Monica, Lisa and the whole crew of 8 Flags Plumbing have been fantastic to work with. We have used them on several occasions and have always been pleased with their work. They replaced our bladder tank, water pump, kitchen faucet and also worked on our shower plumbing. When we had a question about the water pump, they came out the next day. I am happy to recommend them. Great addition to the island!

I bought a home and the plumbing was in a real bad way. Pipes were bursting. The previous owner had obviously DIY'd the plumbing.  

Well Kevin came out and redid all the plumbing in my home on a moment's notice--over a weekend no less! His price was very fair and the quality high. From experience I can say his work is far better than the work of the local big plumbing companies--the big guys just ain't got no quality control.

Anyway, I'm sticking with this company from now on. I can now sleep tight knowing I got good pipes!

I called left a message and my call was returned in less than an hour. The job was small, a leak in a shower. David got someone out to my house within an hour. Gene and Cory were both wearing masks and very polite when they arrived. They brought a towel to wipe there feet and got to work. They assessed the problem, explained what the issue was and had it fixed within the hour. Great customer service. DWV was very professional from start to finish.  I would use them again and would recommend them to friends!

Toilet was leaky due to a screw not screwed back on properly after replacing the flusher ourselves. Service was prompt and professional, which was much appreciated. However, the service is a bit pricey... I was charged $195 to tighten a screw that goes to my water valve. Not a plumber but the price appears to be on the extremely high end of things compared to any other service I've had here before.  I would certainly recommend for professionalism but highly encourage price shopping FIRST.

We've been experiencing an odd cigarette smoke/chemical smell coming from our shower drain. Kingdom Pluming was nice enough to suggest that I contact a larger company to conduct a smoke test.  I believe that this is the exact solution that we've been looking for.  They could have easily just said that they weren't suited for the job, but instead went above and beyond by providing a recommendation.  It's always refreshing to encounter companies that operate with integrity.

A few years ago, we had a plumbing emergency on Valentines day with guests on the way. I called Dekle and interrupted during dinner with a significant other. I let them finish dinner and they headed over to unclog a pipe from the house to the main city line. They were professional and fixed the problem very quickly. Thank you and sorry for the very late kudos!

They did a great job. It was an emergency situation, and they handled everything in a very professional manner. I will definitely call them again for any problems, and I 100% highly recommend this company.

They do not respond to multiple calls or messages to install a new backflow meter.  i have left three messages and emailed through their website without any response.  Would hate to see how they respond to existing customers

Do not have this company pump out your septic system. They left a considerable amount of solid waste in the septic tank, even after I told him he left too much in the tank.
Also, they have you sign a contract that contains 3 full pages of conditions. I consider that to be a bit over the top when they are just pumping out a septic tank.

I sold my home last week and this closing company did not give me an accurate settlement statement as far as the fixed costs (obviously some costs are variable). Not only did they leave out an $85 charge on the quote, but they actually had it listed twice and were charging me twice for it on closing documents. Had to wait for them to fix the paperwork. Disappointing and unprofessional. Kaitlyn Camp was my initial contact.

Charged $600 and the shower leaks worse now than when they started. Now they want to replace the valve $750. The prices are horrendous.

I called this company to get a quote on well.  Tried to ask an additional question, do to my not having knowing anything well related. The person whom I was speaking to rudely hung up the phone.

Not good business practices, if you want to earn people's business.  Thumbs Down.
