KILLING HONEYBEES.
This company sprays and kills hundreds of thousands of honeybees in neighborhoods rather than actually removing and relocating them with trained beekeepers.

We have been using sexton pest control for 10 years on a monthly basis.  They are always polite, dependable, extremely thorough,  and we have had no pest problems since we started doing business with them.  They always go out of their way to make sure we're happy. We would not even consider changing at this time.

We just had Eric the New Yorker out. What amazing service. I flagged him down on Wednesday and he was able to service my house by today (Saturday). He was very thorough in explaining everything to me. Making sure we had everything we wanted serviced. Leaving no area undone. He showed up in the time slot he was scheduled to be here. He was very polite to my wife and kids and of course myself. From the scheduling with Emily at the office who was amazing as well. Made sure I understood the service I was purchasing and getting Eric out to me right away. I would 100% recommend this company to any body and everybody. Thanks Eric look forward to seeing you in a month for your next visit.

We've had Sexton Pest Control for 15 yrs. I'm not sure why now. Initially they did a great job servicing our in-wall pest tubes. Then they stopped that service. We had monthly service and monthly we had pests. This wasn't the case during the first few years. Also, we had the same tech for years and then things changed. The constant turnover of service tech didn't seem too safe to use. A new tech coming to our house every 4-6 months wasn't the way to go. Glad we switched to Simply Green. We don't see any pest between our Simply Green service.

It's both incredibly unprofessional and dangerous to entirely block the driveway of a home, especially when it isn't even the home that you are servicing.

Fraudulent business! Paid them to come and remove wasp nest. They sprayed and removed it. He says if they show up again in the next few days to call them back and they will take care of it. Well they are back and have started a bigger and stronger nest, and when I called they told me I would have to pay the fee again!

I have a termite warranty with Sexton, and have had to call their technicians four different times for the same area. Each time after the treatment, the termites would come back.

On a separate note, we have had regular pest spraying inside and outside the house after calling them about terrible ants in our backyard, and it did absolutely nothing to fix our ant problem.

Very displeased with their service. I give them two stars because their technicians are always very nice and courteous.

Well here it is Nov. 2017.  When I thought John had done my service in June 2017 I promptly mailed Sexton my Check.  
Come to find out John didn't perform service.  When I called and asked for a refund I got lip service from Erica and then she hung up on me!
Finally got put thru to Vivian August 15th and she said she'd take care of it right away.  August 20th, still no check and put thru to voice mail for Vivian, also the case on Oct. 19, 2017 put thru to voice mail.
This speaks volumes to the Integrity of the people working their and just read the other reviews and you'll change your mind about using them!

Actually it was (Mr.) Kent Sexton himself, I have no way of knowing how many Mr. Sextons are part of the company, what position they hold.., If Kent
Sexton is the owner of Sexton Pest Control, obviously he must not need the
money nor trust from any client.
He seems to be confused about one fact at least, he, his company work for
their clients; not the other way around!  Without clients, their is no company.   From what I have read here I realize my situation with Sexton
Pest Control is not unique.    I wish I had read these reviews before using
a favorable recommendation from one person alone.

We moved to Scottsdale 3 summers ago and up until just a week or so ago never had a reason for an in-between visit.  Our usual service man Mike showed up, when I told him the problem, a Tick I found in my house. He had a silly grin on his face. Very patronizing.  I am a sufferer of what is  referred to as Lyme disease, I am wheelchair bound.  He knew that, but said it wasn't a tick but a bed bug.  I told him he was wrong and gave him a card from

International Lyme Associated Diseases picturing all sorts of ticks  to make it easy to identify.  He kept the same attitude I then found
a photo of a tick and bed bug side by side.  Noting really that similar.  A tick has 8 legs a bed bug has  six.  This part of my incident no longer needs explanation.  The very worse part came from Kent Sexton , as I said.  Off the bat he was rude, non-professional plus did not attempt to apologize on behalf of His company for a thing I  actually mentioned that to him.  He obviously pretended to listen . He then said We will see you tomorrow.  Slow on the up-take, I suppose, I went to Sexton's web-site to check. their phone number to Cancel my contract with them only to see This account is suspended across my screen.

