A & A Plumbing

We had the water heater installed back at 2018 by A&A Plumbing.  It is an American Standard.
We also install a earthquake device long time ago, it had turn off our gas when workers did something.  This past sunday, we had something done on the roof and sure enough the worker trigger the device to shut off the gas.  We are able to turn it on but not able to pilot the water heater.
We called the city and they could not light it up.  We called our regular handyman , he cannot light it up neither.  So at 6pm I call the store and left a voice mail.  Mike called me back in 15 minutes and with a short conversation, he asked I call again tomorrow first thing in the Moring at 7.30am. At this point, there is really not much can be done in a evening of sunday....  I called around 7:45am the next morning feeling a bit guilty it was so early but Mike answered the phone and told me someone will come by 11am.   My husband and I try so many times following the instruction but can not get it light up.  A nice man came around 11ish and is able to light it up in a 2nd.  We are floored.  He also show us how to light it up. The key is to hold it for 2 to 3 minutes of the pilot knob.....  
We are thrill with the service and support.  Thank you for the good old fashion service.  We appreciate it!

A&A Plumbing, Sunnyvale, installed my new toilet. Mike, the owner was polite and professional. Perfect installation and he took away the 27-year-old toilet.

Mike was friendly and offered a tip or two for maximizing the functioning of the toilet.

The only less than ideal thing was, due to employee illness, they had to cancel a prior appointment. On that prior day I waited for their arrival, but they never came. I even called three times, left 3 voicemails, but never heard back.

If you decide to hire A&A Plumbing, I recommend that you check their website to get a discount that is available (as of January 2022) if the client pays other than with a credit card. It saved me $20.

A&A Plumbing is located in Sunnyvale near Wolfe and Fremont.

Move ahead to April 2021, and we have a toilet whose pedestal is leaking at the base. We worried that this could rot the subfloor.
A&A came promptly and fixed the problem, not as severe as we had feared.
The technician was effective and polite.
Strange side effect, though: tried to call to thank them, for two days, and the phone was not answered (did not want to leave a message). I called both the Palo Alto (650) and Sunnyvale (408) numbers, with the same non-result.

Very bad experience getting this plumber to even respond to getting a quote for plumbing jobs at my house. Here is my experience thus far

1. Call the listed number 4087388878 multiple times only to get answering machine. Finally get hold of some lady on ph who takes my request to send someone to my house to take a look and give estimate for plumbing jobs

2. A person arrives on time on agreed date next week and takes stock of all work to be done including pictures of sink, washer etc and says he will work estimate and I will hear back in 1-2 days.

3. No one calls even when 1 week has passed and I get in same cycle trying to contact listed number multiple times with no luck leaving voice messages and then finally after 2 weeks I manage to talk to Mike.

4. After repeating the whole job list on phone like that onsite visit never happened, I still get no estimate and fleeting mention that yeah some helper had mentioned of this job at my house in Sunnyvale which Mike or whoever owns this plumbing service did not bother responding to.

5. I am told to send all job info that I went over 2nd time on ph and once in person by sending mail this time  to [email protected]. I shamelessly do that right after my call with Mike and am assured I will get estimate quickly.

6. Dead silence for rest of work week after resending all info on mail and I am back to trying to call the listed number just to know what happened.

If it takes over 3 weeks just to get A&A plumbers to get estimate I am very sceptical about this companies customer service and ability to take up and complete jobs on time. They simply don't seem to care :-(

I go somewhere else and get estimate within 24 hrs and jobs are starting next week.

Would you still want to go with A&A plumbing?

I am very pleased with their swift scheduling of appt snd their timeliness showing up on time.  Determined the issue with toilet and remedied immediately. I'll call them again if/when I have a plumbing issue snd will personally recommend them to my friends and neighbors

Re-piped my house and took care to clean up after all adjustments in walls. Excellent staff and did everything I requested.

Mike is transparent, fair and trustworthy in his under promise over deliver workmanship. He will point out if a competitor is overbidding or incorrectly diagnosing a problem. His team creatively solved a drain mainline issue without having to replace the entire line. Highly recommend but almost don't want to because too many will fill up his calendar :-)

I needed some help with the laundry drain at my house in Sunnyvale.
The standpipe was leaking and the whole drain pipework was old and corroded.

There was some problem with scheduling my job at the office which left me stuck waiting hours at the house.....my phone messages took a long time to be returned.

When Germane finally arrived to do the work he was great!
- cut out the damaged iron pipework in the wall and replaced with new ABS fittings to get things back working again.
- price was very fair for what turned out to be a bigger job than I expected

I'm keeping these guys number in my phone.

I had used A & A Plumbing before when my heater wasn't working in December. They were one of the only people who could help because of the type of system we have and everything went smoothly with that interaction.

Fast forward to now, when my air conditioner needs attention and I decide to call them again since everything went so well last time. On Tuesday I called in the morning and left a voicemail because no one answered. I called later in the afternoon and still no one picked up. I called Wednesday and still no one answered the phone. On Thursday, the phone was finally answered but I was told only the owner of the business works on air conditioners and he is booked out for the week. Before she could quickly disconnect me, I informed her that it wasn't an emergency and I wouldn't mind scheduling for whenever he could come out. She politely took down my information and proceeded to tell me there was a problem with their computers and would call me back to schedule the service. Now whether that was a lie or not, I sit here +24 hours later with no phone call.

I'm taking my business elsewhere; I'm tired of playing phone tag with a company who clearly doesn't want my money or repeat business.

Update: I received a call and apology for forgetting to call me back at the end of the week. I've got work scheduled for next week so I'll update my review after this and I've updated my current star review from 1 to 3 stars because they did eventually call back and were very apologetic.

Update 2: I believe he showed up either right on time or a little early for our appointment which was great. He had a little trouble finding where the condensation should be draining to but ultimately was very thorough in checking all possiblities and we both think he was able to flush any clog there might have been forcing the condensation out of the secondary pipe over our front door. Even though it had been hard to get our call in, I'd probably call this company again because both times the problems were fixed promptly and professionally.

Before using A&A, be sure to get a price quote in advance, especially for small projects.  My project took less than an hour and I was charged about *double* the average hourly rate.  In my case, I was told afterward it was a flat rate price.  Learn from my mistake and get a quote.  If no quote is provided, go elsewhere as there are many competent plumbers with reasonable rates.

