Updating my review... since 2019 I've had repeated clogged drains due to old galvanized plumbing so I had Fidel Gomez and his team change out our entire drain and supply lines back in 2020. They were very professional and respectful of our COVID precautions at the time as well. They've also been by the help seal a toilet wax ring on the weekend and a shower valve. Most recently, Fidel stopped by to help pinpoint a leak in our tankless water heater (installed by someone else) that was causing a high water bill. He fit us at the end of a very busy day (same day) and didn't even charge me a trip fee. I think I'm now in his cell phone speed dial but that's the kind of customer service you get with this company!
I received great customer service from them! I called them at 8:30 am regarding our clogged toilet (I live right around the corner from them fortunately), and the guy arrived within 15 minutes of me calling them. He had to snake the toilet and he was done and out of my house by 9 am. He was nice, friendly, and gave me a discount if I paid cash. Highly recommend.
I hate to give a place one star when I receive a refund but unfortunately this is well deserved. A guy came to repair our toilet upstairs which had some water leakage around it. Found out the floor was pretty badly damaged but he still installed a wax seal and some anchors--I thought everything was fine.
Later last night the toilet started absolutely flooding. There used to be one small crack in the ceiling below the toilet, now there are two large cracks with water dripping down. (Water wasn't dripping down before). Plumber said that the hose was on its last leg but for some reason didn't replace it?? It took my husband 5 mins to see that the top of the toilet was leaking onto the already damaged hose causing all of the flooding.
Husband was able to replace the hose easily and will replace the piece inside top part as a temporary fix. Plumber said it was too risky to replace the hose--what???? I've included pictures of the damage and flooding water. There are 3 people living in this house & we needed to keep the water on to go to the bathroom, take showers etc and all night we had dirty toilet water dripping on us...not fun and now we need to repair the further damage to the floor and ceiling....
Ivan and his team were prompt, professional and respect of our home while repairing out bathroom plumbing. They left the job site clean between visits and were happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Have had such great experience with these guys. Have had them work on back up drain, plumbing for tub, and washing machine. They are always professional, prompt, and a good value. Highly recommend.
Fixed the shower issue we were having where the faucets were not working properly. Replaced one of the cartridges and the other one was a refurbished unit. Plumber says he will come back to replace that refurbished one with a new one but still waiting for that.
He helped with a few other issues and all in all seemed like a nice guy willing to help out with any issues that we had. Once the other cartridge is replaced, I'll bump it up to a 5. It's been a week and no word back from him or the office so far....
Gomez installed a water heater, and when a issue arose with the unit which was under warranty, they quickly sent out a technician to diagnose the issue. They worked with the manufacturer to obtain the replacement part and were extremely thorough with their service, testing several times to make sure the issue was resolved. Santos (the owner) was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this company and will use for future work.

We had a toilet that kept running. My husband tried to fix it, but it wasn't working. We turned off the water to that toilet and called Santos. He came by within a couple of hours of my reaching out. Turned out the water was just too high in the tank (no idea how that happened on it's own). But Santos showed me how to lower it...flushed it a few times and we were good. He didn't charge me for the visit and did it with a smile. I continue to be impressed by Gomez Plumbing. I'll be calling you again next time I need a plumber. Thank you Santos! You go above and beyond!
Superb service. Conscientious workers. My job was large, ambitious, complex, including challenging setbacks, but they were up to the task. And they pushed to have it completed and permitted in a timely fashion. The price was also slightly lower than others quoted. They left the worksite clean.
In particular, Ivan Avila went the extra mile. But all were easy to work with and communicated well.