I now have read many reviews that refer to billing, clients stopping their service and being billed for long periods of time  with no service and continue to receive payment and passed due charges .

The ar a feqw favorable reviews but many other bad reviews relating to services of all kinds.

Therefore, I am informing everyone of the unbelievable response to the first complaint I ever made.  Decide for yourself.

Edited Edit- Nope, sick of waiting and failed attempts. Did research, bought equipment and chemicals and did the work myself w/ my husband, it was hard, but worth it. This company is awful when doing it yourself is the easier. My house is termite free now thanks to me.

Edited - So i gave it 1 star previously but it felt a little harsh as they really are always so nice whenever i interact w/ this place.  Maybe i just have a super difficult case of termites that is causing the need for 5 visits.

The company did call me to set up a 5th appointment after some pestering from me to try again and this time they will be trenching and foaming. I think I'm justified to still be upset that these options weren't done during the last 4 visits over the last 8 to 9 months with the same area having the same problem but like at least now they are trying. Also at least now i know what trenching is and that is basically needed with post tension slabs so i know what to look out for in the future.

I don't think ill be looking to pressure for a refund anymore as they are doing the work but the first few times they sent a young person to do the spraying and i think the less experienced person is where this all snow balled out of control at. Now they really are only sending the experienced person the past few visits for consistency.

I'll keep the old review down below for reference, I had to delete a few paragraphs because of character limits in the review.

Read this before going with this company to make sure you make an informed decision.
A year warranty for termites wont do you much good if in that year the termites never go away.

They come out 4 times to my place to treat the same area in my bathroom for termites. They came out every 2 months because the termites just would not go away. I had to get 2 different inspectors from different companies to check their work to see what exactly they were doing wrong and i got my answers.

So i paid for a full treatment and warranty for a year when termites were found when i moved in. Instead of doing a full treatment they came and just did spot treatments, which at first i just took it as maybe the termites wernt as bad as i thought or maybe this was normal (its not).

But the termites came back, the 2nd time the same person came and was talking about possibly drilling into the concrete if it doesn't work this next time but he spot treated again. It still didn't work

The 3rd time a different person came out that was their 'experienced' person, he spot treated again. It didn't work.

The 4th time they brought the experienced rep back and a inspector to try and resolve the problem. This time they didn't drill into the concrete but they drilled into my walls and got some chemicals in there to see if this would work but drilling into the concrete was brought up again as a possibility. It still didn't work

So in this time I was a little bothered because the termites were getting even more aggressive no matter what they were doing so i called in a few other companies to do a inspection and see what they were doing wrong. The two companies that came out immediately identified the problem. My house has post tension slabs, so you are NOT ever supposed to drill into it and should never even consider it. The only way to treat termites in a house like mine is to do something called a full or partial trench. Both companies advised that trench work is always included during a first visit as that's how they guarantee the work for a year, spot treating a house with a post tension slab is just not something that will work for subterranean termites, especially not for an aggressive ongoing problem. They were surprised there was no evidence of them ever trying to trench especially after the amount of visits they came out to treat. They explained if i paid for treatment with a 1 year warranty and they didn't trench then i likely got scammed because the work wasn't done as no reasonable company would be able to guarantee the work without a trench as quite obviously (to them) it just wouldn't work. Apparently the majority of why people hire  for termites is because of trench work like this as it can often be time consuming. Spot treating is for upkeep only

I didn't know better nor did I ever like monitor what work this company was doing and sorta just figured this was standard. Sexton Pest Control or the workers they hired likely were trying to just save time and not do the full work that I paid for. Makes no sense why they would either, having them come out every 2 months I think would be a hassle, why wouldn't they ever try and trench? I believe its likely due to them hiring inexperienced people that just don't know better. Them recommending to drill into my foundation is a good example of that, and them never trenching to treat the one and only area I was having problems with is another example.

