Personal service by the owner and he made a special trip to remove dead rat for my birthday outing in my yard.

Called after I saw a cockroach and was worried about rodents after purchasing a second home in north Scottsdale. I was leaving that day to go back home in a few hours and he was able to be to me in 30 min! That was really quick and responsive and helped ease my mind since I was leaving and someone wouldn't be back until the following week. We signed up for the monthly service. Good customer service.

We had a massive wasp infection on our back porch. Actually they built a huge nest, about 8 inches wide with multiple planet nests surrounding.

Chris was prompt and thorough removing the wasps and the nests. They haven't been back.

My husband does our pest spraying because it's hard to find a honest pest control guy! But, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Christopher!

He came out to our new (20 year old) home in McDowell Mountain Ranch to give the best advice on sealing out snakes and lizards from entering inside. This is after getting in touch with two other well known scorpion sealing businesses. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell.

He also was knowledgeable on termites. I highly recommend him.

Great service! Called in the morning for 3 wasp nests I needed removed and Chris was at my house a couple hours later! Chris was very friendly, personable, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this business.

Christopher was great. Connected via yelp around 5 PM and he was out the next morning. Took care of the wasps and had him treat the whole property. Haven't heard a single cricket since.

We have had Killum Pest Control for over a year now. Chris is awesome, always on time, easy to schedule, and the critters are gone! We live in an area known for scorpions and termites and Chris has done an excellent job of ridding our scorpion problem. Our dog has not been stung walking around in the backyard since we hired Killum. Thanks Chris!

Christopher was on time and provided exceptional service. We had a bee problem that he took care of immediately along with, providing a routine spray outside of our home. We will definitely be utilizing his services moving forward.

I was looking for a good pest control company.  Based on reviews, I called Chris.  He quoted me over the phone. He serviced my home the first time which I feel was just a mediocre job based on the amount of insects we were still encountering. The following month, he text me that he was going service my home. Come to find out the following week, he didn't service my home. He never informed me that he did not service my home. After I found out and I text him, he tells me he did not have my gate code. He could've easily called or text me for the code.  I asked him when he will return to service the house. He then text me that he is no longer servicing my home. I text him back asking why and he never responded.  He did not have the decency to call me or answer my text.  Very very unprofessional and never informed that he will not sercice my home to give me time to find another pest control company.  Very strange experience. I don't recomment him. Not professional, not reliable and not friendly at all. No sense of human kindness or decency.

Even though Chris was done for the day, he came right over to check my property for rats. I had a dead one in a cage trap (not that effective). My son had seen one on the spa cover! Last year, I had $550+ in spa damage, cut down citrus trees and put out cage traps. After trying the traps and winding up with $500+ in AC wires chewed, I decided I needed a professional. Chris was prompt and thorough. His plan and communications should end my costly rat problem.

Awesome customer service. Sent a message re: ant problem on a Saturday. Got a response back within minutes. Came and did service on Sunday!!! Extremely knowledgeable. Able to diagnose problems immediately that our last pest control had no clue. Chris is thorough and kind. We signed up immediately for monthly service.
