The very best pest control service, if you live in the Prescott area. In Los Angeles its easy to find a good and reasonably priced exterminator to treat termites. That's not the case in Prescott. I contacted several and found most to be unprofessional and incredibly expensive.

I sent a request to them stating I just found a dead bat on the second floor and wondering if your company is able to determine where the entry/exit point is on the house so it can be sealed. The reply stated Yes, we can do that for you. They would charge $100. The rep came out and looked at the area under the eaves where I thought the issue could be. He pointed a flashlight from inside and outside from a distance of 15-20' and determined that there was no visible signs of an entry. The inspection took 15 minutes. Even though the entry/exit point wasn't found, they would not adjust the bill or honor the commitment to determine where the bat got into the house. I'll have to try another company.

We just bought a house in a remote area of Dewey and Patriot Pest was the first service I called. They have been out twice so far helping me to get control over fire ants, black widows, wasps, bees etc...all sorts of fun creatures! They have been completely professional, reliable and super friendly! I highly recommend!
Ben was professional and knowledgeable. He located the area where the chipmunks were getting into my attic and secured it. He inspected the attic and did not find any live critters. He set traps just in case there were any stragglers and came back in a week. The traps were clear. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need of pest control.
called about an exterior pack rat issue. was very knowledgeable and looked around the whole perimeter. said he would get back to me with quote. later, i received email and he said that he couldn't help me.
i wrote back and asked, why not and was there anything else could do or should i be concerned. never responded to that email.
low score is not because he couldn't help, but because he didn't respond to my email.
I have ant problem. A little worried about in/outside cats, but they assured me chemicals are pet safe. Josh was nice & on time. We'll see if it works, but when I peeked outside a few times, he was going to town with the power sprayer everywhere, so I feel good they were very thorough. Thanks a lot.
I had a very bad experience with this company! Tech came out and gave me an estimate for rodent exclusion and removal that was lower than the other 2 companies I had estimates from. I gave Patriot the go ahead to do the job, they sent me a written agreement and scheduled the work. Prior to the work being done I asked the tech to explain his approach to rodent trapping which was different from the approach of the other 2 companies. He defended his approach and was very convincing so I went ahead and gave him the go ahead to continue. The next day (which was 1 day before the scheduled work) the manager called me and said they were canceling the agreement. He stated he had a gut feeling this was NOT a good fit for his company (really? that's what they do). I think the tech under quoted the job but he would not tell me that directly even though he did say they don't usually do this type of work for less than $600-700 which was lower than my quoted price. Beware when calling this company that you are getting a valid quote and get something in writing with a signature.
I own a little rental house in Prescott. Tenants said they were hearing something in the walls. I figured it was nice or rats and I started calling around. The first company said they'd go out for a free inspection and send me a bid. I told them I didn't want a damned bid, I wanted to know what was in there and what it would cost to get rid of them. This isn't rocket science. I want bids for construction not little jobs. I also know that when people write up contracts for little things, I'm going to be paying more than the job warrants. Fool me once... Got the stupid bid. A ridiculous amount. Called patriot and Steve went out that day and did the same job for a third the amount. He's the guy you want. No marketing fluff, and a good job for a good price. Highly recommend.

The mark of a great company is one that responds positively when something goes wrong. We had a minor issue with a service call and when we explained it to management, they were all over it and corrected things immediately and initiated a re-training program for their employees. Simply, they made things right. We have found everyone with this company to be top notch; polite; professional and thorough. We highly recommend them for home and commercial pest control work.
They guarantee work for 30 day. Bs. They double rob me. Agent quoted me 400, turned around and billed my landlord 700, and when he couldn't kill the pest twisted my words and billed my landlord another 700. I still owe Journey Real State 500. I should have sued both patriot and Journey
Patriot treated a house we bought for bats, wasps and pigeons. The pigeons returned and they came out again with a more robust solution. Total professionals, very pleased. Highly recommended.
