Doesn't pay their employees after working almost 3 weeks in a row no overtime [at or their commission has been paid out they keep using the excuse that they had to pay old bills

I absolutely do not recommend this company. I had rental property re-piped and a new water heater installed 2 months ago.  Tenant called to tell me the water heater wasn't working and that she smelled something burning.  I called Greg he asked if we could remove the panel on the front of the water and reset it.  I told him the tenant and I were not comfortable doing that and wanted him to come out and check it.  He said he doubted any thing was wrong with a 2 month old water heater and he didn't think he should have to come out to service it since I didn't know how to do maintenance but he would go out that day and look at it.  He never showed.  I called again the next to see if he would.  He told me it was too far to drive and basically he wasn't going out to check the heater. I have serious concerns about the re-pipe and hope I don't have any issues with it in the future because I doubt he will honor any warranty.  Don't use them! there are much better customer oriented plumbers available in Jacksonville.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I would NEVER hire nor recommend Crown Plumbing. Gave me an estimate of $200-$300 dollars and then submitted a bill for almost $700. They arrived at me home 7 hours late (had a 10:00 am appointment and they arrived after 5:00 pm. Work they did was approximately 2 years ago and everything they did failed. There are many better plumbing services in this area to choose from. Again, I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND CROWN PLUMBING.

This is one of the best plumbing company I used. Excellent customer service, arrived on time and rectified our plumbing issue.

I must say, this company has the utmost respect for integrity. Due to the fact, another plumbing company came to my residence prior, and informed me that my one piece toilet needed to be replaced. This diagnosis seemed odd. The technician was unprofessional, disrespectful and disclosed little to less knowledge of the plumbing issue.

I contacted my warranty company and they appointed Workman's Kwik Fix Plumbing, technician Brian arrived and did an awesome job!!! He diagnosed the problem within a timely matter and mentioned that the toilet flapper needed to be replaced and not the one piece toilet.

Called company twice, the second time, I explained that I was a repeat customer and had not heard back from original request. I was assured that a technician would be in touch. Still nothing. This began at least 2 weeks ago. I called Kingdom Based Plumbing and they immediately scheduled an appointment and will be here in the morning. Very disappointed with St. Johns Plumbing. Apparently too busy to maintain business relationships or even bother to explain why.

if you are building a home and they are the contracted plumbers get a plumbing inspection every step of the way they do not take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship.  they blame the toilets, the home owners, the builders but not themselves. invest in a different builder if they are using them especially if your plumbing is going to be laid under the foundation. you'll be looking at catastrophic costs. would not recommend.  not honorable in my opinion.

Floridian Plumbing has bad plumbers, bad customer service. I called Floridian Plumbing to fix two toilets.

First, the little things that they did wrong:  
The 2 plumbers who showed up did not wear masks.
They tracked dirt into my house and left mud prints in my shower.
They did not clean up after themselves.

Now the big problems:
One toilet was fixed right away.  The second toilet only had a malfunctioning flap.  Plumber #1 worked on the flap for 30 - 45 minutes.  It was working again.  They left.  It stopped working within 5 minutes.  

I called and asked them to send a different plumber.  I had to wait until noon the next day.  Plumber #2 fixed the flap.  It worked. He left.  Within 30 minutes the flap was leaking, the water drained out and it kept flushing itself.

It was about 6:00 on a Friday afternoon when I called their office.  I had to leave a message.  It is noon on Monday and they still have not called me back.  When I call them, I can only leave a message.  

Don't use Floridian Plumbing!

Unprofessional and rude. I've never in my life seen a service person come into someone's home and being disrespectful. Just because the association sent you over, that does not mean I am not your customer. I would never hire this company!!

MY OPINION: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO!! Bought a brand new Rheem AC unit from them and had them install Feb 2014 bc they had the best price after shopping around. The owner, Luis, assured me he had a great technician to install it and we would have nothing to worry about. Had nothing short of 10+ service calls within the last year and 5 months for both heating and AC issues. Consistently rude every time you call, poor response time and then expect you to get home at drop of a hat when they do call you back, usually the next day. They will always tell you the owner Luis will call you. He won't get back to you most of the time and even if he does you will just be wasting your own time talking with him. Completely incompetent company, owner and staff from our experience. Finally after a total failure of a brand new AC unit 17 months after purchase  (in mid-August!) we decided to call another HVAC company to come take a real look at it. Fan and motor completely broken due to poor install. Technician was able to list about half a dozen other things done poorly on the install contributing to our endless service calls. I will be reporting this to BBB, Ken Amaro, whoever will possibly help other people not have to go through this. This company operates like a total fraud and should not be in the HVAC business from our perspective. PLEASE LEARN FROM US AND SAVE YOURSELF!