Called the business to unclog a kitchen sink. They told me over the phone that they would send people to take a look and give me a quote. Two people showed up at my house and started taking tools out of their vans. I asked them to give me a quote before they start. They said since they could not find sewer cleanout in the yard, it costs $225 to clean the pipe through roof, and it would be $189 if they don't need to do it through the roof.

They put snake in the pipe through the roof but it did not work. Then they came in kitchen, removed the p-trap, put snake in the drain and that worked. However, the p-trap started leaking when they put it back on. That p-trap never leaked before. I asked them why the p-trap is broken after cleaning. They said the p-trap is old and easily to break after they used snake to clean the pipe. Then they went to their vans, got a new p-trap and put it on. In the bill they charged $252 for replacing the p-trap, a work took them less than 5 minutes (screw a few slip nuts), on top of charging $225 for unclogging the drain. And they said they will give me $100 discount because two projects are combined. I googled the p-trap model they wrote on the bill and showed them the market price is about $30. They said their p-trap is from professional store and much more expensive. They threatened that if I do not pay the price they asked, they would remove the p-trap. I ended up paying $377 for unclogging a kitchen drain and a p-trap.  

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Our upstairs ensuite has 2 sinks, and neither one would drain. If you poured water into one, it would come up in the other sink. I removed both traps, and they were clear. Each sink pipe disappears at an angle into the wall underneath the sink, so you cannot access the area where they join the down pipe. We tried the Home Depot Grease and Hair Remover drain cleaner, and vinegar and baking soda, but these made no difference. I also tried a drain snake, but because of the bends, when I pushed it into one pipe under sink 1, it reappeared in the pipe for sink 2 and would not go down the down pipe to clear it.

I even shoved a broom handle down the pipe under sink one hoping that the end of it would divert the snake into the downpipe when I pushed it into the pipe under sink 2, but no luck. I also tried putting a shop vac into pipe 2 while I sealed up pipe one but that didn't do anything either! Also tried a toilet plunger when there was standing water in both sinks while we plugged up the holes and drain in the sink that wasn't being plunged. I ran out of ideas!

The toilet and shower in the same bathroom were draining just fine.

We called A&A plumbing at 11:35 Monday morning. Jaime arrived at 1PM. He tried to snake the drain several times, but had the same issue- the snake reappeared in the pipe from the other sink. He finally had to bend the end of the snake to get it to go down the down pipe. Once he did this, he plunged several times with his rotating motorized snake and had to go down a long ways into the down pipe, but was able to clear the blockage.

The bill was $189 including a 1 year warranty.  We were very pleased with A&A's responsiveness, and Jaime's result. The price seemed quite fair, since it costs $100 these days to get someone just to come to your house.

Mike arrived at our house in Sunnyvale and plumbed our aquaasana water filter system. Mike not only did an excellent job installing the system but also recommended a bypass In case we wanted to bypass the filter during any maintenance work on the filter system. The system turned out much better than I had anticipated. Thank you Mike.!!

Mike and his staff are professional, efficient and on time.  We have used A&A for over a decade now and they have always been honest and thorough.  Most recently, today, they came only a day after we called at the appointed time.  They came in and replaced the failed faucet, no issues at all.

Now they may not be the lowest cost option but they do the work right the first time and never try and sell you more than you really need.  I highly recommend A&A Plumbing.

Overall a very good experience when things go wrong with plumbing or heater problems. I have used their services for a variety of issues over the years: plumbing, garbage disposal, faucet replacement/repair and wall furnace. Pricing for the work was reasonable.

Our recent work involved a wall furnace that needed to have some work done, including a new thermostat. Though it took awhile to get the new wall furnace part (tech had to purchase it at another city), the work was well done.

However, about a month later, the new thermostat (non-programmable, manual type) decided to stop 'clicking' to turn on the heater. We were still under warranty and I called A&A Plumbing to explain the situation. A&A Plumbing tried to see if we could get squeezed in to their busy schedule for the same day or the next. To our surprise, we got a call back and were able to get help on the same day, since someone was already in our area. Great timing! The issue was solved and heater now works.

I recommend A&A plumbing and I will continue to contact them for any future issues.

Mike and Larry are fantastic. We had a tricky situation where the flame for our water heater would go out. The first time they came out they couldn't replicate the problem and they didn't charge us. They squeezed us in their busy schedule later and was able to address and replaced the part that was causing the problem for a very reasonable price. If you have any kind of plumbing or heater issues give them a call bc they're the best!

These guys are very unprofessional. They did not shown on their appointment and when i called back the lady told that my boss is busy and we may need to reschedule the appointment for other day. On other day appointment also no body showed up and no body picked up the phone.

Do not waste time to work with these unreliable guys.

A&A Plumbing is honest. They came out to repair the leak beneath my kitchen sink. It was still leaking afterwards so they told me what I paid would be applied towards what was needed to repair it. When they came back out, the problem was easily fixed and they didn't charge me. I also hired them to install 2 new toilets. Germaine was very professional & did a great job! He wore shoe coverings, cleaned up and took the boxes and packaging with him. I still can't believe the link beneath my sink is finally fixed! You rock Germaine - thank you so much!!

Short summary - these is the most thorough, detail-oriented plumbers you'll find.

First used A&A pluming in 2015 when my house had a very tricky-to-solve plumbing issue. Two previous plumbers had bailed on helping me solve it, but the folks from A&A were super sharp and found a crafty way to get it resolved.

In 2016, I had another plumbing issue: a clog to my main line, but this required having the cleanout converted to a two-way cleanout to be able to properly snake the line. First, Mike came and found a way to temporarily fix the clog so our house was usable. Then, a few days later, Jaime came and started working on replacing the cleanout. It was a big job, but he worked through it quickly. He then came back 3-4 times with a powerful snake + camera and made sure the main line was completely clear, all the way to the house and to the street. They kept me very well updated throughout this process and I'm extremely happy with the results.

They ended up doing this job for less than they had initially quoted me, and everything is working great. My only wish was that I had asked for them to e-mail me a few clips of the camera footage of the drain, but I never heard back on that request.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, I have used them three times and every time has been a great success. They installed an elaborate Japanese style toilet/bidet, also a standard toilet and took care of a minor plumbing issue. The first two were quite tricky as I live in an old Eichler and Mike did an excellent job. The last was an urgent fix needed to install at dish washer. They came over and fixed it within an hour of my call to them.

I would never use anyone else.

