So the pilot on my hot water heater blew out like 5 times in two weeks, so we decided to call the Rheem manufacturer. After giving my husband the run around, they finally diagnosed the problem and sent the bogus replacement kit. Well the kit had everything, but the part itself. Really?! Anyway, we called Allstate at 6 pm on Friday after going without hot water, and bathing in boiled water, for the several days that we were waiting on the part. I spoke to Paul. He said he'd send someone by 8. Michael arrived, inspected the situation. Within about 15 minutes he correctly diagnosed the problem. By 10:00, he had the new part, he'd installed it and within 15 minutes the water was hot. All for $150. The value of going into the weekend with hot water was priceless. Thanks for A+ service and quality.

Jorge was great! We had to have our shower valve replaced in our apartment bathroom and he was on time, polite and helpful. He helped me get everything out of our bathroom to protect it from the mess and cleaned the whole bathroom up after installation. He showed us how to work the new one and made sure we were good!

LM Plumbing is now my first and only choice for our plumbing needs.  Luis from first contact to completion of the work, was professional, meticulous and informative.  Although the work he did was not difficult, it was how he did the work that impressed us.  He kept us informed throughout the work including identifying the problems and recommended solutions, showed us the work he completed, and he was patient and throughout to address our concerns and questions.  He offered maintenance tips and what red flags to look for if we encounter future problems.  He saved us time and money when he recommended we reach out to the manufacturer to get the parts we needed (on the way 2 days later).  We didn't even know we had a limited lifetime warranty on our faucet.  Most of all, Luis is honest, fair and reasonable.

This was easily the best plumbing experience of my life.

We called last night at 8 and Steve called back within minutes and showed up early on a Saturday at 7:45am. He didn't go into quote mode. Instead, he did a quick inspection and started working. Unfazed by the fact that our drain conduit was worn, he climbed up the roof with a snaking tool and just started clearing pipe.

Incredibly friendly and intelligent, he is not your typical plumber type. He mentioned he use to do QA for an electronics company and it shows. He's cool under inconclusive circumstances and doggone nice.

Steve finished in under an hour and now our kitchen and garage doesn't look like Dagobah. We ran a load of clothes without flooding the garage again.

And even though we didn't get any other quotes, I'm certain that had we gone to one of the big-ad-in-the-yellow-pages guys, they would have been here all morning and we would have paid double or triple. Why? Because we've been there.

I am certain our crazy house is going to need more plumbing in the future and actually look forward to calling on Steve again.

BTW, Steve is is middle name, but he is the proprietor of Alfred Williams Plumbing.

Norman was wonderful helping us with a couple of projects.  He gave an accurate estimate, shopped for the necessary items at the hardware store, and completed the work efficiently.  He made great recommendations on a railing we installed by some stairs... leading to a much higher quality job than if I'd purchased the materials myself.  He was timely, responsive, and kind.  I enjoyed working with Norman and will call him again when there are projects I can't complete myself.

Highly recommend Avalon services for your plumbing needs. They are responsive, friendly, and upfront about pricing and details. They did great work for our shower repair, and at a fair price. We will be using them for any plumbing issues going forward and recommend them to anyone looking for someone.

Matt is by far the best Plummer I have dealt with in the 36 years we have owned our home. He has handled everything from clogged toilets and drains to replacing/updating old sink hardware and he has done a yearly inspection--which I believe may have saved us from future water damage.  He is prompt; he explains what needs to be done; he is honest; and cleans up when the job is done. I highly recommend Matt/Smash Plumbing!

Raheb is awesome!  We had a water emergency at home with a leaky shower, he responded immediately, asked the right questions to understand the root cause of the issue.  He brought the parts himself, took time to fix the issue and tested thoroughly before he left.  His prices are very reasonable.

When we called him back in about 4 weeks for a different issue with the toilets, he was again very responsive in resolving the issue.  I would use Raheb for all my plumbing needs.  Highly recommended!!

Great service from Savior, their office staff is the best!  Needed the plumbing moved for my washing machine and they did a great job.

We had an old kitchen sink disposal that was cracked and leaking. I called Fast Response and they were able to come the next morning with a new disposal unit. They installed the new unit and removed the old one for me. It was quick and efficient, took all of less than 20 minutes. Good value for the speed and convenience.

Jeff is just wonderful. I got a call back very quickly, and an appointment set for early the same afternoon. The quote was exactly the same as the final price - also VERY fair. If I have any other plumbing needs, he will be the first person I call!

I've had Bob Cowden fix several things at my house, including unclogging pipes, installing a garbage disposal, installing new shower fixtures, etc.  His communication with clients is excellent, he returns calls quickly and shows up on time.  The one time he was running a little late, he called to let me know and told me what time he would be here.   I could not be happier with his plumbing skills and have never had any problems whatsoever with his work.  

He is very down-to-earth and friendly and easy to get along with.  He's even great with my pets.  He is eager to do whatever it takes to make the client happy.  A couple of times he's finished the work, then asked if there was anything else he could do at no extra charge since there was still some time left.  Seriously, how often do you hear providers so concerned about making sure their clients get their money's worth?

If you are looking for a plumber who is responsible, friendly, and really knows his stuff, look no further than Bob Cowden.  As long as he's in business, I will never have to hire another plumber.

Mark was very helpful.  We had him install our garbage disposal when it was on the fritz.  And then later had him uninstall and then reinstall it after we got new countertops.  He also installed our dishwasher, cooktop and microwave.  We are happy with the workmanship.  He kept the job site tidy and left everything clean.

He returns calls quickly is very professional.  His prices are reasonable and we would definitely use him in the future.