Your home is a big investment, use a more reputable company for termites

KEITH is the specialist who is our pest control exterminator and who sprays our house inside and out.  He is exceptionally proficient, knowledgable, and considerate, and careful in his work. We get plenty of advance notice of the appointment, and he is always on time, does his work quietly, efficiently, and with good manners. He was able to help us today with an emergency water problem we were having. He is a kind person, and we feel comfortable with him taking care of our home.

RIP OFF ALERT!

I would not recommend these guys.  I paid for a scorpion treatment $120 bucks and then $40 monthly pest control to kill the food source.  Long story short I still had scorpions, crickets and bugs after 3 months of food source control and the scorpion treatment. (I think they watered down the chemicals since they couldn't kill the crickets).  I was told it took awhile for the chemicals to work by one of the girls in the office.  3 months is more than enough time for chemicals to set in!

Another interesting fact - I told the tech I believed it was possible the scorpions were coming from my attic.  I asked if they could treat the attic and I was told it was illegal to do this.  Interestingly, I found a new company that will treat the attic and they said it was not illegal but that Sexton just didn't offer the service so lied in order to keep my business.  

The girls who work in the office are not friendly and when you want to cancel their service you can't just do so over the phone.  They have to send you to a supervisor!  If a supervisor isn't in the office one will call you back.  Ridiculous!

This is the worst company i have ever worked for. I'd rather clean toilets for 8 bucks an hour somewhere before i ever work for this hostile company again. There is so much anger in that office from the owners, management and long term office employees (only 2 because everyone they hire walks out) Asking for help is probable cause for verb discipline in-front of other co-workers, without receiving the upfront advice you asked for. It's very hard to learn when nobody is teaching you.  This is why their turn over rate is so high and that's putting it lightly.  If you go to the owners and tell them whats going on in the office you can expect to be fired a few weeks later without warning. This company only cares about themselves and turning profit. I thought i was working for a christian based company but clearly that was not the case.

I would like to really commend your tech Froy who went above and beyond his call of duty and did an adjustment to our side gate to enable easy access to our backyard so that he could carry on with his work there. He need not have done that but he did and I really appreciate the same.

John, a Prescott technician,  has provided service for us for several years. He is so personable-that's what I really like about him-very pleasant. John is very thorough, and I trust that he gives us the best attention possible. So glad he is our technician, so that we are bug and rodent free!

Worst company EVER
There are so many companies to choose from in the valley, so if your looking for prest control, make sure you go to ANY other company than this one!
So unreliable, it's actually a joke.
I had a scheduled visit for termite inspection, on a warrantied job, so, obviously they already got our money when they treated, and a year ago, and need a reinspection done. I had a appointment for a Saturday, On Friday, the company called and said the inspector had a personal emergency and needed to reschedule for Sunday. No problem. I understand things can happen. On Sunday, I waisted my entire day waiting for my call to say he was on his way, with a 5 hour window to wait, to get a call 3 hours into my scheduled time only for him to say he can't make it, and needs to reschedule AGAIN. Seriously?

these people are idiots.I used to live in AZ.I now live in So Cal.they keep phoning me to get my business.I tell them I have moved to another state,they apologize and say they'll remove me.give it a month and the muppets are phoning again.we go through the same shit again.
Now they're phoning asking for my wife.who cares where my wife is,I live in a state you don't service,STOP CALLING ME.Ok sir,if your wife isn't there we'll call back.AAAAAARGHHHHHHH.
OK time to report these brain dead morons to the Do Not Call Registry.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but if it saves someone else from experiencing poor/confused billing practices, skipped service calls, unfriendly customer service, and just plain shoddy work. I've had it with them! Switching to someone else immediately. Seems simple,,,come once or twice a month, spray some effective pest control chemicals, send a bill, get paid...then..rinse and repeat. They just can't  consistently do this.

