Great experience all around! Big thanks to All Go Plumbing for their work. I've been having a kitchen sink backup every 3-4 days for almost a month. I had the under sink apart myself and opened the outside clean out drain, but still only a temporary fix, so I figured it's time to get the experts out here.

My regular plumber was booked solid and so I reached out to All Go Plumbing. I really appreciate that they take calls all the way up to 7pm! Sometimes it's tough to find time to reach a contractor for a repair when I'm working myself the regular 9-5 hrs. I reached them for scheduling a few days before christmas around 6:30pm and scheduled for the following tuesday. The owner's brother arrived on time for pipe snake routing through the outside cleanout. He was friendly and first examined the underhouse piping near the cleanout to confirm if there were any other issues (one of which was not enough downward slope, making normal drainage not normal haha.) He routed the pipe multiple times and encountered 4-5 blockages along the way. Then we ran the sink faucet and dumped 10 gallons of bucket water down the drain to confirm it was flushed. All Good!

Pipes are back in action and all work completed in only 30 min from arrival to billing and departure. I really appreciate the help guys! Keep it up. Their number is going in my go-to contractor list.

Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

Our built-in bathtub broke and wouldn't turn off -- forcing us to turn off water to the entire house. Kit from All Go came out the same day and took care of the issue. We wanted to minimize damage done breaking tile since we weren't (and still aren't) sure how we want to handle the full fix, so he carefully broke through just a single tile and worked with the weird angle of the plumbing to get shutoff valves installed.
We greatly appreciated the quick service, the effort to minimize impact, and the discussion of future options to consider. Highly recommended!

I needed to replace my water heater and Kiet from All Go Plumbing and Rooter responded immediately. After giving me a quote and locating the appropriate water heater for my condo, Kiet came out in a couple of hours and replaced my water heater and hauled away the old unit. Called All Go Plumbing on a Friday night (6PM) due to my washer drain leaking and he picked up right away and scheduled me in for Saturday morning between 9-10am. He came at 9:30am. Super friendly and helpful. I told him I was trying to learn as much as I can so I could do things myself and he talked me through every single thing he did. He also noted a slope issue with one of the other drains and he worked on that too.

Overall, he fixed the issue, fixed another issue that was needed, and super friendly at the same time. Could not ask for more and will be calling him for other jobs if needed.

We had an obstruction problem for our plumbing system today; we were unable to use any bathroom. We called All Go and got an appointment in the early afternoon. The plumber showed up on time, identified the location of the tree roots problem, used hydrojet to clean out the roots and pipe, and fixed the problem efficiently. Afterwards, he also clean way the splash on the house and window neatly. We are very happy that the problem is resolved quickly.

I highly recommend All Go Plumbing. It was Christmas Eve and I got a leak in the main water service line to the house. The service line is put originally when the house was built in the early 60's - it was rusted and burst right on Christmas Eve. I called around and the only person willing to come out to have a look as Kiet from All Go. He provided a bypass solution quickly so that our household won't go without water through Christmas and provided a very efficient crew to finish re-piping the main service line on the day after Christmas. The job was done well and the crew was even able to put back the soil and decorative rocks in my front garden as how it look before the digging was done for re-piping. On October 07, 2021 Our kitchen sink and laundry drain pipes got clogged. I was looking for a professional and came across AGPR, read the reviews had great things said about the service provided. I called this morning for a plumbing issue and someone was able to be dispatched (and arrived on time) a couple of hours later. They arrived, put on some shoe covers, gave a reasonable quote, and started to get to work. After a little bit of time, they realized that the issue would need to be resolved using a different method and they gave me some of the options to move forward. I decided not to take any of the options and they didn't charge me for the visit (although I did tip them for the help!). They seem like pretty organized and honest folks! I would call them again if I needed plumbing help!

Can't say enough good things about All Go.

As a former QA manager, I tend to pay careful attention to details. They exceeded expectations in every respect: prompt communication, arrived quickly and ahead of promised time, fixed the blocked sewer line, tested confirmed that the problem was fixed, and educated me on some aspects to prevent future problems. Our toilet was running continuously, not great during a drought (or for our water bill). I called All Go Plumbing and Thanh answered. I mentioned we had this issue and he said he could be out to my house in 1-2 hours! I text him my address and he was here within 1 hour 10 minutes. He showed up, professional in demeanor. wearing booties (without me having to ask - a big + for me) and assessed my toilet issue. He immediately noted what the issue was, went to his truck, came back up, replaced the part and voila - up and running and no more leaky running toilet. He provides a 90 day warranty on his service and that specific part. A 10+ for service, professionalism, and overall experience. It was a small job for him but he treated me well and if we have any other plumbing issues, he will be my first call!

