Updated review: I had a pipe bust in my bathroom that lead to water damage on my drywall and flooring in my bedroom. The plumbing company I used to fix it right away and I was referred to the restoration company Rocky Mountain restoration. They were only able to do some drying out of the water damage. They sent the referral over to Brighthome to tear the flooring out and replace it. I had originally given a lower review because it took so long. Apparently there was just a miscommunication and after a discussion with Brendan over at Brighthome they were able to get my situation fixed and repaired right away. Would 100% use them again.

In Aug 2022, my home in Gilbert was hit by a giant monsoon storm that overwhelmed my sump pump and flooded 80% of my basement.  I called Andy's team and Andy himself came to my house after-hours to measure and photograph the damage...he actually spent 3 hours ensuring an accurate, complete estimate was prepared to submit to the insurance company... outlined in a format exactly how the insurance company claims department requires!  

This is so HUGE...because, the insurance company's initial review of Bright Home Construction's estimate was my final approved claim amount...when I spoke to the insurance claim's manager she said, and I quote, I don't see anything on here that would be an issue covering.  

More so, even if there was, Bright Home Construction actually is one of the few rehab/renovation construction companies I know that works directly with Insurance companies on behalf of the homeowner; negotiating, explaining, and articulating the proper claim amount and coverage is received by the homeowner.  

All in all, it was less than 20-days from when claim was approved to project completion...and they made it a point to complete before my daughter's 11-birthday party!!!

We had some old planter bowls and columns that needed to be removed from our front yard. We got several bids from different contractors. Andy by far is the most efficient and courteous. After surveying the columns, he gave us 2 bids based on the scope of the project and possible unexpected structural issues. His pricing was competitive and transparent so we felt comfortable with proceeding. His crew arrived and got work right away. They are tidy and efficient. You can't even tell there were columns sitting there previously.

Had some needs for quick drywall repairs. Was worried about them matching existing texture, but the crew did a fantastic job. Once painted, can't even tell there was a 2' hole in my ceiling.

I also had them do some tile work on our custom built entertainment center and it turned out incredible. 100% recommend.

I thought of my water leak as a real nightmare, until I found Andy and his crew! They repaired, and restored my home back, if not better than before my damage. His crew arrived on time, job was completed on time, and the clean up was amazing. For a honest contractor , and quality work...this is your company!
