Established in 2017.
Fernando, always having an entrepreneur drive, decided to start his own company; CimeX Control, which will allow him to build the most exciting, innovative, creative, and employee centric Pest company. Time management and delivery made Fernando the successful business man he has become. He believes in being a life-long learner so he continues his education in Monthly seminars and reading one book per month. The best part of Fernando is being an amazing husband to his wife Ann and the best dad to Antonio and Iliana.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Born in Panama City, Panama Fernando Torres found himself moving to Cleveland Ohio at the age of 13. Without speaking English, he learned the language and graduated from Streetsboro High School. At the age of 21.

These guys are truly amazing! I have been using their services for about a year now and have been so happy with what I pay for. Their products work great and are safe to spray in the house. I even saw a few scorpions a couple of weeks after a treatment, and they came out to spray again no questions asked and no additional charge. I have had Alex mostly coming to my house recently and he is just so badass! Super friendly and a great listener. Not only that but very informative. He understands that my partner sleeps during the day because of work and is super quiet not to disturb her or my dog. The customer service is exceptional, and even through this pandemic, they have been very reliable! Wouldn't even think about switching services!
Cimex Pest Control Never ceases to amaze me. I use them for my monthly pest control, but they recently really helped me out of a jam when we returned home from a two week vacation to a not so pleasant scene. They were out that same day to help rescue this damsel in distress. Thank you as always for your great service!
I contacted them because of a recommendation from my HOA. After asking a bunch of questions, I was confident in setting up a monthly service with them. The first time they came out, the guy knocked on the door to let me know he would be spraying. He was very friendly but was here and gone in less than 10 minutes. Still crickets everywhere, and new ant hills. I thought it may have been a fluke and decided to let them come out again the following month. I timed from the time he left my front door to the time he got back in his truck, 6 minutes. You can't even walk the perimeter of my front and back yard in that time. I can see that several people have been happy with them, and it may just be the guy that was assigned to my house, but I will not recommend them to anyone.
I'm not happy with rodents under my shed or black widow spiders in my cactus. Mr Fernando came out and knocked them out! He'll explain why he is using what products he does, his method, & anything else you may want to know pest-related. Super knowledgeable! Super friendly! And no slack! The guy got in, asked some questions, assessed it, and got to work lickitysplit. I just love doing business with licensed, family-run businesses!
Highly recommend Cimex Control! I had an ant problem that I couldn't resolve on my own. Cimex quickly solved it and the ants were gone the same day. Very professional, friendly and efficient! Will be calling on them for any future pest issues.
I was given Fernando's name by a mutual friend. And I am so glad I asked her. He is an absolute gem. So sweet. So kind and works fast. And to date I have not seen any signs of the little pests. I would definitely recommend his company. He was thorough and charged a more than reasonable amount. I thought for sure would be double that. So if you want a great company call Fernando.