Called All Go around 4:30pm on a Monday afternoon after accidentally breaking the main PVC pipe to our house while putting some plants in our parking strip. They answered the phone immediately and were at our house by 5:15pm. They were done with repairs by 6pm. They showed up how the broken pipe had come in from the street and then up a few inches with an elbow joint (to about 4 inches from the surface) and then back down to the main pipe leading to our house. They were not sure why it had been done that way. The replacement copper pipe they laid is a proper depth without any unnecessary elbows. It should be completely safe from my shovel!

Again, five stars for Kiet. On a weekday at 6 pm, I arrived home to find water flooding my side yard. I actually called several companies, none would come right away except for All Go Plumbing.

Kiet came right away. He fixed our leak and saved us so much money in terms of water usage penalty. He did excellent work for a reasonable fee, and he cleaned up everything perfectly.

There's a reason All Go has a 5-star rating. Very responsive, detail oriented, trustworthy, above and beyond.

Our water main burst, water gushing every which way. We frantically called around and All Go picked up the phone, asked for a photo, and within 30 minutes Thanh was on the scene to shut the water off and diagnose the issue.

Since it was already the afternoon, All Go came back the next day. Both Thanh and his boss Kiet were onsite. There was an unexpected issue which required a special part, but there was no complaining or upcharge. They even found another issue which would have required another visit, but they fixed that with minimal adder.

The quote didn't include putting our pavers back, but Kiet decided to have it done anyway. That extra step to make it look as it did originally even though we agreed upfront that it was not included cements in my mind why this is really 5-star service.

Kiet clearly cares deeply about the quality of work and the reputation of his business. He went out of his way to point out how I could reduce my future risk and educated me on my house's water systems. I highly recommend All Go and will be using them for any future needs.

I am incredibly grateful for the expertise of these professional, kind, and all around wonderful souls who came out to our home to replace our water heater. From the initial call to get a service call to the completion of the work was about 2 hours total. We were so thankful for the expedited service to get our hot water up and running the same day. Our dog's tether got caught up on the pipes in the front yard for the water line incoming from the street and the hose spigot and pipe to the sprinklers got ripped off. We quickly shut off the water main and called All Go. They were able to get a tech out within a couple hours and Kiet replaced all the piping.

Great service, with immediate availability! I had a bathtub drain that was backing up, so I look for a rooter service in Yelp, without much hope to find someone that would be available anytime soon. When I called All Go Plumbing, not only they were very helpful, but confirmed they could be at my home in less than 2 hours! When the crew arrived, they were all very professional, removing their shoes and wearing masks without me asking. The service was done in less than 30 minutes and everything was left clean. Fast, and friendly service with affordable rate for all your plumbing need.I look around yelp for someone do emergency plumbing service, and I wasn't disappointed and glad I choice to go with All Plumbing and Rooster. One of my pipe from the water main broke, and when calling Kiet picked up, whom was the owner I found out later, he was kind enough to come at 7:30 pm to take a look at the issue. I only have the best to say about Kiet from All Go Plumbing. I had been struggling with a toilet in my basement unit for several days and had three plumbers out to try to diagnose and fix the problem before calling All Go. I wish I had called All Go Plumbing first! None of the other plumbers were able to figure out what the issue was (but I did still have to pay for some of their attempted repairs).

All Go was incredibly thorough when trying to find the problem. He walked me through everything he did to diagnose and answered all the questions I had. He managed to find a sump pump that had died that I had no idea existed and was causing the problem. Needless to say, I had him back the next day to fix it and he did without any issue. He performed all the work at very reasonable rates and stuck to his quotes.

Kiet has my full trust and confidence as a plumber and I highly recommend him. I will be coming back to him with all of my future plumbing needs.

Kiet did an expert job on repairing our broken pipe that was gushing under our house on a Sunday morning. He also installed a new front yard spigot.

His work was neat, he showed up on time, was easy to work with and was kind, but expressed his advice with authority. I especially appreciate that he kept his word to us.

We had to have Kiet finish almost all of his job, then have an electrician come out before Kiet could complete his work. I just bought an almost 100 year old house and you know what that means... Plumbing issues. I sent a request for quotes out to various vendors to see what options i had. Keep in mind this is the very first time I've ever had to hire a plumber.

