Our two toilets and two bathtubs were both clogged for a week and I had tried to snake through my toilet and bathtubs, a cleanout in my garage, and a main cleanout in the driveway but no luck. I spoke to the owner Ed on the phone and shared the issue with and he immediately knew the resolution and he really broke it down how piping in a home works and even shared some background history.

Ed gave me options of what I could do and never pressured me to do anything I didn't want which I appreciated. He came over the same day and did a walkthrough my home to see what would be the best place he can start snaking. He attempted to snake both the main and finally the roof. He said that most plumbers don't snake through the roof but he said he did. It took a couple punches with the snake through the roof but he was able to fix the clog!

Ed is friendly, credible, and professional and was able to resolve our issue the same day! Thank you for all that you do and sharing your knowledge! Definitely recommend his services!

I called 3 plumbers. The last call was with #1Honest Plumber. I spoke with Eddie over the phone. I've explained our toilet issue. He understood it well, told me what's wrong, gave me a decent quote and will have Simon at my house within the hour. True enough, Simon showed up at the front door at 10:30am sharp. He looked at it and within 30 minutes, replaced the pipe inside the toilet water tank. Very clean, quick and courteous. I will certainly recommend #1 Honest Plumber and definitely will use them again.

They definitely live up to their name - honest, professional and reliable. They showed up because we were smelling sewer gas coming from our shower drain. They not only
Cleaned the drain- it needed it. But they also found and fixed the root cause of the problem- a toilet seal that was broken in the other bathroom down the hall! It had been slow leaking/ accumulating sewage. So gross and unsanitary. They cleaned and sanitized the area and reseated the toilet. Immediately after they left no more smell. We are all quite literally breathing a sigh of relief and so happy that the smell is gone. THANK YOU!

That was amazing! My garbage disposal stopped working. It was making a humming sound but not turning. I was planning on scheduling an appointment. But they consulted me over the phone with a free tip using garbage disposal key. It totally worked and saved a trip!

Our toilet was not draining in 2021, he charged $400 to use the better snaker but after getting the money and going on the roof he was like he couldn't use the snaker because of the pipe being too narrow, he'll fix the issue in the bathroom (we had a discussion that the fix via bathroom would be sub optimal and he charges only $150 for that, I told him I even got $99 quotes for that). But he refused to refund me the money saying since he went up on the roof, he'll pocket the whole $400. So he overcharged for a service he never provided. The most dishonest plumber I found.

I don't normally write reviews but I am just really happy about the service that I received from #1 Honest Plumber. I am so glad that I got another opinion. When I used my washing machine, water backed up resulting with wet floors. Spoke with Eddie, the owner, and he was easy to talk with and cared to listen to me and what issues I was having with my washing machine and what other plumbers have already tried to fix the issue. He came out the next morning and diagnosed the problem and talked me through the entire process. His charge was reasonable and even texted me to follow up that everything was in working order. Our washing machine started overflowing the drain and filling up the sink, eventually spilling onto the garage floor. The first plumber I called did not correctly diagnose the problem but proceeded to draw me a very nice picture of pipes and tell me that we needed to install a new plumbing system that entailed opening the wall and running pipes to the roof creating an air release or something. Oh and it will cost about 10K!!!! This wasn't my first rodeo so I thanked him and sent him on his way. Unbelievable!

I then contacted #1 Honest Plumber who sent out a very pleasant gentleman the next day. It's just a clogged drain! He snaked the drain, problem solved! Only $100! Wow!!

Called 5 pm and had plumber come 8 am next morning to look at a leaking pipe in my ceiling. Plumber looked at the leak and informed me he didn't have the equipment to repair pipe and referred me to another plumbing company. Was not charged for visit. We were notified by the city that we had a water leak as our usage was very high, compared to previous months. We contacted #1 Honest Plumber. Ed responded within 5 minutes. He was understanding and very accommodative. The person he sent to our home was a consummate professional. Diligent. Methodically checked every bathroom... and correctly identified the problem in our irrigation system (which I pointed out as a perenial wet spot). He dug up the area and found the leak. He would have fixed it if I would have accepted his quote for $450. I did not. He charged $150 for the 50 minutes he spent identifying the problem. In summary, this company lives up to it's name. They are very honest. Prompt and extremely responsive; albeit a bit on the pricey side.

We've hired Honest Plumbers for multiple services, and will continue for our needs as they arise. They always give fair and reasonable pricing. They are always quick to respond especially when we have had emergencies. Eddy has always kept us in the loop about the plans and next steps. They're friendly, punctual and communicative. We had water leaking from our water heater one morning and they came first thing with a replacement and installed it by the end of the day. Over the holidays our sewage exit pipe clogged and needed to be replaced since over the years it got damaged by the big tree roots and started to deteriorate since it was really old. He kept us in the loop about the plans of when installation would happen and what our options were. He never pressured us to choose any path, just gave us the information and options and let us decide. He's knowledgeable, transparent and honest. We live on the top floor in a condominium, and our master bedroom tub was draining slowly. Also water would come from the drain when our neighbor was showering. I submitted a yelp estimate and Eddie got back to me within an hour to talk further about the issue.

I'm on a volunteer board for a local swimming pool. We had major plumbing problems and Ed came out immediately, whereas it would take more time for other plumbers to come out. I absolutely cannot recommend Eddie highly enough! He's not only an honest plumber, but he's professional and patient, seemingly happy to explain his plan and what he's doing each step of the way. Our drainage from sinks and laundry has been backed up lately, slow, and smelly. We recently received an estimate for over 8 thousand dollars from another plumber to tear up our brick patio and inspect the line after he failed to snake it. I have had Eddie out to my 1960s ranch home for various issues related to its age over the last five years or so. Despite being busy due to his good reputation he has always made time to deal with urgent matters, and always gotten it taken care of himself. The prices are always very reasonable despite living in a high-cost area, and he does not try to upsell or over-do the work, which is even more important that the prices themselves.

He came out and did a camera inspection to see the next steps, so we asked him to do two snake cleanouts. I had an emergency with the plumbing with the toliet this morning. I felt bad calling early in the morning, but Eddie still answered the call. I told Eddie that my toliet making alot of noise and it's leaking water. Good thing Eddie was near my job site. He told me he will come over asap. Man this guy quick. He came less than 1 hour. Over the 23 years we have lived in this house, we have worked with a number of plumbers. Many were decent and fair and some were just out to get as much money as they could. Eddie at #1 Honest Plumber is in a class by himself.

