Our water heater was failing. I called Monday afternoon, spoke to Jim, and he came to inspect the unit which needed to be replaced. Jim and another from Frank's came out today, Thursday, and replaced the water heater.

Very professional, friendly, and great customer service. No more cold showers in the mornings. Hooray.

Been using Frank's Plumbing for years and hope to for many more.

Most recently, Jim came out to look at my faulty Kenmore hot water heater purchased from Sears a few years ago. The model had been recalled for burning people's houses down, and while I did the recall repair, it just randomly broke again with the same problem.

Sears warranty people started giving me the runaround and were going to leave me with no hot water for weeks. My family does not enjoy doing the polar bear plunge in the shower every morning, so this was obviously unacceptable.

Jim to the rescue! He came out within a few hours to take a look at the hot water heater and tried to fix the issue for no charge. Unfortunately, it was unfixable, and I decided to give up on waiting for Sears.

He came out the next day with a Bradford White hot water heater to replace it, and even fixed some things about my setup that the installers from Sears had done wrong a few years ago.

Thank you so much for making a stressful situation much better! I can't overstate how thankful I am.

Contacted Frank's plumbing (2/7/23) to come and discuss several plumbing items needing to be done at my home (install water softener, relocate outside water faucet, and replace water heater Anode rod). I was asked to email a summary list of what was discussed during the meeting. I was told they would get back to me with a quote. Today is February 21st and I never heard back from either Jim or Jimmy.

I was referred to this plumbing company and they did not disappoint. Jim came out and assessed the issue with my hot water heater on its last leg and came back the same day. Fortunately for me he is only 1 mile away. Jim and son Jim Jr. did a great job and helped with checking out another issue I had. We are beyond grateful to Jim from Frank's plumbing. This morning a huge leak sprouted in our garage which is first floor or our three story townhome. We could not get anyone to come out and diagnose it through our homeowners insurance and in fact they told us an adjuster would call within 3 days! Despite turning off our water supply the leak persisted. And it was soaking the ceiling of the garage and the running down both walls of the garage. My husband finally called various plumbers, eventually encountering Jim from Frank's plumbing who graciously came out immediately, on his way home from work to help diagnose our problem. He helped diagnose it immediately: fire sprinkler system which we have no control over. This was huge for us because it let us know HOA is responsible and they will have to restore everything using HOA insurance. We know which tree to bark up so to speak. Thank you Jim! It was very generous to come by to help on your way home from work. We appreciate it and you have earned our business for life!

I called in because I had a problem with my shower faucet leaking. I spoke to Jim, later identified as the owner, and let me tell you... It was one of the most pleasant phone calls I and ever had regarding customer service.

Jim actually listened to my whole story and what was wrong and what I thought I needed, as opposed the the The Home Depot service and not actually caring.

Jim stayed with me on the line and walked me through several different avenues to solve my problem, most of which would not directly benefit him or his company .

Without giving exact details, Jim offered me, very generous route for me to solve my problem. I was so shocked at the genuine care he had, that I had to post a review.

If you need anything plumbing related, give Jim and his company a call. I have yet to meet them, but they have provided me with more than I can ask for.

Had a burst underground pipe. Called our usual go-to, dedicated customer for 10-15 years. After being called liars and thieves over the phone when they literally dropped the ball (by not calling in utilities for digging when they said that they did) and (as it turns out) misdiagnosed the issue, I wanted a second opinion, a local one if possible. Mind you, this is occurred on a Friday morning, and our family had to quickly relocate to a hotel until water was restored, and we had to call this other company for an update on Monday (how DARE we!). This was an emergency for us, in the middle of SIP.

Found these great reviews for Frank's, and called them up. Super friendly guy answered (Jim), took a look. Long and short of it, water was restored in less than 24 hours. I can't express how nice and professional Jim was. We have a new go-to guy. He literally saved us thousands of dollars by using common sense to properly diagnose the issue; and had we called him first, a hotel stay probably would not have been necessary.

I called Frank's to come out and check out my newly, self-installed water heater and why I was having issues with pressure and delivery of hot water. They were able to come out that afternoon, and after a few quick checks, diagnosed a faulty gate valve. 20 minutes later, fully functional.

Knowledgable and helpful (gave me some things to look out for, including running water in the tub first to keep the faucets from getting plugged with galvanized junk after water has been off). Will call again for future plumbing needs.