Thanh immediately responded to my inquiry on a Sunday! Then he was the first person out to the property, diligently looked at everything, and had a simple approach for designs/solutions.

Shortly after, i had a few updates to my initial inquiry and Thanh and Kiet both came over to assess. They gave me an updated quote, which was in my budget, and said they could do the work the same day (I was on a light time crunch).

Within 5 hours, i had an updated washer and dryer configuration in the basement (including a pump and new dryer vent), fixed leaking pipes under the house, removed a non-functional reverse osmosis system, leaking tubes under the kitchen sink, and helped me replace a valve on the water line. Their work was simple and solid - it was exactly what I could afford in the time i needed. I also enjoyed our conversations, they are super nice! They even added more reinforcements to pipes under the house without me asking - how thoughtful!

I'm sure I'll have plenty more plumbing issues in the future, and I'll be calling Thanh and Kiet 100%. Highly recommend them!

TL;DR - Fast, thorough, reasonably priced.

Had a drainage emergency on a Saturday afternoon, right before heading on a trip. It was critical that we find some kind of solution to the house wide backup of toilets and drains for the housesitters who would be staying with our dogs. All Go responded quickly to my inquiry, and was over at our place in just about an hour.

He was very courteous and thorough. He explained everything as we were checking, so I felt informed about the issue and the possible solutions. And he had all the equipment required to provide the diagnostic and services.

Price was very fair, and will definitely be using again when we do other plumbing related work!

The plumbing crew was the first to respond and quick to arrive. They billed us a diagnostic fee ($89) despite us going ahead with their overpriced fix of total of over $400 for replacing one leaky shower valve. The lead plumber was very crass and unprofessional. He could not stop himself from staring at art work, touching our personal items, making sexist and uninformed remarks on items inside. For eg: Looking at jewelry boxes in my closet and asking me to give some to my husband, using the master bathroom without permission and then some more.

Update: After calling in a contractor, we learnt this plumbing company had misdiagnosed the plumbing issue and over-stated the water damage. We are glad to NOT have followed this plumber's recommendations on calling his friend's company to help with drying the area.
Given how they are keeping a close eye on reviews and boosting their Yelp ratings through positive reviews, I feel compelled to write this update.

Suddenly my kitchen and Landry room got flooded because of clogged drains. I tried to fix those by myself but it was too much for me, then called this company as they were the fastest plumber responded back to me via Yelp.

They mentioned it is going to take 45-60 min to come, but they arrived in 30 min which is great. They behaved in very professional manner, investigated the root course quickly.
They needed to cut a pipe and had to try snaking 2times with different sizes to make the pipe go through in the end, overall I am totally satisfied with their service.

Short answer: If you're in the need for a plumber, All Go Plumbing and Rooter is the plumber you need. I didn't get his name but the plumber that arrived provided great service, was professional, polite, communicative and I feel the job that was done is outstanding.

Longer answer: My kitchen sink went bad last night. It was clogged and started leaking. I figure I'd be able to solve the problem by running to Home Depot in the morning, grabbing some Drano, and washing it down with some hot water down the drain. That absolutely did not do the trick. I am no plumber so I decided to call All Go Plumbing and Rooter. He told me to text his address to him and he got to my place in (I feel like) less than an hour afterwards. He arrived, took a look under my sink, asked me what the situation was, and went straight to work. He suggested I consider reaching out to my property manager first so they can pay for it and so that I am not out of pocket. I feel that was quite thoughtful of him. It's appreciated. I opted out of it and decided to pay out of pocket instead. He took care of the leaking hardware under my kitchen sink, replaced everything he saw necessary, and fixed my clog. He even went the extra mile after the job was done and showed me my old hardware and briefly explained to me why it was bad.

I don't know if your organization consists of multiple plumbers or if it's only an individual operating alone. Regardless, the plumber that showed up to solve my plumbing problem is an outstanding man. Thank you very much for responding fast, keeping it professional and courteous, getting the job done, and even going the extra mile to help me. I will be a returning customer.

