Best Plumbing Services in United States

All Care Services was the contractor that my home warranty plan assigned to evaluate my old, not working system. They were prompt with the diagnostic work up and then followed through with replacement of the entire HVAC, offering courtesy from Kendall in the office to the installers, Brandon and Omari, who were professional, courteous, tidy, and pleasant!
I will most definitely refer to any that are asking and also call on All Care Services for any other HVAC needs including routine service.

Quick response with simple scheduling.  They were fast to analyze the problem of what turned out to be a drain pipe leak from the hall bath that caused problems with the bedroom carpet.  They showed different ways of accessing the problem and gave fair pricing and costs.  I would call them again if I run into another issue and refer them to my friends who would need services of a knowledgeable plumber. - MP.

Do not use. Service man did not even take five minutes to try to figure out what was wrong. He immediately said cannot fix it   You need new Fossett can come back Monday. That would mean that I had to pay $100 twice because it was now two visits.  I had told the office while making the appointment exactly what was wrong with the sink and no one mentioned to me that they cannot change O-rings in this faucet.  I asked the service man to leave and I called another plumber that was recommended by a friend, and they said we can absolutely try to change the O-ring that's not a problem and were very polite and very helpful    I would highly recommend that you use any other plumber besides these people.

Worst customer service. Quoted an hourly price then  charged me for more time than it took to do job. Also said it was because 2 man job and had to go on roof but never explained there would be extra cost involved. I had to call back 3 times and 3 weeks later I finally receive ANOTHER explanation that they had GPS in truck and accounted for the time. Funny my wife texted me when the 2 workers got here and when they left. My wife messaged me  again with bill cost and I immediately called them which was also logged on my phone. So,  over charged, over burdened with phone calls to them and lied to 3 times. What a shameful Co. I'm a local too down the street. Never again will I do business with your shady company. If I could give NO STARS I would!

Called company twice, the second time, I explained that I was a repeat customer and had not heard back from original request. I was assured that a technician would be in touch. Still nothing. This began at least 2 weeks ago. I called Kingdom Based Plumbing and they immediately scheduled an appointment and will be here in the morning. Very disappointed with St. Johns Plumbing. Apparently too busy to maintain business relationships or even bother to explain why.

if you are building a home and they are the contracted plumbers get a plumbing inspection every step of the way they do not take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship.  they blame the toilets, the home owners, the builders but not themselves. invest in a different builder if they are using them especially if your plumbing is going to be laid under the foundation. you'll be looking at catastrophic costs. would not recommend.  not honorable in my opinion.

Floridian Plumbing has bad plumbers, bad customer service. I called Floridian Plumbing to fix two toilets.

First, the little things that they did wrong:  
The 2 plumbers who showed up did not wear masks.
They tracked dirt into my house and left mud prints in my shower.
They did not clean up after themselves.

Now the big problems:
One toilet was fixed right away.  The second toilet only had a malfunctioning flap.  Plumber #1 worked on the flap for 30 - 45 minutes.  It was working again.  They left.  It stopped working within 5 minutes.  

I called and asked them to send a different plumber.  I had to wait until noon the next day.  Plumber #2 fixed the flap.  It worked. He left.  Within 30 minutes the flap was leaking, the water drained out and it kept flushing itself.

It was about 6:00 on a Friday afternoon when I called their office.  I had to leave a message.  It is noon on Monday and they still have not called me back.  When I call them, I can only leave a message.  

Don't use Floridian Plumbing!

Unprofessional and rude. I've never in my life seen a service person come into someone's home and being disrespectful. Just because the association sent you over, that does not mean I am not your customer. I would never hire this company!!

DON'T USE THEM!!!!
They Installed my brand new unit in September 2020, the unit has stopped working. I have called this business and have got no help with getting my unit repaired or replaced. It's been three weeks now since my initial phone call for repair and now I'm being told they don'y have anyone. It has not been a year since the unit was installed and they don't stand behind their work. They are just eager to take your money and do nothing else. as I quote the owner tell the installer You need to hurry up with that because I need you on an install They make their money of installing not coming out to repair what they installed. We don't matter once they got our install money!! I will also be reporting this to the BBB as well. This is horrible service, customer service and customer satisfaction. To not at least respond to the customer is even worse you act like we are bothering you, but we weren't a bother when you were selling the product and taking our money! Yes we can all post pictures on how nice the install was, you just wait until yours break down, let's see how nice you are about your install then.
