Yeah I am a fan.  We had several leaks in our old pipes and with kids you cant go without water.   They responded very fast.  Paul was professional and very helpfull.  His crew did a great clean job and in a timely manner.  We were up and running in no time with new copper pipes.

I guess they have loyal customers but for first time customers they don't do anything to help an urgent situation. If they want to draw in new customers, we suggest they make same day appointments to fit everyone's needs. Too bad, we're taking our business elsewhere...

We have had nothing but issues with our sink and dishwasher since moving in to our new-ish home a year ago and after several trips out from home warranty, we have had only headaches but no long term resolution.  

Our sink pipes began to leak pretty aggressively so we put out a request for bids on Yelp. Luis was one of many who got back to me rather quickly and we had a call the next day. He asked me to text him a picture of the problem and he got back to me right away and even came out the same day to fix the issue. Luis was transparent over the phone about the cost for labor and potential cost for supplies. He arrived promptly and got straight to work, once he was done he explained exactly what he did to fix the issue and gave me the invoice which included his labor cost that I was aware of and only $10 extra for parts! I was really impressed by the honesty, price and quick efforts.

I was provided a 30 day warranty but our issue has been resolved and we are so relieved !

Have called on Advanced Quality Plumbing for several issues in my home over the last year. They have been responsive and friendly. Work is completed on time and to my satisfaction.  There have been no issues with the work completed.

We need a help to replace our kitchen faucet and I called because I saw the great reviews on yelp.  Norman picked up my call and sent out a follow up email immediately.  He immediately make a visit to do a free inspection.  Then he promptly sent out the estimated cost.

It was a little bit more expensive than our budget, so we tried to fix the faucet as much as we can.  Yet in the end we still need some help.

So Norman made another free inspection, and when he can't do the job, he sent Ray to us.  Ray finally able to solve our problem with the little rusty stripped screw and charge reasonably!

Amazing company!  Will helped my client with an emergency he had. The home had a leak in the kitchen and Will showed up same day to fix that issue and other issues my clients had with the homes plumbing. will use this company again and again in the future. thank you will your the man.

We bought some new faucets and a garbage disposal and after looking at the  installation instructions, decided to turn to the professionals!  Aaron came to our house within a couple of hours of our call, and had all three items installed within a couple of hours. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and we will call this company again for any plumbing needs.

Art helped get a technician sent out to my rental in San Jose the same morning I called.  Freddy was quick and courteous.  He fixed the stopped faucet quickly and my tenant was very pleased.  Not to mention Art had great communication with me the whole time.  Will be using these guys again if my Grohe gets stopped up again. I found Raheb on Yelp. He came out and fixed a shower leak I had. He explained everything in a very professional way and took care of the situation quickly. I will definitely recommend him to others in need..

I almost hate to write this review because I don't want them to get to busy to take care of me but.... I own multiple properties in the east bay and have used Mauro's for over a decade.
They are fantastic. Totally reliable and professional. If you want it done right at a fair price I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Mauro you saved me once again.

I bought few parts,one Item i forgot on the desk, next day I went back the guy who sold me the parts came to me and told me ,,you forgot one Item I told him just return me the money back I don't need it anymore, he said he have to talk to his boss first, when I didn't take the part and he was the person who sold it to me ,,I will never go back to this place!!!! And Also never got my money back I don't recommend this A street plumbing supply all the people on the review are family of the store

I've used this company a few times and they always do great work and I always get really good customer service when calling to set up an appointment! I've gotten Dave a couple of times and he does a great job! I'll always call these guys for plumbing issues!

It was around past 7pm on a Monday evening when I called Fast Response and spoke with Dennis regarding our kitchen sink that got clogged.  I asked for him to fix it that very night and instead of some hesitation, he willingly oblige that he will be in in an hour but what is more impressive is he is in our home within an hour.  How is that for FAST RESPONSE!

Apparently, our drain is somewhat weird looking since it is really a dinosaur so to unclogged it requires a bit of some patience and skills and Dennis truly has that and I knew then that he will do the job right and sure enough in no time, he was able to unclogged it in less than an hour.  The only thing is our p-trap had a crack and imagine that since he was out of p-trap in his truck, he willingly drove to the nearest Home Depot and bought a p-trap and came back to our home and have it installed.  That, my friends, is someone who truly cares for his customers, know what true customer service is about and being true to his profession and Dennis is very professional and yet has an easy-going and friendly demeanor like a buddy you can hang around with.  

My only fear is I hope he doesn't change like some of the plumbers I used before.  Once they have great reviews, somehow the quality of customer service goes down with a high fee for their work.  By the way, he charged me a very reasonable price.  I hope I won't need a plumber anytime soon or ever but if I do need one, I know who to call....  FAST RESPONSE!

I messaged Jeff about a faulty water heater, he got back to me promptly as was able to come out quickly. He was super friendly, took care of my water heater issue with no problems. He immediately knew what the problem was and knew how to fix it. My favorite thing about Jeff's service was his honesty. The actual work was half of what he quoted, because the problem with my water heater wasn't what I thought it was. I'm sure there are other companies that would take advantage of that fact and charged more, but not Jeff. This is a man with character and integrity, and I am absolutley gonna be turning to him for all my future plumbing needs.

I noticed water under our water heater on Saturday morning and Bob's name and number were written on it.  He installed the water heater for the previous owner over 10 years ago.  I called Bob and left a message. He called back within an hour and said he had other jobs lined up for the day but he could come by at 4 PM. He asked me questions over the phone that confirmed that the problem was a leak within the tank. Bob was on time and knew immediately what to do. Within two hours, he had removed the old water heater and installed a new one. There were a couple of drain lines still to install, but it was getting late, so he came back Sunday morning at 10, again on time, to finish the job. Bob is affable, capable, efficient and clearly takes great pride in his work. His dogs are friendly, too. I highly recommend Bob Cowden plumbing.

Wilver and his team are one of the best companies we worked with.  They're super responsive, quick, and honest about everything upfront.  Wilver explains all the work that needs to be done step by step so there aren't any surprises. We highly recommend them!

Mark needs to brush up on his communication skills.  Poor experience when trying to schedule an appt. for Mark to remove and replace a kitchen microwave.  I never spoke to Mark on the phone but emailed and texted him for several days asking him to give me some dates when he could come by.  He delayed getting back to me several times, and he seemed uninterested in our job.  When he finally gave us a week date when he could stop by, I asked him if he was sure he could come on that date because we were going to be away for a month soon after that date.  Mark's response: if you like you can get somebody else to put the microwave in.   Wow!  This was very rude, Mark!