Me and my bf decided to unclog the bathtub drain today with a cheap drain pipe tool we got it from daiso lol I know this sounds very stupid but whatever...so unfortunately we ended up getting the snake stuck in the drain and was unable to pull it out after trying for hours :( we finally requested the quote for plumbing services on Yelp and Kiet reached out to us right away. He was able to come check it out and resolve the issue on the same day :) He also gave us a 50% discount since it is an easy fix. Overall, Kiet is very responsive, reasonable, fast, and experienced. Kiet was amazing, he was quick and available on a Saturday! Both our showers, toilets were clogged. We have had ongoing plumbing issues, he was able to clear the biggest clog, he didn't give up. Excellent experience! All Go Plumbing is very responsive and fast. They replied my request via Yelp in 10 minutes and got the quote with couples exchange text. Then, Thanh came within an hour. 5 PM on a Sunday afternoon, I called Kiet as the valve for the main water pipe broke and water was flooding. He came in 30 min, cut out the old valve and placed a new pipe with a new valve in 20 min. Was doing some work on sprinkler valves, and shut off our main water valve. In turning it back on, the main valve broke and it would not open all the way, severely reducing our water pressure. This happened on a Saturday, before a holiday weekend, so I was thinking I would not have full water pressure until the following week. I found All Go through Yelp local recommendations, and called Kiet. Based just on a picture of the valve, he provided a reasonable bid, came out a few hours later and completed the entire job that same day -- in the middle of the 100+ degree day. Work was done quickly, cleanly and everything they did (including shutting off the water to the house) was communicated clearly so we knew what to expect.

All Go did a great job, and I will look to them as my go-to plumbers in the future!

What a life saver! We had an issue with our hot water valve in the shower. For some reason it would not turn off no matter how hard we tried.
We called at 5:45pm and a wonderful gentleman named Kiet was here within 45min.

Kiet was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options with our outdated valves. He had us back up and running within an hour.

Would definitely recommend to anyone with any plumbing needs. Again, they saved us... I provide care for my 97 year old grandfather and was worried on how I would manage the night with hot water running all night long and all the issues that cause later with the hot water heater etc.... We had called 3 other mobile plumbers but none had any availability for tonight.

We needed a life saver and AllGo and Kiet really saved us tonight.

Recently we had a water line leaking in the front yard. The leaking wasn't too bad, but the water company came and decided to shut down our water until fixed. Without preparation, water supply cutoff caused big inconvenience to our family's daily life.
We called All Go, who provided service of fixing bathroom spout for us a couple of months ago. All Go came quickly and started the work - hooked up a temporary line first to solve our water supply issue. And then, make a brand-new permanent 70-feet water line and rerouted our irrigation system, within in one and half days.
We are happy with the works and their reasonable charge.

We called All Go Plumbing on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, expecting to arrange an appointment for a clogged toilet the next week. Kiet answered our call and said that he wasn't far from our house since he was finishing up another job. So, he said he'd come right after he was done. That was an unexpected surprise to get such fast response!

It turned out that we had not only a clogged toilet, but also a clogged shower drain and leaky seal around the toilet. He needed to remove the toilet to replace the seal. He worked fast and got the job done in about an hour. Even though the total bill was about $400, he itemized the repairs and they seemed reasonable. It made me think that this kind of service shouldn't be evaluated on a cost/hr. basis since a skilled tradesperson can get the job done quicker and done well.

We'll certainly put All Go at the top of our list of plumbers when we replace our water heater in the near future!

I was in a bind on a late afternoon when my pipes decided to back up and I couldn't use any toilets in my house without a mess, so I was super-grateful when I put a quote request out to All Go & almost immediately received a response from Kiet. After a quick call, he made it over to my house within a couple of hours and got right to work. It turned out that we were at a point where we needed to install a clean out valve at the front of our home in order make plumbing repairs less painful, so we agreed to have him take care of that as well. He sent Thanh out to our house the next day to take care of the installation and got it all done in the same day. We noticed a small leak behind the toilet the next day and Thanh promptly and unhesitatingly set out back to our house to take care of it with no fuss. I called him to get quote for leak repair. He came within 30 minutes and looked at the leak. He suggested that it is minor leak and will not result in any significant consumption. He checked water meter outside an verified that leak is not attributing to water bill. Since there was no leak I did not get chance to work with him. This review is based on the consultation we received from All Go Plumbing. We had our house sprayed for termites and the inspector noticed a leak under our house and suggested we reach out to a plumber to get it fixed. We reached out to a different plumbing company and was quoted $2,400 to fix the leak and to replace the copper pipes due to corrosion.

We wanted a second opinion and reached out to All Go Plumbing. They were able to schedule us for an appt next day and arrived on time (other plumbing company was 30 mins late). They went under the house and noticed a small leak only when we shower (nothing major). We asked about the copper pipes and they said there is some minor corrosion but it's nothing to worry about for quite some time. They gave us a quote for the small leak and to let them know if we wanted to fix the issue but that we should be ok for a while.

