Our wash machine hose coupling was eroded and broke off while the machine was running... water everywhere!  I shut off the main line and called Miracle Plumbing.  After explaining the problem and knowing I shut off the water, Phil was able to come out ASAP to fix the problem.  He looked over all the hoses and couplings and gave me a final cost before starting work.   Everything was fixed within an hour and my main water was turned back on.  This is my 2nd experience with Miracle Plumbing and they have been professional and very responsive.  Highly recommend!

This is the third time I've used Miracle Plumbing and the second time Joel has been the technician.
For all 3 of the visits the pre-visit communication has been excellent and in all 3 cases the technician showed up on time within the appointment time frame, providing communication when they were in route to my home.
In all 3 cases, the technicians have been friendly, professional, and competent. They were happy to answer any questions I had and in the case of the second visit, were willing to work with me on a custom solution to my water softener issue.

For this visit, I was interested in replacing 2 toilets, one of which had a crack inside and was starting to leak.
As noted, Joel showed up on time, looked at the toilets, and provided a free quote for the work.
They offered a full package which included the new toilet, installation, and disposal of the old toilets. He was clear the pricing didn't include repairing the flange (which ended up needing to be replaced on one toilet).

Joel worked cleanly and efficiently. He removed the two toilets. Cleaned and prepared the area for the new units. Left briefly to pick-up the new units. When he returned, he discovered one the units was damaged, so another team member picked up a third unit and delivered it while Joel was installing the first one.
The second toilet had the flange issue and required additional work (and cost) to fix.

In all, Joel spent over 4 hours completing the job.
To be fair, I don't if the pricing was high or not. I didn't cross shop any other plumbers. However, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the service. I will be using Miracle Plumbing again, when the need arises.

Updated - I found that one end of my mainline is opened. It means he just push the snake into that corner and let the sewage go out to the crawl space. I found it by myself by checking the crawl space for a few minutes. He insisted a lot that he is an experienced plumber, but he didn't figure out the issue and how to resolve it. What he did is just ruin my master bathroom and charge me a lot.

They will let you know how much it costs in advance without additional fees, but the price will be already super high. I had a clogged toilet/tub issue and got charged $860 which is twice more expensive than others. But that's not the main issue.

Let me start from the beginning. When he first arrived, he asked about the clean-out which I didn't know cause I'm a first-time homeowner and did not know much about managing the house. Anyway, he spent a lot of time looking for it without carefully investigating the scene. Although I'm not knowledgeable, it is quite reasonable to see and check the severity of the issue and guess exactly where is clogged by flowing water and start from the small things, which didn't happen. Every time I tried to explain something and ask questions, his response was aggressive and a bit rude. He kept saying he is an expert and has a long experience and knows what to do. Also saying I'm disrupting his job and he could leave if I don't like his way. If that's true, why did he keep calling his colleague (or manage) to ask a lot of questions? If that's true, he should've prepared some towels and a wet vacuum when he detached the toilet cause it's quite obvious that it will overflow. But he didn't and the sewage overflowed and get my master bathroom dirty. The worst thing is he yelled at me making me bring his wet vacuum. Although he said could you.. or Please, but still yelled at me. After that, he asked me to empty his dirty vacuum and bring it back to him a couple of more times. I did that cause I wanted to resolve the issue asap, but I believe that that's not common or acceptable even after paying nearly $1000. It was quite frustrating.

At least, he worked hard pushing in 150ft long cable into the pipe. He did it for over an hour kept complaining about many things (one-piece toilet makes his job difficult, my question bothers him, he got a lot of work to do, the pipe is not in good shape, more and more), but didn't find anything. In the beginning, I clearly explained that one toilet and two tubs are affected and they are closely located and everything else is fine. It means that the blockage should be that far even if it's a mainline issue or anything. I do believe that this could be resolved with the small machine without detaching the toilet and ruining my master bathroom. If it really requires 150ft long drain snake, my entire house should be affected. It doesn't make any sense. Fortunately, the issue was somehow resolved and his explanation was it might be a lot of papers were stuck to the cable and dropped when he pulled out the cable. haha.

