Our washing machine drain was overflowing. Called up Bueno plumbing. The owner Kevin Bueno himself came and checked crawl space and informed me that the pipes were all plastic and probably new and did not need replacement (liked the honesty and no upsell). Decided that the drain only needed rooting. Would recommend them. Only hitch was they were not at the scheduled time and I had to call their office.  But they were prompt after that.

Jimmy did a great job fixing my toilet. He was on time, used booties, and was very friendly. When the job was completed, everything was cleared and cleaned.
I appreciated the fact that Bueno handled my request for service with a sense of urgency. I also considered the price to be fair.

Edgar, was our savior, when he arrived in his super hero plumbing uniform.  Just in the nick of time.  He was as fast as a speeding bullet, and with his almost certainly X-ray vision he found the source of our gas leak and replaced the valve that was damages.  It was a great and very professional experience.

Very smooth process, highly recommend these guys. Kevin came out himself and he's the owner. I got to know of the company from a friends experience. These guys are honest and not out there to rip off customers. Kevin guided me and took care of my water leak immediately. I am looking to have these guys help during my renovations soon. Had a great experience with Bueno Plumbing! They sent Kevin over to help me with a broken garbage disposal. He came on time, gave me a very reasonable estimate (which I agreed to) and had it working again almost immediately. We were having a clogged drainage problem and our bathroom was unusable and another drain in our wash basin had slowed down. We contacted the Bueno Plumbing Service via yelp. The response time and appointment  scheduling was really very quick. We  really liked the prompt communication and professionalism offered by the company.  

Jimmy was the service personnel that visited us for the consult. He was very professional and quick in investigating the problem. He gave us a quote right way. His work was very thorough as he also inspected our crawl space to check if there was any other impending issue. He did not try to oversell any other services which we really appreciated. He quickly finished the job at hand and ensured the work was done to our satisfaction. We had a tremendous experience with the technician and the company. We would highly recommend jimmy and Beuno Plumbing and Rooter to anyone having plumbing issues and would rehire them for future services.

I thought I had called my regular plumber having googled them but didn't realize that Bueno was purchasing google ads so I mistakenly called them to come fix our garbage disposal.   They came out, charged us $80 to open it up and unclog it.   When we went to use the disposal, it was not working again - the same thing - a hum which indicates a clog. Obviously, they didn't fully fix it. So I called to ask if they could come back out and fix it for real the next day. However, I was told they would have to charge $80.  The person on the phone then instructed me on how I could fix it myself.  I will never use this business again and made sure I had my regular plumber on speed dial - who will come back at no charge to fix something if it wasn't fixed during the first business.  (BTW, regular plumber is Crown Plumbing and they do a fantastic job at fixing plumbing the first time and guarantee their work.)

UPDATE:  The business owner called and apologized for the response from the person who answered the phone.  After I called back on a second time n noting the satisfaction guaranteed statement on their bill, they agreed to make good on their written policy of satisfaction guaranteed and give me a refund.  He also requested that I change my review from 1 star to 5.

Kevin & Edgar are amazing! Our toilet was continuously running/making flushing noises for awhile. I reached out to Bueno Plumbing and was able to schedule same day service. I truly appreciated Kevin's professionalism and being punctual as I was in the middle of my work day. Kevin explained in detail what the issue was and how a tailored part was needed to fix it. Since I was in a time crunch, Kevin scheduled for Edgar first thing next day to help resolve the issue. A huge plus for me was that they wore booties over their shoes and cleaned up afterwards (had bad experiences in the past with other businesses) so this was much appreciated.

Overall: Definitely recommend Bueno Plumbing for their great customer service, being punctual, and reasonable pricing!

I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later.

The work was done in an extremely professional manner and on time. It took him about 3 hours to finish the job. You can see the before and after pics below. This is how a professional service experience should be. The job was guaranteed for a year. I would not look at any other plumbing service in the future.

This review is regarding my experience for getting an estimate.

Pro - I called them to schedule a time for someone to come by and give me an estimate on some fixtures replacement. I got the time scheduled the very next day with the typical 2 hour window. Mine was from 4-6 pm.

