Needed a quick repair on a garbage disposal and called around to various area plumbers. Business owner Vlad answered the call himself and provided a straightforward, prompt and super competitive quote. We were grateful that he showed up on our doorstep within an hour of my inquiry due to him being in the area and having a free window of time between jobs. They got the job done in record time. Very kind and honest vibe from Vlad and team. Will be bookmarking his name for future references to others!

We had very low water pressure for a couple of days and when we called them they immediately set an appointment an hour later and came earlier than that. They diagnosed the problem, gave a quote and scheduled the service for next day. They solved our problem and actually made it better than before.

Had a recirculation pump and water heater suddenly spring a massive midnight leak.  Pipes had failed and connections gone bad - most likely from substandard work by earlier plumbers.

Just Plumbing came out within two hours of my morning call and had everything squared away perfectly by 11:45AM!

This was the third time Just Plumbing helped me with plumbing issue. Came on time, diagnosed and fixed the leaking very quickly. Very honest and highly skilled plumber indeed!

Quick response, quality work, got the job done and done right. It was a small solder joint leak on the recirculating line, but to get it done right, the pipe had to be cut, removed, replaced, aligned, prepped, and soldered back in. No skipping step or shortcut to it. And it was perfect and working properly again!

I submitted an inquiry via Yelp and received a response from Vlad very quickly.  We set up a 2-hour window for an estimate on a shower repair, and he showed up as promised.  

When he arrived, he took a look at the shower, took apart the handle to look at the issue, and then gave me a price for the work.  We agreed and he started the work.  Within 30 minutes, he was done, and the shower was working perfectly again.  We spoke about some other potential plumbing-related projects around the house, which he estimated for us.

Fantastic service and extremely responsive. After spending half a day trying to get other local plumbers out. I Called just plumbing Handyman and was able to get service in less than hour. I had a small leak and it was fixed in 30 mins. Extremely neat and efficient work and very detailed to make sure it was done properly. He even took the time to clean up after. I had Just Plumbing come check out our fireplace which stopped working.  It had turned out that the company that did swimming pool removal earlier this year capped the gas line to the fireplace inadvertently.  Vlad was super professional and courteous.  He brought in a new jumpsuit and a separate pair of shoes to wear to access the crawl space.  He explained exactly what needed to be done and the price he offered was very reasonable.  He showed me the result of the pressure testing to confirm and proceeded to install the piping parts.  Excited to be able to fire up my fireplace again!

I quickly gave Vlad a great - well deserved - review after he finished his work.  Then, Yelp wouldn't allow me to stop the project, so more people kept contacting me.  Now, Yelp sent me an email asking how the project went.  Well, per my review from a long time ago, Vlad did a GREAT job.  So, I once again give Vlad 5 out of 5, well deserved and without question, a person you should hire.  I give Yelp a low score because, come on! This is not that complicated!  I post my project, a qualified person does a great job, and then it's finished.  No need for more discussion, emails, etc., etc.  I'm hopeful the Yelp user experience people will simply fix this.  It's easy to blame google reviews for stealing your lunch (and I agree, they are trying to steal it), but you really shouldn't give google reviews an easy reason to switch to them by bombarding me with useless calls from additional qualified plumbers, etc., etc.  Let's move on people, and have a great Yelp company that competes on service!

What an awesome experience. I called this afternoon and they were able to come 2 hours later to fix my garbage disposal. The gentleman was super sweet, quite and even took the time to give me tips on how to fix some issues on my own. He also provided me with a tool that I can use for future similar issues. Groundhog Day. I swear I just had a similar issue a few years ago. I walk into the garage and I'm greeted with a pinhole leak in my 5/8 copper hot water pipe that's attached to my recirculation pump. Arrg!! There goes my morning run on a weekday. I turn off the water. Seems like I just did this...

I made phone calls to all my past plumbers. All three--no one is available. Dang it!  I call Just Plumbing Handyman and Vlad answers the phone, says he can be here in 30 min - he's here in 15!

He examines the problem and gives me a quote of $250, I say it's too much, but he explains what he's going to do. After authorization, he removed the bad piece, showed me the problem and replaced it with a double-wall thickness. Hopefully it'll last longer than the previous pipe, type M, which was thinner than the new one - type L.