When we had a blockage in our laundry drain in the garage, I called Eddie first thing in the morning. I'm not one to get five or six estimates because that has never really worked for me in the past. Something like plumbing depends on the situation; not all blockages are the same and not all situations are the same so it really boils down to whether or not the plumber is honest and has your best interest at heart. Based on the careful perusal of many reviews, I decided my best bet was to go with Eddie.

I was not disappointed.

Several years ago, I had this drain unplugged. Itseemed OK at the time, but was never really draining quickly. I now realize that there was a deeper problem that the first plumber did not fix.

We first contacted Eddie, who advised us to notify the city first, to make sure it was our issue that needed to be fixed, rather than the city's responsibility (sadly, it was ours), which really shows to me that they care about providing a great, honest service. Eddie came in first thing the morning after we contacted him (on Sunday morning, nonetheless), and gave us some good advice regarding our issue.

Later, Sal was able to come in, identifying that previous contractors had misdiagnosed the plumbing issue/location, and explaining the issue to us in simple, understandable terms. Eddie H has done several jobs for us and we think he is the best in the business. He always goes the extra mile to assess the problem and propose a solution. Recently he fixed a problem that a larger plumbing company had misdiagnosed. He proposed that we camera a pipe rather than assuming the entire pipe was eroded. Working with Eddie has been great. We needed to replace our sewer pipes and Eddie was professional and patient and walked us through the whole process. Midway through the process, our main water line broke which had nothing to do with the sewer pipe replacement, though we didn't know it at the time. Still Eddie came out and diagnosed the problem and helped us contact the city to get it fixed. Finally, he came out to finish the job on XMas eve because that was the only day where there as a 6 hour window without rain because he needed to repave some concrete. Quick callback from Eddie to discuss the plumbing issue over the phone. He provided his honest feedback of the work, expectation and pricing. We set up the earliest appointment available for next morning. Simon showed up ontime and was very professional. He made his initial assessment of the damage and discussed the recommendations. Once he removed the toilet and snaked the drainage, clog was cleared. We did not actually have to cut through the ceiling as the damage was not as bad as we initially thought. What can I say that hasn't been mentioned on here already? I called a few days and spoke to Eddie about the plumbing work I needed to be done in my laundry room. The house was built in the 1950s and the plumbing valve that connects to my washer is original. I needed to upgrade the valve since I did not want to have any issues with the new washer I was going to purchase. Once I mentioned the area I lived in, he was very knowledgeable of the history of this neighborhood and plumbing. He wanted to quote me out accurately and recommend to come to the house to check out the scope of work. We settled on a day/time and informed me he would send out Simon to provide the quote and do the work if I accepted. The estimate was free.

Simon came today and I couldn't have been happier with the level of service and work. After Simon was done with the initial project I had him start another project on my checklist. He upgraded my main shut off valve and was done in 30 minutes. He mentioned he had been doing plumbing for over 20 years and his experience shows.

Before I gave the green light for work to be done, Simon walked me through the process, gave me options, and answered all my questions.

Feels great to know I now have a go-to plumbing company for as long as I live in this area.

True to his business' name, Eddy was extremely honest and straightforward with us.
The issue that we were facing was related to water clogging everywhere in our house, in all 3 of our bathrooms, in the toilets etc and it was clear there was some issue with the drainage. We took quotes from many plumbers and were quoted as high as $400. Some of the plumbers even charged money for diagnosis so if we end up not choosing them we are still paying them for telling us what is wrong! Personally that is a rip off, but Eddy came and diagnosed our problem for FREE! And you know what he told us? That we don't need a plumber, we need to call the city of Santa Clara to deal with the issue since the tree on our property is likely the root cause. So we called the city and they unclogged our sewers for FREE and Eddy gave this advice for FREE !! Unheard of in today's world.

I never expected too much for the assigned work by my home warranty company- however- they are super professional and friendly and helpful and doing great job and helped me to fix the problem perfectly. Because they are so true so good, I am more than willing to share my experience: 1 Bo called me before he departed providing ETA; 2. He and Mike came with mask on and shoes covered- clean and considerate; 3. They inspected the problem and resolved the first one and also provided suggestion to avoid things happen again. 4 After fixing the first issue, Bo and Mike helped to replaced the tube and it was super fast! 5. after that they cleaned everything, 6 before they left they td me it was free ( $75 onetime services fee was charged in advance,only!) and said goodbye. very very friendly and helpful - 100% recommendation of Bo and Mike.

I called Eddie yesterday to see if he could give me an estimate on fixing a clog in our shower. He returned my call the same day and scheduled a visit for the next morning. WOW! Just wow! If I could give 10 stars to Eddie & his team at #1 Honest Plumber, I would!

Recently my kitchen sink had been making loud gurgling noises at night. Eddie came out yesterday to inspect everything and we figured out the culprit was our sewing piping, which was getting clogged up. Our house is from the late 1950s, so it came as no surprise to us that our piping had wear and tear. During our session, Eddie was extremely thorough with what our issue was and the various options we had. He came back earlier today with two other helpers. He technically could've done it by himself, but wanted to do the job right and, honestly, we admired this extra step. Pricing wise, Eddie was very fair! In fact, given that I've been out of a job due to COVID-19, Eddie gave us different options with varying level of work to help with our budget. We opted for the temporary solution for now, which was to snake our sewage piping. Once things get back to normal, we definitely plan on reaching out to Eddie and his team again to permanently repair and replace our piping. For now, my wife and I are just happy we found a solid go-to-person for our plumbing needs.

UPDATE: Unrelated to our plumbing issue, but our A/C unit stopped working today as well (home repairs seem to never end). I had mentioned it to Eddie and, surprisingly, he just called right now to follow-up to see if it works. If not, he could help me find someone who can possibly help. That's TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE right there! Not even plumbing related, but wanted to call regardless to make sure we were taken care of. This is how you get customers for life. I had an emergency with my broken shower faucet on Wednesday evening @ 7pm and Eddie answered the call. If I left the faucet on, I'd have water damage in the house, so I had no option but to shut off the mains and wait for a pro to re-install a shower faucet with the valve. Eddie was helpful in telling me the part to go buy from Lowes and phone diagnose the problems. He directed Simon to come next morning at 8am. Simon came on time, and addressed the issue by early afternoon.