Jim is a true gentleman and wonderful businessman! When we had a leak in our hot water heater he came to fix the problem and gave us time to decide on whether or not to replace the heater. Spoke to Jim about installing a water softener in my home. He came by and gave a very reasonable quote (and was very personable) so I decided to move forward. On the day of the installation, he and his son Jimmy came by to game plan the install and Jim left to let Jimmy do the work, and I must say, the workmanship was fantastic. When I came back down ~3 hours later after the job was done, everything was clean and tidy, and the pipes looked very organized.

Unfortunately, I came to Frank's because Pro's Plumbing ghosted me after coming to my home to give me a quote, but fortunately I now have a trusted plumber in the area.

Frank's has been responsive, respectful, and reasonable, and I definitely have a trusted plumber in Morgan Hill.

Love these guys!! I've always used them, they are no nonsense. Had an emergency today in the middle of Covid-19. Not sure if they could help. Jim came out in less than an hour and not only fixed the problem but put a few extra parts on the problem so we no longer will have an issue, made it better!! No contact, we stayed in house, they're going to send the bill.
They are awesome through and through!!

There's lots of plumbers around. Just wanted to stay local, but they have changed.

I could accept the original high price but the quote charge (which I needed for my realtor) was plain ridiculous.

Jim, the partner at Frank's plumbing is an amazingly honest person. I asked him for quote to to put in a hot water return pipe, as we were feeling guilty of wasting water while letting cold water run in the shower, before it got warm.

Jim recommended that instead of spending over $3,000 on extra pipe, and labor for our complicated job, just to add newer Grundfos GRU-595916 595916 pump with under-the-sink valve in the bathroom. Now who says 'no' to a silly customer willing to spend 10 times the needed solution! :-)

I purchased a Pelican Whole Home 2 tank Water Filtration and salt-free softener w/UV. I setup most of the equipment, pre-soaked, etc but decided it was more complicated connecting properly to the house main and called Frank's after reading all the positive reviews.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, I think next day. JR arrived during the scheduled time.

The work was done pretty quickly, including 3 bypass valves so I can service the unit, and the best part, I didn't have to do the rest of the setup, JR finished it for me which was nice.

The price was on par with what I figured it'd cost and reasonable.

No leaks and the system works great.

i finally have the best tasting water from every faucet.

i think the Pelican System treated tap water tastes better than arrowhead or crystal geyser. if you live in morgan hill and are tired of the chunky, funky, harsh water, i highly recommend Pelican Water. Frank's plumbing did a great job connecting to my house main.

Called them first thing in the morning. Received a quote from Jim one hour later. They started the work two hours later and finished installing a new water heater in just over an hour. My water heater was leaking badly and they knew I needed a new one, but were still fair on the price. Extremely aware of COVID-19 protocols and social distancing. Very safe. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Went to franks for tub valve which was leaking.Removed part to be replaced.Replaced part and still was leaking.Went back to franks and was told by the owner that we needed another part to fix leak.Never was told of that possibility.Frank was very condescending and told my friend who was trying to be assured that this was the part and told if he tore the package he would own it.He also mentioned a plumber would always replace both.Franks is a local store with much higher prices,does not accept credit cards and does not have the courtesy
To be helpful to his customers.Never returning to franks again.Franks should close his doors to the public and sell wholesale only.

I recently bought a house and was new to the area. I called this company to see if they could help unclog the main line to my house. I guessed that was the problem but didnt know for sure. I just know doing laundry at one end of the house shouldnt leave a pool in your bathtub at the other end of the house.

So after calling this company they told me that this type of job may be too big for them to handle. I told them i would keep them in mind for other jobs and i continued calling other companies. They later called me back saying because i was new in town they could send someone to assess the problem for free and guide me in the right direction. Turns out they came, assessed, and fixed the problem. All fixed the same day that i called. They were kind and very helpful. Plumbing problems are always an urgent type of call. It was reassuring to know that there are still companies that feel that urgency and are willing to extend themselves to help someone in need. Thank u Jim and company.

Plumbing aint cheap - deal with it.
That said, it's so great to get what you pay for. My wife is very happy; therefore I too am very happy. I got home from work and there was a brand new toilet, angle valves, non-dripping tubs by rebuilding parts, and some good advice on how to keep our plumbing sound. They also rerouted a useless water softener that was plumbed into the system. Everything is working great! We live in an older home which, after installing new plumbing in one bathroom myself (except the shower which Franks fixed :), I was too ready to have someone come out and just take care of our other bathroom when the toilet crapped out (rim shot!) and I broke off the rusted wall valve attempting to change it out. I'm done!