I was trying to be nice and polite, but it doesn't mean that he could treat his client in that way. I believe that he is not a bad guy, but his attitude needs to be improved. More importantly, their work and price are much more than necessary.

It's definitely not a good experience for the price. Not recommendable.

We hired Miracle when our shower handle fell off. They came out and charged us nearly $900 to tell us we need to replace the entire setup and we would have to buy it on our own. We spent $1500 on a new Grohe shower set up and Miracle charged us $2100 to install it. Of course, it didn't work so they sent a tech out and he said we needed a replacement valve from Grohe. We ordered the part and waited for Miracle to come back and charge us again for the replacement. When we couldn't get them scheduled we hired another plumber who shared that the Grohe was installed upside down by Miracle and it would cost $400 to fix it. Miracle did come out and fix it no charge, but this process took 3 months and 4 trips, and $5,000+. We still have a hole in our wall and that's another expense. I think Miracle is a good brand for them because it will be a Miracle if they get the job done for you...

Do not give your business to them. Not only did they damage our plumbing, they took no accountability and responsibility for it. Snarky customer service too.

I wish I had read Yelp instead of just the inflated reviews on Google.

$179 to come out and do an estimate, but they never mentioned this to me. They were here for 15 minutes.

The person was friendly and helpful, but they recommended work that was $1600 to $3000 to replace metal sewer line pipes.

Turns out it was the drain vent. I fixed it for $35 plus the $179 estimate for work.

Suggest the business makes it more clear that the estimate charge rate is $179.

We called them for our Kitchen drain system that was clogged.
Ryan came out and spent about an hour and a half estimating this project due to complicated assembly under the kitchen sink. They gave us two options the resolve the issue. The full solution was approximately $979; since I am a renter and the amount is way above my limits, I need to get permission from the landlord, who leaves outside of the states, I asked them to provide me the estimate, and they want me to pay for the estimate $179, which was never communicated before.  They wasted my day not calling any other plumbers, I just got off to phone, and another company asked me to do a virtual call and determined the price of $450, which is less than half what they asked.

I called Miracle Plumbing for toilet leaking and I was told the Y pipe under the toilet bowl was clogged with some stone-like stuff and need to be cut and replaced. Then I paid twice of $249 for the exploring diagnosis fee that by the end cutting 6 holes on the ceiling and the walls without a decision. After each hole cutting, the technician would go out to call his supervisor for a long talk. By the end of 6 holes, I was told I need to make another appointment tomorrow so he'll bring his supervisor in to further investigate. And I need to pay more of this kind of $249 until they can start to take action. I was so upset with this kind of exploring diagnosis. It means the technician having no clear idea where the pipe would go. And he doesn't use a stud detector to find the hollow place but cut where he was guessing. The worst part, two of the cutting edges his saw cut into the electrical wire. I couldn't see the professional skill that in any sense matches him to the rating of 4.9/5.0. When I got home, I checked the YELP reviews about Miracle Plumbing, and felt really bad about my experience. I should read review beforehand. I cancelled the next day's appointment. Although I still have to spend another big lump to hire drywall professionals to fix the 6 holes, I am fortunately enough not to lose even more money for nothing.

I hired them to locate and snake out the drainage on my property.  The price discussed on the phone was no where near the price in person.  1500 vs 2400.  This I can understand as he didn't know the extent of the job on the phone.

They started doing the job and found that they couldn't do the job properly because of root balls in the pipes and their equipment was not adequate for making turns in drainage pipe.  The camera and locator was a very basic camera on a cable without any panning or turning ability.  They also didn't want to cut the root balls in the pipe because they said it posed a safety risk to them.  I have had this performed on other properties and have never heard this.  

After 4 hours they decided they couldn't get anything else accomplished and that it was time to give up.  Sounds reasonable to me that if you didn't accomplish the task you were hired for, not to mention you have only been there for 4 hours, you would reevaluate what you can ethically charge.  Nope, they want full pop regardless of their time or effectiveness, with the response (I charge flat rate.)