If there was an option to not put in a star at all that is what they truly deserve ZERO Stars. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. They don't come when they say they're going to they don't give you confirmation calls they don't keep information in their system that they should have in there and this is constant. I watch several homes in the valley for clients that live elsewhere throughout the year and the ones that have Sexton, I have the same problems with every year and every year I dread having to deal with them. They can't get their act together in the office and even there service techs that come out tell me how frustrated they are as well because they get the upset customer they have to deal with because of the incompetency of their office staff. There are so many better companies out there that will provide good customer service I don't know why anybody would deal with them

Just had first visit of a new bi monthly contract. Operator was gone in less than 10 mins. I was in kitchen and watching and as the dogs did not go crazy at the back door I do not believe he fulfilled the contract. I called and spent some time on hold as the person called the operator. He said he had done it. Only if he is the invisible man! Contract cancelled!

I live in Phoenix and began using this service last year on my neighbor's recommendation (they said she'd get a referral discount,  which she never got).  They make a lot of empty promises, they call you to scheudle appointments for service (when they have a key to the gate and therefore no appointment is necessary 'cause you don't have to be there), you can only call them during regular business hours (when YOU are at work), you sit on hold for 10 mins waiting for a rep to pick up the phone, they don't show up when they say they will, it goes on and on.  Save yourself the hassle; pay a few extra bucks and go elsewhere!  This company is run by a bunch of disorganized yahoos!

Update:  When they returned the key to my gate, it wasn't my key.  Big Surprise!

I hired them to get rid of mice in my yard, and when I returned 6 months later, there were way more mouse holes then when I left.  This is a terrible company to do business with.  They truly have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.  After leaving several phone messages for them to call me, I still never heard back, I had to keep calling. Finally talked to the office manager and told her I wanted to talk to the owner.  She said she would have him call me, he never did.  Then I called her back again and told her I wanted to cancel my plan and get a refund.  She PROMISED me she would discuss it with the owner and call me back.  Once again, she never called back.  They do not care about their customers at all.    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A TON OF HEADACHES!!!

Its hot and the pesky bugs and insects are coming out to play and like to leave bite marks all over us while we are peacefully sleeping in the comfort of our own home.  

Grrr ... who invited these little boogers into our house ?  

We have been customers of Sexton off and on since 2006.  We signed up again this week because of the above mentioned.  Monthly service is $39 or $68 for bi-monthly service and at least last week anyway there was no initiation fee.  

Great service.  Always on-time.  Courteous and professional.  The job gets done and no more little uninvited guests in the house.

Would not recommend. They sprayed once a month, inside and out, and still had bugs. Changed to a different service company who only sprays the outside and I haven't seen a bug since. Furthermore, if you need to call the office, be prepared for rude and unprofessional phone staff. When I finally had enough and politely informed the person on the line that we no longer required their services, she said The only way we can terminate your contract is if you pay a penalty fee to terminate. I spoke with another employee who reiterated the same thing and said that You have to pay because that's what the small print says. I was shocked as I have never encountered anything like this before. I asked her to scan and email the contract that I supposedly signed and she assured me that she would do so right away. Go figure, I never received it. Not sure how this company stays in business.

Horrible. Read prior reviews.

As I write this I have spent the past few hours waiting for the Spray Tech to show up to my house. It's Saturday and I scheduled my weekend day around this. I called in to make sure he was coming and I was informed that my spray date was rescheduled. I said to the operator that this was new news to me and that I was disappointed because I wasted part off my day off waiting for my original service that was scheduled and they did have record of my original date scheduled but, didn't offer a reason why I was rescheduled.    

Incompetence seems to be plentiful in this company.  

If you want one of your precious days off wasted then call this company if not, please read prior reviews and stay away!

