So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.

I highly recommend Kristen!  Go support local, self ran-small women owned/operated business where the person showing up is the one you're supporting- as well as their family.  Forget the big companies, you're just a number.  To Kristen, you're like family and by supporting her with something that we all need done around our homes, it literally also supports her family.

I freaked out when I found bed bugs. The first place I called wanted to charge me almost $4000. I called Alex. He checked out my house, calmed me down, told me he could help me for much less, and then laid out a game plan. I asked a million questions that day and in the following month. He was always polite, always helpful. We are bedbug free, I've regained my sanity, and I would recommend East Valley Pest Service to anyone.

Ezequiel was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable! Respectful, flexible and very insightful. Very thorough and patient with his inspection and explanations!! This is the friendliest most reliable pest control service. They do not pressure you into monthly service.  They come when you need them with a smile!!

We saw signs of termites in one corner of our garage on a Friday evening. We called Eric at My Bug Guy Pest Solutions. He came out on Saturday walked the house inside and out. Found another small area needing treatment. He explained what we had, our treatment options and the costs. We had called other companies but Eric offered the longest initial warranty, best price and the earliest day to perform the work. He showed up exactly on time, made little to no mess and cleaned up afterwards. He also threw in a pest/scorpion treatment included in the termite service. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our home.  Not happy to have termites but overall a great experience.

Arizona organic has serviced our house for over 10 years. Dan is fantastic. He works around all our changingchanging pest control needs. His advice has never failed us. I am also much more comfortable with organic pesticides than the many non-organic options

I have a elderly mother that lives in AZ with her three small dogs, she had a bee issue and wasn't able to let her fur babies out in the back yard I called Hoppers and was able to have a worker go out on the same day to help with my moms bee issue. Bed Bugs !. We got them from my Brother in laws visiting Wheelchair.
After finding the Bed Bugs, I jumped on the internet and started researching and I just about lost my mind when I read that they are almost impossible to get rid of and definitely not the first time.
I had three different companies come out to check and give me quotes for HEAT TREATING THE ENTIRE HOUSE !. We picked Xtermin and I have a list of reasons why.
1. Techs inspection was the most thorough and found Bugs where other two companies didn't.
2. They use a multidisciplinary approach.
3. They Educated me on my Enemy (Bed Bugs).
4. They understood my state of Mind and reassured me that I didn't have to throw everything away.
5. They checked our Prep work and fine tuned the things we missed.
6. Every call I made to them was returned.
7. They came out and did a Free inspection when I told them I refused to move back in my Bedroom
8. EXTERMIN GOT THEM THE FIRST TIME !!!!

What a great company. I just scheduled my third appointment with Scott. I have relieved my husband of his "honey-do list" and passed it on to Scott. He had done everything from hanging light fixtures to curtain rods, installing a garbage disposal and cabinet hardware. In every task he has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. He is courteous and respectful of my home. Adam is equally professional and courteous in scheduling my services and following up to assure my satisfaction with the services performed . Five stars for professionalism, performance and price. Kyle is a number 1 handyman with his service. He was on time. His work was spot on. I would recommend to all my friends and family.

He is prompt, reliable and has very reasonable rates. He installed all my ceiling fans, replaced a sink, painted my rooms, cleaned my pool filter and pool, built me some plant stands,  landscaped my yard, installed an outside vent for my dryer and cooking hood, installed a new thermostat, installed lighting, fixed my garage door, ....and the list goes on!!! His work is Respectable!

Came out same day after I spotted a scorpion in my master bedroom. Yikes. It was so scary. Anyway I killed the damn thing while I was on the phone with company. Operator probably thinks I am nuts. Lots od screaming was going on.

Anyway Kyle came out to my house. Interior, Exterior and Garage for $99. Worth the price for me. I was going to have a self-care day at home and then this happened on the worst day. Kyle was friendly and thorough. He wore industrial show covers and uniform that properly identified him.

This company is family owned and I love the follow-up report they provided.

It was the first scorpion that I havr ever had in this house. Hopefully I can get some sleep tonight...my other option is just to burn this house down.

Russ was excellent. My toilet was leaking and needed to be replaced, and when Russ came he discovered that the plumbing fixture itself was also leaking and had to be replaced. He worked quickly to get it done, so it was a minimal hassle for me and the other people in the building (when we had to shut off water to the whole building). He gave a fair rate and did very high quality work. I highly, highly, recommend his services!

Deceptive and horrible! That was my experience. One customer rep says one thing, another one says something else... contradicting each other. Details of services was never explained to me. I was promised a refund by one customer rep only to be told they didn't know why he said that.HORRIBLE!!!

I spent literally thousands of dollars with this company over 4-5 months.  They promised to aggressively attack a rat issue I was having in a home I was selling.   They accomplished nothing.   The rats were as busy as ever as of yesterday.  

Called in a different service today.  They found the rat's nest in less than an hour.   They are charging me less than 500 for removal.