Bottom line, I would never do business with this company again.

I can't say enough good things about this business! We had multiple problems in one year and they were kind, efficient, honest and the prices were fair. I highly recommend!

I had a pipe break in my front yard that was sadly off the main line. To stop the water I had to go use the companies valve at the street.  It was after 8 pm and my family needed to be able to use the facilities, so going without water overnight was not an option. If I had more time I would have done the fix myself. Instead I called Miracle plumbing. They came out in a reasonable time. About 2 hours from the call. The plumber said it would be $500 to dig around the pipe and then he could tell me what the work would cost. I dug the hole myself while he watched. As it turned out he was able to unscrew a small section of pipe and replace it with a new piece and a cap. For that I was charged $750. Admittedly this was after hours so some premium is to be expected, but considering that I could have easily done this myself if a hardware store was open for about $10 worth of parts, I was pretty unhappy. Otherwise the experience was acceptable. I was told the price up front and he allowed me to dig the hole and save on that charge. I will likely use another plumber in the future however, because that price seemed far too high.

To investigate water pipe, they remobed sheetrock, but they did not take it back. Even he did not make appointment with another person to take care.

I don't recommend this business

I was charged $1997 for a $435 dollar water heater. It wasn't enough that I paid $559 for an Upstairs installation and $409 for them to shut off my gas. To charge your customer an 80% markup is just egregious. Judy was awesome and the installers were professional. However I was shocked to learn the actual cost of my water heater after they left. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Lesson Learned won't be using them again.

Terrible service. They did not arrive in time. There was a small plumbing leak in our bathroom sink, but they simply suggested fixing the whole unit for 800$. The guy who came had no idea what he was talking about. Good job trying to steal from your customers.

I called Saturday morning - they had someone out in 4 hours.  Super friendly and Ryan was fantastic.  Very thorough, great communication.  Would use again for sure.  Yes it was expensive but you pay for what you get...and all plumbers are expensive nowadays.

The water tank on top of my toilet cracked and water went all over the floor. I put some epoxy inside of the water tank to get a quick-fix to give me some time. Water was still dripping so next step, get another toilet. I did not want to have to deal with installing a new toilet or disposing of the old one myself so I called Miracle Plumbing and Judy answered and took good care of me. She was very professional and worked quick to get a plumber out to my place the next day early in the morning. Joel from Miracle Plumbing called and was there on time. He took out the old toilet and installed the new one, American Standard, and fixed everything up. He took the time to explain how everything worked. I highly recommend them as their customer service was on par and they brought everything to my attention like a small little scrape on the side of the toilet. That is no big deal to me. Good job!

I am in charge of a few commercial rooftops, lately we've had a lot of plumbing issues. We really have been looking for a plumbing company that was professional  as well quality work to back it up. I think we have found that company!

I would highly recommend Miracle Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.  A true community service oriented company!  I called Miracle Plumbing, after hours when confronted with a shower issue.  Supervisor, Phil assisted me over the phone directing me how to resolve my problem.  He was patient, professional and very helpful.

Scheduled an appointment via phone call directly to office. Received two text message confirmations. I confirmed both of them, Reminder from Miracle Plumbing: A technician will be arriving between 12PM and 2PM  My wife and I took the day off from work, we waited 10AM all day until 6PM. No call, no show. Received a phone call roughly 10 days later, asking us how and if the work was done. I told the lady no one ever showed up, she said she was sorry. So my personal experience with this place was not a good one.

The work was done, but the pricing was really over the roof. The extra step required for the service ended up being part of the main work, but was charged separately with several hundred dollars. Otherwise, communication was clear with the company, text notifications set/received.