Kiet did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him because he's professional, very responsive, knows what he's doing, and will take care of you.

I got quotes for installing a water softener from a number of contractors on yelp. Kiet stood out because he was willing to pick up the water system for me at Lowe's, his price was reasonable, and he wasn't trying to upsell me anything like other contractors.

On the day of the appt, he brought the water system and also bought salt bags for me as well. He installed it and patched up the walls nicely. He explained how the system works, what plumbing he did to get it installed, and how to toggle the water in case of an emergency.

I called up Kiet for a garbage disposal replacement. After a quick call to provide an overview of my situation, he was able to arrive at the time we agreed upon.

Had a sewage backup on a Saturday morning. It was a mess. Thanh came out within 10-15 minutes. We had a water pipe leaking and could hear the water running at our house. They were able to come out the same day. They inspected indoors and under the house to check for water signs. They gave great options for testing exactly where the leak was or estimating the problem to save us some money. They were informative and helpful in all the decisions. They gave us a good deal to replace the old galvanized pipe with brand new copper. They replaced the cement that needed to be cut and even did a great job replacing the front lawn where the pipe was laid. Discovering All Go Plumbing was the silver lining to my recent minor gas leak that PG&E decided required shutting off the gas to the entire house during the cold snap the week before xmas - no heat, no hot water, no stove for 3 days with a child and dog in the house. :( After the first plumber I hired completely flailed on the job, All Go quickly arrived at the house and got to work, not only fixing the originally identified leak but finding another small leak and taking care of that as well. My kitchen sink was clogged. I called All Go Plumbing and they gave me an estimate over the phone that was reasonable price. They sent plumber right away - within an hour. The plumber, Thanh, exceeded expectations. He analyzed the piping underneath sink and determined it was sloped wrong. He snaked the clog, cut old pipe and installed new pipe with corrected slope for proper drainage. I highly recommend All Go Plumbing and specifically, Thanh.

They misdiagnosed our issue, did work that they thought might be the problem and charged 1300 for it. When I said the problem was not fixed, he came out again, scratched his head and couldn't figure out the problem, and said he'd try to follow up with the manufacturer for me and then... nothing. Discovered we had a gas leak in our new house, PG&E inspected and shut off gas to the house in winter, leaving with no heat, hot water or cooking. The guy the home warranty company called after a day couldn't do the job and it looked like it'd be another day and a half before someone could come out. I had to find someone on my own faster. After a few weeks of waiting for my frustrations to subsidence, I am writing this review. One morning in early January, I asked yelp to provide me with plumbers in my area to resolve my plumbing issue. Keit (the plumber) was one of the first plumbers to respond to my request. He said he could be at my home in 1 hour. 1.5 hours later he arrived. He opened the cleanout, snaked it and said that it did not work. He explained that the tool he was using was not the correct tool to use. He said that his main auger was broken. He said he was going home to fix the problem and return in an hour. Two hours later, he returned. He spent another hour and tried to resolve the issue with the newly fixed tool. It too did not work. By this time, he explained that my sewage drain needed to be redone with two new cleanouts that was going to cost me $8000.00 That price was after his discount. He said that the two toilets and two showers were still clogged. He charged me $170 dollars and did nothing to resolve my issue. I called another plumber and they resolved within 15 minutes. Those guys were triple A plumbing.

After a couple hours of trying to fix the issue, the attempt was unsuccessful but Kiet proposed if we were able to find anyone to fix the problem, he would refund us for the amount paid. He showed up at the promised time on Wednesday and took care of the leak by replacing the entire fixture (shut-off valves, PRV, hose bib, etc.,) in under 2 hours time. The work was done well overall and he cleaned up after himself and left the site in a clean condition. Though the initially quoted price appeared slightly higher, but after seeing the end result, I think the price is justified given the quality of work.

We had a mysterious leak occurring in our garage that appeared to be related to our clothes washer. After unsuccessful attempts at diagnosing the issue with other appliance repair companies, we called All Go Plumbing and Rooter. Kiet investigated and found that the leak had nothing to do whatsoever with our washer, but rather washer and water softener drain water was coming back out of our uncapped service pipe and spilling onto the garage floor. He used his water jet to clean out our main drain line, which he discovered had been clogged due to being old and had not been unclogged for several years. He also fashioned and installed a service pipe cap to ensure that sewer gases would not get into the garage space. Both solved the drainage issue. Oddly enough, we found another leak issue after that visit that, as it turns out, had been occurring for some time without us noticing. Our two water softener and washer drain hoses had been sharing an old cast iron stem/stand pipe and the lack of pipe diameter caused the drain hoses to splash back water out of the stem pipe while draining. Kiet patiently came out to investigate this issue and helped us set up the drain hoses as well as they could be into a single stem pipe and did not charge us for the visit. Kiet is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend All Go Plumbing and Rooter!

