Bernie is a true professional. My fiancee got in touch with Bernie last week regarding a bee issue we came across in our backyard. Bernie was able to come out the same day to access the situation and take action. The following day our bee problem was gone. Bernie was persistent after the service with follow ups to check on the bees and even came back out to do a thorough check. His price was extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend this business.

Zach is awesome! He is very knowledgable, affordable and doesn't have contracts. He's organized and has never needed to reschedule or not show up. We have our primary residence and our rental house and Zach is prompt to come to either one when we call him. We had to call him on a Friday because we found some ants at our rental and had someone checking in on a Saturday. He came Saturday morning and the renters were none-the-wiser because they were all gone by the time they arrived. He's incredibly thorough and considerate. He came once while our baby was asleep and he was quiet and polite. I'm not sure there's anyone friendlier either. We highly recommend Zach for your pest control needs!

I've lived in Chandler for over 10 years and have had several different companies help with scorpions and bugs.  But Power Strike is the best hands down!!!  We were having an issue with ants.  They treated once and came back a second time at no cost to make sure our issue was handled.  If you are having problems with critters of any kind I recommend Power Strike Pest Control.  Great, intelligent, friendly service.

Our technician Levi was great! Friendly, on time and very professional! He assured us that all chemicals used are safe around pets and children which is a huge plus. We hate bugs and scorpions and we have not seen any around our house inside or outside. Their prices are really good too! Highly recommend.

I met Meechee K, owner of Honey Horizons, through the Phoenix and west valley beekeeping community. I have, and continue to, use her services as a bee keeping mentor. I also purchased my first nucleus colony from her and that colony is healthy and going strong.  As a mentor she shares all that she knows and is always looking to educate herself in current and reliable bee keeping methods. She never rushes the time she spends with me whether in person or on the phone. I expect she is the same with her removal clients. She willing shares her knowledge with her clients.  Meechee K is professional, conscientious and always works with integrity. I highly recommend her services. It's best to remove and relocate bees. It benefits everyone.

I received a flyer from Bye Bye Bugs on my front door. I called them and
set an appointment for Thursday evening to come take a look at the yard as I was interested in their full package including Pest Control, Landscape, and Weed maintenance. Skyler came out to assess our house. He was nice and prompt. After spending almost an hour reviewing Skyler advised me that he would have called quote to me Friday or Monday at the very latest.
So far everything is perfect, this company is based out of Vistancia just blocks from my house, Skyler spoke highly of the company which was started by his sister and Brother-in-law, he was nice, prompt and seemed knowledgeable.
That was the last we have heard from this company. I called the following Wednesday and Thursday to find out what happened. All I was able to do is leave a message on Wednesday and didn't bother leaving one on Thursday.
Why solicit business in your own neighborhood just to be flaky and waste everyone's time.

Hired Tyler with Axis Pest  (602-315-5936) to cure our infestation of Ear Wigs. He promptly scheduled a visit with us and eradicated the problem. Quite a meticulous and  courteous young man. Very pleased with the results.

It's been about a month since our house was sealed and I am thrilled to report that aside from a tiny spider here or there, we've had NO uninvited guests.  If you're having bug issues, I highly recommend having your house sealed.  It was somewhat expensive but the peace of mind has been worth it.

Best service there is in the industry.

Hiring a pure-play weed management company was the best homeowner decision I've made in a while. Don knows his stuff far better than your typical landscaper does. He takes the time to explain things to you, guarantees his work, and most of all it's effective!

Don't mess around with the chemicals yourself. Stop the endless pulling. Give up on your landscaper's half-hearted treatments. Hire the pros.

I signed a contract with Jeff to clean off the roofs, coat the roof to protect from pigeon droppings and trap the pigeons for two months.
they never showed up for the two additional months. I threatened small court claim against them. Jeff said he had a personal issue and was unable to come back. However, they did come back but did not get rid of all the pigeons. I had a roofer out to replace some tile and the roofers told me there was a lot of pigeon droppings on the roof and they had to clean the areas where they installed new roof tile.
There still are a few pigeons on the roof but I believe that they have returned after Jeff got rid of the original pigeons.
I don't think I got what I paid for and would never hire them again.

Horrible, unethical company. Art, who I presume is the owner, REFUSED, to perform a bid on our house simply becuase my husband works for the competition. Not only did he refuse to do the bid, he then bashed the company my husband works for. I have never encountered this level of unprofessionalism with ANY service person who we have worked with in the past. Art needs to take a lesson or two in customer service. He will no go far in the industry bashing other companies.

I wish I could give it zero stars! Their door to door salesman just rang our door bell and then when we didn't answer knocked on the door and when we still didn't answer rang the door bell again and knocked again! What kind of bull is that? Clearly if we didn't answer the first time we are not interested! He literally interrupted a very important work conference call I was on because he wouldn't leave! I am pissed!

I paid 965.00 to rodent proof my house and the work done by Rodent Proof was sloppy...I would not recommend this company.  When sealing up the house they missed spots so rodents could easily access the house again and they did....

TERRIBLE  customer service when you need it the most. We have been using Amera for many years. For the last year or so I have been telling the technician we have crickets in our bathroom and he said he would take care it it. He spent about 10 minutes spraying in the yard each time and the cricket problem continued. We had remodeling done in our bathroom and when the jacuzzi tub was pulled out there was a huge cricket infestation in the wall.  I immediately called Amera and requested a technician come out ASAP - the receptionist said they could get someone out the following week. Seriously - crickets hopping all over the bathroom and they expected me to wait a week. She said if someone was running ahead of schedule they might be able to come by later that day. There are multiple Amera trucks in our community every day! What good is a pest control company if they can not be relied on in an emergency? I called another company who sent a technician out with in the hour - he called to tell me he was on his way and took care of the cricket problem and looked over the yard and addressed some other issues which Amera had completely overlooked. He called me two days after the treatment to see if everything was done to our satisfaction. I called Amera back and said no need to send someone out and cancel all of my further appointments. The receptionist asked why and when i told her that we could not reply on them when we needed them her reply was a snippy sorry.