I have a house full of guests when the toilets stop flushing, the sinks are gurgling-ugh! I call Miracle Plumbing, Judy answers and knows from my description what the problem may be. She sends David and Joel who are finishing another job. They come over and work to figure out the mystery of our sewer lay out! Phil joins them and success! With the aide of a camera they find the problem and clear it. With more family arriving tomorrow, all is fixed! I consider myself a new life long client of Miracle Plumbing! Had these guys out for a $8500 job to change out sewer drain pipe plus a couple other related things.  When plumber started digging out the pipe, we found out one part of the quote was not necessary.  The plumber told me they took care of me on the quote, and I didn't check his numbers. After the job was done, I stupidly didn't look over the invoice carefully.  I checked the invoice the next day when I had some time and found I had still been charged $700 (down from the original $1200) for the part of the job that was already done when they got here and they literally had to do nothing for.  I called to ask a supervisor about this and he (Phil) told me I Should have negotiated on the spot.  Fair enough. Hopefully somebody else can learn from my mistake. When these guys say they took care of you they're still expecting you to negotiate in order to not pay for work you didn't get... I'm actually really happy with the quality of the work, but I feel like I got screwed on the pricing.

Judy from Miracle Plumbing Inc. is absolutely amazing! Not only did she answer the call but she talked me through the self repair of my garbage disposal. Instead of just sending someone out and charging me, she took the time to walk me through steps she would take to see if I could resolve the issue on my own at no cost. Miracle Plumbing is one of the best plumbing companies I have dealt with. Judy was amazing over the phone and so helpful. She got my work request scheduled immediately. Tech, Joel, was onsite within less than an hour. They saved the day with their quick response as I was dealing with an emergency situation. Joel was just as amazing as Judy. My past experience with miracle plumbers was amazing .
They were very well kept, well mannered guys that explained the entire process and price breakdown to me before the job.
When they were done in my bathroom I went in there to clean up any residual mess that might've been left behind and to my amazement it was spotless! They 100% cleaned up after themselves and you couldn't even tell that there was any work done!
Plumbing is a dirty and difficult job and I'm glad I called professionals to do it for me.

Literally, one of the best experiences I've had with both customer service and install. Judy is an amazing customer rep, that had me laughing and joking in the first minute of conversation. The techs they sent were both extremely professional, prompt, and respectful. I woke up one morning to a flood in the kitchen from a broken water line.  After shutting off the water and using up our towels I called Miracle Plumbing.  Judy answered the phone quickly and professionally, eased my stress and assured me that it would be handled quickly and efficiently.  Phil showed up on time, reviewed the situation, told me everything that was to be expected and immediately went to work.
Chris came to help out and took over the job.  Much faster than I had anticipated he was done, showed me where they saved me some money and thoroughly cleaned the area before he departed.

Nothing but clean, thorough and professional work.  Miracle Plumbing is the only plumber I will use in the future.

I had a toilet installed in 1/2019.  I felt the service was overpriced, and I was left with a toilet that rocked.  We had to put a wedge to keep it from rocking and I was told by Miracle Plumbing that fixing it was a whole new job.  I was charged for having the new toilet carried upstairs even though I helped carry it up.

My review Is long overdue! Judy and Chris are the most wonderful people I've had to work with, with our plumbing issues since we moved to WG.

Their most recent work with us was with our clogged toilet we couldn't resolve, and it was on the 31st of December and we didn't think we could get anyone to come out. But we're thankful for Judy and Chris as they have been great from phone call, to setting up appointments, coordinating, and to getting the job done well!

Previous year, we had our washer & dryer situated and hooked up on a weekend, and we really need it since I have my toddler (19 months then) and he was running out of clean clothes! We were running out of clean clothes and everything is still in boxes.

We also used them for when our kitchen sink had problems... on two separate occasions... first, our disposal stopped working and our sink started to clog up. We had a handy man check it and I am glad I called Judy (The Plumbing Compay) before I continue to wait for the 3rd day! We had our sink clogged up for almost two days trying to wait for the handy man to get to it. And baby bottles just can't wait! So thanks Chris (The Plumbing Company)for getting our sink back to working condition.

Last but not the least! Today I just had under my sink flooded and found out that my faucet was leaking a good amount of water. Judy & Chris came to our rescue again. It would have been pretty costly for us because we have hardwood floors on our kitchen.