Our handyman recommended this company to us since it was beyond his scope of practice, and he knows Mike, the owner.
We needed a new water heater and when they went through their inspection for a quote, they noticed that several things were out of code. They brought everything up to code that the landlord wanted to complete and also went above and beyond. Larry, our tech (over the three-day span because of so much work), rerouted the dryer vent to the outdoors (where it should have been) instead of leaving it in the garage (why it was so moist and dryer lint flying everywhere when doing laundry). He even fixed a broken towel rack that he noticed in the same bathroom. Awesome service and we will definitely call them again if need be. HIGHLY recommend.

This place is a ripoff, our shower is dripping and we called A&A to come and have a look. Larry came and it was a small job and took about 10 min to replace a small part, the bill came out to be close to $400 (325+$60 house call). The cost is disproportionate to the work. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I would highly recommend A&A Plumbing. Dominque was able to schedule an appointment within a day after calling. She sent Rosendo to do the job. What a great job he did installing a new toilet and removing the old toilet. I was so impressed with him all the way around. His expertise, professionalism, workmanship, etc.

I highly recommend him and I plan to recommend him and the company to anyone I know who needs plumbing services.

My returning pipe of the swimming pool was leaking. I spent $345 to let this company check and identify the problem. Then the technician from the company give me the quotation which is $1490 to fix a leaking pipe.Does anybody think it is too much expensive? The worst thing is they charge me another $200 for cutting a small root on the top of the leaking pipe. I am so angry about them. This company asked for your credit card information before they begin to work. After this experience, I understood the reason they did this because they are too much expensive and charge the customer without any reasons. They got your credit and charge you whatever they want to. And you cannot do anything. So, do not give them any business! I did not let them to put the concrete back which should be deduct $200, they should charge me $1290, but they still charge me $1490 even they did not put the concrete back and they said that $200 is for cutting root.

So , do not trust them and do not give them any business unless they change.

We have had Dave come out a few times now for our toilets and sinks. I know nothing about plumbing and he is always happy to explain what he's doing. He is honest about what needs to be done and gives different options for different price ranges.

Very friendly phone services every time I have called. They always give appropriate time frames for when the plumber will arrive. Very happy with every service we have had.

My water heater started leaking and I was afraid the wood platform it was sitting on would give way and I would have a disaster!
When my 10+ year plumber did not make time for me I followed a recommendation from a neighbor on Next door and called them.
Dominique was wonderful! She told me they were busy and gave me an appointment a few days later - I explained my concern for the water damaged wood that the tank was sitting on and she understood the urgency. She sent Jaime,  who diagnosed that I needed a water heater NOW!
within hours he came back with Mike and together they installed it.
I can't be more thankful and grateful to all of them for  for their outstanding service.
P'S there was a  discount coupon on their website for new water heater install, I did not use it, they were well worth what they charged.

One of the employees, Larry, came out and he repaired a laundry drain problem for me. The drain had corroded over time and needed replacing.

I made an appointment with Mike from A&A plumbing.  He showed up on time and did a back flow test at a reasonable price.  He had to order some parts.  The service was friendly and efficient enough. Dominique, the receptionist very helpful over the phone.  I will use his service again.  I will refer him to friends and neighbors.

Consistent professional service

After struggling with a leaky toilet, I gave up and called A & A for help.  Again they came on time at the day and time we arranged on the phone.   David was not only friendly and careful, but he went to great lengths to explain to me what he suspected was the problem and things to look out for in the future if I do it myself.  David had the parts with him and was able to adjust the existing parts to do a better job.   These guys are very honest and diligent.

Spoke to Mike and scheduled A & A plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet and fix a running toilet. Rosendo showed up right on time and ready to work. He gave me a reasonable price to replace it right away. Faucet was done in an hour. Rosendo cleaned up and took the time to go over the functions. Toilet was fixed in 5 minutes after replacing the flapper.  Overall great experience and will definitely call the purple plumbers for future plumbing work on my house and refer to my friends and family.

Poor customer care. The plumbers who came to check on our home were not knowledgeable about the toilet we have. Received the payment for the site visit same day and did not update their office. The clerk doesn't seem to know how to resolve, says it is ok on the phone but not able to provide receipt. Very bad experience overall! Would not recommend this company.

These guys are so customer oriented. I had Rosendo here to help put in a hot/cold faucet. Once it was in, we discovered the heat tank was leaking. He came back the next day after I had the opportunity to find a replacement part. The work he completed was perfect, and the price I was charged was extremely fair. In the past, Mike--the owner--was here and he also was so accomodating and customer focused. I highly recommend this company.

Nothing about the service, but the minimum quote was 4x my regular plumber.

So be wary of the cost.

I called A&A on a Sunday night around 6 because water was backing up into our bathtubs and our toilets weren't flushing. He asked me a few questions, determined the problem was with our main sewer line, and told me to call the Public Works department because they would do it for free, even on a Sunday night.

He could have just come out and charged us $500 to do the work, but let us know about this instead so we could get it done for free.

Highly recommend. Dave (AKA the most famous plumber ever!) was awesome. I had never called a plumber, and the sink in the kitchen was clogged.

He was super helpful in explaining the issue and how to prevent it. Don't worry Dave, already bought the simple green cleaner at Lowes the other night! I really appreciated him being patient since I was a plumbing virgin and had no idea that I should have called sooner.

FYI: DO NOT use liquid plumber. Thanks! If I ever have any issues I will be calling back. Also liked that all their work is guaranteed for 1 year. I LOVE Mom and Pop places.

I'm not a call the plumber guy. I handle household problems. I fix cars, sinks, electronics, appliances & computers. Ok, I destroy and then replace computers, but still...

We had what I decided was a 'main sewer line clog' after some reading. I guess the toilet water backing up through the shower drains was my first clue that I needed professional help (gross right!?). Plunging did nothing, snaking did nothing. I turned to yelp.

A & A did a great job, the technician (Jesse) was 4 minutes early to our one hour appointment window (GREAT SIGN!) and was courteous and professional. He brought a real Howitzer of a drain snake too, it made the one I use with my 18V Dewalt look like a toy. He ended up snaking through the roof vent in our plumbing system because the house doesn't have a clear out which I didn't know was possible. He really, really knew his stuff and was happy to talk shop with me while he worked, which in hindsight was probably really annoying. I'm a talker. Lol

This was a four star experience for me instead of a five only because an hour and a half of snaking cost $350. That was the exact price they estimated, so I knew what I was getting into, but I figured they were quoting me worst case. I figured they'd have let me off the hook for a little less since it didn't seem to take that long. I was still happy to pay since I appreciated the prompt service and great work!

