All Care installed an entire HVAC system in our house. Our house is older, so the job was not easy. They brought a full crew to us to get the whole job done in one day. They approached it with care and caution and worked hard to get it right for us. Their price was more than fair! Tim, the CEO, made two trips out to help us get the price right and work out the details. He made us feel comfortable with him and his company. We found Tim to be knowledgeable and extremely nice. He understood all of our questions and concerns. We are glad we picked them for the job!

My house we re-plumbed by Easterday without them pulling a Permit as they know is a requirement by the City of Jacksonville so the work can be inspected.  I just learned that a Permit should have been pulled.  I also now know my re-plumbed pipes, in my attic, were never inspected by the City. There were already two problems after they completed the work.  As noted in my prior review, there was a leak at my irrigation water overflow pipe, that they fixed at no charge.  The other error took some months to discover and with water overcharges of $550 and $400 to another plumbing company to fix their error, that cost me another $1,000 in addition to their initial re-plumb charges.  

Some months after the original re-plumb I called them about some problems there were with their pipe connections.  They did not respond.  So I called Roto Rooter and it took them 5 hrs to fix.  If you have major plumbing work done by them, be SURE they pull a permit and their work - your pipes are inspected upon completion as is required.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I would NEVER hire nor recommend Crown Plumbing. Gave me an estimate of $200-$300 dollars and then submitted a bill for almost $700. They arrived at me home 7 hours late (had a 10:00 am appointment and they arrived after 5:00 pm. Work they did was approximately 2 years ago and everything they did failed. There are many better plumbing services in this area to choose from. Again, I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND CROWN PLUMBING.

Worst customer service. Quoted an hourly price then  charged me for more time than it took to do job. Also said it was because 2 man job and had to go on roof but never explained there would be extra cost involved. I had to call back 3 times and 3 weeks later I finally receive ANOTHER explanation that they had GPS in truck and accounted for the time. Funny my wife texted me when the 2 workers got here and when they left. My wife messaged me  again with bill cost and I immediately called them which was also logged on my phone. So,  over charged, over burdened with phone calls to them and lied to 3 times. What a shameful Co. I'm a local too down the street. Never again will I do business with your shady company. If I could give NO STARS I would!

We had a very unusual and unexpected plumbing issue when this plumber was called out to do what we thought would be an easy service call. If we'd had a less experienced plumber on the job, it could have really turned into a mess. But the plumber from St. John's Plumbing was a seasoned professional and he went above and beyond the call of duty to find a solution for our unique & unexpected plumbing problem. It was truly a blessing because that was our first time using St. John's Plumbing and I haven't seen that kind of commitment to service by many others. I'm very grateful for his help!

if you are building a home and they are the contracted plumbers get a plumbing inspection every step of the way they do not take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship.  they blame the toilets, the home owners, the builders but not themselves. invest in a different builder if they are using them especially if your plumbing is going to be laid under the foundation. you'll be looking at catastrophic costs. would not recommend.  not honorable in my opinion.

Floridian Plumbing has bad plumbers, bad customer service. I called Floridian Plumbing to fix two toilets.

First, the little things that they did wrong:  
The 2 plumbers who showed up did not wear masks.
They tracked dirt into my house and left mud prints in my shower.
They did not clean up after themselves.

Now the big problems:
One toilet was fixed right away.  The second toilet only had a malfunctioning flap.  Plumber #1 worked on the flap for 30 - 45 minutes.  It was working again.  They left.  It stopped working within 5 minutes.  

I called and asked them to send a different plumber.  I had to wait until noon the next day.  Plumber #2 fixed the flap.  It worked. He left.  Within 30 minutes the flap was leaking, the water drained out and it kept flushing itself.

It was about 6:00 on a Friday afternoon when I called their office.  I had to leave a message.  It is noon on Monday and they still have not called me back.  When I call them, I can only leave a message.  

Don't use Floridian Plumbing!

They were hired to replumb m mother's townhouse. They didn't attach the drywall that they removed only put in place. They also were hired to fix a downstairs bathroom where the supply line disconnected and flooded costing us $500 in emergency cleaning.

DON'T USE THEM!!!!
They Installed my brand new unit in September 2020, the unit has stopped working. I have called this business and have got no help with getting my unit repaired or replaced. It's been three weeks now since my initial phone call for repair and now I'm being told they don'y have anyone. It has not been a year since the unit was installed and they don't stand behind their work. They are just eager to take your money and do nothing else. as I quote the owner tell the installer You need to hurry up with that because I need you on an install They make their money of installing not coming out to repair what they installed. We don't matter once they got our install money!! I will also be reporting this to the BBB as well. This is horrible service, customer service and customer satisfaction. To not at least respond to the customer is even worse you act like we are bothering you, but we weren't a bother when you were selling the product and taking our money! Yes we can all post pictures on how nice the install was, you just wait until yours break down, let's see how nice you are about your install then.