Really! You get what you pay for, that is, if you haggle with the price too much you'll end up with days of unfinished work and more problems. Having found the plumbing company by chance was definitely worth it!

Unfortunately, there was no miracle. Instead, frustrations. They charged me more than $550 (labor costs) without resolving the issue of my water heater. The plumber directly started to replace the gas control without a thorough inspection and diagnosis. I was not even sure if he knew what he was doing and the root cause of the issue before he started working. I made a huge mistake to 100% trust the expert and believed they were able to fix the issue. It turned out that everything was still not working after the replacement. I'd say he made the situation even worse. The gas control was able to show the status light. But after the replacement, it is completely dead now. And I was told there should be another part (burner assembly & Igniter) which may be broken, and it will cost another $550ish just for the labor costs. The plumber was friendly but totally unprofessional and irresponsible in terms of fixing the water heater and making it work again. I was not asking for a replacement service, but I expect the plumber should use their knowledge, skills, and professions to fix the water heater and make it work again. If you cannot fix it, tell the customer at the very beginning you cannot fix it. Don't perform and provide useless services and still charge a huge amount of money, which simply hurts your reputation and makes everyone unhappy.

Our plumbing was backing up into our studio and they were able to fix it that day! They were there within two hours and done in one hour. It was great!

Rude , bad customer service don't go there !! Especially Chris is rude not professional

Unfortunately when they were installing the water softener filtration system the main pipe from the city to our home broke with water everywhere. This place is untrustworthy. After fixing the drain clog I asked if they will fix it if happen again. They told me they would come fix it again for 30 days. Next day clog again but they charge $400 again for it and said 0 day warranty.

I recently had an amazing experience with Chris and his support team. The team kept me in the loop as too  Chris' arrival time. When Chris arrived as expected, he was very friendly, down to earth, professional and passionate about his work. He was thorough and patient as he explained in detail what my problems were. He gave me options. He completed the tasks. Definitely my go to plumber going forward.

My name is Adam Berwid. We had a toilet that was leaking. I replaced the flapper and fill valve myself. Toilet still had the leak. Plumber came out while I was out at work. Spoke with my wife. Convinced her I used a defective part and charged $250 to replace the same part ($35) after having her sign a bunch of waivers that he didn't give her the chance to read (our failure for not insisting on reading them.) Didn't fix the problem. They came back out and quoted us $885 to install a $450 toilet. No credit for the original work. The plumber had the audacity to tell me that they came out to inspect the toilet for free because we were returning customers. It's actually because they don't charge for site visits. Called the office to complain and the lady was quite rude. Never again.

They charged me 160$ for closing a valve for a water leak and left without checking properly. Later we realized that our sprinklers stopped working. I don't want to waste my money again for this not so reliable service, calling another plumber to fix water line for the sprinklers.

Phill is  fantastic .  opened  the water damaged wall, repair the pipes behind the wall and prevented further damage . He was able to call  a drywall person to come and take care of the opening . absolutely amazing service thank you Joe my whole family appreciate you for your time and energy extremely professional and responsive this is the kind of company you should call if you need help with plumbing emergencies  we look forward to doing business with you in the future. Phil went above and beyond finding a contractor to do the addition drywall repair in a timely manner, I was stressed already with the plumbing, if I had to find a drywall person and a paint and texture service worker, I would have really been overwhelmed. They charge $99 just for visiting, and I asked for the price, he gave a number but it was not a definite number. He was like well, if the wall gets broken while repairing, then it would cost extra...

I was like, if replacing something as small as a valve means we might end up having our wall broken and we'll have to pay for your accident, then I'd rather go with someone who can do their job responsibly, and not break stuff in my house.

I had to pay $99 for nothing. He was talking about how the company has to pay their salaries, insurance, etc., and therefore we have to pay whatever they quote. Customers pay for the value they get, not pay their salaries and insurance.