Pepper Plant Sauce = NO

This company is GRRRRRRREAT!  I saw the great reviews on yelp and decided to give them a try. I had one really old ( 20+ years)  toilet, that had a tank that never completely filled up and  ran continuously as a result. Another toilet needed to be resealed because I made the mistake of picking some bozo plumber out the phone book  to install a new toilet two years before. :(

Anyway, Derek from A & A came over and right away I liked him, because when he saw my bare feet and white carpet, he immediately put little booties on his shoes before entering my place. YAY!

Then, when we were upstairs and I was trying to figure out how much money I would save by having my existing toilet repaired/re-built verses having a new one installed, he pulled out a typed-up price list. DOUBLE YAAY!

Other times when I have  had non-plumbing work done, I would swear that the price was determined after the contractor  looked at the inside and outside of my place decided what I could afford. Anyway, that was not the case with A & A, so I really appreciate that.

Derek was courteous, professional and presented me with options when available (clear vs white caulking, etc.) which I appreciated as well.  He did a great job, I got a good price, and I could not be happier.

It is so nice to have a reliable plumbing company that I trust. I strongly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for quality and honest work.

Mike is punctual, professional and reasonable. I saw water leak below kitchen sink, so decided to investigate. The water supply valve had water around. So I jut touched it and it came in my hand :( I had to shut off main as I can't plug that broken pipe. Worst it was weekday and 9:00 PM. I had taken Mike's help couple of years back, and he has been highly recommended in our neighborhood mailing list; so I called him around 9:45 PM. He was couple of miles away at home, but he came within few minutes. Mike could have charged premium, but he looked at the problem and gave a very reasonable quote to fix it. By 10:30 he was done with the work. I am impressed by Mike's professionalism and work ethics. I'll recommend Mike to all my friends for any plumbing work.

Returning from a 10 day vacation, we found water running under the garage door.  Yikes, our 21 year old hot water heater had given up the ghost.  We contacted  several highly rated YELP plumbers the next morning, and though A&A wasn't the cheapest, their charming operations manager, Rose, made us feel confident they could do the job to our satisfaction.  We scheduled for the next morning, and the plumber she sent, Dave, actually showed up 5 minutes early!

Our old water heater wasn't installed to code, so it was a complicated job..  And to make matters worse, the drain was totally clogged, so Dave had to find a way to empty it before the real work began.  He was up to the challenges, and was pleasant and polite throughout a taxing job.  By early afternoon, the tank was installed, the work area totally clean, and I was able to take a hot shower!  I don't think Mike, the owner, could have done a better job... but he gets the credit for training such an apt apprentice.  Thanks, A&A, for a first class job.

I called because my toilet was stopped up.  It was 9 at night and my boyfriend called out to me in a panic that the toilet was overflowing nasty water all over the floor.  He was plunging away to no avail!  More poo water was flowing onto my clean tiles!

I went to yelp and looked up emergency plumber and this guy came up.  He advised me to turn off the water to the toilet and then he just talked my bf through the crisis on how to plunge the toilet correctly.  After about 5 minutes of correct plunging, the toilet unclogged!

I didn't get the dude's name, but boy am I thankful! It would have cost extra on top of the regular fee as it was after hours which I was totally willing to pay if I needed to, but he saved me the bucks and my toilet now flushes!

I do need a toilet replacement soon.. I think I know who I'm going to call.

I had poor service from A&A Plumbing, twice, not just once.  My shower drain was stuck.  My husband tried to snake it with our 25' snake, but wasn't able to clear the clog.  So I called A&A Plumbing, who I had never used and will never use again.  

The 1st visit wasn't so bad, but it didn't fix the problem.  Jaime was the plumber who came out.  Shortly after getting here, he discovered his snake was broken.  So he called his co-worker who brought another snake.  He snaked it only 15' down.  But since my husband had already snaked it 25', the 15' didn't do much good.  Jaime left after 2.5 hours (it was so long because he had to wait for his co-worker to get here), and I sanitized the bathroom after he left.  Within 2 months, the drain clogged back up.  

They have a 1 year guarantee on service, so I called A&A Plumbing to get someone else out here to work on it.  I  asked the receptionist for a plumber with more experience since I've already had Jaime out but he didn't fix the problem.  So she sent someone named Larry.  Larry is the main reason my opinion of A&A Plumbing went down the drain (so to speak).  Upon arrival at my doorstep, Larry rolled his eyes at me and said, I don't know why you had to request me specifically.  He was already unhappy to be here, even before we met.  He then proceeded to display his innate arrogance and ignorance, saying things like Do you know how plumbing works?  No, I didn't think so.  He tried to convince me that the clog in the drain was beyond the house, in the lateral sewer line to the street.  When I asked him why my other bathroom's drain wasn't stuck, even though it was down stream from my stuck drain, he said You were lucky.  He was using sarcasm to cover up his inability to be logical.  He was ready to give up, but I stood over him and told him to snake it all the way that his snake could reach, which was 50'.  So he proceeded to, and then, lo and behold, he reached the clog!  But then he let the clog gunk go down the drain without pulling it out (boo hoo).  Then he left.  So after withstanding much arrogance, I was left with a temporarily unstuck drain and another bathroom to sanitize.  I'm getting faster at cleaning up the bathroom after A&A Plumbing leaves; the second time it only took me an hour to clean up.  

My bathroom sink started to gurgle soon after Larry left.  No doubt due to the gunk that Larry let go down the drain.  I'm expecting my bathroom to become clogged within a year.  But I will save myself the hour of sanitizing and the poor service, even if it's within the 1 year guarantee period, and NOT call A&A Plumbing again, for any of my needs.

Wait, I'm not done.  When I scheduled the 1st appointment, no one showed up at the appointed hour.  No one called, even after 2 hours of the appointed hour.  So I called, twice, to see if someone was going to show up at all.  The receptionist explained there was a delay at a earlier client's house.  Eventually, Jaime showed very late.  My time is flexible, so that wasn't a big deal, but they should've taken the initiative to call me to tell me about the delay, rather than have me call them.  I got the feeling they had forgotten about me, and had I not called, they wouldn't have even shown up.

