Crime Clean Decontamination, LLC has been in business since 1994 serving the communities of Arizona when the need arises. We are licensed, certified, permitted, insured and bonded. Crime Clean specialized in biohazard waste remediation which includes remediation of suicides, homicides, traffic fatalities, needle dens and hoarding issues. Crime Clean currently holds contracts with several area police departments as their go-to, emergency response vendor. There is never an extra charge for after-hours, weekend or holiday response. In most cases there is no out of pocket charge. We are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year

I do property management for 500+ homes across Phoenix. I got a call one Saturday morning from the father of one of our tenants telling me that someone had committed suicide in the home on Monday. It had been 5 days with body fluids and matter rotting in the house. I thought I'd seen it all in Property Management--and then I was thrown this curveball. Hazmat cleanup isn't exactly something we have on our preferred vendors list. And after 5 days, odors become a serious problem.

I did some searching on Google and called a few companies. Sharan picked up on the first call. I explained to her the situation and immediately felt comfortable working with her. I work with a variety of trades and can tell when someone knows what they're doing. Sharan knows what she's doing. She had a crew at the property within a few hours. Later that night, I received confirmation that the job was completed along with before and after photos. As a property manager that has to explain all of this to a client 2000 miles away, I couldn't ask for more. Prompt. Professional. Kind. Understanding.
