So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.

I highly recommend Kristen!  Go support local, self ran-small women owned/operated business where the person showing up is the one you're supporting- as well as their family.  Forget the big companies, you're just a number.  To Kristen, you're like family and by supporting her with something that we all need done around our homes, it literally also supports her family.

We discovered we had bed bugs on a Thursday and I freaked out, to say the least! After doing tons of research and calling exterminators to get more information and quoted prices well over $1000 to treat our house I was in tears! I took a chance and called East Valley Pest on a Sunday at noon and Alex, the owner answered the phone. I was expecting a recording but got the owner. I explained my situation and he explained the process to me. He was at my house a few hours later and did a complete inspection and reassured me we caught it early and it was contained to one room. He came back 2 days later and treated our house and will return for 2nd treatment in a couple weeks. Alex was amazing! He was professional, patient, prompt and polite. He is trustworthy and dependable. He communicated with me through this process. His price was great compared to everyone else and he kills the bugs doesn't just make them run away! His guarantee is longer than any other company as well. This has been a lot of work for us, but I'm glad that we found Alex to help us through! He's our bug man for life!!

We have been using Hopper Pest Control since we moved to AZ from out of state in June of 2012.  Being new to the AZ climate, we had tons of questions concerning scorpions, roaches, snakes, etc.  They been so great about answer every question and so patient with us!  Both Mike and Tyre are professional, but very friendly and they want to make sure the job is done right.  Recently, they have also started doing landscape maintenance.  Just yesterday they came for our monthly pest control and we asked them to trim some out-of-control shrubs; they did an amazing job and were at our house for 5 hours getting it done.  We have truly appreciated that they are hardworking people that go above and beyond!  I cannot say enough great things about them and highly recommend using Hopper Pest Control.

We were looking for someone to fix a small corner of our baseboard and trim to an interior door that our dog had chewed up when she was a pup. We put it off for a while and decided to get it done. Based on the reviews I reached out to Response Crew on their online form. I heard back from Jennifer right away and had something scheduled within a week. Dennis showed up right on time and did a FANTASTIC job fixing the areas in question. He was really friendly and professional, not to mention the work done exceeded my expectations. Sure, I could have done this myself but I would have screwed it up... so we hired the right professional to get it done and they did that for us. Thanks Dennis!

We have been very pleased with all the work that we've had done through the Honest Handyman. Kyle is very knowledgeable, very prompt, and does very good work. He always calls us to let us know his exact ETA if he's coming from another job.
So far we've had some fluorescent lights installed in the garage and some exterior lights installed on the front of the house. He also has wall mounted some TV's and floating shelves. We will continue to use the Honest Handyman whenever possible. Thank you!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! When most handymen wouldn't even return our call or respond to our messages, he did the same day and was able to accommodate our schedule right away. We had him fix a blind and install curtains/curtain rods in multiple bedrooms. Showed up on time and did a wonderful job. Will use him again for any of our handyman needs.

Came out same day after I spotted a scorpion in my master bedroom. Yikes. It was so scary. Anyway I killed the damn thing while I was on the phone with company. Operator probably thinks I am nuts. Lots od screaming was going on.

Anyway Kyle came out to my house. Interior, Exterior and Garage for $99. Worth the price for me. I was going to have a self-care day at home and then this happened on the worst day. Kyle was friendly and thorough. He wore industrial show covers and uniform that properly identified him.

This company is family owned and I love the follow-up report they provided.

It was the first scorpion that I havr ever had in this house. Hopefully I can get some sleep tonight...my other option is just to burn this house down.

Russ is great. We had a really small but urgent job - enlarging the wall cabinet opening by about half an inch so our new double wall oven would fit. Russ responded to my request within minutes and he came out and did the job the next day, allowing us to enjoy our new oven. I'd be happy to use him again.

Deceptive and horrible! That was my experience. One customer rep says one thing, another one says something else... contradicting each other. Details of services was never explained to me. I was promised a refund by one customer rep only to be told they didn't know why he said that.HORRIBLE!!!

A quick response to my call for help with a pidgeon problem! Questions and solutions were quickly reached. All the work was done professionally  as were the gentlemen that came to our home.
