Amazing family company. Tony & team have great products & services. Superb customer service & such a kind & knowledgable bug man. Thank you for all the years of support.

Worked for this company for a month and loved it, had to quit for health reasons and never received my last check. Some disconnect between office and field staff at times but overall it wasn't a bad place they treat the customers well.

We used Premier Pest control for bugs control and Cummings for termix for years, both excelent services. After each spray, Premier called us to check if everything was good. I had a big yard with my old house and I never had any problems. This year, we moved in a new house and decided to try Sam the Bug Man. When we called in June, we were told if we purchase the higher cost POWER Spray, they garanty for 90 days. We did. A month after the spray, ants were all over and we caught two scorpins. So we called, they came and sprayed again. Now, it is August, we found scorpin again. When we called to let them know, Susan, a very unfriendly lady answered. Instead of apologizing for the inconvience customer had to go through, she said that a lot of customers purchased power spray every month. And then went on lecturing us about desert living. AND, she said power spray only guaranty for 30 days. When I explaned to her I was told 90 days. You didnt say 30 days. She raised her voice I AM TELLING YOU NOW! I understand this is a family owned business. But it is still a business! It is bound by ethics and rules. Advertising one thing and delivering another is called Bait and Switch, isn't it? Fortunately, we have choices. We will never use their services again. Just hope other people don't have to go through this kind of unpleasant experiences.

Love that this is a family owned business.  We called and they were so very helpful and made sure to accommodate us with our schedule.  Highly recommend.

I've used them since 1991 in all my homes and rentals. Great dependable service; very trustworthyOnly bugs I've found in between treatments we're dead ones. Never an upsell. I've recommended them to a number of friends who are also very pleased with results

I have been using Sam the Bug Man since 2003. I cannot recommend them highly enough -they provide quick and reasonably priced services for almost all pests and, they are extremely knowledgeable about pests here in the hills.. I know that my yard, house, pets and family are in the very best hands! You will NOT be disappointed.

My wife and I have used Tony since we moved to Scottsdale two years ago. He is without a doubt not only excellent professional but just a super guy as well. Moved here from CA over 10 years ago. In my first home, I immediately encountered my first scorpion in my house. Was ready to move back to CA until we called in Sam the Bug Man. Their local yellow pages ad caught my eye! Never found a live scorpion in the house after that.

Just moved into a new place and encountered a hoard of bees starting to build a hive right outside my front door. This was after hours, but called Sam the Bug Man and within 20 minutes, had them out to spray and kill the hive.

Great service. Great people. Very reasonable prices.  Nice to have an establishment so local and responsive to my bug needs!

This company is GREAT!  I would give then 10 stars if I could. We moved into a new house Easter weekend and discovered it was infested with ticks.  I called Sam the Bug Man and they not only knew what to do right off the bat, they came out and did it the same day (Sat before Easter).  They were really nice and went out of their way to come out on short notice on a holiday weekend. I will be using them regularly. Don't hesitate to call them!
