State 48 Door & Window

I first contacted State 48 because my friend had two glass doors installed in her den and I was impressed by the workmanship. I contacted State 48 and provided them with the details of my project and they were incredibly responsive. I decided to hire them. I have dealt with many contractors and historically have felt that I had to reach out to understand timelines, costs, etc. this was not the case with State 48. Hunter and the team were incredibly communicative and executed quality work. They installed a door for my office in an archway and I very impressed with the work they did. They also left my house clean after installing! It is evident they take pride in their work and want to execute projects the right way. I would highly recommend!!

These guys are great! I needed a new door installed and was able to schedule with them a few weeks out. There was a minor sent back because one of their guys went down due to COVID, but the delay wasn't too long. Also, I appreciated the way they communicated this with me and I am sure with their other customers as well.

Any, I eventually got the door installed, and they definitely did an excellent job. It took them a little longer to install because of the location of my doorway, but they got it in.

They also installed a security for me as well.

Overall, I'm happy with the overall service because they were highly responsive and very professional guys on the job. I would recommend them.

Hunter Fitch at State 48 provided nothing but exceptional customer service and quality doors that made a huge difference in our home.  He really went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied.  The price was much more reasonable then the other companies that gave us quotes.  I recommend this business to anyone who wants to pay a fair price and receive professional service and a quality product.

Had someone come in to do a quote. No response for several weeks after the in-home consultation and when I called to get a status update, Hunter was rude and flippant. Told me there were 30 others in my position so he didn't have time to text or call to let me know he wasn't able to take on the project. When a business makes promises, there is a certain expectation by their customer that they will follow through with what was said. One of his associate's father passed away, so he was unable to track any of his customers. Sounds like the whole thing fell apart. A curtesy text, email, or phone call would've helped the situation but the reaction I received after making the phone call myself was uncalled for and unfounded.

I just spoke to this company. They are very courteous and helpful! Unfortunately they were not able to offer the type of remodeling I needed, but they were very informative and friendly! Highly recommend.

The installers showed up on time and masked!  They covered the floor and area they would be in with canvas and plastic.  They asked what trim we wanted to leave and went to work removing old sliding door and replaced with a new one.  They reinstalled trim on interior and added new on the exterior and primed and caulked it all.  They cleaned everything up and were so polite.  We had gotten a quote ahead of time and there were no surprises!
We will use them again for future work. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend! Excellent job. Replaced windows and installed French doors. Very happy with and will absolutely use them again!

Working with Hunter, Kody, and crew was a great experience from start to finish. We had our entry doors replaced and the quality of the work was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond making this a great experience. We have a few other doors we want replaced and installed and we will definitely be using them again.