It's not physics (actually, sometimes it is!), but it requires knowledge and finesse I just don't have. The skilled people at Franks have expertise, finesses, and really good customer service. I swallowed hard knowing I was going to pay a plumber, but again, it's more than fair for excellent work. I'll happily pay to help feed your family if you can keep mine outta my bathroom! Now that beautiful Toto is ALLLLLL mine! Thanks Franks! I'd name our plumber in person, but I only saw the initials JS. Whoever you were JS - thank you.

These guys are local, honest, and professional.
After losing hot water and only getting a trickle of cold water pressure throughout our home I felt it was time to call in the cavalry....

First, I had our Hot water heater checked out by Ben F plumber as part of our warranty for it. The plumber came out and spent over an hour trying to determine the problem while on the phone with his boss....He kept repeating that this does not look good and gave me an estimate for $2200 to replace a gate valve and set a bypass around water softener. Water softener would be another $6-8k... Yeah, his prices did not look good...

After this episode, I called the local Home Depot and received a recommendation for Frank's plumbing. They were family run and have been here in MH for many years. I spoke with Jim and he determined over the phone that the problem was probably a water softener and agreed to come out and inspect everything. He inspected the gate valve and it was fine. He helped me find a good price on a water softener and replaced it and removed our old one. He explained everything to me and was a true professional. I ended up spending about 1/10 of the price and definitely will keep their number handy...Great job guys!

Today, Jim came back to fix a leak in the copper pipe they had replaced in 2011, and not only did he replaced that one, he also replaced the one that was attached to it, free of charge! I can't say enough good things about Frank's Plumbing. They've been my plumber since I moved to Morgan Hill (over 19 years ago!). They do their best to accommodate your schedule and get your problem fixed, especially if it's an emergency. Last December (2016) my dishwasher became possessed and flooded my kitchen on a Saturday just after midnight. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to come out to assess the damage and shut off the connection from dishwasher to sink plumbing so at least I would have water in the kitchen to do dishes/cook etc. Jim also recommended that I call my house insurance asap to report it due to the possibility of mold under the house if left untreated. I hadn't thought of that due to dealing with the emergency all through Sunday morning from 1 a.m. onward.

They also stand behind their work. I know If something isn't quite right, they will come back and make it good'.

As others have said, they are honest, hard working and also contribute to our community. I never have to worry that someone is trying to get more money out of me when they give me an estimate.

Whenever I meet someone new in my own business who are looking for a plumbing company, I always recommend Frank's Plumbing without hesitation!

Frank's Plumbing installed a Water Softener and a kitchen sink faucet. They were on time and prepared for any eventuality. They had said the Glacier Bay faucet I had purchased about 3 years ago was designed to fail and recommended I buy any other brand. That installation went well. The water softener was another matter. The old device (25+ years had all sorts of crud in its bottom. It was very heavy and awkward to move around. Nonetheless, they were done in a reasonable amount of time and for their efforts, the price was fair.

Best plumbing company in Morgan Hill. Had a tub fill valve problem today which required turning off the water to the house. I had an issue with my shower not having hot water for a few months now. The previous plumber changed something a year ago and when I called him back he told me I had to make some major replacement for the shower to work. I decided to google for a plumber in town and decided to call Frank's Plumbing and I am a glad I did. The few minutes after I called and left a message, Jim
the owner called me right back and offered to help me with the issue right away had he had someone come in that day. Jim came on Friday AM and within 15 mins he was done with fixing the hot water issue. It was effortless and he helped me save a lot of money too, also by suggesting me to call the manufacturer to get a replacement parts with no cost because he knows it is still under warranty. Jim could have just charged me for the parts too rather telling me to get the parts were covered under warranty. I am blessed to have met Jim. It is so important to have a good and honest plumber. I feel better now knowing that Frank's Plumbing is in town where I live. Thanks Jim for your help today.