When taking my shower this morning warm didn't get hot and and I realized that my pilot light was off. It is a Sunday -- it's during the holidays I cleaned the water heater, tried to light it several times. No luck.  I called Mike and he stopped by after a full day with family helping them with plumbing installations, on his way home to get me back on track. This is what I call SERVICE!

After a dinner party this eve I was able to wash the dishes in hot water, and tomorrow I can take a shower. Love it!

Larry came over and gave me a quote to move the laundry room into the garage.  The sewer, water, gas, and dryer vent all had to be moved.  They were polite, professional and on time. They had it done just in time for the delivery of my new appliances. Andrew found a sewer vent not properly vented through the roof that should have been completed by another contractor when we did our remodel.  At one point Mike and the rest of his team were all at the house finishing up the job. Excellent company.  I would recommend them to anyone.  Nice to see a local business that does great work at a reasonable price and doesn't try to rip you off.  Thanks Mike, Larry, Andrew and Isidro! Pricing feels messy and arbitrary.

I had a problem with my garbage disposal which just didn't work at all and made no sound so I called these guys for help.

When I called on the phone the lady said that there was an $80 fee just for the visit which seemed a little expensive to me. She also told me that the $80 would be taken from the total cost of the repair... so it was probably not so bad. I figured if the fix was very simple the cost would probably be less than $80 and that's all.

Now the guy who came by to fix my problem was very knowledgeable and a nice guy overall. There was a rubber band stuck in the garbage disposal device that he was able to remove easily and then with the push of a button reset the device. He even showed me how to do this myself in the future because it was indeed very simple.

So I asked if it was covered by the $80 and he said it was going to be $100.

I explained that I was asking because they told me that the $80 we're taken from the cost of the repair and at that point I wasn't very sure about what the actual cost of the repair was and how those $80 fit in.

And here's the funny thing. The guy tells me that basically they charge $140 for pretty much any fix but in my case since it was ver simple it was only going to be $110 (he had said $100 minutes ago).

So basically he had just raised my bill by $10 with no apparent reason.

So I just shut my mouth before he raised another $10 and sent him off.

I was extremely happy with A & A Plumbers.  I had a clogged kitchen sink drain for two days.  I called three different plumbing companies before I found A & A plumbing on line.  When I called them, they had a great person answering the phone who made me feel better right away, she took my information and said they could have someone here in an hour.  
Larry called and said he was on his way about a half hour later.  Larry showed up and had the problem fixed in one and a half hours.  When The other plumbers returned my call I was happy to tell them I called A & A plumbing and my clogged drain was already fixed.  
Larry was very personable and explained what he was doing to unclog the sink, he cleaned everything up when the repair was completed.  
A & A also repair heaters and air conditioning, they are now my new go to company for plumbing and heating.

The reaching out, service, friendliness and thoroughness were great. My wife and I chose A&A Plumbing as their ratings genuinely look good. In the morning around 9am, I called and left a voicemail to ask that someone come and fix the kitchen sink plumbing - standing water in a dual sink. We checked the p-trap and went through chemicals and vinegar/baking soda. Then even a 25 foot drain snake couldn't fix my clog. The call made went to voicemail, but we received a call back about an hour later for a 2 to 3pm slot. Around noon time, we receive a call indicating a 12pm appointment cancelled, and it was available. Dominique was the one updating us and estimating about a 20min arrival. Sure enough, Rosendo, our serviceman, arrived around 12:30pm. With boot covers on, he came in and worked on our clogged drain for about 1 hour. Pulling the findings out of the pipes and flushing them down the toilet until we were all clear. Issue is resolved, and he gave us a quote for pipe replacements. He had also suggested some rusted parts to be replaced in the near future. We will use them again.

I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about A & A!  We had a blockage in our laundry room, the washer spewed water all over the place, flooding everything.  I immediately called A & A after seeing the 5-star reviews for their work.  

Jessie came over in less than 20 minutes because I was panicked.  He was very professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgable and respectful.  EVERY time he came into the house he put on his little booties!  He fixed our problem, told me what caused the problem and how to prevent it next time, charged me very reasonably and even helped me move my washer & dryer back into place.

I used A & A Plumbing for the first time today and Dave came out to look at my toilet, sink and shower.  He went to pick up parts and immediately fixed the toilet and sink, no problem!  

The shower was a whole different monster and after a couple more parts trips, brainstorming, and a whole lot of trial and error it is fixed!!!  He never gave up and basically spent a good part of today (and even stayed after hours) trying to get it to work...AND HE DID!!!  (I bet any other plumber would have put a hole through my wall but he saved me a whole lot of $ and mess!)  

He explained what everything that he was going to do and was very patient and professional.  Thank you, Dave and A & A Plumbing!!!

Called them to fix a VPB at my house, but no one called me back.  I assumed the job was too small for them or they are just too busy.  I like to support Sunnyvale businesses so maybe I will try them next time...

Used Dave in April 2014. Very honest/smart in diagnosing the problem. He was highly effective in solving leakage problems that could have been major issues (leak in jacuzzi tub and under shower head). Plan to use them again.

Mike is just amazing! I had called other plumber yesterday who couldn't fix my Kitchen sink drain problem. He wasted 2 hours of my time and  my money and told me I had something major wrong in here that needs complete overhaul of my plumbing system.
I called A&A plumbing. He was able to accommodate us in his very busy schedule and fixed the drain problem in less than an hr! We have used A&A plumbing in the past too and they are just awesome...can do jobs that other plumbers make a big deal about.

This is the 2d or 3d time i've called a service company based on good yelp reviews and gotten no callback. I think for services (plumbing, dishwasher repair, realtor, etc) stick to angies list.

I'm giving A&A Plumbing 5 stars because they told a fellow Yelper about it and it's going to save me at least $100.

Had an appointment from 2 to 3. The guy was a no show and when I called they said the tech was running an hour behind. I told him to come back around 4:30. He was a no-show. When I called to reschedule they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back.

I have used A & A Plumbing several times and each time they have gone above and beyond to get the job done.  Jesse came over to a friend of mine to look at a leak she was having under her mobile home.  This mobile home is very low to the ground and the leak was behind one of  main brace bars so one, difficult to see and two, not enough room for a toddler to get into.  Jesse wiggled his way under the mobile home to find and fix the leak.  Kudo's to him for not just walking away and saying NO WAY can I get in there.  The leak is fixed and he did a great job.  I would recommend this company to anyone needed a really good plumber.

