Shout out for this gem on Thomas ave!
Our window crank was broken and it's specially made by Anderson.
We went to home depot, lowes, ACE numerous times, wishing to find the right crank. No luck.
Our local friends recommended Lasting and impression right before we almost lost hope.
3 hours ago I met this wonderful lady Karen from this company. She asked specific questions and gave me thorough explanations in a super professional way....then 20 mins later, boom! She found the exact crank we need!
As for the charge, this nice lady said: nothing, happy holidays!
I was touched by her professionalism and patience. And we are so pleased finally the right crank was found!
2/15/23: For the price of the TruStile door paid, it should have been replaced with a new one as it either was delivered damaged or it was damaged on the install. In addition, there was gap at the bottom and side of the fire-rated door when installed. I had requested a new door to be installed due to the damage and poor installation job. Rather than order a new door, of which the vendor, Trustile, should have replaced free of charge since it arrived damaged, it was repaired.
The repair job is still poor and you can tell there was damage. Even though painting the fire-rated door might fix this, I shouldn't have to first sand it myself and prime the area to make it right. And when the threshold at the bottom was adjusted, there still was a slight gap and had to request to be readjusted again, I double checked this time before the installation manager left. The sales and installation manager were nice, but the the customer service on how to remedy a damaged door was not very good, especially for the price of a custom made new door.
I will not be using them for any future projects and do not recommend them.
Edit to review 2/21/23: After speaking with the business manager, was able to resolve the issue with the damaged door. Another individual, who was noted to have many years woodworking experience, came to repair the damage on the door properly, and sanded and primed the area too. The results are much better and acceptable versus the prior repair attempt. Cal is amazing and did a great job.
I also appreciate the response and communication from the manager as well as a call from a TruStile representative. My original review has been revised from 1 star to 3 stars.
Edit 2/25/23: It appears the adjustable threshold was not installed properly as there is now a gap at the bottom right. Seems like the adjustment did not hold, not sure what happened, looks like the right side is depressed. Another issue of workmanship on the either the original installation or repair. Back to 1 star and waiting to hear back from the business manager. This will be the third attempt on getting the install on this door correct and up to standards.
Lasting Impressions installed new French Doors in my home.
The doors are beautiful. The service Lasting Impressions provided was excellent. The installers did a perfect job, were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even played with my dogs!
My husband and I are thoroughly satisfied and recommend this business without hesitation.
Mark J,
Thanks for the follow up however the reason I contacted the manufacturer was because your office wanted to charge me for 1 missing clavos, then I called to cancel your order as the manufacturer accommodated me.
These guys are the WORST! Order placed in April, salesman (Jeff) required 100% of $ up front (the only contractor to ask that in our substantial remodel) and said delivery will take 6 weeks. 12 weeks later it finally arrives. Then, it takes two more weeks to install. (Says the dismissive and rude secretary was when scheduling, It's only two weeks...). When it FINALLY arrives for install its the WRONG COLOR!?! How does anyone stay in business like this? For us, they've been non-communicative, dishonest, terribly slow, and failed to deliver what was promised -- that's our lasting impression. We'll see next how they are about returning our money...

Good luck trying to use your warranty.. they acted like we were such an inconvenience to try to use our manufacturer's warranty. Just be sure to keep all of your records. Customer service was below basic..
Quality and selection of products = 5 stars.
Communication and delivery = 0.
Purchased the door middle of December and was quoted a 4-6 week timeline for delivery. They came out the next week to measure so there would be no delay. Couple weeks later a different person (from our sales guy) calls and says they need to come measure. Told him they already had and he rechecked the paperwork, agreed. He said he would get back to me with a timeline for install. Never heard from him. Called again and got voicemail, no return. 7 weeks after purchase, I called in to check on timing. The person was impatient and had no info (said well, it's not here, so that's all I can say right now without talking to the warehouse), said she would call back on Monday. She did and scheduled the delivery for the following (a full 8 weeks after purchase).
I am not prone to bad reviews. I generally give the benefit of the doubt and would have done so gladly with this company had any one of the 4 employees I spoken with bothered to be forthcoming. If they had called and said simply it's gonna be a little longer, I'd have been satisfied. Instead, they avoided communication at all costs. I cannot recommend this company.
Bottom line: If you're looking for predictable, on-time install, find a different company. This one won't do it. You can find the same selection of products in a million other places.