Cons - it's 5:39 pm and I leave my phone for 3 minutes. Kevin from Bueno called 4 times back to back and left me a message saying he has been trying my phone for the last 45 mins. Really? (See pic). Then when I called him it was clear he didn't want to come. I told him we can FaceTime which he refused and said send me the pics and I will send you an estimate. Which I did right away. That was last Thursday (6 days ago). No estimate. No acknowledgement of the pics. No follow up from Bueno.

When you get work done at the house, communication is key. This business doesn't seem to have that down.

My sink was backing up and my garbage disposal was making weird noises thanks to me not realizing it's pretty lame pouring a pound of flour down you garbage disposal even using hot water.  I happened to be on NextDoor and found Bueno Plumbing with fabulous reviews here on Yelp so I called. They responded in a very timely manner and sent Edgar out to save the day. He did a great job and the office was so kind. I highly recommend them.

Super quick turnaround + excellent customer service. Jimmy did a fantastic job replacing our faucet, worked with us while we had to find a replacement on short notice, and was super professional even though my little dog was barking the entire time. After talking to buneo plumbing and meeting Edgar, I feel we came to a resolution that was well thought out and reasonable. All the technicians are super professional, reliable and timely. There work is warranted, so you have peace of mind.

Bueno Plumbing was awesome. I originally contacted them through the Thumbtack application because I didn't have any Hot Water pressure.

They offered to come out same day. We opted for the next day. They did a water diagnostic and found that my water heater finally died. Edgar was great.

Jimmy came the following Monday. Swapped out the water heater and repaired a valve in the bathroom shower.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional, polite, and quick. They aren't the cheapest, not the most expensive, but a bargain for the quality of service.

Owner, Kevin, is a very competent, friendly, patient, honest, and responsible plumber. He knows plumbing. He goes out of the way to explain the problems and the solutions. Kevin fixed my bathroom tap for me (by replacing the cartridge). After the job, they give coupons for next job.

His staff, Jimmy, is also very friendly, competent, responsible. In the second job, Jimmy flushed the hot water tank for me. Well done!

I had a leak in one of the water connections in my crawl space. I called Bueno Plumbing to schedule a service and they sent Jimmy. I couldn't be happier with the work. Not only he fixed the problem within minutes, I asked him about a couple of other jobs that I was thinking of getting done. He gave me several options at various price points and I am very thankful for it. Bueno would for sure be my first call whenever I have a plumbing job at my house.

I hired Bueno Plumbing and Rooter to provide Leak Detection service based on a report from the City of Sunnyvale that the meter was constantly spinning.  The city representative suggested there may be a possible leak.   Edgar Luna was the plumber assigned to the job.  He first checked toilets for leaks, asked if there was a large increase on my bill and then suggested not using water for 10 min to see if the meter continued to spin.  I explained to Edgar that we recently had tenants move into the ADU in back and both houses use the same water meter.  One of the tenants had just finished taking a shower.  Once water was not used for 10 min Edgar was able to determine that the meter had fact stopped spinning and there was no leak.  Edgar is a great problem solver who does not blinded diagnose an issue without clearly evaluating all possibilities.  Truly he is a genius, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy!   Did I mention he also provides great service, workmanship and is reasonably priced?

I asked him over the phone for a range of what it would cost to snake a tub drain which was a very simple job. Just a hairball in the P-trap they said between $160 to about $220 but when they got out there they said it be $240.   Took all of about 10-15 minutes to snake the drain. I understand, travel costs, and everything but still find the cost expensive for the amount of work involved.

Great service!  I called bueno plumbing I had a clogged sink.  Jimmy explained to me how it just needed to be snaked.  He gave me options also gave me recommendations on future projects!  I'll definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out!

We were in need of a new water heater and Bueno Plumbing and Rooter were quick, efficient, and within our price range. Would highly recommend!