They did a fantastic job with our utility sink and kitchen sink that were not draining properly.
Hard-working people that makes the effort to do a good job, glad we found them.
Long standing leak in the main water line had gotten worse. They arrived on time, explained what was wrong and what likely had to be done. Quoted a fair price to replace the old galvanized line with copper. Work was done and clean up was excellent. They clearly know what they are doing. Will follow up in a week or two to confirm all is well. I expect to use them in the future.
I cannot say enough good things about Gomez Plumbing. We have been using them for over 2 years, and they just completed the largest project so far- replacing a busted sewer line. Whenever we have an issue, they arrive within hours. Their team is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the problems and solutions in details. This is my second review for Gomez Plumbing. I had a leak on my frig and a major leak on my pool fill line. I requested to have Santos do the repairs and as before and he did an excellent job, just can't say enough good things about him. He said he doesn't normally do repairs with pools, but he did fix it and the costs were very reasonable.
If you need some plumbing, call these guys. I highly recommend them.
We purchased a replacement faucet, but did not have the tools to install it. Gomez Plumbing was just a couple of miles away from us, so we called them to set up an appointment. They contacted me the same day as the Yelp request and asked for more details and photos. The following day we made the appointment time to for the end of the week.
The plumber arrived about 15 minutes late, but had contacted us earlier stating that another job took a bit longer than anticipated. Kudos for being in top of communicating with us.
In about 30 minutes the kitchen faucet was switched out and we no longer had a calcified handle that was frozen in place. He told me that the hole drilled out in the granite counter was too large of diameter for the standard fixture. He went back to his truck and retrieved a few shins to keep the mount in place. It is very secure and stable! Many thanks for your professionalism and problem-solving skills. (My apologies, but I forgot to get the name of the plumber. . .)

Fantastic service and very upfront about the cost of work. Also, super quick to respond with inquiries so if you're in a rush these guys are great!
Very responsive, fair price and when I needed them to come look at something else that could've been related to my initial issue, helped me discover the issue and told me all my options. Definitely, they are going to be my go to plumbers for my old Craftsman house.
Toilets had a rust color water in the bowls and tank after flushing. Several faucets were clogged with little or no pressure. I called Gomez plumbing early Monday morning. I received a call around 7:30am given a dispatch window between 8am and 10am. Ivan and Louie arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem which was caused by a failing water softener. They explained the entire process of flushing the toilets and faucets. There honesty and integrity was welcomed and will not hesitate calling them when I need plumbing service.

Wow, Ivan and his partner, as well as the secretary (whose name I didn't get) were all great and really professional. We had a tub back-up and needed it snaked. They were able to come out the next day.
The secretary was knowledgeable about what was likely going on and everyone was polite and helpful.
I've been looking for a new plumber ever since our previous plumber left the company he previously worked for and the other plumber the company sent out seemed to want to charge me for unnecessary work (long story, but their assessments didn't make sense and my handyman didn't know why they were trying to do the work they wanted to do). I'm really happy to find a great company with a great plumber!
We had a water pipe break at a commercial building. We received a competitive bid from them. They showed up on time, completed the job per the contract and cleaned up the area before leaving. It doesn't get better than that. We will absolutely use them again.
Gomez plumbing is super honest and reliable!
I had a back up issue. A plumber came out to clear the line and said I have a broken pipe. I am not sure about that, so I hired Gomez to camera scope the line, and they found the line is in perfect condition.
Then I hired them to install a 2 way clean out. On the day of the job, they found I already have a clean out. They are so honest and can totally be trust!

I had a slow flushing toilet for sometime now, it got really bad recently and Called Gomez Plumbing.
Phone Operator - was professional and very helpful. she scheduled the technicians over for the same day.
Plumbing Techs - checked multiple drains and finally cleaned out our toilet and pulled out a wad of wipes.
They seemed to find the problem pretty quick and took care of the issue.

Great work! They were able to unclog our dual sink setup in our bathroom. Our setup is not 'plumber friendly' since they connected like a T before the main drain.