Late Friday night, went on Yelp to look for a local plumber with good recommendations. Left a message, expecting a call within the next few days.
Mike called within an hour.
Mike then graciously walked me through the steps to help me solve my own problem, over 2 phone calls, off-hours, on a holiday weekend.

I called A&A Plumbing at 8:05 am this morning and requested a late afternoon service call to repair our toilet. Mike told me someone would be at my house at 3:30. I pulled into my driveway at 3:25 to find them waiting for me. The toilet was quickly fixed by a friendly serviceman at a very fair rate. Couldn't be more pleased and will never use any other plumbing service but this one.

These guys are great.  I hired them based on their Yelp reviews, and I couldn't be more pleased.  I had two bathroom sinks that were backed up.  They offered to have a plumber show up within 45 minutes of my call.  I asked that he show up later and he arrived within 4 minutes of the beginning of the one-hour window.  $296 got me almost 2.5 hours of service including removing an old pipe and elbow joint and replacing it with new, and snaking out two drains.  He insisted on wearing booties in the house, and the area where the work was done was left spotless.  One year warranty on work and the clog itself.

This is what I love about Yelp - the reviews lead you to some GREAT service people - and after reading the reviews on A&A - we decided to give them a shot at a leak that our 'other' plumber said was unsolvable and refused to come back the third time to make it right.

A&A were here on time - diagnosed the problem - left - returned with the correct parts - fixed it - and WALLA - no more leak!!

Dave and Will just left after completing the two minor repairs that I had to be done.   One was replacing a shower arm (the pipe above the shower head) with a new threaded arm, the other was just taking care of a slow drain sink.   Mike (the owner) gave me a verbal NTE (not to exceed) on the phone of $200.00....   These guys were awesome.   Job came in at $159.00.   Will was apprenticing, he seemed very personable and eager to learn.  Dave was awesome.  Knowledgable and friendly.   He took time to inform me of best practices to save a call and save me money.   He showed me how to clear hair out of the drain.   Told me the thin (Scott) tissue we use will save us a main back up (much better for the plumbing).   He also advised they charge extra for Draino on the job.... Seriously- due to corrosive nature of it on their tools, and hands.... When I initiated the call the week prior I was advised they were booked through the end of the week.   They are a 3 truck operation but worth the wait if you have a non-urgent matter.   Office is family run.  Great way to support local tradesmen!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to a toilet that won't flush, and a bunch of yuck backed up into the shower. Did I mention we only have one bathroom? Panic time. A&A had someone out here in less than an hour. Mike was friendly and awesome. He had to remove the toilet to snake everything out. He had us back in business in less than two hours. Now I can go pee. Life is good. Thank you A&A!

I noticed our water heater was leaking and knew that was bad.  These guys came out and gave me some honest talk about what was going on.  The reality was, the water heater was fine.  But everything else was a mess.  But the heater was so old that to go through all that effort to update everything else, was kind of a waste when they'd likely be out in a few years to replace the very old unit.  So we opted to just replace it now.  They called to tell me they were running late.  Still showed up and got it all done in one day.  They even cleaned out the icky corner of the garage where it was located.

The city inspector just signed off on their work and was so impressed, he asked who did the job.

I selected these guys based on other yelp review so really appreciate people taking the time to share their experiences.

Immediate contact by phone; on time to their appointments; and great and efficient service at a fair price.  Dave even recommended that I try to repair the problem myself to save money!  I opted to pay David, though he did explain to me exactly what needed to be done.  It seemed pretty simple, but I would rather be safe than sorry.   I am very impressed.  A great company, judging by their service.

Today is the 3rd or 4th time I have used A&A Plumbing and I have been impressed each time. The recent repair was a leaky faucet under my sink. I called up, made and appointment and they arrived on time. They fixed it in short order and the price was fine. I would recommend them and I will use them again.

I just called and talked w/ Mike about a leak under my kitchen sink. He was busy and could not come over, however he spent the time on the phone to have me check the faucet and actually fix the issue by myself. What an amazing service. Thanks, Mike, and have a nice weekend.

I looked at these Yelp reviews and A &A plumbing was as customer friendly as many of these reviews suggested.  I had a plugged kitchen drain and called a competitor who looked under the sink and was clueless on diagnosing the problem.  He wanted to replace the pipe which would be above the $375 I was quoted.  I then decided I needed to look elsewhere and reviewed these Yelp recommendations and called A &A.  The nice dispatch woman called me back, made an appointment for today between 2 and 3 and Larry showed up on time,  was able to unclog the drain after 25 feet of snaking, cleaned up and under our sink has never looked cleaner.  It's nice to see that some companies still believe in customer service...highly recommend A &A.

I've used A&A Plumbing twice and Mike has done a great job both times. He doesn't try to overcharge for unnecessary repairs and in the last case he provided me with a workaround for my a/c instead of replacing a pump that saved me hundreds of dollars. You can trust Mike to do the right thing that is in your best interests.

I've used A & A several times. They are always quick to respond and  able to take care of the problem. They've done everything from unstopping drains to installing a water heater for me over the past couple years.  I'd highly recommend calling them.

While I was visiting my parents in Sunnyvale, we called about their toilet that was flushing slow we were told we probably wouldn't get a visit until the next day, but that they'd try to come the day we called.  Dave showed up in 20 minutes of the call!  He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with us all.  We tried a home remedy of CLR while we were waiting and Dave checked the toilet for buildup but didn't find much.  Between the Dave and us we seemed to make the problem better.  Time will tell, but I was very impressed by his customer service and timeliness to our call!

We have used Mike and his team for little stuff like installing a new garbage disposal and hot water heater and have been pleased at the quick response and good pricing.  However, they really went above and beyond when we had a mystery blockage in the main drain.  It was under the deck and very difficult to dig out, find and fix.  They were fantastic.

I am so greatful!  Gave them a call to come out and fix a very low flowing shower head.  Told me to take it off and see if there was debris inside.  They were trying to help from charging me to come out and fix something so simple.  Turns out he was right and was able to fix myself.  Great service and honest.  When I do really have an issue I am calling them for sure!!

I had a simple blocked sewer line.  Mike answered the phone last night after business hours and offered to send someone out early this morning.  I gave Mike directions (my house is tricky to find) and he didn't pass those on to the service technician who called saying he couldn't find the house.  That aside, the technician was polite and friendly and did his work efficiently and also informed me to check the site for a service coupon.  Because this was a relatively simple job, I'm not ready to give out 5 stars, but certainly today's service was a positive experience.

