We have over 18 associates that work for Executive Carpet Services and are thrilled to have a A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.
I started Executive Carpet Services back in 1998 after a long career in retail. After receiving such poor service for getting my own carpets cleaned, I got educated in the cleaning industry through IICRC (Institute for inspection restoration and cleaning).
After 10 years in the cleaning and repair industry we now offer full restoration services. After receiving numerous complains from my cleaning customers after they have had a water loss or intrusion our water division was developed.
I am an Arizona native who graduated from Cactus High School and attended Northern Arizona University.
My wife and I have raised three children and have three crazy grandchildren. We enjoy boating, camping and are avid Arizona Coyote Fans.

We had them out again and Brennan did a great job cleaning all our wall to wall carpet and using special stain treatments and he even cleaned our front door mat! Great to work with him
My anxious dog ripped up some carpet in the bedroom and I gave this company a call for the repair after seeing some great reviews. I had to cancel last minute and they rescheduled me with no issues, it was so appreciated!
Dalton completed the repair and was thorough with explaining what he would be doing to fix it. We had extra carpet and the repair isn't noticeable at all!
We will definitely be giving Executive Carpet Services a call soon to complete carpet and tile cleaning and would recommend this company and Dalton to anyone.
We just installed new carpet and we had a small kid visit and puked all over it. I immediately called and they were able to come out the next day. They arrived on-time, were polite, worked quickly and got all the stains out. Dalton and Dale were the two employees that arrived and they were great. Explained the whole process and cost and then got right to work. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

My new roommate insisted on getting the carpets clean and I was all for it. We tried to call several companies to come out, but all of them were unavailable or didn't have their own water tank to do the job.
We happened to come across Executive Carpet and took and chance and we definitely got lucky. Josh Y. did such a great job and the carpets have never looked better.
He was able to explain everything very easily and was quite personable. Not only was he done very quickly and efficiently, he also gave me an excuse to get out of an unnecessary work meeting. I cannot thank him enough lol.
I am certain that I will need carpet cleaning services again in the future and I know who I will be calling. Thank you Executive!
Friendly, prompt and reasonably priced. The guys who came to clean the couch did a great job: I wish I remembered the name because he was excellent. Anyways, thank you for making our couch like new again

Responsive and reliable. I would definitely use them again. I would've gave them 5 stars but when they were vacuuming my upstairs the carpet hose scratch up my walls.

Brennan did my carpet cleaning for my 1 bedroom apartment and I want to say it was an exceptional service. He was on time, very friendly and communicative and knowledgeable about his job. Definitely recommend using Brennan and his Company!!!
Exceeded expectations!!! Dalton came out to help us save our 19 year old carpet. It was old and we have had many pets and kids on it over the years. Stains. It was embarrassing. We intended to replace it but it kept getting pushed to the back burner. Well, we decided to move so we were hoping that the carpet could be salvaged so we wouldn't need to invest money in replacing the flooring before putting our house up for sale. I am so pleased with the results! It looks fabulous! Dalton got the stains and wear out and refreshed it. We will be taking better care of the carpet in our new home and so I'll be calling Executive Carpet Service in the future. Highly recommend!
Why are there only 5 stars? I wish there were 10. I just had my carpet cleaned and stretched today by 2 great guys. Dalton and Carlos. They did an excellent job on my carpet, and I have a lot of it! Some of the carpet was very badly installed. They had to really work to get it stretched properly. The cleaning was so great! My carpet feels so clean and soft now. I highly recommend this company to clean your carpet. They definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you both Dalton and Carols! Fabulous job! I WILL be bringing you back next year.

I will always use Executive Carpet Services. They are able to get stains out that no other carpet cleaner can. They also get the carpets REALLY dry so I can put my house back together, same day, without any weird, musty smell. They really are the best. I highly recommend!
Professional/Genuine/Respectful/Responsive and hard working. Dalton, Jayden and Brandon provided the service I was looking for. Will utilize them again.

The guys at ECS will get the job done professionally for a fair price.
I was originally referred to them by my father who had used them in his home several times.
As a realtor, I have had them clean the carpets at several of my clients homes as a closing gift.
They've always had great customer service to match their great cleanings.
I will continue to use them and refer them to my friends, family, and clients.
These guys are amazing. They were quick to respond to a flood we had and did an amazing job. It was a pretty stressful morning waking up to our 1st floor completely flooded, but they totally saved the day. Their communication was great and they arrived when they said they would. Awesome customer service! I'm so thankful they were on the receiving end of our distress call. They made a stressful situation way less daunting. I would definitely recommend them!

This was an extremely painless affair for me. I contacted Executive Carpet Services because I was moving out of my apartment. The reason I used Executive was because my landlord recommended them. I had a pretty good relationship with my landlord, and I figured that they wouldn't use someone who wasn't reputable.
Executive Carpet Services gave me a three hour arrival window. I work in an industry where two hours is the norm, but that's not a deal breaker. At least they guaranteed it would be before lunch, so I'm pretty happy with that. I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who came to clean my carpet, as he was pretty outstanding, but I've worked with a considerable number of vendors over the past month.
But here is the deal with moving. I referred to Yelp for all of my potential vendors. Some of them were outstanding. Some of them were acceptable. And some of them were unacceptable. I would put Executive Carpet Cleaning in the category of outstanding.
The technician arrived right in the middle of my arrival window and told me he would be done in 30 minutes. I ran to put gas in my car. When I returned about 30 minutes later, he was wrapping up. The carpets look outstanding.
I do recommend these folks. I wish I knew more about the industry so I could go more into detail.

These guys were a life saver...life happened with the stomach bug and our gang load of kids...hence, we needed a carpet cleaner in a hurry!!! The crew was on the job less than 24 hours after my call and did a great job! The carpet looks and smells like new! Outstanding customer service all around as well as good pricing. No hesitation recommending or using Executive again in the future.

I have used ECS four times now in my old apartment and my current place. I'm always impressed and I always get the best price. THe guys are really nice and they always tell me what is needed to clean my carpet. They discuss all prices before doing the job and they have never tried to swindel me. I refer them to anyone. P.S. my dog penny lovesssss when the carpet gets clean she just roles all over it!
I've used Executive Carpet two times. Both for upholstery and carpet cleaning. A sectional couch I had my doubts about, came out like new and the carpet did likewise. Price was very reasonable. Would certainly use them again.