Chris was very personable let us know of any problems we may have in the future took a ton of pictures which is great for us because we live out of state. Replace our shower cartridge that was leaking. All is good would recommend for sure.

Generally, I never write reviews for businesses on Yelp, but I had such a positive experience with Miracle Plumbing that I felt compelled to use this platform to laud their services.

I had an emergency leak from the angle stop valve and the supply line from my toilet early yesterday morning. The leak was pretty excessive and was flooding my bathroom floors. I quickly googled nearby 24-hour plumbing services, and Miracle Plumbing was one of the companies that came out on top for search hits with stellar ratings. I called them immediately and John picked up. From the get-go, service from the staff was phenomenal, smooth, courteous, and professional. I corresponded with both John and Judy on the phone; they were both reassuring, prompt with responses to my inquiries, and dispatched a technician very swiftly.

My service technician, Phil Marcus, was just the paragon of professionalism and courtesy. He kept me informed of his ETA, explained to me very clearly in layman's term what was wrong with the defective stop angle valve (I know very little about the anatomy of a toilet and how it functions), and most importantly executed the job effectively and quickly. Phil was very personable, and his wealth of knowledge and experience is very self-evident. Highly recommend Phil!

In all honesty, plumbing issues are never fun to deal with and are a great nuisance. However, working with Miracle Plumbing and their staff made it actually a pleasure to work with them.

Second time Chris has worked for me and both times, exceptional. I had a very tight schedule and a clogged toilet. He was able to move his schedule and came by, unclogged my toilet and he will get all of my plumbing business, case closed. Nice guy, too. I also learned how to properly use my toilet auger to extend another few feet to where the clog was and he informed me to not try using a plunger as it will weaken the wax ring and cause a leak.

A pleasure to work with. They answered phone immediately.  Scheduled and met appointment window with same day service. The work crew was very professional.  They treated the repair like it was their own home. Would highly reccomend this firm.

We woke up to no hot water one morning, our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Chris and Ray from Miracle Plumbing did a great job. They were on time, professional and did quality work.

This is actually the second time we have used Miracle Plumbing. They helped us out when our sewage line backed up. They did a great job then as well.

Ok....so I just hung up the phone with Judy and John and they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.  Arrived home to find a leaky outdoor faucet that required  a shut down of all water to the house.  You see this faucet was also attached to the outdoor valve, and it was failing as well!  Their team was already slammed with a bunch of calls and so they couldn't  send someone out.  But rather than say sorry, they talked me through a temporary solution that solved the problem and the we could return water back to the rest of the house.     These folks do it the old fashioned way.  They put the customer 1st!   And so they've earned my business with just a phone call! Companies like these are hard to find, but once you do...you stick with them.

This company is great!  We had a blockage in our sewer line that caused all toilets to be non-flushable.  Their Yelp reviews looked great so I called them. Everyone I talked to were pleasant and knowledgeable.

Phil, the tech, texted me when he was on his way, with a link and to a web page that showed where he was.  After a few minutes of paperless signing, he went to work.  After a few minutes, I heard the sound of our toilets flushing.  He cleaned out the line to the main sewer, and it was done.

I rarely write reviews, but the whole experience was so outstanding, that I had to do one.

Miracle Plumber, specifically Chris, was amazing. They not only came out and solved my problem but they were honest and trustworthy. They took time to educate me on how to prevent further issues so I won't have to call them again. Highly recommend!

ZERO STARS. Don't ever use this place..What a rip-off. Called Miracle to replace a hose . The guy gets here looks at it for a minute. Comes at me with some ridiculous price of $300. He couldn't even keep a straight face when he told me. I looked on YouTube and changed it myself. I know nothing about plumbing and did their job in  20 minutes. Very sad that this company seems to base their prices out of customer desperation. FYI.  Check other resources before calling them. If you do have to call them don't appear desperate or they will charge you extra.