Our water heater failed at the worst time (there's never a good time, is there?). Jimmy of Bueno Plumbing came a few hours afrer we called. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a dead thermocouple. After a serious discussion with Jimmy, we decided to replace our 8-year old water heater. Chris of Bueno Plumbing delicered a new water heater, took out the old one, and meticulously installed the new one in a  small closet. He patiently answered all my silly questions, and ensured I was completely happy with the installation. Excellent installation job!

We needed to replace 2 main water shutoff valves in our condo in San Jose, I reached out to a number of local plumbing companies with good Internet reviews, and Bueno Plumbing was the best out of all of them in communication, promptly scheduling the visit, and giving a competitive quote. The project required an HOA approval, they were patient and flexible in scheduling the work and providing all required data to the HOA. Good communication all the way. The valves were located in a tight and hard to reach space, Edgar with his assistant Dylan did a great job in replacing them, and completed the work faster than estimated. I do simple plumbing work myself, and for 20+ years in the valley had to call a number of plumbers for large projects - Bueno Plumbing is the best, definitely will call them again for the next project!

I has a major leaking toilet and I called Bueno Plumbing.  They didn't have any appointments but said they would try and fit me in.  At 2:00 Jimmy Souza called to tell me he was on his way.  15 minutes later he arrived and 30 minutes later I was back in business.  I don't think I will ever call just any plumber.  It is going to be Bueno Plumbing moving forward.   Thank you Jimmy for your professionalism and for doing such a great job.  5 stars for sure!

I almost never write a comment on yelp.  But I just had Jim from Bueno Plumbing work a stopped up kitchen sink.  Not the first time it has had a problem but the first time Jim from Bueno Plumbing addressed the issue.  I cannot say enough about his professionalism and customer oriented attitude.  The issue was resolved quickly and professionally.  Please, if you have a plumbing issue call Bueno and ask for Jim.  You won't be sorry.

I have relied on Bueno Plumbing for several jobs now; from installing clean outs, to replacing my sewer lateral line, kitchen faucet and valves. All their work has been quality, completed in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price. I appreciate their quick response time and for keeping me in the loop throughout the job. My disposal quit working.  Kevin was on time and very polite.  He fixed the problem and the disposal now works fine.  I would call Bueno Plumbing again if I have any plumbing needs.

We had a pipe in our back yard use pressure. Kevin came over and explained what he believed the problem to be and gave us a quote. The thing I like the most is that he said the project would cost X amount, if what he did didn't fix the problem then he would credit that amount for the next step of fixing etc. Since it was a diagnose issue.
He was also very punctual and communicative. I had a window of 12-2. He called around 1:15 saying he was 10 minutes out which I greatly appreciated.
A bonus was that he gave a small discount and left us a whole packet with the companies contact info and everything we need.
We'll definitely use them again.

I called this company with a major leak in my kitchen. Kevin showed up promptly. He shut off the water and then began to diagnose the problem. He offered me multiple solutions and offered his expertise for the fix in the kitchen and showed me  preventative fixes that I should do as well.
I found Kevin professional, skilled in his trait, understanding and personable. I would highly recommend him.

Kitchen sink had a slow drain issue that I and another plumber were not able to resolve. Came as a team of two and gave a quick estimate and were immediately able to start working. They stuck on the issue and were able to resolve it in a timely manner.

The drain under our kitchen sink started leaking at the P-trap. I called Bueno Plumbing and they were able to scheduled a technician for the next afternoon between 3pm and 5pm. Edgar called at 2:30 and said he was about 30 minutes away. He showed up on time, assessed why the leak started and gave a quote for the repair. He did the repair that afternoon and by 4pm we were leak free.

Great customer service, very pleasant technician who did professional work, checked our water pressure, and I'm happy to say he didn't try to upsell (or scare me) on other services as another highly advertised local plumbing company did.

We had a line break to our toilet and had to turn all of our water off (since we didn't know what was going on) until Kevin could come the next morning. He arrived on time, figured out the problem quickly and ran to the store and everything was done very fast! It turned out to be a simple problem, but he seems to genuinely want to save you money, and I would definitely call him again.