Mike and his team have been doing odd plumbing and HVAC jobs for us for about ten years. They have always done great work, and are a pleasure to work with. I've recommended Mike to many of my neighbors. More than once my neighbor's have called me to tell me they were so thankful we had recommended Mike. One neighbor told me that another plumber had quoted her about double what A&A told her was necessary. She was very pleased with the work that Mike did.

I had a major water pressure problem in our mobile home and knew it wasn't the mobilehome park but, rather, a problem in _our_ system. I got someone the next day and he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. Great customer service.

A & A Plumbing is truly not an ordinary plumber.  They are honest and do their job well! The owner and all his employees are trained to be honest and caring for their customers. They do high quality work. I had my home for over 40 years and they replaced all the old water pipes with copper. Add hot water recirculation system, Toilet, Kitchen garbage disposal and some new faucets in my home. They finished the job in less than 2 weeks! I am very happy with their done well.

When the cabinet under the sink started dripping water into the kitchen, we called Mike.  When the bathtub started filling up with sewer water (again), we called Mike.  When there was a gurgling sound in the laundry room wall and standing water on the floor, we called Mike.  

A&A Plumbing is courteous and, most important for a plumber, VERY responsive.  The gurgling wall was actually related to our air conditioning system and Mike pointed out how poorly drains had been routed and installed when the house was remodeled.  He re-plumbed the line, improved the drainage, and, in the process, creatively resolved what I thought was an unsolvable problem with the positioning of our washer and dryer.  

Everyone from A&A Plumbing has been careful and courteous.  They come when they say they will.  Mike even had a new sheet metal pan fabricated for under our washer just to ensure that we don't have flooding problems in the future.  

Just a note regarding the reviewer who thought that A&A's quotes were too high:  When we were in the market a few years ago for a new water heater we asked Mike for a quote.  Compared to prices at Lowe's and Home Depot, the price seemed high.  So we went to Lowe's and used their installer who, when he arrived on-site, identified several things that needed to be done in order for the new installation to be up to code.  Long story short, we spent quite a bit more trying to get a bargain than we would have spent with A&A.  Lesson learned.

We noticed water around our toilet, and called A&A based on their good reviews.  I was nervous when they suggested on sending a plumber out the next day, but the woman on the phone was reassuring that with the water to the toilet turned off, it would be fine (and it was).

The plumber was very friendly and professional, and spent a long time trying to figure out where the water was coming from, since it didn't leak immediately when the water was turned back on.  He diagnosed the issue (the supply line), replaced it, and even told me about coupons on their web site that would save me $20.

Overall, I was really happy with the service.  I've had some awful experiences with plumbers, so was nervous trying a new company, but couldn't have had a better experience.  I would definitely call them again.

Our kitchen sink drain ran slower and slower over the course of a month so I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment with a plumber.

Dave came at the appointed time and got to work right away.  In less than an hour he had my drain cleared.  He also gave me some tips on how to maintain the drain without harming the pipes.  Then he noticed that my faucet which has an extendable nozzle didn't fully retract so he gave me an extra weight that hangs on the flexible tube for free and told me how to install it.

Dave did a professional job quickly and he was very friendly and helpful.  I would definitely use A & A Plumbing again.

Found A&A on Yelp.  I thought that given their high rating I would be safe in choosing them.  I was right.  

The woman who took my call was easy to talk to and thorough in taking my information.

A plumber (Derrick) arrived within the hour, as I was told.

The service was reasonably priced, Derrick did a great job.  He is soft-spoken, very courteous and articulate.  He explained to me exactly what had to be done, gave me an up front estimate and performed the work expeditiously.  He made every effort to keep my house clean during the process and left the bathroom area where he was working spotless.

I would call A&A again if I needed a plumber.  Thank-you.  Well done!

We had a bad  leak in the bathroom and before fixing it, Dave gave me several options to go with , which I appreciated.   We had a another issue  with the kitchen faucet that was tricky but he figured it out  when two other plumbing companies had not been able to.   What a relief!

I have a leak in the 60 year old steel piping in front of my house.  I called A & A and they agreed to have someone come out and look at it the next morning,  The gentleman called and said he would be delayed by a couple of hours.  My wife explained that she could not be there, but since the problem was outside the house he said he would look at it.

Since then I have left 2 messages and actually spoke to a lady who promised to get a status and call me back.  That was 2 days ago, and nothing.  I am moving on to find someone else.

Quality work but very expensive. $375 for a bit over one hour task.

I called A & A Plumbing based on their reviews. Jesse has come out to our house four times now in the past six weeks. He has replaced toilets, rebuilt/replaced fixtures in bathroom sinks, tubs and showers, and replaced a recirculating pump. He works very diligently and does flawless work. He is a great problem solver and is very patient with answering all my questions. I will only call Jesse to take care of all our plumbing needs.  A & A Pluming's prices are on the high side, but you get what you pay for.

I wanted to warn others calling A&A plumbing in Sunnyvale to be careful as we gave a detailed description of the work that needed to be done on our toilet and got a price range of $129 to $149 for the job.  Then the plumber that arrived (Dave) told us it would be $189.  He also asked us what is the problem, it is just $40?.  We decided against them doing the job since this instilled a lack of trust.

I called Mike Fox's A & A Plumbing to fix a leak inside the wall between my garage and utility room in Dec 2009. The service guy, Jesse, did a great job. Jesse gave me an estimate of $850 for the work. He confirmed that it's mostly labor. He spent a total of roughly six hours to finish the job. At some point, his boss, Mike, showed up to help him for a little bit. For the six hour work, I was charged $900, $850 plus $50 for fixing the sheet rock, which I requested. Before I wrote the check to Jesse after he was done, I double-checked with Jesse that the charge is equivalent to about $150/hr. Is that a reasonable going rate in the market? He said yes. I feel it's high but I don't really have a good sense. My point is they did good work. I feel it's expensive at $150/hr but I really don't know.

Called for an Appointment and they offered to come and quote a price for washout installation. It was no emergency and they offered an appointment same day. But they never showed up, I called  again but no response and no call back after leaving them a message.

