Denny's Quality Pest Control

I have had their service for a least 10 years, if I did have a complaint they came right out to try and make it right and they do take care of it.  As far as their rates I think they are very good.   The owner Candy is usually the person I deal with and she is very courteous and answers my questions when they come up.  

I do not have a problem with them at all and when they spray the next day I will always find dead bugs outside of my home which they spray has taken care of.

Terrible!  They came out less than 2 weeks ago due to me seeing a lot of spiders.  Over the weekend I've killed 2 big wolf spiders!!  I called them to ask them to send someone out and they told me no because I'm not a monthly customer!!  If you did your job right I wouldn't have to have you come out once a month!!!  Won't do business with them anymore and will let everyone I've referred to them know What happened.

So just giving this company one star because I can't give them none. They came out two weeks ago 3 hours late without a phone call or anything, they got here late and rushed out of here. I been using them for 5 years now and this is the first time they did not do a good job. Called in and they said they will be back, this man came and started complaining that why did I call and said I did not do a good job while smoking at my front door. I told him apparently they did not a good job that time. He said the F word and said they are not spraying again. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place to anyone again...

In July 2021 and again August 2021, Denny's Pest Control sprayed the outside of our property, within days there was no difference, started seeing the same insects.
Toward the middle of spraying, the technician disconnected our water hose and began filling up his 50-gallon tank with water, while he continues to spray the last portion of our property he continued to fill up the 50-gallon tank, he left with a full tank and when he arrived he came with a low tank.  The technician didn't connect our hose back to the facet when he left.
When I called the office to inquire about the excessive use of water, they said it's normal, to use the customer's water.
I did not appreciate that they didn't ask if they use our water for their next customer.

Not a happy customer

Always quality service with friendly employees. They have reasonable and fair prices. The technicians listen to your requests and apply a good layer of pesticides. This was my second time using them with many more visits to come.

I've been a customer of this company for the past 21 yrs. - a testament to their good customer service!  Kandy has called me every 3 months for the past 21 yrs to remind me that it's been awhile and they'll be in my area if I'm ready for them to spray again. Honestly, if it wasn't for her great customer service I probably wouldn't have remained their customer for so many years. She makes it sooo easy for me and I am so glad that she calls me on the regular!  Over the years I've had two or three different 'bug guys' come to either my old house of the current one I live in and each of the men have always been very professional and friendly. I have never felt uncomfortable in my home with anyone from Denny's QPC.  Additionally, their prices are reasonable and they have always cashed my checks in a timely manner.  I really like this company and highly recommend them.

Have been using Denny's since 1997 at my houses.  Never a problem, always on time. If you have a problem they take care of it NOW! Good service at a quality price. Same Technician since the 2000's. What more could you want?

We have Denny's spraying our house for bugs for years now and I wouldn't change a thing!! We had a major cricket outbreak and they took care of it. We haven't seen nearly as many scorpions or anything else for that matter. We only have them spray the outside and occasionally the garage and that works perfectly for us. The technicians are polite and thorough.

We have used Denny's for 13 years and always have been happy with them. I call and they are always out within a few days. The technicians are always friendly and helpful.

It's a great feeling when you use a service and they actually do what you expect the outcome should be. It is my first time using Denny's and completely satisfied. I was referred to Denny's by a existing customer (Carol). Candy is very personable and professional when you call to inquire about information refrence the services. Mark the tech was very informative and through.He took his time and I feel did a great job. There are results are already happening in less then 24 hours. I will be referring Denny's anyone asking for a great pest control company.

This place is bogus! I had inside and outside of my house sprayed less than a month ago, and I am seeing more spiders and bugs NOW than I was seeing before!!!

When I called to complain they said that they do not guarantee until after the 2nd service. Why would I want them to come out again if they didn't even do it right the first time!!!!

Stay away from this company! Horrible customer service!

We have used Denny's for several years and Jerome Portee is an amazing technician. He is extremely professional and very thorough. We live next to the desert and Jerome is attentive to any bug issues we may mention to him. He even helped chase a snake from a backyard tree. We trust Jerome completely and know he will do an outstanding job with the service both inside and out. Our unwelcome critters are now non-existent due to his diligence. Jerome is a definite asset to Denny's and they are very lucky to have such a competent employee.

We live in the East Valley and see a variety of pests from time to time, (other than door-to-door solicitors.)  Among those are: scorpions, Black Widow spiders, crickets, earwigs and who knows what.  As far as we're concerned a good scorpion is a dead scorpion; and Denny's, over two decades of using them, has provided excellent services and results.  Our technician and welcome visitor to our home is Jerome who does a thorough and professional job each time he's been to our home. We hold no illusion that one or two visits or periodic follow-ups will remove the problem entirely but we certainly have been rewarded in having problems extremely well-controlled.  Cheers!

I've been using these guys for the last 13 years.  They are punctual, pleasant and very helpful.  They come out for routine service once per month.  Unfortunately, I live in Phoenix and there has been a lot of construction and activity in my neighborhood, so I had seen more roaches.  They were dead or dying, thanks to the regular service, but I called the company and they arranged to have Jerome come out again.  As always, he was very friendly and helped me identify areas where they could be coming in (mostly drains) and what I could do to block those areas.  As I said, I've been using them for years and even used them for bee removal a year or so ago.  All staff is always courteous and pleasant.