Fidel from Gomez Plumbing is AMAZING.
He is professional, very knowledgeable, and has a great personality.
We were in the middle of remodeling two bathrooms and found one of the toilet was making this weird sound and the shower would not drain well. We couldn't figure out why this was happening until Fidel came out and analyzed the issue.
Long story short, he and his crew replaced the 60+ year old sewer line under the house within a day. Extremely efficient and we do not have the drainage issue anymore.
We were so satisfied with his service that we asked Fidel to install our new tankless water heater. He provided the full service, including hauling away our old water heater, applying for permit to the city, and being there for the inspection.
I cannot recommend him more, best plumber in the area!
We have used Gomez Plumbing twice this past year and have been extremely satisfied with everything from the initial contact, fee estimate, turnaround time on getting a plumber out and friendliness of everyone. We had the same problem twice (clogged kitchen sink from guests putting too much food down the drain) and the first time Gomez Plumbing came out, we originally reached out to multiple different plumbers. Their quick response, pleasant front office, and of course their extremely reasonable fee estimate made us choose them. The second time our kitchen sink had the same problem, we knew we would go back to them. I contacted Gomez Plumbing on a Sunday, expecting they couldn't get anyone until Monday but they advised they could send someone the same day if necessary! We were not home so set an appointment for Monday. The plumber arrived right on time, was very friendly, wore a mask and shoe covers, and worked efficiently to fix our kitchen sink/disposal. When he was done, he thoroughly cleaned the area he worked on. We highly recommend Gomez Plumbing!
I called their phone number to schedule an appointment. A lady responded and confirmed. No one showed up on the day and time discussed.
I rescheduled for the next day, the same lady confirmed the appointment with confidence, but same story: no one showed up and no calls. Great service!
Don't schedule if you're fully booked or not sure you can make it, don't waste other people's time.

Excellent work, done in record time. Called them at the last minute because of a major drain stoppage. They diagnosed the issue, recommended a long term solution, and then implemented it all in just a few hours.
I am impressed! Fidel was very professional and quick. He also provided us with a free estimate and responded to all our questions related to other plumbing issues.
All we needed done was to get a busted hot water pipe fixed underneath the house. Found Benjamin franklin plumbing in Yelp, had good review so i called for an am appointment. plumber shows up, looks at the trouble then he says it can't be done right away cause it's to muddy and it needed to be dried out first before he could do the work to fix it. He then asked if i knew that we had galvanized pipes, i said NO even though i knew we had copper piping. then he says that since we have galvanized pipes, the fix might be just a temporary and possibly in the near future other section of pipes might burst. So before he left he suggested that we may look into doing a repipe. so i asked what the cost would be to do the work. He quoted us 14k WTF? think he was trying to sell a repipe job instead of fixing the busted pipe. Later on that very same day,wife had called Gomez Plumbing and SANTO shows up at the door. Looks at the issue and fixed it. like that. He sure saved us a ton of money, unlike the other guy wanting us to do a repipe for 14k. So if your looking for a good honest plumber that does good work. CALL GOMEZ PLUMBING you can't go wrong. ask for Santo.

Woke up to a leaking kitchen faucet. I called 3 different plumbers and the only one who answered was Gomez Plumbing. They were very helpful and called back quickly to assure me that someone would be at my house within the hour. Santos Gomez responded to my house and installed my new faucet efficiently and for a very reasonable price. He also gave me tips on some other plumbing issues I was having. He is sincere, honest and a very good plumber. I will have him back for other needs in the future and highly recommend him.

Hired them later for a garbage disposal install. Several weeks after completion, sink back-ups began to occur, as well as some leaking. Called them to return and after 3 promised appointments in 2 days, they were a no show. Never called me to reschedule. I had to hire another plumber who told me the hose to the disposal was improperly installed (by Gomez). After this correction, I've had no problems.

(I know I called for 6 quotes).
I had a major plumbing issue with my house that needed immediate repairing. However, none of the plumbers were able to identify the issue with the eye (nor a camera) since my underground pipes were clogged with dirt, etc. After speaking with 6 plumbers, ONLY 2 provided me with a SMART, creative simple affordable solution to clear my piping (pumping from the front of the house to the toilet pipes = versus = pumping from the toilet to the sewer). This solution clear my pipes for a camera to enter and identify the real issues with my plumbing which we discovered was not under my house. The issue had to do with the plumbing on the side of my house.
All the other 4 plumbers quoted me $13K - $23K+++ to break down my bathroom, kitchen wall, and drill under my concrete floors to see the issue under the house. Had I gone with one of them, I would have spent $13K - $23K+++, only to realize the issue had nothing to do with the pipes under my house.

Tony was great! Replaced the P-Trap and reset the sink drain and did it all for the quoted price. Even went to get a part that he did not have from Home Depot and did not charge extra. I will use Gomez again.
These guys came within a couple of days (it wasn't an emergency), did the job quickly at a fair price, and stuck around for the rest of the hour to help assess my broken irrigation and leaky faucet (even recommending a cheaper alternative for the irrigation). Good work!

