Arizona's Mr Fix It

What a great array of quality, affordable services this company offers! I have used them for over two years now for inside and outside projects from a shed tear down to repair of my sliding glass door, to a leak in my kitchen sink. Not only are they quick to respond, quick to compete the job, polite and good at cleaning up after themselves, but it's always at the best price I find anywhere. I think what I like most about Linda and her team - what makes it really stand out - is that she is just plain helpful and as concerned about my bottom line as her own. I have called her several times to say 'This is what is happening, what do you think it is?" and she'll say "It's probably this or that. Try this and see if it works. If not, call me back." She could just as easily have said, "We'll come over and charge you $x but she didn't and doesn't." That's nice!

I own a small business too, and I know that for every 19 nice customers there are bound to be one or two that you can't please no matter how much you stand on your head for them. And they're often the folks who vent their spleen unreasonably on these review sites. So I thought it only right to take the time to tell you how great this company is. I thoroughly recommend Arizona's Mr. Fixit to any metro-Phoenix business or individual.

We are absentee landlords and Linda has been very helpful in working with us to maintain our property.  We found them by a referral from Home Depot for an electrical project that was very difficult.  We met Terry when we were onsite between tenants.  He handled several problems very well.  We have never had to do the same thing twice.  AZ Mr FixIt works well with our tenants, provides accurate estimates, and always notifies us when unexpected issues arise.  It says a lot that we have worked with them for nearly two years by phone and email while not on site!

The jobs I hired Mr. Fit It got done~Eventually! What should have been a two day job turned into four & i wound up with a $799 bill. That was was over three times what I paid for the items they installed.

Nice workers but WAY TOO SLOW.

Still waiting for an itemized bill.

Today is July 25, 2018. I have yet to receive an itemized bill from this company. Home Depot recommended them & tried to intervene to settle this. Arizona's Mr Fit It refused.

Beware-if you hire this company & results are problematic they will not work with you to resolve! My suggestion is hire another company that contracts work by the JOB-not the HOUR. Too much of an incentive to take their time.

Excellent service and competitive pricing.  I would use in the future if I need a handyman again.

Excellent job and outstanding customer service. Jacob did a great job removing all of our ceiling fans and security door in record time. He was very professional. The company was so understanding and accommodating on our special circumstance.We will definitely be using them again.

Friendly handyman. The woman over the phone is very nice as well. We had our closet rods fixed, new door knobs replaced and a breaker box switched. The handyman was very quick and did not waste any time. We were very pleased with the work and will definitely be calling for more work.

Have been looking for a good handyman for sometime and unfortunately, I'll have to keep looking. We needed three new sinks installed and Mr. Fix it was not happy that there were other trades working in the house, mad that he'd have to get some supplies, and unwilling to work past four. Besides, he was rude to my girlfriend. I fired them and am getting someone else.

Was referred to Arizona's Mr Fix It through Home Depot.  They were a now show and no call.  When I tried to call their number was not in service.  I can't believe Home Depot uses such unreliable contractors.

Terry was excellent!!! Very professional and a "throwback" craftsman who takes pride in his work. He came onsite, sized up the job, looked at several alternatives, then systematically walked me through the best options. I will keep this company on speed dial and will use them in the future!

I have used this company for several years, and will continue to do so. Their handymen are knowledgeable, polite, and prompt. Their rates are fair.  They have helped me with an electrical socket, washing machine, and cabinetry.  They take pride in their work.