This review is to help future customers as well as the business owner of Miracle Plumbing to perhaps rethink your service offering.  I called Miracle Plumbing because they are one of the local Pros recommended by Rheem.  I was told that there would be a fee for someone to come over to check the problem.  I agreed but didn't ask how much.  Well, two gentlemen came in the time slot promised, very professional, but that would be $198 later.  I didn't know why they needed 2 persons to diagnose a problem that I have already described in detail on the phone (I'm an engineer by trade, so I know what I am talking about.  This is an intermittent problem, so I tried many things and gave them all the details).  But it turned out, these gentlemen were not Rheem experts.  First they offered to replace the water heater, a $2500 water heater less than 2 years old.  When I asked is it paid for by Rheem, the answer was that it was gonna be out of my pocket.  Next, all they did was calling Rheem technical support to describe to Rheem what I described to MP.  Then there were two possible causes, which I asked what would they do first and how do they test it because it is intermittent.  They said they can try one at a time or do both, because Rheem would send both parts.  They can't even tell me the costs, had to wait for the office to send official quotes.  Well, it would be $500+ for one, and $300+ for the other, so it would be $1100 total for labor and I still don't know how they would be able to test or even guarantee that they fix the problem for good.  Needless to say, I didn't call them back, still have the parts in my hand, but no instructions how to install.  Which brings up the next point, do not buy Rheem, they don't have technical support for owners (the phone # on the heater rings forever with no one asnwering, the one on the website kept asking you to call back because they have some issues), the link for user manual is broken, so they are forcing owners going through these supposedly Pros who are not pros and only interested in gauging.  Now, MP might be real pros in installing new one or fix real plumbing problems, but as for fixing water heater issues (igniter, temp control, etc...), don't waste your time and money.

I can't say enough about this amazing company.  A gentleman by the name of Chris came and fixed our kitchen sink. I tried other companies and they were way to expensive.  Chris explained everything to us of what was wrong. My husband and I are very pleased with the work Chris did. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this company.

The galvanized steel water line to my house corroded and leaked. On 7/3/18 Chris came out to give me an estimate to replace the pipes from the water main to my house.  It was a holiday, I had no water to my house and I agreed to have Miracle do the work. The work was done in 2 days and I felt Chris and Phil did a competent job. However, I was later told by others in the trades that I was overcharged by more than 50% of what it should have cost. At that time, I asked Phil for an estimate to repipe half, only half, of the inside of my house that still had the old galvanized pipes and was given an estimate of approximately $9,000 for work that Phil said would take one day to complete. I escorted him out of my house. I am currently having the repiping done at more than $3,000 less than Miracle quoted. I felt they saw a sucker (me) and wanted to see how high a price they could get out of me.

I had a leaky shower. Called Miracle Plumbing late in the evening. The phone call was answered quickly and we arranged to have Aaron come the next day. Aaron was quite personable and explained a reasonable solution to my problem and had it fixed as promised. Thank you Aaron for giving me back my water.  Lol.

Their yelp review was great thats why i gave them a call when our water heater broke. Phil and Chris are the one who fixed and replaced the pipe and repaired a water hook up. They were professional, yet friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for doing great work!

Chris came out at 7pm on a weekend on his day off and worked 3 solid hours to help us in an emergency (crack in hot water pipe to a sink upstairs caused ceiling to rain). Chris explained that several of our pipes were copper with galvanized steel fittings, which causes corrosion and shouldn't have been done in the first place. Besides the present leak, more fittings were ticking time bombs. The corrosion was clearly visible. I decided to replace all the plumbing which might start leaking. Chris didn't have one part, so Phil brought the part and then they finished the job as a team. Recognizing the bill was getting steep, Chris and Phil made sure I got the most for my money. It wasn't cheap, but it was honest, quality work with the utmost professionalism. The work was done just yesterday, so we'll see how well it holds up. For now I'm sleeping better knowing the visibly corroded stuff is all replaced. Chris also referred me to a local water damage repair service.

Miracle plumbing is awesome!!  Phil and Aaron were above and beyond the best we've had out to our house. Fast, efficient, professional and so knowledgeable. They were our second estimate and saved us hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend Miracle Plumbing!