Kitchen sink was backing up into laundry sink in garage which was draining extremely slowly. I tried draino and manual snake but did not work. They responded within an hour or so of the Yelp Request Quote feature on a Sunday. On Monday we scheduled service for Tuesday morning and they were on time. The plumber described what was likely happening in clear detail and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He worked quick and snaked it from the vent on the roof so that my garage would not get flooded. Then the water started draining again! Highly recommend these guys as they are honest, on time, no hassle, quick, care about their customers, friendly, and have competitive prices!

Had a main line sewer backup. Santos was fairly quick to return a call. Unlike the rooter guys that come for free and then give you an inflated price to fix (hoping you will just say yes), Santos came out on an hourly basis. He came on time, was unable to free blockage tha was about 100 feet down the line. He returned the next day, on time, cut out cast iron pipe and installed a new cleanout about 30 feet before blockage. then used a hose balloon to blow it out.
One nice thing about Santos is he provides camera service to see that line is really clear and also show defects in line at no extra charge for video.
In the future, I will use his general plumbing services. But even if you just need a line cleared, it is better to call a real plumber like Santos that can do more than just run a rooting machine.
These guys are great! Easy to schedule an appointment (next day appointment), efficient, fast, and honest service. They snaked a slow draining tub, replaced a hose bib, and bypassed my water heater with a two-man team. I was impressed with his honesty for coming up with an alternate solution for my water heater (I was going to have him install a shut off valve but he told me I could bypass it instead and save hundreds of dollars). I will definitely be using Gomez Plumbing again!

Santos and his brother, Fidel, are the best plumbers and even better people to work with. They are very responsive and helpful. They took very good care of my dad's plumbing issues, even when I couldn't be there. Five stars are not enough!
We are beyond satisfied with the service we received today by the folks over at Gomez Plumbing! Santa was the receptionist that took my initial call. She was very nice and attentive. She quoted a very reasonable estimate over the phone and when I advised her that I was going to be calling around for quotes, she even made sure to let me know exactly what service work I needed to ask for, mainline flush. After calling several places, Gomez had one of the most competitive prices. I found one company that beat them, but their reviews and our initial engagement over the phone left me feeling very uneasy. I decided to spend the extra money and feel confident the job would get done right! I called this morning to confirm a service call. Ivan arrived right on time and was super professional. He was here for a super long time due to a really bad back up that consumed much more time than your average mainline drain. Ivan refused to give up on it and had several alternatives in the event the drain was not clearing up. After over two hours of working our issue, the drain finally unclogged. Ivan ensured the issue was resolved and cleaned up the area very well. I was beyond satisfied with the price I paid, and while it ended up being more than the estimate, it was to be expected given the time Ivan had to spend working out the issue. I will no longer use any other plumbing company and highly recommend Gomez Plumbing! They are not out to make a quick buck and they really take care of their customers! I called Gomez plumbing on a Monday in regards to a stopped up kitchen sink and overflowing washer. They were great in trying to get me help as quickly as possible. I told them Wednesday was good and that was perfect. Santos came out to my house early Wednesday morning. He found the issue right away and got it unplugged within minutes. Now both my sink and washer are good to go! The price was very reasonable too. I'd definitely use Gomez Plumbing again!

A couple of neighbors in our local dist email recommended them so I had them come by to check out a kitchen sink leak. Quickly diagnosed w/o charging and told me to buy whatever faucet I liked and he can come back tomorrow to replace.
Came back the next day and swapped everything out. Even fixed our broken-for-years garbage disposal at no charge!
Came early than scheduled (which is great for me) both times and has great communication.

Ivan came out to replace the wide spread faucet on my bathroom pedestal sink. Both handles had completely corroded at the base and I feared that the sink might break. But Ivan was confident he could get them off and after using a power saw on one of them, they both came off without a scratch! He explained everything along the way and made sure that everything was cleaned up and the new set was properly installed to avoid this issue in the future. While out, he also replaced the fill valve on the toilet. Both issues were dealt with professionally and he left no trace other than a bathroom in good working condition!

