as helpful and clean.  Thanks master plumbing and Jorge

It's hard to express what a great job Mr. Raverty did.  I had several small and one large job that needed to be done.  First of all I was impressed by receiving a written estimate (which was met).  Secondly, all work was done expertly with no follow-up necessary.  And thirdly, all work was competed within my expected time frame.  Truly a professional job by a true professional!

10/10 would recommend Will and his guys! Will was really accommodating and responsive when setting up appointments and quotes. We had some pipes replaced as well as some work done with our water heater. We shopped around a bit but ultimately went with Avalon Services because they were the most communicative and had the best rates. Sam was the lead guy during these jobs and he was really friendly and helped explain everything in a way for folks who don't know anything about plumbing. Amazing work y'all!

I was in a pinch, my regular plumber was not available and I had to get a shower valve replaced. My regular plumber, who has been a plumber for decades, recommended Matt, and I do too. He was quick to respond, did quality work, and charged a fair price. It's a big deal for a plumber to be responsive, for obvious reasons, and Matt was every time I have called on him. Since the shower valve, Matt has fixed a pinhole leak and replaced a hot water heater and his service and skills as a plumber are remarkable. I highly recommend Smash Plumbing.

They have a beautiful show room, and Kathy was very helpful while we were looking at things.  We decided on 3 possible faucets and asked for quotes with whatever discounts they could offer. They quoted us a Moen faucet for ~$335, which was already higher than the local Pacific Sales. We really wanted to support the small company, though, so were willing to pay a bit more.  However, when we called back to confirm and purchase, the price went up to $372. We told them about the quote and even gave them the quote number. They didn't even bother to look it up. They dismissed it and stuck with the higher price.  We can order the darn thing online for $310.  I wouldn't shop there again.  Use the showroom to see the product, then go to Pacific Sales and ask for Wes.

Needed him last minute for a quick fix with my kitchen sink's pipes, he came over and found the issue in a matter of minutes and quickly repaired all damages and fixed it up like it was nothing. This man plays no games, he does the job and completes the mission! 10/10 for his service and his kindness, any future plumbing services I will definitely request Raheb personally!

Called Mauro's first thing in the morning after discovering holes in the kitchen sink pipes. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and helped get someone out to fix my issue asap.  Mauro was at my house within an hour to fix the issue! I was back using my sink in no time. He was super nice and he was also considerate of my 5 week old baby, even taking off his shoes to come in the house. Definitely recommend!

They were still open during this pandemic. Very helpful and were able to find the problem instantly. They came next day to have the repairs done. I appreciated them coming in a time like this.

Savior Plumbing is the only plumbing company for me. I have used them three times and each time they have been responsive and thorough. Their customer service is without a doubt as good as it gets. My latest experience with them had to do with a leak. The City of Pleasanton said I had one hundred and fifty gallons of water going through my meter above my normal usage, per day. Savior Plumbing didn't give up until they found it and resolved the leak. It wasn't easy to find. It turned out to be under my pool deck, with no obvious signs. Nonetheless, all other sources were eliminated and this was it. Bypassing the faulty line and bingo, leak eradicated by my superheroes in red.

Billy was fantastic! I used him for a basic plumbing issue at my home. He was fast, reasonably priced, offered great advice and was very personable. As a real estate agent I'll refer him to all of my clients in the future.

Within two hours of first contact my toilet was repaired perfectly.  They were super pro and polite on the phone when scheduling, and just as pro and polite when Matt the service man showed up to do the job.  I highly recommend their services!

I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.

We needed a gas line installed to our fireplace.  Wilver clearly understood and described what needed to be done.  He and his team completed the work quickly and they did a great job.   The price was fair too.  I highly recommend Wilver and Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter and Service.

Years ago when I bought my home I had to replace the water heater. I was fortunate enough to find Bart who not only replaced my water heater but was able to find a creative way to create a drainage system should the area where my water heater was stored flooded (and all within code).

Based on his previous work, I decided to hire Bart again as we had a leak between the master bathroom and guest bathroom downstairs. Bart went through what he believed the error to be and was able to fix it in a quick and timely manner (and I appreciated his thorough clean-up afterwards). One of the best things about working with Bart is that he is honest and you can tell by his work ethic that he takes pride in the little things.

I hope to not run into anymore plumbing issues but I'm glad to know that if I do have any problems, I have a good, reliable, honest plumber to count on.

Mark's amazing! Great work - a timely response - and so much fun to chat with along the way too.  He's our go-to guy for all of our odds and ends of repairs, complicated light bulb replacements near the roof, mountings for curtains and valances, plumbing... and very soon - I'll be tossing a new project in his lap!  He DOES stay busy... so be sure to call in advance and get on his calendar!