So....I can't give enough accolades to Lasting Impressions. The customer service, the quality of windows offered and the craftsmanship during installation. They all Rock! I liked the fact that I could drive by the many houses in which they have completed installation....so I could get a visual of what I might like for my home. I'd say my experience was A+ and that is pretty good in this competitive market in which we are living. Thank you lasting Impressions!
I asked for a quote to replace two windows. Lasting Impressions gave me a BAD impression with a quote at $433.96.....Dependable glass did the job for $ 236.47. So guess who I'm going to call the next time I need some window work?
I'm only giving one star because it wouldn't allow me to give zero!
I was referred to this company by a co-worker (though, I probably should have checked the ratings before wasting my time). Dealt with Andrea (who I believe is a family member of someone in management). She came out, measured my sliding glass doors, and walked me through my options. I negotiated a cash price and gave them a check for close to $9k. I had three days after I signed the sales contract to change my mind - which I did - and opted to go with sliding french doors without a grid vs my original order of sliding french doors with a grid.
I called Andrea on day two and asked for an updated quote (as it would have been significantly less) and she said she would get back to me same day...but didn't. The following Monday I still didn't have an updated quote and had to follow up again. This time Andrea sent the quote, but it was for the wrong amount (not the cash discount I had negotiated on the front end). I called her AGAIN to clarify and asked for yet another updated quote. Once the correct quote was received, she apparently decided to consider my original 90% deposit as payment in full without my approval and instead of issuing a refund for the close to $1,000 difference said I would be cut a check for $80 - keep in mind it takes a month or two for the install to even see the light of day and your only recourse if the job isn't done right is to withhold the remaining 10% balance. When I called to discuss with her, she became very sarcastic and unprofessional to the point where I started to worry about the quality of both the final product and the installation and said I'm starting to wonder if I should go with another vendor. Andrea responded I think that would be a great idea and hung up on me.
Livid, I decided to cancel my order entirely and get my money back. I don't need to pay anyone $9K to treat me like garbage, especially when the errors were continuously hers (math, it's not for everyone)!!! You also don't just change the terms of the contract without the customer's approval and it all felt a bit sketchy. They certainly made a lasting impression - one that I will make sure everyone within earshot hears about. The sad part (for them) is I had every intention of using them to replace my windows next year as well (not to mention have family members looking to do the same).
Don't waste your time. Find a company that delivers BOTH a quality product and treats you with respect!!!
I don't write many reviews but when someone or a company goes above and beyond, it moves me to express my feelings. I have been shopping for replacement windows for over three weeks now and found Lasting Impressions online. Called and spoke with Karen at some length and said she would work up a quote. I actually stopped by the next day (she had just emailed me the quote) and even though I couldn't go with them due to my HOA strict restrictions, Karen spent a half hour or so helping me! Even answered my questions via emails after that in such a timely manner. That's customer service and she sure knows the business. If the other people who work there are half as good as Karen, you can't go wrong with them, I highly recommend Lasting Impressions!
Very nice windows...poor communication and delivery times. We really like our windows and the installers were great.
The issue was delivery time (about a month after originally promised), poor communication (no updates on delivery, no call to confirm install and/or to set up final payment), installers showed up announced and demanded payment in order to start (which would have been fine if they had called to warn me), and no real concern by owners over customer service or satisfaction (he did call after my designer told him I was upset. Chalked it up to improper expectations. We traded messages and he chose not to return my call back). So...if you want great windows and are ok with poor service, this is your place.
Spoke with Britt who was very nice and accommodating. We were trying to find replacement parts for our windows as one of the counterbalances is bent. He took our part, ran to the back, went through their stock, and compared the shape with ours. While they don't carry the part we needed, they took the time to check for us and recommended where we can go to find what we need.