Gomez plumbing just replaced a toilet for us and answered many questions we had about our plumbing. The work was completed promptly and expertly. Santos has been helping me for the last 8 years with all of our plumbing needs. I highly recommend him to my all friends and neighbors.
He has done the following work for me:
-installing clean out valves and flushing tankless water heaters that would have failed otherwise
-clearing clogged sewers - inspects with camera first and gives estimate after
-replacing and cleaning up old plumbing on my 90 year old home to code (it was a train wreck before!)

He provides professional and friendly service with prices that are totally reasonable. Other estimates my friends and I have received from other local plumbers are ridiculous compared to Santos' pricing. He is totally reliable and honest - I have always been home when Santos has been here as I am retired, however if I were not I would have no problem left him a key and a blank check. His work is always outstanding, we've never had to call him back on any of his work. I never thought I would say that all the plumbing work he does is beautiful, but it truly is! Also, Santos cleans everything up. Never any mess left behind. Talk about a bonus!
He has also done new toilet installations for my friends. They were thrilled with the entire experience, and have recommended him to their friends and neighbors as well.

During a period of heavy rainfall, I noticed that the underground rain gutter was not properly draining and water was pooling close to the house/foundation. Not knowing where the the clog was, or where the drain ends, I knew I needed help.
I reached out to two plumbing companies, neither of which provide underground drain snaking services. Santos was the third person I spoke with - he was quick to recommend snaking and jetting, and said he could be at our Sunnyvale home in a timely manner. He was very responsive by phone / text.
Once Santos arrived, he worked quickly. In an hour, he had tried both snaking and jetting. Eventually we found the exit point for the water, and he helped remove dirt that had clogged it up. He charged what seemed like a fair price, and I would reach out to him again for future plumbing issues.
Just had them come out to clear out a long drain pipe and a badly clogged sink drain. Had them replace the under sink plumbing and washer standpipe with ABS. They are a pleasure to work with and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

These guys are terrific! They came out not once, not twice, but thrice to diagnose our issue. They took a look around and under the house and figured out the root of our issue. They recommended we contact our original contractor since it looks like an incorrect install of the bathroom addition's drain because they didn't want to just start tearing up the floor. They also gave us some recommendations on how to counter the sewage smell in the interim. All this free of charge! This is the second time we've used them and would do so again in a heartbeat. I've had Santos come and provide service two times and he was beyond excellent both the times.
He is honest, punctual, responsive, clear communicator and a pleasure to deal with. He spent enough time to ensure there were no leaks, that nothing was loose and that the job was done satisfactorily.
I'd certainly call him again for any drain/sewer/plumbing related jobs.
got an appointment within a day, did a great job unclogging my drains in the bathtub and sink, then came back a few days later for another appointment to install some new fittings, everything works great now and was quick in response. will use again.
We had Gomez Plumbing worked on an extensive house renovation, they did the rough-ins, the finishes, and the outdoors, including trenches and outdoor shower. We mainly dealt with Ivan and Fidel but also had Santos with their whole extensive crew came out throughout the project. They are a fun crew to have around and never complained about anything popped up unexpectedly or any product we ask them to help install. Fidel is a genius, he took an ordinary rain shower head, and turned it into a masterpiece, with first-class craftsmanship! They really took pride in the work they do, more than one time I caught Ivan looking at the rough-in he did for our house with admiration ;-) I have never seen or heard any plumbing service company that would go so much out of their way to be friendly, creative and helpful, their professionalism is evident throughout the project, and even months after the project, if we had an issue, they would come right by, no questions asked, even if the issue was determined to be with the fixture and not the installation, they will still fix the problem, that's how much they are committed to providing a bar-none service! Santos arrived on time and replaced my garbage disposal at the price he quoted me over the phone. He made sure there was no water leakage after the installation and even replaced the P-Trap fixture without charge as he thought it will eventually break. He felt he was very honest, professional, and friendly. I will use his services again in the future.