I had some new plumbing placed for my kitchen and absolutely love it! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. I will be sharing this with friends and family as this is a place that I have been using since they opened.

The pilot on my 6 year old GE Water heater, model SG40T12TXK00 went out on Saturday morning. I called Miracle Plumbing based on their 5Stars Yelp reviews. They told me that they charge $79.00 for a service call on weekends, which sounded reasonable to me. My initial experience was nice. Their technician came out on time. He  relit the pilot, which stayed on and water heater started to work again. I was happy. However, the pilot went out again after a couple of hours. I called back. The same technician returned on Sunday morning and concluded that the thermocouple had gone bad and needed replacement. I was quoted a flat price of $319.00 for the job. I was desperate. I agreed. The technician replaced the thermocouple and relit the pilot. However, something was not right about the repair. The heater which was working fine earlier, now started exhibiting a delayed ignition problem, which is scary. Basically, when the thermostat releases gas to main burners, the burners don't fire up. Instead the gas keeps coming out of the burner till enough gas has built up in the combustion chamber, before it comes in contact with the pilot flame. This results in a scary mini explosion inside the combustion chamber and main burner lights up. We called GE tech support. Surprisingly, they said that the delayed ignition, while not desirable, was not a safety hazard. They told the tech to ensure, and adjust, if necessary, the gap between pilot hood and burner screen to 0.22 (same as the diameter of a 7/32 drill bit). The technician refused to do it citing company policy and left. As a gesture of goodwill, they didn't charge me for draining my water heater. When I contacted PG& E, they declared delayed ignition a safety hazard and disconnected my water heater from gas line as a precaution. I got everything fixed after a Rheem authorized plumbing company technician came out and replaced the full pilot assembly instead of only the thermocouple, all for $295.00. I am very disappointed in Miracle Plumbing and my initial goodwill was misplaced. As far as I am concerned, they didn't finish the job. I would not recommend them.

Late in the evening, to my horror and disgust, I found water backing up and flooding our downstairs shower stall. I managed to clear the water with a dry/wet vac and anxiously waited  until the next morning to call Miracle Plumbing. Judy picked up the phone and immediately she understood the urgency of the situation. By 11 am Phil and Aaron showed up, ran a camera probe through the sewer line and found the obstruction at the city side of the line. Unfortunately a property line sewer clean out port was not visible, which Phil assumed that it may not even exist.  Right then Phil drew up an estimate which involved digging a 6' deep hole down to the sewer line and installing a clean out/access vertical pipe. As one can imagine this was a humongous job costing several thousand dollars, which I had no choice but spend to get the situation resolved. The rest of the day was spent getting clearances from various utility companies that it was fine to excavate around the vicinity of the sewer line. The next day Chris showed up with a backhoe, dug down to the sewer line, and to our relief discovered that a clean out pipe actually existed but protruding only a few feet up, or roughly 2 -3 feet below the ground surface.  Chris was able to open the pipe, ran a cable through and, bingo, cleared the blockage right then. This save me quite a bit of money because all Chris had to do was affixed an extension and add a 'christy' box at the surface to facilitate cleaning in the future. Thanks to Miracle Plumbing, particularly to Chris for resolving an urgent issue so quickly and efficiently. From now on I'll only call Miracle Plumbing to address any plumbing related issues.

My husband and I woke up this morning and found our 18-year old water heater leaking.  We freaked out because we had never had this problem in the past.  We located Miracle Plumbing in San Jose, CA through web searches and great reviews.  Our initial call for help was met with a very congenial and sympathetic receptionist.  She assured us that help would arrive soon and it did.  Today, a technician named Chris spent effective time with my wife and I, explaining the issues and risks at hand.  We were provided with a variety of fix-it options, benefits, associated costs, and qualifying discounts.  We did not feel rushed or pushed in the whole process.  To expedite the repair process, Chris' manager provided assistance so that we could complete everything by today.  They both worked diligently, effectively and in a professional manner.  Our kudos to Miracle Plumbing in San Jose for MAKING OUR DAY TODAY!!!