They look nice until you need to return something or you just want a little bit of simple, additional advice. When I first stopped by with a problem of a leaky faucet, they told me to try replacing one of the parts, which I did. They were pretty friendly about this actually. However, when I returned with the news that the faucet continued to leak, they were not happy with the fact that I wanted to return the part they sold me because that was obviously not the problem. They tried to say that it may be a part of the problem. But how would I know unless I exchange only 1 part at a time? I am a believer in scientific reasoning and having only 1 independent variable at a time. Thus I wanted to buy the other piece and return the previous piece they sold me (which did not resolve the problem). However...

By this point, they were reluctant to give any advice...and it felt as if they were trying to push me into a corner so that the only option is to ask them to stop by. And I am pretty sure I saw some anger in their eyes when I asked to return the item(and I had a very good reason for asking to return it).

However, 1 star for existing and since I haven't used their plumbing services. And one more star for accepting the return eventually (although very reluctantly and with hidden anger).

They look nice but I am not sure if they actually are nice. Won't be returning.

They diagnose the problem, give an estimate with advice, and then fix the problem. They arrive on time, work quickly and are very curtious. I value the honesty.
Fixed a leak in the second story bathroom, and replaced a faulty toilet.
Replaced apparatus in the downstairs bathroom.

Jim was nice enough to make an unscheduled stop at my place due to a leaking irrigation system that flooded my yard. He was prompt and professional and was able to figure out the problem quickly in about 30 mins. I work with commercial plumbers at my workplace so I have a lot of familiarity with Plumbers and Jim is one of the good guys in my opinion.

After moving to CA in 2009, we chose Frank's Plumbing services as our go-to-specialist for all our plumbing needs. Haven't been disappointed yet! Just recently the main input valve to a toilet failed with water spewing all over the floor. It was an obvious fix, but what was not so obvious was the almost undetectable leak into the bowl after the flush was complete . Joel, through careful observation, determined the cause almost immediately. The repair was in and we were on our way again. We are so grateful for Frank's Plumbing! Try them out!

One reviewer stated they are local, professional and honest. Beg to differ big time. Yes they are local BUT... If I were in better health and not feeling my 73 years I would have taken them (Jim) to court and filed negative reports with BBB and more. This is not based on one call or one incident but more. He is a crook!!! Work shoddy. Real bad. They will not stand behind the work. Prices outrageous. Told me a part was not available but could obtain for me for $300 plus. I went to local ACE and got it for $19.95 approx. Off the rack.

Actually, our major complaint was that we had to take it upon ourselves to do the work that we thought the plumber assigned to us would take care of. Jim has always provided us with fantastic service over the last 17+ years. This is a family run business and response is always great. Even with our specialty equipment if Jim doesn't have the exact part, he will make the piece function until the perfect part comes in. The only time I've ever had to call twice was when he was seriously ill and I didn't know. Even at that, he immediately referred us to another high quality company to handle our immediate needs. I can't speak highly enough of this gentleman and his professionalism.

I'm writing this review for my parents (they don't know how to use yelp) who had nothing but great things to say about Franks Plumbing. Their water heater went out and they had called around and Franks had the best prices and got someone to fix it right away. They were professional, knowledgeable and have great customer service. Well, this was a first. I called to make an appointment regarding my leaking toilet and a gentlemen named Jim answered. When I explained my problem, and the steps I had already taken, Jim asked me to check one quick thing. Sure enough, the leak was coming from the tank, and not the bowl. He walked me through the ease of the repair over the phone and told me what parts to buy. Awesome! I'll be calling them when a real plumbing issue comes up! Thank you Jim!

Very highly recommended if you live in Morgan Hill. I had a kitchen faucet that was driving me crazy with the base coming loose. I kept tightening the screw base but the base would come loose again in a few months. Since I'm not a plumber, I figured to let the pro fix the problem. I called Franks to schedule a fix on Monday, for work on Wednesday, on the day of, I couldn't stay in for the appointment but Frank himself agreed to come earlier which worked well for me. It turned out that the faucet I had Frank install two years ago was very faulty, he gave me his honest opinion which was to change to a different style faucet that didn't require too much left and right movement of the single faucet handle. Frank gave me the option to run down to Home Depot and grab a better faucet and he would be back in an hour after another job to install it without an additional charge. I really appreciated his opinion and flexibility with a customer.