We had 2 failed attempts from another company to clear a backup in the shower, toilets and bathrooms. The other company said no more warranty on their work even though their second cabling caused a backup again within one hour of leaving then they didn't return my call.
Santos of Go-Mez Sewer and Drain came out and used his camera to check the sewer lines outside and confirmed there were blockages in the side clean out and front sewer line. (Other company wanted $399 for a camera look but Santos looked with a camera which was included with the clean out cost). He cabeled it multiple times and got out a root from the side clean out which the other company never got anything out. Santos then found the front backing up and cabeled it multiple times to clear tree roots. One charge to clear the two locations outside.
The shower was still backing up so he came inside and cleared that too which he said he charged half for that clean out since he was already there. The total cost to clear the 3 blockages was less than what we paid the other company to not even clear one location. (The other company didn't think any location was blocked except the one at the side of the house).
5 stars for Santos and Go-Mez Sewer and Drain. I'd recommend them and use him again.
Wow!!! I appreciate this company so much! We had a few hiccups but the issue got resolved. Santos the owner went above and beyond, kept his cool and not once show any type of frustration after being here 2 days in a row with back to back problems we kept coming across. Thank you so much Santos and Ivan for installing our kitchen faucet sinks that we all thought would be a breeze! This was insane!
Before Santos started his own business, he worked at another plumbing company and had done some plumbing repair work at our house. He did a great job and very reliable with very honest pricing. This is the 2nd time we've worked with Santos on a plumbing issue at our home. He and his team work quickly and efficiently, he explains everything that needs to be done, they are friendly and respectful...just a great experience. We highly recommended Santos and having a plumber you can trust and rely on.
I had a mystery leak in my garage that happened about once a month and always at night while I was asleep. Nothing obvious. Ivan looked at the pictures I had taken, looked at the hoses/pipes/appliances, and said water softener. The narrow discharge hose (if that's the right term) had come out of the big drain hose on the wall and when the softener regenerated (about once a month, at night), it would spray a whole lot of water everywhere. Ivan was friendly, showed up on time, didn't make me feel like an idiot, and explained exactly what was happening. Bless him for a 15-minute visit and an end to my watery mystery! I'll absolutely call these guys in the future if I need help with plumbing.
We had a blocked drain from our bath tub and we had a plumber out this morning who told us that the blockage was so severe that his snake was not able to clear it and we would have to break through the wall and replace the pipes, so serious money!!!, in a panic I searched Yelp for a second opinion. Called Santo's Gomez and he was at our house 20 minutes later. Within 15 minutes he had cleared our blockage and our bath was running freely again. Thank you Santos, would highly recommend!!
Our drains were running slow, so I went on line and did all the DIY fixes, tried all the drain cleaners, and even used water bladders in all the clean outs. They all worked! For a short period of time.
So I finally gave in and called a plumber friend, Will and asked for help. Will got back to me to say unfortunately he did not have the equipment to do main line clean outs.
But as friends do, Will did help out. Call Santos at Go-mez Sewer and Drain, he'll do a good job for you.
So I did. Left a message and Santos returned the call within 10 minutes. He said he could be at my place in a couple of hours.
Santos was friendly, professional, courteous and on time. Accessed the problem quickly and did excellent work to get the problem solved.
His prices were fair, reasonable and honest, no where near the over-inflated prices of the so-called big companies.
I am all for using small independent companies, and Santos with Go-mez Sewer and Drain is a prime example why small businesses work.
It was a pleasure doing business with him and I highly recommend his services.

Santos has been helping us for the last 3 years with all of our plumbing needs. Here's a list of what he has done for us:
-snaking backups
-hydrojetting pipes
-fixing leaks
-installing clean-outs
-water heater install & fix strapping etc to code
-new construction plumbing sink, dishwasher, disposal, etc.
He gives unbelievably friendly service with prices that are way too low (Santos, you need to charge more!!). He is totally reliable and honest - a few times I haven't been around but I've left him a key and a blank check. His work is always outstanding, we've never had to call him back on any of his work. I never thought I would say that water heater plumbing is beautiful, but his sure is!
He has also done a back-up for one neighbor and a new water heater for another neighbor. They have also had very positive experiences.
I have met some of the other guys on Santos's crew and they are equally friendly and competent. We are so lucky to have Santos on our team!