Thank you for the timely help, esp during COVID. Simon was very professional, kept his mask on, and maintained safe distancing.

I called Eddie when I found that all of the toilets were backed up in our house. He answered in two rings and was at the house in literally half an hour. Once I told him the symptoms, he immediately cleaned out my main sewer line in an hour fixing the problem, and told me that my main sewer line pipe under my front yard may be problematic, and that he'd be able to fix it permanently. He told me that the cost of the sewer line cleanout could be applied to the cost of the replacement of the main line (basically giving me a free cleanout). Given how honest and upfront he was about everything from the get-go, my fiance and I had no qualms letting him replace the main line pipe.

He brought a crew over the next day who started digging like crazy, and sure enough, the main line pipe was COMPLETELY broken, and only held together by the dirt in the ground. Apparently that pipe was an orangeburg pipe which means it was installed in over fifty years ago, and had never been replaced. In two days, they were able to replace the pipe with a brand new ABS pipe which should prevent plumbing headaches for years to come. After the pipe was installed, his crew promptly covered the hole back up and surfaced a cleanout that we didn't know about before. Eddie also made sure all inspections were cleared (they were) and stayed in communication the whole time.

I'm so glad I found Eddie and called him--his knowledge, intuition, and amazing work may have prevented us from so many plumbing headaches down the line. If you have any plumbing needs, stop reading and dial his number now!

Eddie fixed our clogged kitchen drainage. He came early and was well prepared to do the job. Quick assessment of the clean-out and started work on it. He did the snake through the clean-out but it was a no go. He then snaked the drainage through the roof via the kitchen and laundry line and that fixed it. The unexpected price after the job was higher than the quoted price over the phone due to the snaking through the roof which wasn't mentioned and clarified before the job but Eddie was able to clear it up and was apologetic about it.

Eddy is extremely helpful. We got his help even on a Sunday. Our house was covered by a home warranty but the contractor they assigned was extremely unprofessional and didn't what he was doing, and even gave us a quote of over $1000 to fix a simple issue. We had two water leaks in the front yard; and based on continuous running of water meter, we contacted #1 Honest Plumber and spoke to Eddie. He sent Simon out within a couple of days (non emergency) to assess the issue. Simon quickly determined the leaks to be irrigation-system related; and both Eddie and Simon recommended we let our gardner complete the necessary repairs (as it would be much less expensive); and there was no charge for the assessment. We've had Eddie out a couple of times in the past, as the tree roots from our Liquid Amber tree have steadily done more and more damage to our main sewer line over the years. He's always been prompt, professional, and done a great job. So when it came time to replace our main line (which had many cracks and was surrounded by roots), we hired Eddie. He just finished the job several days ago, and I couldn't be more pleased. He replaced the clean-out by our house, installed a new main line (trenchless installation), and put in a city clean-out by the sidewalk. Eddie's great to work with, and I highly recommend him.

Had a leaking toilet problem back in January/February. It wasn't an emergency, but it was annoying because you could constantly hear the water running and refilling the tank and it was a big waste of water.

I asked for a quote here on Yelp describing the issue, and Eddie got back to me quickly with his recommendation that a whole replacement of the toilet was the best option given that the existing toilet was probably already decades old.

The whole installation process was great. Team of two of his plumbers arrived at my door with the new toilet I asked him to buy for me, installed the new toilet, and handled removal & disposal of the old toilet. Whole thing took maybe 1-2 hours, and that includes the extra time on the road because they discovered while unpacking the first toilet that the ceramic bowl was damaged, so they had to drive back to Home Depot to pick up a replacement.

All in all it was a very positive experience, would definitely recommend.

Eddie came highly recommended when we had a blocked kitchen drain. Responsive, helpful and nice, patiently giving me advice and answering my questions. He sent 2 colleagues out who snaked the drains and got the job done within 1hr.

2nd time we called was for an emergency when sewage water including feces was backing up through the bath and shower drains. Our rental management company was useless and couldn't even find a plumber after a few hours so we called Eddie again and even though he'd hurt his hand he came out to help within 30mins! His van is so organized and has an impressive amount of equipment. I have some familiarity because my father is a qualified plumber in UK. He brought out a massive snake machine and cleared the (root intrusion) problem for us ... we are ever so appreciative for his super fast and kind response! Advice was given to stop the drains from backing up but landlady didn't respond on a solution.

Eddie saved us from suffering from no toilet or shower facilities again when the drains backed up and the toilet water over flooded out. He came out within 20mins, cleared the root intrusion enough and explained the problem will be continuous and options to fix it. Decision now stands with the landlady as to how to proceed in order to prevent the drains from backing up again.

We're really happy with Eddie's professionalism and knowledge and HIGHLY recommend him! He also charges reasonably.

Highly highly recommend. So friendly, so efficient, and very transparent (honest!) in their estimates. Great value and better prices than other competitors.

The technician came in with a mask and shoe covers, quickly did an estimate, explained it to me, and respectfully let me review it in peace as I decided what services I wanted to actually do - no sales pressure tactics or long speeches or anything. (FYI to other customers, you pay by check- not by credit card)

Excellent business ! Had a clogged kitchen sink. Called Ed at the number and left message. Ed got back in a couple of hours (it was a Sunday). We scheduled work. Simon (another plumber who works for the business) showed up exactly on time. Did the work quickly, efficiently, at a reasonable price. These guys will be my go-to plumbers in the future. (The only downside is that it looks like they tend to be very busy, so might be hard to get same day appointments).

Eddy helped us solve our plumbing issue when we were renting a house in Mountain view. We had an issue with the toilet bubbling when we flushed and Eddy knew that our sewage was backing into our house soon. He also discovered the root of the issue which was that the pipe was broken all the way in the street where it connected to the city sewage. He helped us with the pieces he could do ASAP, and even let us know once we got a city clean out installed by his team, the city would fix the pipe issue under the street for free. Once we bought a house, we realized we needed a new water heater and Eddy and his team installed a new one for us that week. I also had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and called Eddy about it. My kitchen sink got clogged on a Saturday night, with a full load of dishes in the dishwasher waiting to be washed. Without the kitchen sink, my Sunday was gonna to be ruined with a dirty sink and without my favorite home-cooked food. I came across #1Honest Plumber and made a late-night online request. Ed responded to me first thing on Sunday morning, asked a few sensible questions about the issue and gave a very reasonable range of price estimation. I was lucky to have him come to rescue within 2 hours. After examining the sink, he explained the problem to me and my husband professionally, climbed to the house roof right away and tackled my horrendous drainage clog at its root. I contacted Ed regarding issues with my dishwasher (water was not draining properly) and pipes were leaking under the sink. He came to inspect the problem 30 min after I contacted him. It turned out my husband did not install new garbage disposal correctly, which caused the problem with draining. I can't say enough good things about Eddy, our pipes were clogged completely and water heater wasn't working. Eddie is seriously the best. He deserves all the praise he gets on Yelp.