I needed a water fountain replaced and had knew some of the routing would have to be shifted. The technician was on time and communicative when he ran into an issue. Though the small job turned out to be pretty tricky, they got it done in a few hours and even patched the wall and cleaned up after themselves. Had a backed up Kitchen sink. Called around and Kiet had a good price and good reviews here so I went with him. He arrived promptly and did a great job. The last guy that came out couldn't get the clean out drain open and gave up on it. Kiet took the time to work on the cap and was able to get it open. Snaked it a couple times and voila no more sink backup. He even took a look under the house and answered a couple question. I will definitely give him a call next time we need plumbing services. I would be quick to recommend him to my friends.

I had a very bad pipe leaking in front of my guest house on Friday afternoon. I called couple plumbing companies and all of them were not able to come until Monday. Kiet picked up my call, understood my situation and came right after he finished his last work. He did water leak detection on Friday and found the part leaking,. He needed to buy parts, so he came back to fix it on Saturday. Very happy with All Go Plumbing. Replaced sewer line from my house to the city line. Old clay pipes, in 60 year old house, clogged with roots, caused persistent drainage problems. Re-piped with PVC. Had a broken kitchen garbage disposal unit that was leaking, and clogged up drains. Both these problems rendered the kitchen unusable. I contacted Kit on Sunday morning. He was very prompt in responding to messages and unlike other plumbers setup the appointment later in the afternoon for the same day. Some of the other plumbers I contacted took a long time to get back and even more time to actually show up.
The job was neatly done within a couple of hours, and repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. Very satisfied with the service and no complaints so far, would definitely recommend this guy over others.

We had a huge water bill, and I could hear water running through the pipes -- assuming we were irrigating underneath our patio where I couldn't see. The water meter was running even though we weren't using any water. Kiet was able to come out the same day, confirm my findings with a high confidence (and disclosed time rate if we were wrong and needed to keep searching), and get the leak under control. So an emergency shutoff value and new hose valve were installed at reasonable rates. He even walked out to the meter to show me it had resumed its normal rates. Great service and peace of mind. I had a 60+ year old bathtub with no shower. Grandson was moving in, so needed a shower. I bought a cheap conversion kit online. Called a few plumbers for estimate, all said with old non copper pipes, a high possibility old pipes would break requiring extensive repiping, tearing out wall etc. I was very hesitant to proceed, but had a good feeling about this business. They took lots of time to finesse the old pipe and fittings off without damaging anything. Needed short new pipe attached to fit new spout. All done perfectly. Couldn't be happier with results.

My garbage disposal stopped working in the middle of the day and my kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Kiet worked around my work schedule the same day I called and even waited for me to get home (I was running late). It turned out I did not have to get a new disposal and he took the time and taught me how to fix it myself for the next time if this situation happens again. We have a guy that does drain cleaning for us and I asked him to quote replacing a sewer basin with a broken pump. Yes, it's exactly what it sounds like. It was too big of a job for him so he recommended Kiet. He couldn't make it for a couple of days, but the place was empty so it wasn't an emergency. Another place I called couldn't come for 2 weeks. Original appt was for 4 but he finished early and he came at 1:30 on a Fri. He quoted the job and we agreed on price and he started work right away. He quickly got the parts and had his cleaner guy muck it out. Came back on Sat, and almost had it done but wanted to make sure it was right. That gave me the chance to reroute some electrical on Sun. He came back on Mon. and finished the job. Professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me. I do a lot of my own repairs so I understood what he was doing and he did a first class job. Excellent service! I called All Go Rooter after I've had enough of my kitchen sink getting clogged up all the time. I highly recommend Kiet and Co. (Thang) as your go to for any plumbing issues! Saturday afternoon, I realized my water heater had a leak and quickly made some calls to get quotes for repair. I spoke to Kiet and he easily showed me how to shut off the water main to stop the leak. He had promised to come by to take a look, by end of day, as he was currently working on another project. (I mention this because other companies weren't willing to come out and even take a look! Some asked for pictures or some wanted to make appointments days out and I had an emergency leak)! The effort in just coming out for a quote was greatly appreciated! As expected, he showed up, evaluated the scene, and gave me a quote and also gave me a deal!
