Just stopped by the store, with broken part in hand. Bryan went to the shop and did not even have to look up the part number and had what I needed.
Bryan even showed me how to install it. I came home and it installed exactly as he showed me.
Highly recommend them.

The window is efficient. It is better than what we thought it would be. The service was done skillfully. It was worth waiting for.

I was told my new window would take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I waited 4 weeks before I called only to find out there was a supply issue with the seal for my dual pane window. Brian told me he was going to makeshift it together. I told him I didn't want that and that I would rather wait, but he said he already ordered it. I wish I would have just canceled the order even if it meant losing my deposit. The following Monday a guy shows up to install the window before 7AM without even scheduling this with me. The window looks makeshifted together with the seal sagging on one side. It looks very unprofessionally done.

Through a series of errors made by a well-intentioned family member, the sliding part of a dual-pane window was taken out and put in backward. After several days of trying to fix it, we finally called someone to do something we could not achieve. While the place I called, was unable to repair it they referred me to Alliance Glass. Jose came out and within 5 minutes had the sliding pane out and 30 minutes later he had repaired the rollers and put the window back in, correctly! He was professional and could laugh along with me as we spoke about it. I will definitely recommend them and will call them back in the future.

Poor quality products with defects utilized, damage occurred upon install and technician/owner did not agree to make simple repair which would have taken 20min to complete, technician doing the work lacks professionalism in all regards and will give you the silent treatment while performing the job

Good? Same day emergency service. Tech was polite. He cleaned the broken glass and boarded up the window. 2nd tech was polite too.
Bad? $430 for 3 hours of labor and the glass. The glass was just over 5 square feet.....yes 5 square feet....
I'll round up considerably....assume the glass cost $200...so the glass guy bills $76 an hour...???? (Insulated glass is not $40 per square)
$76 an hour for glass technician? My CPA does not bill $76....
I'm selling my home and needed two panes replaced. I called Alliance a few weeks ago. They measured my windows and took a 50% deposit. They returned over a week later and both windows were an inch too short. I had to hold our open house with damaged windows. I still haven't heard back from them. Our home sold and we have an inspection this week. Looks like the inspection will show two damaged windows, even though I've been trying to be replace them for weeks now.
Update: We finally got our glass. It took nearly a month. They didn't offer anything to make up for the delay, so I asked if they could discount the price. They gave me $25 off and said it was the best they could do because it was the manufacturer's fault. I recommend going with another company if you are working on a deadline. They were absolutely unwilling to try to work around our time crunch. We were able to remodel the kitchen and sell the house in the time it took them to install two window panes. Total was around $700.
I have had 2 great experiences with Alliance Glass. Brian repaired 2 windows in a home we were selling and assisted me over the phone on repairing a window in our new home. I went to the shop and picked up new balances and he showed me exactly how to install them. This was a terrific assistance to help me save the service charge. With all the right parts and Brian's assistance I was able to make the repair myself.
I didn't realize how much of a difference a window would make in my electric bill! I had a few windows with broken seals. I wasn't sure if that meant the windows needed to be replaced or if I could just repair them. I contacted several glass/window replacement companies to ask questions that would give me an idea of what my options were. Not only did Alliance Glass give me a great deal on my window replacement, but they took the time to actually educate me on the difference in quality and performance I would notice with the glass I chose to go with for the replacement. I would highly recommend their services to any of my clients or friends. Dealing with glass/windows is not something we do on a regular basis; having a professional company to rely on for the details makes a difference in the experience. Thank you, Alliance Glass! I've had a few job's done for me by Alliance, latest being patio screens and rollers
on sliding glass door, they did an excellent job on both items. I feel that the price
was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Worst experience I have been through. I own several rental properties in the valley and gave these guys a shot.. big mistake, after I was quoted for the glass, I had to call 4 different times to get the final amount. The glass was installed on a Friday, and I had 3 voicemails on my phone by Wednesday (as I was on vacation) for immediate payment or else a lean would be placed on my property...5 days, counting the weekend and Memorial Day Monday. After I called back telling them of my experience thus far, no apology was offered. I let them know that I would pay them when I received the bill which I was told they would email to me.. What do you want to bet I don't see that for another week if ever? There are plenty of good glass companies in the valley; I tried these guys out so you don't have to. Be warned and go with someone professional, it's certainly worth the few extra bucks.