Before finding Eddie on Yelp this morning, my husband and I tried everything to fix a clogged drain in our kitchen sink ourselves, including removing the P-trap (and found nothing), snaking the pipes, and even, drano. I finally had enough and yelped for help.

Eddie arrived within 15 minutes of my call and well, he fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I don't like to overuse the phrase miracle worker but after 2 weeks of living without a kitchen sink that didn't want to get fixed, that's how I choose to describe him.

He is an excellent plumber, so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After he explained the issue to me, he proceeded to unclog the drain from the cleanout in the backyard! He cleaned up the debris in the backyard that came out of the pipes, and even took great care to protect our plants and pavers! He truly exceeded my expectations.

I had another plumbing problem at my house so I contacted Eddie again.
This time, my bathtub clogged and I told Eddie that he couldn't snake through the overflow plate because the stopper in my bathtub was stuck. Eddie quickly identified the problem over the phone. Two issues handled by this company

Issue 1 -
Three calls(first call and two recalls) from this place to attend to the same problem. Bath tub not draining. Three different people from the company doing the same wrong thing. They took a screwdriver, pulled out a little hair and said my problem was solved. The water flowed a little better but not much. Said I should do regular cleanup. After American Home Shield assigned a different vendor Superior Plumbing, they confirmed that the HONEST Plumbers had broken the stopper, pushed it down the drain. It had to be fixed by going into the crawl space, opening the P trap and cleaning out the broken stopper. Can't understand why three plumbers from this company would not once resolve the problem, do they lack the skills, have bad attitude or are having a bad day everyday.

Issue 2 - leaky bath faucet. Three calls, one worse than the other. First time, the person said he needed parts and will order it and come back. He never came back. Another person came, this time with wrong part. Third time Ed came and tried to fix it, but made the situation worse by grinding the existing valve and left saying that it was not fixable. The valve needed to be replaced and needed tile to be cut and he did not have the time. Even this might have been ok, if not for the fact that now the water was dripping heavily.

He did not have the courtesy to think about or advise that this was the case or any options on how to stop the leakage even if temporarily. As a licensed plumber this is the least he might have done. I was in a panic on what might be done to stop the leak. I redirected the water from the tub faucet to the shower head, removed the shower head and capped it.

I wish they were honest or thought about the customers!

We had a total back up everything in our house. I called Eddie because he had quickly come out to fix two plumbing problems for us in the past.

Because of sheltering in place I didn't want anyone in my house and he shared that caution. I knew I had had a clean out valve installed in the front of the house in the past, But previous plumbers hadn't been able to find it.

Eddie had his workman crawl under the house to look to see where the sewer line exited the house , he also used a camera in the line. By Using both of those techniques, he was finally able to find the clean out valve. It was under landscaping tarp, tanbark and dirt. When I had redesigned my front yard five years ago, the landscaper had stupidly covered it up!

Ed was then able to snake from the clean out valve to the city sewer line and pull out a bunch of old roots and dirt.

I'm probably am looking at having Ed replace the 60 year old clay section of the sewer line, but for now everything is working And I don't have to do it while we are all SIP!

So . . . for starters, Eddie never showed up at my place. . . we talked on the phone a couple times. . . He talked me through the problem i was having until he understood it completely, then gave me a couple of options for how to repair it (with an emphasis on functionality, not price). . .
And then after all that, even though he usually doesn't go to Morgan Hill, he said that if I couldn't do what he suggested, he would send one of his guys out to fix it. . .

Very honest (like his name says) and unlike a couple other quotes, he first wanted to understand the extent of the job before giving a quote. . . Based on his input, some additional input and a little research, i was able to fix it myself for a fraction of what it would have cost had I hired somebody.

Plumbing needs are usually unexpected and stressful. Eddie's professionalism, helpfulness, and positive attitude over the phone helped put us at ease right away. Thankfully, he was able to fit us in the next morning, and he showed up right on time. The pipe from the kitchen sink was badly clogged. Eddie patiently ran the drain equipment several times over until the clog was finally cleared. He performed all of the work from the outside with mask and gloves at all times.

Note to fellow Yelpers: Don't try to unclog your drain with baking soda + vinegar + water. It was the baking soda paste that ultimately backed up our kitchen sink.

Last night after dinner as we rinsed the dishes in the kitchen sink, to my dismay when I turned on the InSinkErator, water bubbled up out of the drain in both sinks. It took a long time to drain away. :-( We tipped 2 bottles of drain cleaner down the drain and waited an hour but it didn't fix it.

So this morning about 11 a.m. I phoned Eddie at #1 Honest Plumber, because he cleared our drains a few years back. Eddie immediately answered the phone (no voice mail system, which is great!) and was very clear, upbeat, articulate and friendly. He told me he'd send Simon and Angel sometime between 2pm and 4pm. They arrived at 1 pm (an hour earlier than estimated, which is much better than 2 hours later, which has happened with other vendors in the past). They had the whole thing analyzed, fixed and tested in under 30 minutes. They were professional, polite and approachable, they both wore masks and kept their distance. The whole thing, start-to-finish, was a very positive experience. I heartily recommend Eddie and his lads, we've had great experiences twice with them now.

Also: at the moment Ed is offering a special of $99 for this type of drain unclogging. So that strengthens my recommendation.

Ed arrived before the appointment time and I got home to find that he has already surveyd my curbside drain outlets which were clogged. He managed to unclog 2 of the 3 outlets which drains my koi pond and the yard in 1.5 hrs. He hit a dead block in the thrid one and was not able to clear it. But all these drains are tied together so now my pond can drain smoothly again. What he charged was reasonable. I would recommend him.

I hired Eddie of #1 Honest Plumber to unclog a kitchen drain. I could tell Eddie would be honest and be cost-effective from the first call. He picked up the phone personally, unlike several other plumbers that use call agents who don't have domain expertise. After I described the issue, Eddie gave me a reasonable quote that reflected his expertise.

