So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.

I highly recommend Kristen!  Go support local, self ran-small women owned/operated business where the person showing up is the one you're supporting- as well as their family.  Forget the big companies, you're just a number.  To Kristen, you're like family and by supporting her with something that we all need done around our homes, it literally also supports her family.

We discovered we had bed bugs on a Thursday and I freaked out, to say the least! After doing tons of research and calling exterminators to get more information and quoted prices well over $1000 to treat our house I was in tears! I took a chance and called East Valley Pest on a Sunday at noon and Alex, the owner answered the phone. I was expecting a recording but got the owner. I explained my situation and he explained the process to me. He was at my house a few hours later and did a complete inspection and reassured me we caught it early and it was contained to one room. He came back 2 days later and treated our house and will return for 2nd treatment in a couple weeks. Alex was amazing! He was professional, patient, prompt and polite. He is trustworthy and dependable. He communicated with me through this process. His price was great compared to everyone else and he kills the bugs doesn't just make them run away! His guarantee is longer than any other company as well. This has been a lot of work for us, but I'm glad that we found Alex to help us through! He's our bug man for life!!

We saw signs of termites in one corner of our garage on a Friday evening. We called Eric at My Bug Guy Pest Solutions. He came out on Saturday walked the house inside and out. Found another small area needing treatment. He explained what we had, our treatment options and the costs. We had called other companies but Eric offered the longest initial warranty, best price and the earliest day to perform the work. He showed up exactly on time, made little to no mess and cleaned up afterwards. He also threw in a pest/scorpion treatment included in the termite service. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home.  Not happy to have termites but overall a great experience.

I called and spoke with Don. We discussed the mosquitoe problem I have. He even stayed on the phone with me while I investigated something he'd suggested I look at. No one could have been nicer or more knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company. They took care of my problem!

I called Hopper pest Control yesterday, and they were her this morning. They are great and very friendly. I will be using them every month. Very reasonably priced and NO contracts. Call them 602-908-6765

I just had an excellent experience with this company. My son found a couple of small insects in his room. A friend told me to check it out because it may be a bed bug!  I was completely freaked out and spent the entire night researching this disgusting things and companies to deal with it. This company offered a free inspection so I set one up immediately. Steve Walker was extremely busy that day but made time to inspect my home at 8:30PM. He was informative and completely thorough. Luckily it was just a scare and we didn't have them. He knew how worried I was and could have easily taken full advantage of this. He was so honest and professional and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend going here first for any extermination needs!!!

Exceeded my expectations!  Top notch class for sure.  Closed garage door on the hood of the car Sunday morning.  Broke the bracket on the door, bent top frame.   Searched online for garage door  repair company, handyman. Read some reviews and made a few calls.  Figured we would wait till Monday until.... Response crew answered! Not only did they have good reviews, they had someone out to fix in an hour! On a Sunday!  Reasonable price!

We will definitely use the response crew for our next handyman job!

Amazing work on our patio home in Scottsdale. Tackled a project that was complex and required skill and ingenuity to complete. Rates were reasonable as well. Worked neatly, arrived promptly, and accommodated us in our requirement of zero contact. Very pleased with the outcome.

They did a phenomenal job at my home getting rid of my pigeon nest as well as sealing off any additional areas they could get to. I couldn't be happier and they really took their time to do it right. Highly recommend!!

He's the best around. Here are some pics of the before and after of my place. Cabinets. Painting. He put together ikea furniture for me which I loathe doing. Also he was a general nice man and very trustworthy. I would let him babysit my 3 year old son. That's how much I trust him.

Hawx Pest Control products are absolutely the worst. Used these products on the outside and my cat was poisoned from these toxic chemicals.  She developed toxicity in her blood and myocarditis.

She almost died and the last life saving measure was a $4k blood transfusion.  It took her 7 months to recover from the pesticide poisoning.

These pesticides are highly toxic and are dangerous for humans and animals.  

I'm disappointed, angry and disgusted that Hawx is allowed to do this to unsuspecting families.

I almost lost a member of my family because of their negligence.

And there is also the issue with their deceptive business practices.  The sales people go into Spanish speaking neighborhoods and trick the customers into signing a monthly contract and threaten to send them to collections.  All of this is illegal as contracts signed under false premises are void.  One last thing there is no collections for pest control.  This sounds like class action lawsuit to me.

Note to Hawx Pest Control do not bother contacting me about removing this review.  Other people with pets and children need to know how dangerous your products really are!!!!!!

A quick response to my call for help with a pidgeon problem! Questions and solutions were quickly reached. All the work was done professionally  as were the gentlemen that came to our home.
