Established in 2015.
Our history began in 1978 when our owner began his Pest Control. We have continued successfully to grow and learn all the nuances of what pest control is about in Arizona. ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

John & Javier, our management team, have a combined 68 years of service in the valley.

In 1978 John founded Patriot Pest Control here in Phoenix. In 1987 he moved to a management position with Wilson Pest Management ultimately acquiring the company in 1994. John has been an innovator in Termite treatment techniques working closely with Dow on the Sentricon Baiting System and BASF with their great product Termidor. He learned the weed and turf and ornamental application industry from Walter F. Wilson Jr., a respected pioneer in this area of the pest control industry.

Javier is a life time resident of Arizona. He is a dedicated professional with a drive and personality which has made him a "natural" in the service industry. Javier's entry into the pest control industry began with Orkin Exterminating in 1990.

Complete Pest Management and the team (our service tech-Keith) are amazing. Spotted wasps nests, a termite tunnel not seen with the normal eye and continues to be great at their service.
You are notified before they come, they leave a detailed note after service if not home. The service from start to finish is great!!!

I changed pest control companies about 6 months ago to Complete Pest Management. We have been extremely happy with the service. They have reduced our scorpion problems. They are professional and on time. Complete Pest Management notifies you the day before they come and billing is so easy. Art is such a professional and so knowledgeable on pest control. We have been using CPM now for a few years and these guys know their stuff. Termites, Rodents, mosquitos, crickets, weeds- we have had them all- and they have taken care of our house and gotten results. Customer focused and friendly, willing to work with my schedule- I can't recommend them enough!

Art was great!! I called this morning, got an appointment same day. They called & communicated their timing very well. Art showed up on time, he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest that I didn't need to spray inside my home- which is really nice since I have a young child. I really appreciated his genuine care and thoughtfulness, and of course his expertise. If I have any issues with pests in the future, these are the guys I will trust.

I have been using Complete Pool care for years and one day I was having issues with another pest control company in the area. I noticed on my weekly reports from Complete Pool Care they were also providing pest control services. I gave them a call and John came out to survey the area with his colleague Art. They took care of our termites and we have been happy ever since. A month ago we were having issues with ants. Once again , Art came out and took care of us. They are professional, thorough and responsive. I'm glad we called them!

I called out Complete Pest Management for a termite inspection after our service technician from another company found 2 small tunnels on an outside wall. There was no sign of termite activity elsewhere on our property. Stuart Babcock, General Manager of CPM, responded to my call immediately and came out promptly. He spent a significant amount of time inspecting the home and recommended top of the line chemicals to eliminate a possible infestation. He was very knowledgeable and presented his recommendations in a reasonable manner. I never felt pressured or subjected to scare tactics, which I did experience with 2 other companies. Shortly after his visit, Stuart emailed us a readable contract with outstanding pricing. We did request a few small revisions, which he honored and tended to immediately. The service technicians arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation job of both bait stations and liquid chemicals. The areas where drilling was done in the patio grout joints were expertly repaired that day. To sum it up, the customer service on all levels was excellent. They will be inspecting the bait stations multiple times this year, and I look forward to their visits. I have total confidence in this small, yet very professional company and highly recommend them to others.

I am in real estate and we refer Complete Pest Management all the time! They are professional, honest, reasonable, and effective. I personally had a scorpion infestation and they came out quickly and treated the problem, all while educating me on what I can do to help the issue. They also have a wonderful sister company, Complete Pool Care. Also a great service! I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reasonable cost with superb service. These guys are on top of their stuff!!

Live in an area with lots of scorpions and roaches, so I decided to call Complete Pest Management. Glad that I did, service is top notch and professional, this company has not missed one step at all. When the service tech showed up, and introduced himself, he asked immediately what and where are our pest issues. He spent an hour treating the house, and explained everything I needed to know about our scorpion problem. After meeting Art our technician, I knew this was the service for us. We would see on average 5 to 10 scorpions a month inside our house, now we have not seen any after three months of service. On the third month we had fire ants in our grass, showed Art on his monthly visit, they were gone the next day, and have not been back since. This is the company to go with, my wife and I are in the process of building a pool soon, we will hire them for our pool service as well, for when that time comes. First class company all the way.