I scheduled an appointment for two days after the phone call. Eddie arrived at my home one hour early. He inspected my kitchen drain and used a 50-ft snake, the best tool for the job. Unfortunately this did not solve the issue. Eddie said that the clog was inside the condo building, not in my unit, and recommended I work with my HOA. Eddie didn't charge a dime since he couldn't solve my problem.

The HOA ended up repairing the issue. Sure enough, it was deep inside the building, and it was gnarly. (Black gunk sprayed out of a release point and thoroughly soiled the commercial plumber.)

Thanks Eddie for being fair and honest. I will call him again for a future plumbing problem.

I've used these guys for two projects in my 20 year old house. First, I had them replace all the angle stops and all my fixtures because the original angle stops were cheap and no longer functioning properly. Then I had them install new faucets in our master bathroom. Both times they do good work. Showed up on time. Were professional and respectful. Did the work properly. Cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. So I would recommend them.

I called to get a quote to fix a jammed garbage disposal (which was on the lower end of average). But instead of charging me to come out, he very clearly explained to me over the phone, step by step, how to dislodge it myself with the disposal key. Took about 10 seconds of wiggling (after all my tugging on the stuck item the day before did nothing). Saved him a trip and saved me the money. He was definitely willing to come out, but I appreciate that he took the time to explain it to me instead. The other plumber I called just told me I would probably have to replace the whole unit. My washer drain pipe was overflowing.

After trying a few things from Sunday-Tuesday, I called Wednesday and he was available, showed up within 1 hour of my call and snaked the vent drain on the roof.

Some things you just can't do yourself with a 25' snake, ended up needing like a 80' snake to get the job done.

I filled out the Yelp form to receive a quote and Eddie responded back within 5 minutes!!! (I don't know why Yelp has a 1 hour response time for #1 Honest Plumber, but not with me.)

I called Eddie to explain what was going on with the organization I volunteer at that required 3 new toilets to be installed (replacing old ones) and a leaky urinal to be fixed. Eddie is so on the ball, he had time the same day, but unfortunately, I didn't, so he said he had time the following day. PERFECT!!!

He and his coworker, Juan, came within the window Eddie stated. All three of us went through what was going on with the old pre-existing toilets and leaky urinal, and immediately afterward, both Eddie and Juan were right on top of things building the new toilets and pulling out the old. The two of them make a great team while working diligently and picking up after themselves. The take away is there are three new working toilets and a urinal that no longer leaks!!!

Eddie communicated with me about all the particulars given that the building is extremely old and the fixtures are equally as old. He showed me where the issues were located and gave me a timeline as to whether things could wait or really needed to be addressed. I really appreciated that because sometimes finances and time don't always lend themselves to the luxury of being immediately addressed.

Eddie works from referrals and I am most certainly going to recommend him. His work ethic is right in line with those vendors I source which is to say he really cares about his clients, he values their business, and he's dead on excellent with his work.

Wow. Just wow. I've had terrible luck with plumbers in the south bay until meeting Ed. I had an issue with our home which is quite old and the plumbing shows it. Ed was able to discover that my duplex was sharing an outbound waste line to the street with our neighbors. After years of neglect and poor flushing habits of the previous owners, things were a mess. Even the city had be called in to help on this particular day.

What was just a bubbling toilet when the washing machine emptied could have turned into tragedy for both homes had Ed not come to our rescue, on a Saturday afternoon at that. His explanations were honest, simple, and informative as to what was causing the issue, where it was affecting both homes, and how to fix it. He even gave us a discount for the service.

Ed was a godsend. Our kitchen sink wasn't draining and we had several plumbers come out to take a look at the issue. No one was able to snake out the blockage and we were told we would need to replace the kitchen pipes due to the amount of grease that had accumulated over many years.

Eddie is the real deal. We had a great experience with him. First, he is polite when speaking on the phone, and ladies, don't be intimidated calling a plumber like Eddie as he doesn't talk down to women. (Some plumbers do not know how to speak to a lady.) He took out 2 old toilets and installed 2 new ones. Did a great job and didn't leave a mess. He even explained to us how to caulk the toilet because we wanted to learn.

To show he is an honest plumber, here's my experience. He quoted me for the job, which is the same quote I received from another plumber. I decided to go with Eddie because I was tired of calling around, and he was honest with me on the phone about the cost of discarding toilets. The other plumber told me how much he would charge to discard, and I could tell he was definitely making a lot of money off discarding. Also, I was reading Eddie's van while he was working on our toilets. It said at least $25 off any job indicating that his cost was cheaper than other plumbers. Well, he honored it and gave me that reasonable price.

Excellent response time, excellent service, reasonable price!

I did have to wait an hour or so longer than agreed on, and had to call Edward back to find out when his guy was coming. Edward said that he had told me that the arrival time was within a window of time, which was not true, he never told me that, he probably would normally tell all his clients that, but he did not tell me that. But that was the only hiccup. I waited much longer than that for phone guys and cable guys.

Anyway, his guy did a good job. All is well. I would use #1 Honest Plumber again.

100% genuine guy! Eddy is honest, explains everything and we learned some new things. My husband was changing out the faucet and an old galvanised pipe broke off. The pipe was so corroded it would of crumbled if we tried to fix it. Eddy was able to change it out with a longer piece (easier to work on down the road). Eddy also check every pipe connection for leaks, fixed them and the garbage disposal. All that plus great conversation for under $300....AMAZING!!! Eddie is the best! Our drain was clogged from the washing machine all the way to the main. We really needed a snake and it had been leaking out of the house for days. A sub-contractor working on the house recommended Ed to us. He did not disappoint.

I contacted Eddie twice recently. In October, the drain pipe for the kitchen sink broke, I called several plumbers who were all busy, and told me no one they can recommend to do the job when I asked. I found #1 Honest Plumber from Yelp, Eddie was busy, but gave me a name of another plumber who came to fix my problems the same day. In November, while I was away, we had a very slow-flow toilet. After pouring, pumping, etc, he removed the toilet seat, and found roots blocking the intake. I called Eddie, who suggested ways to handle this before he showed up when I came back. Eddie was here today with his heavy duty snake, and told me due to the way my 50 years old house was constructed, a camera scanning in the pipe is a waste of money as suggested by others (He did bring the camera as we discussed on the phone). His charge is very reasonable, and very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what we should do. Eddie is the best!