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he didn't really do anything. He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Kevin and his team at Bueno Plumbing did a great job! My kitchen sink was backing up and would not drain. They did a thorough inspection and found the 46 y.o. pipe under the house leaking and the cleanout corroded. Also my pressure valve was rusted shut and I had 120PSI coming in. They fixed it all, and I am happily back to being able to use my sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal once again!

We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

Kevin came to unclog the drain. Right after they left I checked and the drain was still not completely unclogged and I called him  right away. Kevin sent someone to look into it and they were able to completely resolve the issue. Five stars for accountability.

Call on Saturday, the really nice dispatcher made a Monday appointment for me. She was great, super nice and very understanding. On Monday Jimmy Sousa called let me know that he is on his way. He was another super nice guy. He gave me a couple opinion to choose from. I decide the direction that Jimmy recommended. Once he finished, he notifies me and started to clean up. I recommend this company to my friends and families. It hard to find good people and quality of services.

I was able to get on the schedule very quickly. The company owner, Kevin Bueno, was right on time for our appointment. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable bid. The time sensitive work was completed the same day and the rest of the work was scheduled for the next day, at which time Kevin and his crew were in and out of my house within 2 hours. I am so happy we found Bueno Pluming as we were desperate to replace the toilet in our master bedroom. We got stood and strung along by another plumber for two weeks and I was getting very frustrated. So I called Bueno and they agreed to come the next day between 8-11am. Kevin showed  up on time approximately 8.30 and started working . We had already bought a new toilet and didn't check to see if it was damaged. Apparently it was and this added more to our frustration. But Kevin was very understanding and took the damaged toilet to return and picked up a new one and he was extremely nice to pay on his card to avoid any further problem. He did a great job and was very fast, and very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish we could find people like him, and when you're in dire need, this makes a world of difference!!! The best and quick to respond. Very professional and hats off to being such a great help!

Our water heater randomly stop working on late Friday night. A friend of ours recommended Kevin ( owner or Bueno Plumbing). We called him about 8pm, thinking we would have to leave a message but instead he picked up! We told him the issue and mentioned that we had small kids. He offered to come first thing Saturday, 7am. He was on time and ready to get started. We ended up having to replace the water heater which he was able to help with and have replaced by the afternoon. Kevin was so nice and very knowledgeable. Excellent service and very professional. Kevin came for estimate for couple of items on our todo list, he looked at external leakage. Took time to find solution and fixed it even though it was late evening. He took time to complete job even though it was 8:15 pm, very good customer service and educated us on what is right way to fix problem. I was remodeling my kitchen and needed the water pipes to be rerouted since I was switching the positions of the sink and the dishwasher.  Kevin found another problem once the walls were opened and they fixed it too.  Everything was done on time. We bought a new refrigerator, but when the old refrigerator was disconnected we had an initial leakage problem from disconnected icemaker from old refrigerator and we didn't know what to do. Furthermore the old refrigerator had copper wire for icemaker and we were having trouble getting it connected ourselves. When we called Bueno Plumbing they picked up the call immediately and through phone call was able to talk us through to locate the icemaker valve under the sink and close that so that the water won't be further leaked from disconnected icemaker from previous refrigerator. Then Kevin came over the next day and installed the copper wire for us - super fast! Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, honest about the quotes and prices, answered all the questions we had about refrigerator plumbing in general, and we have the 1-year guarantee where if the installation / fix didn't work in the next 1 year we would get the subsequent fix for free. Thanks Kevin for the wonderful job, we have our brand new refrigerator working well!

I recently had a huge emergency in the middle of the night where flooding in the laundry and Bathroom had occurred. I was referred to Bueno plumbing and instantly made a call. A woman who was really kind referred me to Kevin who's the Owner. He and his team came as quickly as he could get here. That man worked tirelessly to solve the issue, troubleshooting every imaginable way to fix the leak. Unfortunately, it resulted in needing to power saw the wall open, but he handled it like a pro and got everything fixed within the same day. An absolute lifesaver. 10/10 would use their services again. Thanks, Kevin I thought this issue would be much more of a hassle and time consuming