Very professional and friendly. I love that the showroom has so many displays and customizable options! Thanks for the help Frank and Mark!
We are 100% satisfied with our new door purchase and installation. From our first visit in the showroom until installation was completed Lasting Impressions was professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and timely. We would use their services again and recommend them to others.

Mark, our sales rep, came to our house to measure and give us a quote on our new window upgrade. His expertise was apparent with a detailed quote and also excellent recommendations on the various options that would work for each and every window. The time estimate for product/installation was right on target. The installation crew was extremely neat, efficient and left us with no repairs or touch-ups afterward. We could not be more happy and are seriously beyond impressed.
Finally heard from Brian, the owner, he aplogized a week after my last email to him and sent a check for $100 to apologize for the inconvenience. Now that was a class act. Thanks Brian.

Quality and installation is great. Very happy with my doors. I can't give 5 stars though because their communication is sorely in need of improvement. If I'm told I will be called with confirmation on the order, on the installation, etc, I expect that. I had to call and chase down answers constantly. Hopefully this will improve. I would use them again, even with the mild aggravation because they do a great job.

Worked with Britt on getting moving wall window system installed. Had Nate and George for the install team. Very conscientious and meticulous, cleaned up thoroughly each evening. Finish work is spotless and it looks like the house was built with the system already in. Not inexpensive, but feel we have a superior install and product thanks!
I've now used Lasting Impressions twice for window installation at our home. The first install, about three years ago, went very smoothly. This time, we had a few unexpected delays, although nothing major. We're very happy with the windows, the price was reasonable, and the installers did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend this company.

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. We highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Lasting Impressions!
I contacted Lasting Impressions a couple of years ago to replace 2 doors and a custom 12 foot slider. The door installation was OK (although they mismeasured one of them and had to put one in temporarliy) but the 4 panel slider installation (a $4K+ job) was a big problem. Some of the panels were warped which caused sliding to be difficult and closing and locking even worse. The installer agreed there was a problem, but the estimator (Eric) was dubious and came out on site. He finally agreed that there was a problem and agreed to order new panels. I was to be called when the new panels came in...weeks passed and, after over 2 months, I called and they still weren't in. Several weeks later, I called again and the panels had arrived. The installer came out and replaced 2 panels...which caused only a marginal improvement. Two more panels were allegedly ordered and would be replaced. After waiting several months, and making several phone calls, the situation was never rectified.
I had withheld 10% of the payment against Eric's wishes until the job was done right. Since the slider was marginally serviceable, and I was tired of trying to get satisfaction, I gave up and stopped calling Eric. I never paid the final 10%...and was never contacted to pay it...I guess they figured they'd walk from the job and leave the balance rather than get the job done right. Not what I expected for what I thought was a premium Anderson dealer.
I paid top dollar for what I thought would be superior workmanship and service. I should have dealt with a cheaper product and installer, and saved the money and frustration. It should be noted that this work was ordered and done when the business had slowed way down and it was not a matter of the company being crazy busy.
Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don't walk, run away!
Lasting Impressions sells Milguard Windows: Good windows!
They also do installations of the windows: Bad installation!
I had new windows put into an existing home. The installer (at least the one out of the three who weren't standing outside smoking cigarettes all day) did nothing to protect the carpet and furnishings. They easily could have done this installation in two days but used the three full days scheduled. They did not finish one window and move to the next but simultaneously worked on all the windows at the same time. This meant that no room could be called complete until the last day.
I could go on but this was a terrible installation. You can buy their windows but don't use their installers.
I'm currently in the market to by custom French doors in Phoenix. I'm only writing to say I'm glad to the constancy in the reviews of this company. I will certainly NOT be using them
