HISTORY

Established in 2016.
Service Experts is a new business name but not a new business. It's a family owned company. Zach and Hunter are brothers and they took over this company for their parents. They grew up in the industry. Their father started his water damage company in 1994 and has been working hard ever since and teaching his kids about this business their whole lives. In 2016 he decided to sell his boys the company and assist them in making they best, most honest water damage company in Arizona. It's been a family business for over 20 years and we plan on having it stay a family business for another 20 more years.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Zach grew up in the industry and has been doing water damage restoration full time for 7 years. He's a very honest and caring person and loves to please customers and makes sure they have the best customer service and experience with the company and our technicians. His goal is to raise the standard in the industry so all the other companies have to match our quality of work and integrity. He does weekly customer service and water technician trainings with his employees to make sure all of our customers are satisfied.

Hunter is the manager and is currently certified in lead, asbestos, mold, mater and air quality testing. He's been in the industry for 5 years now and has more experience and knowledge than most people in this industry. He's usually on everyone job site at least once to introduce himself and to make sure things go as planned.

The best thing about this company isn't the money. It's the opportunity we have to help people in a time of need during a stressful environment.

Great service the reps explained the process in away I could understand and have kept myself and insurance up to date daily. They have always been to my house on time when they said they would be here. I would recommend Patterson to everyone.

We had water damage from our upstairs bathtub into our kitchen ceiling and walls. Patterson was amazing working with us and insurance making sure the process went as smooth as possible and remained in the parameters of the insurance estimate. They even had even had an issue with our supervisor not responding to us mid repairs for days and they escalated the issue and immediately reassigned to another supervisor who went above and beyond to take care of us ASAP. I was shocked with how well they handled this issue as it certainly was a nail in the coffin and I was holding the hammer ready to swing. They gained all my future business, not only based on the amazing repair job they did, but based on how management handled the employment issue internally to not disrupt the quality of customer service they pride themselves in.
