Absolutely amazing.

Dog broke a window at 6pm, and by 7 pm Touchdown Glass was at my home giving me an estimate! They even patched up the window until they could repair it.

Had the glass ordered and delivered so quickly, which is so uncommon in this industry, and kept me up to date on the whole process.

Installation was fast, and flawless. My window is finally dog proof and solid once again.

The guys at Touchdown glass are reliable, quick, and affordable. Quality work for a great price.

Definitely would recommend to any friend or neighbor. 10/10 going to use them for any future glass & window needs.

Touchdown glass LLC/Dwayne did an excellent job in explaining what the work involved, followed through and finished the job on time. Dwayne also helped to work with the gate frame guy to fix the issues before installing the glass. He sent me pictures after the work done so I needed not be even present.
They are reasonable in pricing and provided very professional customer service experience. I highly recommend them!!

My experience dealing with Touchdown Glass was horrendous!  I contacted them in mid-March to replace a large shattered bathroom mirror.  Dwayne showed up within a couple of days, removed the broken mirror and quoted a price of $425. A check was written for the entire amount that day (I know, I know!) as it was a custom size. Dwayne said installation would be in 2 weeks. 2 MONTHS later and multiple phone calls, text messages, a personal visit to their business, and never-ending excuses and promises for delivery, I finally gave up dealing with Touchdown's unbelievably poor business practices. I filed a complaint with the BBB on May 20, 2020 and you guessed it - no response as yet!
Stay clear of these scammers!!

I am only able to speak to our experience with glass replacement and emergency board up. We had an window broken at our home on Thanksgiving and had to get an emergency board up and window replacement.

The board up was great-- quick and on a holiday. 5/5.

The window replacement has been awful. We were supposed to get a replacement within a week, and the appointment day came and went with no communication. We followed up multiple times, and got a text back saying he'd be there Monday to install. The measurements on the window were wrong, so he said he could install Wednesday.

Wednesday comes, I reach out in the morning and afternoon. No show, no contact, nothing.

If you need an emergency board up, these guys are fine. But if you need a reliable window replacement and professional communication, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Charged my credit card $570 when I didn't purchase anything from them. When I called they said they would check on it and call me back within the hour. After three hours I called again at which time I got a text that said with a customer right now will call you shortly. Now a week has gone by, I called again and was told he would have to check with accounting and call me back, has been four days, starting to smell like a scam. Good business dictates that I should not have to dispute this with you  credit card company, but I have given them ample opportunity to correct this.

Wow, what an unprofessional new business!  Here's the story...

Our business had been dealing with several vendors on simple glass table covers (clear glass, no special edge work, plain annealed/not tempered, no installation or even delivery required).  This should have been quick and easy as we have done glass table covers for our rentals many times in the past.

After dealing with another company that jerked us around for TEN WEEKS changing prices constantly and not returning calls or emails we were exasperated.  So we sent out a request on Yelp to get quotes from many vendors.

One who responded was Adam from Touchdown Glass, a company in business for less than a year.  He seemed nice and said What if I agree to beat the competitors' prices buy $500?.  This was a very strange thing to say up front when he didn't even know what the other quotes or even our order was so it seemed unprofessional and unlikely.  But he got our attention.  We talked to him by phone and text a couple times and he seemed nice enough but after sending him a .pdf we alerted him to, with every detail of what we needed shown including diagrams, we never heard back.  We waited a couple days then texted him and he said send it again (even though we sent it to the correct address) so we did.  We waited another day and still no answer so we asked if he got it now this time.  He texted let me check (still hadn't even bothered to check).  He mentioned a supplier he could order thru and I showed him the price quotes we had gotten to see if they would beat, match or at least come close to that price.  We heard nothing, crickets.  We asked several times.  Then like a week later he says we never paid (huh??).  We were ready to pay once hearing from him but he never responded to the .pdf file or with any quote for us to pay.  When further attempts to reach him went ignored for a week we finally send a last ditch email explaining it was obvious they didn't care if they had our business and that we would give them another day to respond or else leave a review and move on.  Well finally that got the attention of the owner, Dwayne Bridges.

At first Dwayne too was very nice and apologetic, telling us Adam often flakes on customers and is not diligent about communication.  He wanted to make it right with us and offered us a fair price as a consolation and in hopes of doing business with us in the future, as we are just down the street.  We figured we'd give them another chance now that the owner was involved and seemed attentive.  So yet again we sent the .pdf file with all specs and details about what we needed, this time directly to Dwayne.  The next vendor (Vendor A) sent a detailed quote but for some reason were charging us for polished edges.  He said he'd rather do business with Vendor B, whose prices were fair except for four pieces that were much higher so we asked Dwayne if they would match Vendor A's price and he kept reassuring us they would, though we were skeptical and told him if they won't just to do the 16 other pieces with them and the four remaining we would do with Vendor A.  It was Friday so we had to wait until Monday.