I still have steel piping in my house, 20 year-old faucets and a 10 year-old Carrier furnace.  The shower water was slow, the furnace had the musty smell when it was on and I finally threw in the towel and called a plumber rather than try to play home handyman.
A&A answered the call the first time, made an appointment, was at my house in Redwood City five minutes early.  While fixing the shower faucet, he took a picture of the hot water faucet cartridge (because the old gasket was getting decrepit) and promised to try to find me a new one before the thing blew completely. Mike, the owner, had the rust out of the hot water faucets throughout the house in five minutes, had flushed our lines in 10 and had the furnace inspected in 20.  Within 30 minutes, he gave me an estimate (no pressure) for re-piping the house to copper, and looked at a drainage issue I have in the back yard, making a suggestion as to how to rectify the problem--- myself if I wanted to try.  All the while, my dog followed him around.
Quick responsiveness, polite demeanor around my family, knowledgeable about drainage, pressure piping, fixtures, and furnaces and a reasonable price for his time and effort. What more could any reasonable person ask?  I give this business a Five - star.

I should start by saying I don't give 5 stars to anyone - that said, I had a clogged drain from my washing machine.  Jessie came, cleaned it out in 45 minutes.  He cleaned up and moved the machine back and was paid what was quoted. Gone, done, nice job.  Thank you.

My shower drain has been slow for the past week and it has completely stopped today. I found A & A plumbing using Yelp.  They consistently getting great reviews here so I decided to give them a call. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and courteous. She told me she will have someone there by 3pm.  Jesse, from A & A showed up at 2pm.  He assessed the situation and what he thinks he needs to do, and quickly gave me a quote for the work. I agreed and he got to work right away. I can tell he is very good and know exactly what he is doing. At the end, he charged at the lower end of the quote since he was able to complete the task without surprises. It was a very good price.  I will have no hesitation recommending A & A to anyone.  I am certain they will have all my business.

This is a great Plumbing company fully deserving of the top rating Yelp. I had an emergency gas pipe plumbing problem when installing a new cooktop and got this name from Yelp. Jessie from A&A was excellent. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and thoughtful too. He figured out a few options and discussed the most optimal way of solving the problem and saved me nearly $175 in the process. I greatly recommend A&A for their work - they truly deserve the 5 star rating! ..and yes, he puts on his booties every time he enters the house saving the carpet.

Mike and his crew have rescued me several times with plumbing and heating problems and needs.  Also, Mike installed a furnace, a reverse osmosis water filter and a tankless water heater, all of which work perfectly.  He is quick to respond to phone messages, explains things thoroughly, and has a crew of expert plumbers who also are very nice guys.

I never have to worry if something goes wrong now that I found these guys.  We have had them for many things but today was their biggest job to date for us, which was a water heater. I felt confident they were going to do a great job, and I was right. Everything was done perfectly. This business also is neat and clean, and removes all traces that work was ever done. I will be using them long into the future when I have a touch of gray.

Later, I had another question and talked to Mike on the phone. He also patiently answered my questions and gave me good advice that saved me money. I had a bad leak in a pipe under the concrete slab floor. It was so bad I had to shut off the water to the entire house. I called out 3 plumbers for bids (all with high Yelp ratings).  The first two did not have the skills to locate the leak, and referred me to leak detection specialists who would charge $300+ just to find the leak.  Then Mike from A&A came out.  He was able to pinpoint the leak, and made a temporary repair that enabled me to turn the water back on.  He came back later to make a permanent fix. He came up with a great solution that avoided having to tear up the tile in my entry way. He was polite, he was on time, and he clearly knew what he was doing.  And his price for the entire job was under $1000, less than the other plumbers were quoting.  I will definitely call A&A next time I need an expert plumber. My thirteen year old (and as we found out, mouse infested) propane water heater was no longer giving consistent hot water, and I wanted to replace it with something significantly more efficient. We chose an Eternal GU145S which is a fancy condensing hybrid water heater. Mike took the extra time to do a really careful installation job, as if it was his own home. He put in isolation valves, plugged all wall holes (new and existing) with fire rated caulk, carefully adjusted burn ratios, used 5/8 thick pipe insulation, even painted the new PVC ventilation pipes where they protrude from the house. I highly recommend him, especially if you are doing something fancy and want it done well.

We have used A&A Plumbing for half a dozen or more jobs, over probably 20 years.  The work has been as small as fixing a leaking connection on an under-counter water filter, to furnishing, repiping, and installing a new toilet, and to repiping the entire house with copper.  They are reliable, the men are competent and courteous, the work is properly completed on schedule, and their prices are reasonable.

Was kind of thrown when I first called Mike Fox's A&A Plumbing, because they don't seem to answer the phone with their business name. However, their service is excellent. The crew are professional, experienced, friendly, and nice people. Jessie came out to fix a leak in a water heater pipe, and a couple weeks later when we also came up with a puddle in the front yard from a leak in the main water line, I didn't hesitate to call Mike's for help again. They gave me written quotes and talked me through every detail of the job and answered all of my questions, arrived when they said they would, did the work they said they would--and I felt completely comfortable leaving them alone to take care of the business-at-hand on my property. The crew worked hard, completed the work in a timely fashion, knocked on the door every time they arrived and gave me a run-down on what to expect for the day's work, then checked out with me again each time they finished for the day. These are honest guys who take pride in their work and who pay attention to detail. As long as they're in business, I won't need to find another plumbing contractor. The only thing I wish I could change was that when I visited their web site before I called them, I didn't notice their coupons--so check them out before you call!

From Mike to Dave these plumbers are the only ones I will EVER use.  Let me start from the begining.  My father took a spill and fell in the bathroom, hitting the toilet and breaking the tank right off the bowl. (dad is okay :) ) I called Mike at 6pm on a Sunday, left a message for him to call me Monday Morning, he called me back 10 min later, listened to me bemoan my broken tank, and worry about the cost. Talked with me gave me a good idea as to cost from repair to replacement. (it was actually less), then said he would have his lads out Monday morning at 9am.  Monday morning at 9am two WONDERFUL young men showed up and replaced the commode. These guys, Dave and WIll were just fantastic and as nice as they come.  Fast forward to today, backed up sewer drain, who do I call, Mike at A&A?, who comes out at the scheduled time?, Dave. It is fixed in a short time with his usual nice self.  If you need a plumber who is GOOD, NICE, PROFESSIONAL, and inexpensive then A&A Plumbers are the ones to call.  Dave and Mike and Will and Jesse, you guys are amazing!!!