Vlad's prices are not low, but he is fast, and provides quality work. I'd hire him to do the same work again.

So, I look at my previous review on this topic. It's only been three years since Barnett Pluming took care of this. Last time it was a pipe above the recirculation pump. This time it's below. Dang it.  If you have a similar leak, make sure the plumber uses type L tubing as the wall thickness is greater, and will hold up better to the water scrubbing wear to the pipe.

I'm going to practice soldering, so I can do this next time!!! I have all the tools. Lol.  No offense Vlad.

Had some leaky faucets that I was going to change myself when I realized the valves to stop the water were also shot. Called Vlad and he was out the same day, took care of business and also gave me some advice on some other things I could do myself to prevent further issues. Good man, fair price.

The job was quick, maybe took 10-15 minutes. I did some research online and the average pricing for this job is $90-120, well I was charged $300. Do your research ahead of time!

Edit: I was refunded after the above review. They are quick to correct their mistake so I'd give them another try in the future.

Edit: I don't think the national average for installing a refrigerator water line is anywhere near $300, I attached a google search with $70-130 as the result in year 2021.

Vlad was excellent. He arrived early and kept his mask on the entire time he did his work. He was thorough and professional and explained the problem I was having with my water tank. He completed the task and I am happy with the cost. I will use Vlad in the future.

I had a high pitch ear-piercing sound coming from my main water line regulator whenever I turned on my faucets in the house.  Thought it was my water softener causing it but after a visit from AAA water it was not.  I reached out to Vlad, he came out that same day in the afternoon on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.  No more pitching noise.  I would definitely recommend Vlad to my family and friends for their plumbing problems.

Vlad came by within the time frame. He assessed the situation and listened to what I was saying and he actually said that the problem was not a problem at all and doesn't recommend any repairs.
With that said, he didn't charge me for the time he was at my home and completely understood that most of us are well, not plumbers =)

We had an oustide leak that required us to shut down our main line.  A plumber took a look and left us hanging by telling us he had to talk to his boss and did not give a timeline.  I panicked because my wife gave me the look. I called numerous people but Vlad was very quick to respond. He diagnosed the leak and let us know the best and worst case scenarios.  Vlad was honest and advised me that he could not perform the work if he couldn't find another person since it was a 2 man job. Vlad made some calls and made it happen! He completed the job in the same day when other companies couldn't do a diagnostic checkup until next week.  He took the time to tell me what he was doing.  Vlad is thorough with his work and even helped another issue with a backflow regulator at the end.  At the end of the day, my water is working and I'm not sleeping on the couch.

The first was to make a separate line for my lawn irrigation and household water. We have soft water and wanted to make sure that the in-house and outside irrigation lines were separate. The whole job took him about 4 hours.

We had a presure valve that failed at the main in front of our house. Vlad came quickly, had the exact matching replacement part in his truck, and fixed the issue in 20 minutes. The estimate was not cheap, but I consider it fair given the service was highly professional, and timely. Vlad was also very flexible with payment that I couldn't do before the next day. I had a leak in my master bathroom faucet. I called Vlad at around 6 PM and just took a chance. He immediately said that he will come inspect the leak in 30 minutes. Not in my wildest dream, I ever thought that Vlad will come to fix the issue right away.

Have been searching and asking for quotes on Yelp and Thumbtack. We found him and set up a 1.5 hr. window for him to do a free visit. He came on time, his rate was at or lower than market price based on the other quotes I received, and I was happy with his workmanship and straightforward statements - he told us directly what he thought and didn't try to act like a salesman or a smooth talker, which we preferred.
My pipe had a leak behind the wall; he cut open the wall, and fixed the leaking elbow, which he believed was likely caused by solder paste that the installer didn't wipe off completely like he was supposed to after the job had been finished, which is highly corrosive and eats away slowly at the metal until there's a leak. It seems after the leak, the water soaked the insulation and induced corrosion higher up the pipe as you see in the picture.
He provides a 1 year warranty, and gave a recommendation to create a contamination area using a plastic sheet around the hole, the window, and the fan to push the moldy air out the window and dry out the wall for a couple of weeks, as well as to spray it with mold killer and let it dry out before patching it up. He stated he doesn't do wall patching and doesn't give recommendations for a contractor since he can't control their quality or pricing and doesn't want it to reflect on himself as a quality handyman with good prices. Total cost for the job was $300. I would definitely call him again for a future job, and would recommend him to others!