Used Go-mez Sewer and Drain on our home in San Jose California. We have a 107 year old home with the original clay sewer pipe going from the clean-out pipe near the side of the house to the street. Recently we had a problem with flow and called Go-mez Sewer and Drain. I spoke with Ivan and he was able to see me right away. After identifying the problem and giving us several viable options we settled on one that worked for us at this time. He cleaned out our line and even showed us the areas of root invasion with this neat fiber optic line. I appreciate his logical problem solving without going for the most expensive solution. I will be using them in the future and recommend them if you are looking for professional, problem solving approach to plumbing problems

Ivan is really amazing! I had a clogged kitchen sink and contacted Ivan the night before. He was very clear with a quotation upfront arrived on time. When he came in, he took a quick look and was able to clear the clog in 5 minutes. It was a simple clog, but I was worried he'd charge me for the full hour. He didn't! He said he wouldn't charge me anything, except for a $40 fee for coming down! Can it get any better than this? This is the 2nd time I'm using their service, and highly recommend them. Last time I had lot of bathroom work done, and completely satisfied with their work. I highly trust them and found them very professional, fair and honest.

A friend referred us to Santos and we couldn't be happier with his service. Talked to him yesterday and he came out first thing this AM and completed several jobs for us in just a couple hours including fixing a leaking toilet, a leaky sink and 2 slow drains. The leaky sink was a bit tricky as it has a unique low profile p-trap for aesthetic reasons and he was able to save us $150 in parts by coming up with a custom solution using standard off-the-shelf parts! We were so pleased with his professionalism and the quality of work that we are having him coming back tomorrow for additional work. Super strong communicator and someone I instantly felt comfortable leaving alone in our house. Fair pricing. Highly recommend.
Very happy with the service provided from Go-mez Sewer and Drain to replace a water heater drain valve. I had a steady leak out of my water heater and Go-mez was the first to respond after calling multiple places. The guys came on time and were finished within 30 minutes. I will use their services again!
Santos has done a phenomenal job for us. About 4 years ago he came out to replace our sewer main and really saved our skins since we couldn't use any water in the house. This year he installed the plumbing and rerouted the drains for a bathroom remodel, replaced rusted copper piping that was about to spring a leak and just replaced our sewer ejector pump while upgrading the plumbing bringing it up to current building code.
He has done great work for us and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Ivan from Gomez Plumbing came out today to fix a Kohler toilet that hadn't been working right for months (slow and partial flush) and he diagnosed the problem quickly (adjusting the water level in the tank) and fixed it in two minutes. He did the same for the other Kohler toilet I had. I'd had a different plumbing company come out twice in the last 6-8 months and that plumber hadn't been able to fix the problem (and had charged me for two visits, mostly to snake out the drain--which wasn't even the problem--even though I'd told him I thought the problem was that toilet itself). Since Ivan's whole visit only took a few minutes and I had told him about having had another plumber out twice without the problem being fixed, Ivan kindly only charged me their travel fee, which was very reasonable. I'd also had Gomez Plumbing come out a couple of years ago to clean out the main sewer line from the house to the street when my washing machine in the garage backed up into the house through the toilet near the garage due to a blockage in the sewer line, and Santos Gomez was the first plumber in a number of years to be able to find the clean-out (buried under plants and dirt) in my front yard and he fixed the drainage problem. So Gomez Plumbing will now be my regular plumber. (My previous long-time plumber had retired.) Both Ivan and Santos seem very knowledgeable, ethical, and skilled.

Replaced a water heater that was in a hard-to-access area. Great service and great communication--easy to reach via text, and wonderful to work with.
Santos had done previous work at our home for an outside leaking water pipe. I'm so glad I called him back again! He was available when we needed him, contacted me before arriving, and replaced my bathroom faucets very efficiently. Since the work was less substantial than initially estimated, he didn't charge me the full estimate price, and his fees are quite fair. One of the faucets I ordered was slightly defective, and he offered to swap it out for free once the replacement arrives. I highly recommend him to anyone, and expect I'll use him again in the future.
Santos did a great job at clearing out a blocked sewage line. He was patient with all of my questions and even ran a camera to show me that the problem was resolved. I will definitely call him again for all my plumbing needs.