For the second time, Jim came to the rescue! This time, the kitchen sinks weren't draining & I couldn't find the clog. I'm caring for my elderly father, so the sink problem was a big concern for me. Desperate, I called Jim (on a Friday), explained the issue & the situation. He squeezed us into his schedule & fixed the problem. Jim saved my parents $1,700.00 - on the previous call and he saved me from an anxiety meltdown this time. His prices are fair. He is honest & I will only use Jim (Franks Plumbing) for our plumbing repairs. Highly recommended.

I needed to have a galvanized water pipe cut and capped from a wet bar we took out. The pipe came from under a crawl space into our downstairs. Called Frank's Plumbing yesterday and Jim came by today to do the work. The quote was very reasonable and it turned out to be less than what was quoted. Jim was personable, answered my questions and I appreciated his honesty. Sometimes when you need specialty work done, there's a fear of being taken advantage of. I can say that was not the case with Frank's Plumbing

Our 9 year old water heater went out the other day and Jim was very quick to call me back and recommend if I try to fix the automatic starter or replace it with a new unit. We had been planning a replacement in the near term as the 50 Gallon unit had been running out of hot water for our family. Jim was able to remove and replace the unit with a 75 Gallon unit within 2 days and exactly for the price that we had discussed. Their service has always been professional and ethical.

I've never actually purchased anything from them and tried to return the item so I can't comment on that. I have called them out to change out some faucet shut off valves and install a new shower controller for a remodel I was doing. They performed the work very well and the price was spot on the estimate. I recently had a leak near my shower and had them come out to see if they could locate the leak. I looked all over but couldn't locate the leak. They located the leak (the seal under the shower door railing was leaking) and since he did not pull out his tools he said that he did not feel right about charging me anything! He remembered that he had performed some work for me in the past and said that I could pay him back by calling him whenever I needed a plumber in the future. How's that for customer service?

My mother had a water damage at her mobile home November 2013, so we called Franks Plumbing. We had them fix the line to the dishwasher under the kitchen sink, and put in a new shut off valve in the bathroom. We are getting ready to sell, so we had a home inspection done and lo and behold this is what we found.

1. The new shut off valve had the threads crossed so we have ANOTHER water damage. It has been slowly leaking since last November. If you could see the amount of mold on the undercarriage of the mobile home, you would gasp

2. The line that he installed for the dishwasher was never hooked back up - but thank goodness because it had a split for an ice maker (did I mention that she does not have an ice maker) and the line was not capped, so IF he had hooked the line back up to the dishwasher and it had been used, we would have had ANOTHER water damage

3. The hose that he installed from the sink to the garbage disposal was not code

I called Franks Plumbing to fix a leaking exterior water pipe at a rental property. They were actually second on my list, but after recieving an outrageous quote from the first guy, I gave them a call. I found everyone I spoke to at the company to be very professional. Jim was very helpful, explaining what the problem likely was, what likely caused it, exactly what he did to fix it, and even texted me photos once the job was complete as I was not onsite. Easy to work with, very knowledgeable, at a reasonable price- I would totally use these guys again.

Bad service, please do not use this company if you can. We had a water leak under our home, they came and said there is no water leak, charged $225.00 for nothing. We are still have a bad leak under the house. I will never call them again!

If you want to build a business and have repeat customers who are overly satisfied then you want to run your business the way these folks do. Completely blown away by their service.
I had low water pressure at my home and could not find the correct pressure regulator online to replace. I stopped in at Franks on a Friday around closing hoping they would have a regulator or could order one for me, they did not but they decided to come to my house and check my pressure right away to make sure I actually needed the part, once it was confirmed that I did, they did not stop there, they called the city to check the amount of pressure was being delivered to my house to make sure it was not the cities issue. Once they knew the pressure, Joel was at our house on the following Wednesday to replace our regulator.
I am still blown away how they continued to go above and beyond for me just like that.
This is how you build loyalty and word of mouth. Amazing service, can not say enough. Wish more companies operated like this.

We needed a few leaks fixed at my mom's house and we saw many good reviews for Frank's Plumbing so we called them. Debbie Persons was very nice on the phone and scheduled an appointment right away for us. Jim Persons arrived at the house when scheduled and completed the work quickly and neatly, including installing a shower head which was not one of the original items we had called about. And the price was very reasonable. Jim and Debbie were also able to recommend other tradesmen for a few other jobs that needed to be done. I would definitely use Frank's Plumbing again and I highly recommend them to anyone else who needs plumbing work done.