I had a dripping showerhead, so I requested a quote via yelp. Vlad was the first one to replied and told me he could come and take a look in half an hour. He showed up with a mask, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me an affordable and competitive price. Within 2 hours, the dripping was gone, and everything is fixed! I had a plumbing issue at my house, water running through the spot of the copper pipe behind the wall. Thank god i found the issue right away and I called Just Plumbing. Mr Vlad came in 30 min. I am very happy with Just Plumbing. Compared to other experiences i have had with plumbers - this one was the best. Vlad responded very quickly and arrived to my house promptly. He diagnosed the problem and told me exactly how much it will cost to repair and even drove to Home Depot to buy the part without charging me extra for his extra time. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Other plumbers in the past charged us by the hour and cost us a lot more. I got a clogged kitchen sink and I came to Yelp to find a plumber to clean out the pipe. After sending out requests Vlad was the first one to respond in about ten minutes and was ready to come right away and he also offered the best price so it was no brainer. I contacted the plumber on Saturday morning around 7 am because of an issue, and he was there a little after 8 am.  He repaired my toilet within  30 minutes, and did not charge me extra because it was on the weekend.  He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him.  His name was Vlad.

This is a first for me.  I was interested in replacing a drain pipe that my husband had put in years ago from the garage sink to the outside.  It is not clogged or leaking.  I just thought it should be replaced.  Vlad was the first plumber to contact me.  I explained my situation and he said that it sounded like there was no need to replace the drain pipe!  He was so refreshingly honest.  My husband passed away a few years ago and I could hear him saying the same thing as Vlad.  I truly appreciate an honest repair person and I won't forget this when I really need a plumbing job done.

Vlad came out late in the Corona-virus lock-down and fixed a broken drain pipe that ran from inside my kitchen wall and into the crawlspace beneath my kitchen. He was prompt, professional, and adept at diagnosing my problem and fixing it.

For the record, I had some other estimates before Vlad came out. I'm going to state why I went with Vlad because it might help others make a similar decision. The two other crews who came out before Vlad were not plumbers, but were technicians who were really sales-driven, minimally-engaged employees of a plumber who didn't bother to come out themselves. Neither of the technicians who came out seemed interested in the leak as a problem to solve. Vlad did. While he is a plumbing handyman, he was familiar with the plumbing in the houses in my development, and he had a very good idea of what he was going to encounter when he opened up the wall. Which he fixed very nicely. The previous technicians did not want to get on the ground to look at the problem, and did not care about any relevant details that I had taken note of. They only wanted to charge me nearly a $1000, with no guarantee it would not go up, and with no real knowledge of what they would encounter under my house.

Vlad, on the other hand, got dirty looking at my plumbing, quickly identified the nature of the leak (Crack on the 45 degree pipe in my wall) gave me a maximum price, and told me he would take the personal risk and do the work if things turned out to be a worse case scenario.

In the end, he convinced me that he was an ethical, credible person and he fixed my complex leak nicely and at a hundred dollars less than the other technicians had offered to do it for.

I'll hire him again if I have further plumbing problems.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Vladislav and Just Plumbing Handyman. Our kitchen faucet needed replacement. We didn't really want to do it right now, but it needed to be done. We wanted to fix the water line to the refrigerator because the old water line was not installed correctly. Mr. Vladi not only fixed the water line but also installed the new line the correct way. Everything was smooth all the way from the estimate to the finish of the work. I had other companies provide an estimate, they did not even look at the old connection. Mr. Vladi took the time to look at the old connection and gave a reasonable estimate compared to other companies so we hired him for the job. It is rare to get an honest estimate nowadays and he is the one to contact to get the right estimate for the job. He was on time for the appointment and also let us know an hour in advance with the time he would arrive. He did a clean and professional job both inside the house and in the crawl space. He fixed the leaks and installed the new water line for the refrigerator the right way with the stop valve and a box in the wall.