Ed is my hero. He stands by his company name and growing reputation. I had worst experience with one company (E.R.) I found here on Yelp but I didn't review much, until thing got worse and needed to look for another contractor to complete the undone job by the previous plumber. If you happens to read this review, save yourself sometimes getting quote from other plumbers, just call Ed and trust me, he's the right guy to do sewer related job. I would have saved $3K if I started the contract with him, however, for all expenses, I still save $1K by not continuing with the previous plumber.

Ed is HONEST, knowledgeable, easy to work with, punctual, and get things done on schedule as he commits.

Ed is straightforward. He fixed my toilet in a matter of 30 minutes. I spoke to 2 other plumbers that I felt were patronizing to women, who gave me recommendations for solutions that were expensive and time-consuming and didn't make any sense for the problem at hand (ie one plumber suggested replacing the whole toilet over a faulty fill valve). I am not sure if it's because I'm a woman and some vendors just think that they could blow smoke up my behind because they think women don't know anything about these things. I will continue to work with Eddie on any future plumbing issues. And best of all, he is local business owner not a franchise. In this case, my house had a number of plumbing issues, drain blockage in the master bathroom, master shower and in the kitchen. During this Covid pandemic, he comes in with mask, gloves, and booties and in this hot weather, he was able to quickly diagnose the issues and used his snaking machines (using both bigger diameter and smaller diameter machine) to clear the blockage. He also found that the previous owner had done a incorrect repair job on the plumbing under the sink of the master bathroom sink and he re-did the plumbing correctly. Requested help with replacing a toilet valve and adjustment of a kitchen faucet. Got a reply that he was booked up for two weeks. I replied that it wasn't an emergency and asked when he would be available. He then replied that he doesn't work on faucets; he only installs them. (He actually installed the faucet that needs adjustment, and we were pleased with that work.) He never addressed the toilet valve replacement at all. I would have preferred an honest answer to begin with (I'm busy and just don't want to do it would even have been preferable); I'm now at a point where I wouldn't recommend him at all. Please don't tell me you're booked for two weeks, and then come up with a new excuse when I say that's OK, I can wait two weeks.

I called the number here because of a problem with our basement sump pump. Even the call was so valuable I would have paid. I didn't need to call them out to the house after all. He definitely could have talked me into forking over a few bucks short-term, but chose not to be super helpful via phone instead. Ed is truly the best plumber I have ever worked with. Earlier this summer, we had a major disaster on our hands when our 80-year old sewage pipes disintegrated and we had to dig up a patio to replace them. As we were planning to rent our house in three weeks, we were under a deadline to resolve this problem. We liked Ed's honesty, knowledge, sophisticated equipment, friendly manner and the way he kept us informed along the way. His price was reasonable, particularly in comparison to some of the larger businesses. Very professional job. Replacement of the sewage lateral was done without hick-ups. He has a variety of methods including trenchless sewage installation. My New Go To Plumbing Services Provider, and very true to their name!!! I had a clogged kitchen drain, called him at 8:00 AM and explained my issue, knew he would have to access it through my roof! He gave me a price of at least $25 less than others, was here by 11:45 AM, donning masks, gloves, and even shoe coverings!! Eddie and his crew are great! I had two emergency situations around the holidays and their prompt response was outstanding. In both situations, (which were unrelated), Eddie communicated immediately and set up appointments to address the issues. I have complete confidence in their work quality and professionalism. Had Eddie come fix my sink drain and overflowing toilets after a different Plummer messed them up and caused the problems. I would highly recommend this company! I can't say enough good things about Eddie, his team, and his company! Eddie helped me out with a toilet flusher problem and his team installed my kitchen faucet. Eddie fixed my toilet which other plumbers had tried and failed to fix. His team that replaced my kitchen faucet were timely, polite, efficient and professional. The faucet looks and works great. I phoned on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Eddie. After describing my problem, he told me he wouldn't be able to come out until probably Tuesday and was honest enough to recommend a solution to my problem in order to save me time/money. That was already a plus! Then that evening, I received a call from Eddie telling me he was available to come out the following morning so I said YES! Eddie came out next morning and worked his magic and in nomore than an hour the job was done. What I thought was going to be a big job turned out to be a little one. I felt very comfortable with Eddie. He was very professional. Took off his shoes entering the house, sprayed disinfectant spray on all surfaces he touched before leaving the work area and did a thorough examination/test of the main line in front/back of the house to make sure the clog was completely cleared. Ed was terrific. We have an older home, and frankly the plumbing is a bit mysterious. Things a bit backed up, and Ed was able to come out same day and snake the lines to get things running again. He then helped explain some of the plumbing mysteries of our home. I called Ed on a Sunday morning as I woke up to a clogged main line preventing me from getting ready for my daughter's birthday. I didn't know Ed before but he was the ONLY plumber who replied on Sunday and offered to help that same day.

Ed is just vow!! A very rare find and for the adjective Ed uses in his company name is as honest as it can get. So the story goes.... had a serious backup issue in master bath, reached out to my Home warranty company who arranged a plumber to visit me the next day. But this was an emergency as no bathrooms or potty could be used. Googled for words honest plumber and this company name popped up first on the list with highest yelp ratings... Called them and Ed answered my call and referred me to another company as he could not make it at that time. The other company plumber stopped by in an hour and said it would cost me $900+ to clean up the sewer line from my home using snake. I called Ed and he was shocked to hear the price and said not to pay anything more than $500/- Ed said he can stop by at around 4pm and he did come before 4pm and directly checked the main city sewer and showed the root of a tree was causing the blockage. He advised me to call City. I did call the city and they arrived within an hour and cleared the blockage in next 5 min. All of it at no cost to me. That's honesty at it's best. Thank you Ed and your crew. I also got my home clean out installed today using #1 Honest Plumber service at the most genuine and reasonable fees. This company will be my go to plumbing company forever for any kinda plumbing problems. Recommend Ed and his crew anytime for honest and most genuine plumbing service.

