We are an electronics restoration company that works with insureds, insursnce companies, content companies and contractors specifically dealing with appliances and electronics within the home or business. We will evaluate the loss, inventory and remove items from loss location (home or business) so that reconstruction can start. We then store all items in our climate controlled storage. We then test/clean and return items that were salvageable. We can responsibly dispose any total loss items. Yellowjackets is a full Sevice tech company so we will fully install all your items back so that you don’t need to worry about doing that yourself or having to call some else out. We do it all and we connect with you and your gear.

Yellow Jackets was established the day the owner Johnny’s first born son was born when he made the amazing choice to go out on his own and creat an amazing company of his own and supply a great honest company for the insurance/ Restoration industry. Yellow Jackets is a newer electronics company name to the valley of the sun, but owner Johnny has been in the electronics restoration game for over 10 plus years. He is known well in the industry and can handle anything that is thrown his way.

Johnny Is 37 years old has been in the Restoration industry for over 15 years and specifically in the electronics, low voltage and appliances. Johnny has level 1 level 2 Electronics certification to process electronics (CTR) also has his IICRC fire smoke certification, and his Odor control “OCT” certification. Various Appliance training certifications repair classes. Been train to use Exactimate and ICAT solution softwares to better assist the insured and insurers for a better claim results. Johnny been training with all IT hardware and A/V (Audio and video) equipment. Johnny has made great relationships with what he likes to call his own geek squad team of nerds that can handle any insurance claim involving electronics, Sound engineer, Level 3 A/V techs, and level 3 appliance repair techs and more.