On Monday he sent a text that their price is their price and that's it.  We replied confused as he was simply supposed to let us know if they would match the price on the four super high quotes or just do the other 16 only.  Once again he was confused and unclear and quoted us some high figure without any acknowledgement that we wanted to at least do the 16 at the prices Vendor B ALREADY QUOTED US.  He then says that he's wasting his time and that's it, and all companies charge for plain seamed edges (the exact opposite of what he had told us earlier so doesn't sound like he knows his business or vendors well -- none of our many vendor quotes charged for that).  Since his attitude was considerably less friendly and helpful we called him to clarify what he was saying by text but he didn't answer and just texted back busy.  It was obvious he was blowing us off as Adam did so we finally noted how ridiculously and needlessly difficult all this had become.  Things escalated and got heated, at which point he became increasingly hostile.  We finally said if this is his attitude we will simply leave him the review which we were going to in the first place before he intervened.  So Dwayne, who said he wanted to make it up to us, actually made it worse.  We exchanged many text messages that got more and more belligerent and nasty.  We later gave him the chance to apologize before we reviewed him but he doubled down and harassed us and said he was going to give OUR company a bad review (although he never once was our customer or used our company's services).  After more nasty text messages he sent the next day (demanding to speak to our boss) we blocked his phone number.  We don't know how he can stay in business being so unprofessional and immature treating customers this way.

BUYER BEWARE - I paid $650 for a window from Dwayne in 2 payments Sept 27, 2019 and then October 9, 2019. Window was great. 8 months later on May 25, 2020 in the middle of a pandemic he charged me ANOTHER  $350. After getting the run around and having Dwayne admit it was a mistaken charge on the phone in June I never received a refund. I disputed it with my credit card company and they received no answer from him for months, but now right before his time to answer is up he tells them the charge is valid and I'm out the extra $350! What the heck! $1000 for a small kitchen window? Really Dwayne? Refund my money please. Do the right thing please.

Touchdown Glass Replacement was AWESOME!! I accidentally broke my single pane Glass Saturday night and immediately contacted Touchdown Glass Replacement for a quote. They replied extremely fast with a great price. They were out the next day and completed the job! Big thanks to Dwayne for his help and immediate assistance! He came to repair on a Sunday and didn't charge me any extra, great company!!! Highly recommend

I used this place to replace  some windows  my son broke  they were by far the best  value  from all the other places  I called  and they got the job done in like 3 days that's fast from what the other companies were telling me thanks touch down glass

I just moved into a new home and needed some minor repairs and work done on the house, like a new glass enclosure for the shower and and privacy glass installed in the bathroom. Dwayne gave me a reasonable quote on the enclosure was able to install it before I even moved into the house. Since another company hadn't gotten back to me with an estimate on the windows (and still hasn't), Dwayne installed new window glass in the bathroom and then gave me an exceptional quote to replace the rest of the house with energy-efficient windows.

Easily the best and quickest glass repair business in the area. I called around and got quotes and estimates from a ton of local companies, and most of them said they could replace our sliding glass door in 7-12 business days. I called Adam and he said it still needs to be ordered (same as everyone else) but there's no way it should take that long. Dwayne came out the next day to get measurements and cleaned up the shattered glass and the glass door was fixed in 3 business days. Touchdown Glass did terrific expedient work and were super easy to work with. They were fast, friendly, and super accommodating. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of glass or window work done in the Phoenix area.

Got here in 30 minutes when I called at 5:00. Dwayne was great with my kids and comfortable with the dogs. The price was cheaper than other quotes. I highly recommend them!!!

I called this glass, the guys where fantastic, the owner was a man of his word, promises made promises kept, how often can you say that, I had my gardner kick up a stone and break my glass, I had called them out , he said it would be about a week or so to get the glass, so I told him let me check around first, he said no problem, after checking around and realizing everyone told me the same thing, I called back he kept my measurements, and ordered it, I like companies that dont pressure you they know there good. I will use you again, I hope it's not too soon.

Well folks do not do business with this company , I repeat warning do not do business with this company , I recently made a down payment to have a commercial window replaced at my business , haven't heard a word other than the message on the phone , or the we are currently assisting another customer, so I decided to go by their place of business , no one was there but the open sign was on , door locked but company vehicle was in back , went to a neighbor business of theirs and asked about the company and he immediately told me a lady was I. There no more than 15 minutes before me , asking the same thing because they took a deposit from her and nothing , well I go with this other company , and come to ding out , TDGlass , has had their contractors license RED FLAGGED !!!!!! Now I know just warning folks so they don't get duped I should lay into the company that referred this guy to me ,

Touchdown Glass was great to work with. They were quick to respond to my call.  Their prices were very competitive.  The guys who measured and then installed the shower enclosures were on time and did very good work.  I will definitely use their services again!!!

We replaced all the windows and bug screens in our home. Dwayne did a great job explaining things and does careful, precision work.  Far better than replacing all the windows in a 27 year old home and a lot less expensive.  Everything looks like new.  We are very pleased.

6 stars if I could give it ! Had an emergency.  Called at 7 PM on Wednesday night, and Dwayne (the owner) answered and fit me in his schedule for our thing the next day. Got the job done better than expected, was professional and at a great price. I am a realtor and have him set for another client next week. Highly recommended!!

These guys were great. On time and great communication. They came over for a window that had a frame in really bad shape. They gave me a few options on how we could go about repairing it with varying price differences, but never felt pressured to pick one or the other.

Touchdown Glass did a great Job with our shower enclosure. We called three locations to provide bids, and this was the most personal and detailed of all three visits. I felt that they completely understood what we needed. Install went without a hitch and a glass looks great! Also very appreciative of the maintenance instructions to that enclosure glass stays like new.