Eddie and his team is great. When my bathroom backed up, I have tried to call a couple of plumbers, some come with extremely high quote without even try to help with the situation first, some simply can't help us because our house has no Clean out. Eddie was very responsive, he come the next morning to get us out of the emergency state. He snaked the pipe, gave us couple of options to long term fix the problem as our house is the older home without the clean out. His price is reasonable, he and crew come on time as they promised, they did a professional and clean job. He even cleaned our kitchen line for free. Despite COVID and the city clerk was very hard to reach, Eddie and team still managed to finished job the day before Thanksgiving so we can have our home back to order for the holidays. Ed's the guy plumbers recommend that don't do emergency drain services and use themselves. That's how we heard about Ed, we've lived here a long time and so asked around. It wasn't through yelp. The people we grew up with and went into contracting would recommend someone and Ed's name would come up a lot. Ed's constantly wearing a phone earpiece so he can take calls if possible while on the job. I only know of one other contractor that does that. He uses heavy duty equipment that makes other 'rooters' stuff look weak. Above and beyond, courteous, fast, complete yet cheap, and GUARANTEED, all describe Ed's work.

Ed just replaced 2 toilets and put in new knob handles and stems in both showers. His work is exemplary! He was in and out in 3 hours and that included a trip to the store to match the stems and hardware to the existing equipment. Ed should be voted for President :) just kidding. He probably would ruined our economy by being very honest and very cheap.
But when it comes to Plumbing this guy will make you feel elated that you just paid the best bargain price you could have possibly paid for.
I sometimes work in constructions and have a fair idea on what plumbers charge. My landlord wanted a major plumbing job done at the house. Replacing the whole cast iron pipes under the house. I went on Yelp and decided to try Ed just because he claims to be the #1 Honest Plumber. He didn't disappoint. I thought the cheapest someone could do the job was $12,000. An unscrupulous plumber would charge up to $20,000. Ed came up with $10,000 to do the job. Wow, I didn't believe him at first so, tried to get another estimate but my landlord, who lives out of State, said no, she was going with Ed. Ed did the whole job in one day, Saturday, which helped us a lot because there was a storm that weekend and we had to move to a hotel.
Later, I got a friend who is a subcontractor and knows more about plumbing than me to give me his opinion on what he thinks it would have cost to do the job. He is not a plumber, he said that he knew of a similar plumbing job close by that was $19,000. He was shocked when I told him Ed charged only $10,000 for the job. He thought it would be around $18 - $19,000 to do the job.
You can't go wrong in either price or quality of work with Ed. Ed is the best plumber I've come across. Now is off to finding the #1 Honest Mechanic.

Went out to our side yard to fetch a lemon to prep dinner and found that our sewer clean out had flooded all over. Yuck! Ran to check Yelp and found that #1 Honest Plumber/Eddie had great reviews. I called and explained my problem to Eddie. Even though he was done for the day, he came right over. He quickly assessed the situation. He first checked the City line clean-out to ensure it wasn't a City problem and thus save me some $. Unfortunately, it was our residential sewer line most likely blocked by roots from a large fruit tree near by. Eddie was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. He had the blockage taken care of quickly. He was also conscientious of the current Covid situation. A few years back Eddie fixed a backed up toilet by removing the toilet and snaking out the blockage. He was polite, friendly, efficient, cleaned up the work and charged me a very reasonable price. Fast forward to last Friday, my two kitchen sinks were not draining properly. I called Eddie but his van was in the shop so he suggested that I call someone else to get it taken care of that day. The plumber who came out quoted me an unbelievable price to snake and an even more unbelievable price to power wash the kitchen drain. I was pretty desperate so I called Eddie back and he said he would come out the next day (Saturday). Eddie snaked the kitchen sinks but there was no blockage. He ended up diagnosing the problem by removing the guest bathroom toilet and snaking out the blockage. He was methodical and meticulous in his work, and unlike the previous day's plumber, he knew what he was talking about because he is an experienced plumber who knows his stuff. Eddie spent so much time yet his price was extremely fair and reasonable. I would have ended up paying a fortune had I used the other plumber. I will always call on Eddie for all my plumbing needs. Ed is the man! He is super reliable and friendly. I used him twice for help with my plumbing issues, and he would come as soon as he possibly can. and does an amazing job for a great price. I highly recommend him as your go to plumber.

Eddie truly lives up to the name of the company. He was honest and transparent about the work he would need to do and the cost. This was the first time I called a Plumber, and I was super worried I'd be overcharged bc of all the stories I hear, so I let him know right away that I wasn't trying to pay an arm and leg; however, when I met him, I could see he was a good guy and wasn't the type of guy to overcharge, and he didn't (haha whew) which was relieving!
When I called him, I gave him a description of my situation and he gave me a quote over the phone and was very clear about my options and the pricing and let me know there would be no hidden fees etc. He is obviously very experienced because he knew exactly what I was talking about and provided a solution and quote over the phone. He also voluntarily provided quotes from other companies to let me know that he wasn't charging me some arbitrary amount which was nice.
He was very kind, professional, honest, transparent, funny, and just a joy to be around. He even voluntarily fixed my sink afterwards for no additional cost! He came the same day I called and arrived at the time he agreed to be at my home, which was nice because my problem was resolved right away so I had the rest of my Saturday to enjoy. I respect his honesty, punctuality, and professionalism. I also like that the company provides a receipt and a 30day warranty on the services. I will definitely not hesitate to call Eddie again! Not sure how many employees this company has, but I vouch for Eddie for sure! Thanks Eddie!

Ed and his crew are great. I highly recommend #1 because this company is truly that. We've used them 3 times for clogged sewer lateral lines. The last was to complete a major fix that was needed. They stick with the problem until it is fixed. #1 is quick to respond even on weekends and they truly charge very fair rates.

Ed saved us this past Labor Day. We had a leak at the water meter. Ed came out on a holiday weekend and fixed the problem in a matter of hours. He was totally transparent during the whole process - telling me what options I had, pricing etc. He was very reasonably priced. I really liked how professional as well as friendly he was. Because of him we didn't have to move out of our house and go to a hotel. Instead, he had he problem fixed quickly and even came back to seed the grass area where they had to dig. Thank you, Ed!

Eddie just finished the work of clearing roots from my main sewer pipe after my toilet stopped draining. Huge roots! Will probably need much larger work of replacing the pipe; not the first time I have such problem, and definitely not the last if I don't do anything. Eddie was very responsive late in the evening and early in the morning, came on-time, explained the problem, had the job done. I very much recommend him!