We have been a customer for the last 9 years without a problem. Now I feel that we will cancel service with this company who is no longer customer friendly. I was out of town but my husband was home. The serviceman never rang our doorbell, because believe me the dog would have gone nuts. Anyhow they called me while out of town because the job was not done, stating that no one answered the door.  Today I received a phone text telling me to call this number to reschedule this August  job. Called and they told me the job was done and she would have to have supervisor approve the job. I told her I received a text from them and she told me she has no record of it and I couldn't have received it. They absolutely cannot reschedule me until a supervisor gives the ok. Now I am called a liar in essence and the supervisor leaves in 40 minutes. My home could not have done since the gate was locked and unless he is superman and flew over the gate.  This whole thing is ridiculous. Definitely going to look for another company to do business with.

I called to cancel my home service after being an 11 year customer due to moving on June  20, 2016. They never cancelled the service. I called to have a re-service complete prior to my move - that customer service person assured me that this was fine and free. I received a bill for that service and when I called Sexton stated I never cancelled. I made several calls from July until August 4 2016 - in which Mercedes informed me my account was cancelled and the balance would be removed. Today, 09/01/2016, I receive another bill for that balance. Called Sexton only to be told the balance needed to be paid. The re-service was not covered. I can only deduce that all the other Sexton people were incompetent or lying. I now will pay this bill feeling totally betrayed for being a loyal customer. How can you operate a business without properly noting customer's accounts.

Our technician was Rich and he was WONDERFUL!!! He took the time to explain things to us and what treatment he would do now to get rid of our recurring pesky termite problem.  He also explained what our next step would be if this treatment did not handle the problem.  We are now fully educated and feel confident and secure in the hands of Rich and Sexton.  He will definitely be our requested technician from now on.  Thank you for the great service!

This place has really gone downhill fast.  I have been a customer for over 14 years.  Today I am in my driveway waiting for the service rep.  I get an email saying they just sprayed my home ??   I am in the driveway and nobody came to my home.  I have security cameras that show my nobody was here.  The company says someone came to your home???   If they treat a 14 year client like this ??   Stay away from Sexton Pest Control....

Tired of this company. Cancelling my service. I'm only with them because of a merger with another company. They beyond suck. Got stung by a scorpion last night and washed down a huge spider in the tub prior to giving my grandbaby a bath the night before. They make sure to deduct my account every month but fail to make sure they are controlling the pests in and around my home. And like one other yelper said.. I would be gone a few minutes and come back to an invoice. How the hell do you spray in and out of a house in a few minutes and have the nerve to leave an invoice??

This company is a nightmare. They send a different technician to your house every month, the technician never comes at the scheduled time and if they feel like showing up at 10 when you are not expecting them until 2 and you're not home they will without even calling. They will schedule your appointment without even notifying you. When expressing concerns with silver fish taking over my living room the technician said there's nothing you can do about that. WHAT? The worst part of my almost 3 year experience with this company is figuring out that the technician was not actually spraying.  I figured this out when I received an invoice in my email that said he was at my house when I was home all day and know he never actually came! When trying to explain this to the customer service personnel I was told I would have to pay extra to have a technician who never actually came to the house come back. This company used to be a great service provider but unfortunately they have allowed things to deteriorate to a ridiculously unacceptable level. I highly caution you to not hire this company, I switched to Burns and have had wonderful results and friendly customer service.

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years. I moved about 2 years ago and have had terrible service since then. I had a technician walk into my home unexpectedly which caused a lot of anxiety for the people and dogs in the house. I have requested certain personnel to provide service at my home which they assured me would happen. 3 months ago they sent someone else to my home and he noticed that I had requested a different tech. He had the office contact me and I allowed him to spray my home to save time. He did an ok job but not as thorough as the person I prefer. I made the mistake of telling them that I would be open to another tech when my preferred person is unavailable. They took that to mean they can send anyone and to make matters worse, they lie to me about who is coming to my home. They tell me it is the person I requested but send another person.