We had the lateral sewer line to the main plug up...effecting 5 commercial business's. They were able to squeeze us in....all of 12 previous plumbers we called could not make it today. They came out , snaked the line and were gone in less than an hour. I will use them again.

I had a very slow water leak coming from under the wall from my water heater which needed to be replaced. As the water heater is next to the furnace and shares gas lines with the furnace there was no way I was going to tackle the job on my own. The plumber was on time first thing Monday morning and FAST. I was back to work by noon time...can't say enough good things about this local company!

Our water heater went kaput over the weekend. We used Frank's a couple of times in the past few years for far more simpler items with no problems so we decided to use them again. I called right away at 8am, when they opened on Monday, and the guy who answered, Jim, was as friendly and as professional as they come. He gave me the flat, all-inclusive fee that I would expect to pay and he was able to fit me in that day. He then gave me a two-hour window of when to expect the guy to arrive, which he did. They use a plumbing industry brand water heater (Bradford White) that comes with a 6-year warranty. The unit was probably not the cheapest (or the most expensive), but that wasn't what I was going for. What I did get was worry-free, ease-of-mind service which Joel provided. He was awesome. Since our water heater is located inside our house, he took great care not to damage our newly laid out wood floors and tile. They were quick, and cleaned up everything as they went along. Would definitely recommend Frank's for your full-service plumbing needs.

I had a plumber from Frank's Plumbing come to fix a leak in my bathroom sink on 6/20/13 and to replace an overflow bracket and drain flange in my tub. He fixed the leak in my sink but, when he replaced the drain flange in my tub, he neglected to install a rubber gasket and putty. I had to call Rapid Plumber (because it is now Saturday and, I did not want to call Frank's Plumbing again), to come re-install the tub drain flange with gasket and putty. My home is on a cement slab foundation and what I had discovered (Friday night) was that water had seeped under my bathroom tile and under the bathroom walls to my wood floor on the other side because the tub drain was leaking now. My wood flooring is damaged and my tile will have to be taken out and re-grouted. Many hours of repair and expense!

These guys are terrible and a total rip off! I'm a girl and admit am not very handy I had a spicket that was leaking and I just wanted them to replace it with a new one when I got the bill they charged me for the replacement but also charged a extra 100 bucks, it didn't add up so I called Frank and asked him what it was for? He said it was the cost of his employees drive time LOL! They are located down the street from me! I asked him very politely what he meant and he proceeded to be a total jerk after that and lectured me about how I shouldn't expect his plumbers to pay for gas out of their own pockets to come to me to provide their services. If every customer expected that his plumbers would basically be doing their jobs for free. When he was done with his long drawn out speech I said I didn't understand why the charge was 100 dollars though considering they are right down the street from me... Don't bother with these guys (I would of been better off attempting to my fix myself) They are are really extra nice as long as you don't ask them any questions and as soon as you do they get real nasty there is no lead into it either but they act like you are crazy for daring to ask them anything if something comes up questionable and Frank the owner is the worst of them all. Honestly zero stars from me I will never go with them again or ever recommend business there way.

We had a leak and got an appointment for the next day! They asked if we could do it earlier, but I didn't get home from work any earlier. I realized 5 minutes later that someone would be home earlier and I immediately called back to let them know they could come earlier. Because he was really hoping to get where the leak was before it got hot, so he asked me to let him know if I get home any earlier, so I did (in less than 5 minutes). The day of appointment my wife was waiting around for them to come at the earlier time and they hadn't arrived so I called them to find out why. The receptionist said that they never confirmed the earlier time. Even though they had asked me to do it earlier 5 minutes before I called them back! I asked her why we didn't at least get a courtesy call to let us know it was still at the original time so we wouldn't be waiting around! She said again that they didn't confirm the new time so there was no need! I told her we would use someone else next time. They didn't even show up at all after that!!

Contrary to the reported experience of others, I had no trouble returning an expensive ($50) faucet valve stem for full refund. When I bought it, I did ask if I could return it if it wasn't the right one. They said yes and we're good to their word.

Today I had a clog in the main pipe draining into the sewer from my home. I called Franks and Jim came over within just a few minutes. He looked all throughout my house and checked every place which could be causing the backup. He figured out exactly what needed to be done and gave me complete instructions on how to fix the problem. He even let me borrow the tool for the job. I did it myself and the next time I need any plumbing job done, Franks Plumbing gets my business!!!