Ed truly deserves the #1 honest plumber name. He was super helpful and fixed the problem with the mechanisms in the tank of my toilet quickly, efficiently, and was a gentleman the entire time. So many plumbers will take advantage of a single woman, but Ed treated me fairly and with respect. I've been seriously overcharged by other plumbers, but Ed gave me a fair price and did a great job. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's truly the best!

I contacted Eddie with several plumbing needs - one which required some research. He had me send photos which helped determine what could be done. He worked with me on timing and came and did an evaluation and estimate on a Saturday. The work was done very well, timely and reasonably. He went out of his way to get me a water main key and showed me out to turn of the water in various places. I will definitely hire him in the future for my plumbing needs.

Ed saved us when our water heater broke. On Thursday we realized that hot water was not coming, and we couldn't take a shower. First we called our home insurance company, who said that they can only send someone to check out the problem on Monday!!! So we started calling plumbers that we found on Yelp, and most replied that they could come on Friday or Saturday. Ed was very prompt not only to respond to our call, but also he came the same Thursday afternoon, looked at the problem and gave us options - from cheapest (to replace one part which would mean fixing would be done on Saturday because we had to order that part from a store with overnight shipping), to the most expensive, which is replacing the whole water heater, in which case he would pick it up from the store and come on Friday at 8am. We chose replacing the whole water heater, since ours was 13 years old and needed a replacement. Ed and his assistant came on Friday at 8am, and got to work. They worked until 2pm. They did a great and honest job! We could tske a shower and bathe our kid on Friday evening! On Saturday our relatives who have a small child arrived to stay with us for a week, and we are immensely grateful to Ed that there is hot water when so many big and small people are in the house! Thank you, Ed!

Great service with an honest price! I never had to call out a plumber before so I didn't know what to expect. I called and spoke to Eddie about the problem we're experiencing with our clogged drain in our shower tub. He was very personable over the phone so I booked an appointment for that Saturday morning (of the same week). He was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He probably removed about 10 years worth of gunk and hair from our drain. It's now back to good as new :) Before he left he gave me some feedback on the type of drain plug our tub had. The plug was old, unnecessary and just made the water drain slower. I went to Home Depot and got another one he had mentioned and I could be happier with the difference.

The name says it all!!! HONEST! I spoke with multiple plumbers about my water heater failure and they all told me that my heater was old and it's not worth fixing. I was giving quotes of 1500 to 2000 to get my water heater replaced with city code permits. Edward contacted me and explained to me that it all I needed was a thermocouple ( 8 bucks) from my local hardware store. Edward was nice enough to explain the repair procedure to me over the phone and said if I needed help, he could stop by to take a look at my problem. I was feeling pretty good about the do it yourself repair after being coached by a pro. I got the water heater working in about 30 minutes and saved a lot of money. I really appreciate honesty and Edward has earned my trust and respect. I will refer everyone I know to THE HONEST PLUMBER for all their repairs.

He was sadly not able to come for the repair but actually spent a great deal of time on the phone explaining everything to me to make sure that I was receiving a fair price and quality work from the plumber who could take the call. Ed returned my text to initiate a backup in toilet in 10 minutes. He understood our plight and came by at earliest. Advised us it was city sewer line issue and they should do it free...City didn't for myriad petty excuses...no tools!..Ed to rescue, cleaned our stuck cleanout cap, removed root intrusion,and closed up in 2 hours, 2 men working..charge 350/-.. BTW, RotoRooter never called to setup appointment and their base rate would have been higher than my total cost. Will use Ed again. Thanks..best to him.

Picked up his phone right away on a Monday night at 9:15 and fit me in the next morning. He arrived on time. Ed literally saved us thousands! We got the snake stuck in pipes trying to unplug a drain went too far and it was stuck I mean STUCK! We tried for hours to pull it out and nothing! We were looking at possibly cutting pipes and drywall to get it out! He came and worked and worked and got it out! He was incredibly reasonable and informative. Would recommend him without hesitation and have finally found a skilled honest plumber.

We had a Friday plumbing emergency and called the owner Eddie. He came out immediately and scoped our sewer system. Eddie and his crew replaced two clear outs, the decaying Orangeburg pipe with a trenchless method and determined that the city had to clear up a blockage in the main line. Eddie and crew were great. Eddie explained what was happening during the whole process. They worked around our schedule so we were never down overnight and he was done by Sunday afternoon with everything cleaned up. I had my bathroom remodeled. The tub, sink and toilet were moved from their original spots. I had Ed replace the entire plumbing in the house. In addition, he removed the tank water heater and replaced it with a tankless water heater. This saved space as well as money. Great service. I wanted to post this review because of the great experience I had with Ed and his team. We needed some major work done (sewer out line needed to be completely replaced) - it was a long way down a hill from our house to the street, under a fence and through some heavy brush. We had received two quotes which we felt both sounded high to us. A friend recommended we call Ed and within an hour he was at our door. The first thing he did was snake and examine our line to make sure it actually needed to be replaced rather than repaired (it did). He then explained to me exactly what he would do to replace and how he would do it as cost efficiently as possible. Hi pricing was very fair and he quoted 2 days to complete the job (competition was quoting 3-4 days). Ed has invested in state of the art equipment, and employs a top notch crew - they were able to bore the old line out without digging a trench, and replace it by pulling a new line through the existing chamber. He was also able to advise me on how to comply with city permit issues and was careful to keep me informed about each step of the process. Having your sewer line replaced is never fun or cheap - but I have absolutely no regrets about working with Ed as he saved us money, time and made the process as painless as possible. I definitely plan to contact Ed and his team for any future work we need done.

Ed, the owner operator saved my Father thousands of dollars on his new sewer line installation. He replaced roughly 125 ft of sewer line. He had to begin by breaking up the flooring in one bathroom, where the sewer break was, and dig roughly 4ft down to begin replacement. All the while making sure the working area was clean and safe! He uses the trenchless method that I recommend using if you want a clean install of a sewer line. All in all, it was a huge process that he passed the city of Sunnyvale inspection with flying colors all while saving my Father roughly $4500, which was also quoted by roto-rooter. I can't express enough how happy my Family was with his work. I don't post much, if ever, but I felt the need to give #1 Honest Plumber a great review. Thanks Ed!!

i noticed a leak to the pvc connection under my deck leading to the shut off valve this morning and texted ed. he promptly texted me back and within an hour simon and oscar were here to diagnose the issue and provided a competitive bid. they discovered leaks to 2 pvc connections and repaired both. i appreciate your help guys! thank you!