I'm not sure their service does anything given the amounts of bugs we still have. And god forbid you're two days late with payment. The harassment via text, email and phone is ridiculous.

We have had Sexton since we bought our house new in 2008. The service we have had over the years has been exceptional. Jesus is our exterminator that comes by as often as needed and he has always been able to do the job. Whenever any new bug or insect comes up, he's always able to get rid of them as needed. He does a great job for us and we hope he can keep coming to our house because he does such a great job.

I'm not convinced they ever actually did anything.  I finally canceled after a bill showed up stuck in my door when I returned from a 10 minute walk with my dog (and they weren't there when we left for the walk).  No pest control service can spray around the entire outside of your house (and do a decent job), write out an invoice, and be completely gone in under 10 minutes.  
Oh, and them spraying never put even a slight dent in the bug population.

Lots of empty promises. I own a house in Scottsdale. We have a warranty, they have been out 5+ times to stop the termites in the SAME area and with NO SUCCESS.  It takes one to two weeks to respond.  People in customer service are horrible.  Thumbs down.

I have been with Sexton for a long time. For years I would say they were average.  I recently moved and over the past six months my opinion is getting better and better.  At my old address, I never had the same technician and it showed.  At my new address, I have had the same technician.  His name is Adam and he has been wonderful.  He has literally worked wonders.  We were seeing an influx of Scorpions and now nothing.  He also noticed before we did, that roof rats were eating the fruit off our trees.  He set up traps and has been monitoring the situation.  I believe that it's technicians like Adam, that make Sexton successful.  If you get a good tech.....you'll be extremely happy with this company.

We. Have been with Sexton pest control for almost 20 years and today we had a new service tech. His name is Charles. He approached us and said he was new to Sexton ,and that he was our service tech from now on. This was his second day on the job alone. He was courteous and thorough. This man came back after he was finished and thoroughly explained what he had done outside. He knocked down cobwebs, told us that there was a potential beehive started which he eliminated. If you are looking for a pest control service this man I highly recommend his name is Charles when you call SEXTON, ask for Charles. SAME ADDRESS 1401 N 29th AVE...SEXTON SERVICES. This review is specifically about the HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING part of the enterprise...and it's quite positive:  I've left the following comment at the Better Business Bureau site, as well:

I have dealt with SEXTON HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING (Sexton Services) for several years and have nothing but HIGH PRAISE for their annual inspection programs, promptness, customer service, capabilities, integrity, reliability and success in trouble-shooting/repairing our air conditioning unit. Thanks to Tammy for working the scheduling and to Chase for his stick-to-itiveness that has resulted in his solving more than one ticklish issue despite the intermittent nature of  problems. That's professionalism at its finest!!

I just received a voice-mail from a Sexton solicitor to service an address we haven't had in over three years! I'm on the National Do-Not-Call List, so they should not be calling me in the first place! I obviously have not been a customer recently, or they would have know my current address for more than two years! Put them out of business!

I recently started service with sexton pest control and I must say it is the best company I have used..I have tried 2 others and none of them took care of my needs. Sexton has a very proprofessional staff and wonderful technicians. .they came to my home and did a extensive job ..I was very pleased ..I have a regular tech every time and contact person in the office this makes things so easy for me..and the plus side to this company they offer multiple services in one company!! I would recommend them to everyoneI know..

I hired Sexton to take care of some pigeon issues I was having on my roof. From the start I had nothing but problems with them. There was little to no communication from my salesman once I signed on the dotted line. He wouldn't even answer his phone when I called with questions. From there it took 4 separate appointments spanning over a months time to get what was schedule for one day completed. Out of the 4 appointments their technicians showed up late to 3 of them. I even had to call their office to find out if they were going to show up at all. It got to the point where they told me they had fired their techs that came and didn't get the work done and was supposed to have their service manager himself deal with the work ( he also showed up late and without the tools needed for the job) at the point where my frustration was overwhelming I spoke with both the scheduling manager and owner himself Kent Sexton who were both very rude. The owner wouldn't even let me explain my issues without cutting me off and defending his business from things I hadn't even explained. This company has terrible customer service and the work was sub par at best. If looking for pest control service I highly suggest you look elsewhere. I will never consider them again for service of any kind.

I have been using Sexton Pest Control in Laveen for the last 4 years and I have not had any problems.  They show up when scheduled and do a wonderful job keeping the bug population under control.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We accidently sent them a check not meant for Sexton and they cashed it. We have been calling them for over a month with empty promises for a refund. they cashed a check they had no business cashing and will not return the money. we have now threatened to contact the attorney general and go through an attorney and only then did I get a call back...only to be asked for the check information for the 7th time and again saying they would have to get back to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I've read many of the unfavorable reviews for Sexton.  I don't get it.  I have been using Sexton for about 10 years in my house in the San Tan area.  I would reccommend Sexton to anyone.  We have had different technicians over the past 10 years and each and everyone of them have been professional, courteous, and on time. We always get a call from the service center the day before our appointment to remind us that our tech is coming.  During our last routine bug spraying, our tech discovered termites.  Sure enough, we have them.  Due to his vigilance the problem is not too advance.  Sexton sent out Steve, their termite specialist, to bid our job.  Before he arrived I did a little online investigation about the process.  Steve was right on the money as what needs to be done. Steve was professional and there was no pressure selling. My husband and I were pleasantly pleased with the bid and decided to let Sexton do the job.

This is the worst company when it comes to setting up service and having the charge debit from your account! I had a rental property listed for termite service and when try to set up services at my primary home for pest they set it up for both properties. I got double charge for services when I didn't authorize both of them. Called in and was told I would get a month of service free due to inconvenience. The next month came and I got charge again. They have now debited my account two times without authorization. Do not give them credit cards for auto debit! You will have changes come out without your notice. Also tried their AC service which was a joke. They were suppose to change filter but didn't and within two weeks of them checking my AC it went out. I end up going with another company due to their poor service. I will say they have a decent termite service and I haven't had issues with that. But that is about all I will use them for.

These people are terrible..  We purchased a house in Phoenix and called Sexton because the previous owner had used them.  We called them and scheduled an appointment for an inspection but they never showed up.  When we called to see why, they said the inspector had come earlier and applied some chemicals.  I complained that he could not have inspected the inside of the house because it was locked, and was told we could reschedule that later.  There was no indication of any chemical and no card indicated anyone had  been on our property.  Then we started researching termite control and found out their methods are worthless and don't eliminate the termite nests in the ground.  So we asked for a refund.  They refused at first, but after many calls with our credit card company we finally got one.  NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Awful. READ THESE REVIEWS. They do make a lot of empty promises. I have been waiting for my termite inspection report for over a week. I called four times, and each time they promised I'd have it by the end of the day. Still have yet to receive it. No one can tell me what's going on. Have spent a long time on hold and have waited hours for phone calls to be returned that never were. Please avoid this company at all costs.

I kept this company for about a year, but I have just upgraded to a new pest company. From day one it has been a bit strange. The tech who came to my house made a disturbing joke about how he could marry my then 8 month old daughter! To say the least I was freaked out! After a few months of service, and a new tech, I started seeing scorpions in my home. In order to get rid of them I had to upgrade my basic service plan, it cost about $15 more. I was told  Mr. Sexton's son was coming out to do my service, I was excited to have professional to deal with the scorpions! But to my surprise, he wasn't really knowledgeable about them, and looked scared when I told him I had told him there was one in the bedroom. I had to get it, myself. Also when I asked him if he had changed the glue traps in the garage, he told me he had. But when I checked, he in fact had not. He lied! I also had problems with my service schedule, sometimes they would show, sometimes not.
