So I have a rental property in Surprise, AZ and my Mom is renting from us.  She sent me pics of some issues that just arose this week.  

We like to support local women owned and operated businesses and help the small business out.  So Kristen was able to fit us in right away after a quick phone call last night.  She even arrived early to get the job done.  She was thorough, friendly and professional.  I paid her easily from afar on Zelle which was convenient for me.  My Mom is happy and thankful for the service and would also recommend her.  She felt safe having her come to her home, especially as a single woman.  So I definitely appreciated that safety factor.

I highly recommend Kristen!  Go support local, self ran-small women owned/operated business where the person showing up is the one you're supporting- as well as their family.  Forget the big companies, you're just a number.  To Kristen, you're like family and by supporting her with something that we all need done around our homes, it literally also supports her family.

I freaked out when I found bed bugs. The first place I called wanted to charge me almost $4000. I called Alex. He checked out my house, calmed me down, told me he could help me for much less, and then laid out a game plan. I asked a million questions that day and in the following month. He was always polite, always helpful. We are bedbug free, I've regained my sanity, and I would recommend East Valley Pest Service to anyone.

I have been a customer of DK Buell since I've moved to the valley 15 years ago.  They have always provided excellent service and take the time to find out where problem areas are and ensure adequate treatment.  The man who comes to our home always remembers the issues we tend to have monthly and I never have to remind him.  They are extremely thorough, and even when I forget to move my pets dishes, they do it for me.  Unlike the big companies, this company ensures each and every customer is attended to and is given the service they deserve.   I can't imagine using any other company.

Eric has been amazing at keeping the bugs away from my house. He is a honest great guy and is trustworthy.

When I bought my house I was going to activate my suspended contract with the company I used in Ohio. Hopper was recommended to me by a work associate so I called them. They came out the next day so the entire house could be treated before I moved my stuff in. Ty came when she said she would and explained what she would treat for and what I should look for since I am new to Arizona.  They are very reasonably priced and I was not required to sign a contract.  They contact me each month and we set up a convenient time for both of us.  I highly recommend Hopper Pest Control!!!

Arrived as scheduled and had a drywall repair done that matches existing finish like new in no time at all.  He also took great care in his cleanup.  And the final bill even was less than the estimate given!  I have already started my list to have them come back for more work to be done.

Had Honest Handyman out to install a new faucet and garbage disposal and did it right and very professional and clean service. Definitely will use their services again and highly recommend. Fair hourly pricing.

They did a phenomenal job at my home getting rid of my pigeon nest as well as sealing off any additional areas they could get to. I couldn't be happier and they really took their time to do it right. Highly recommend!!

Russ installed a stair railing that had been removed during a flooring project.  It was the type of small job that many contractors don't want to tackle.  Russ's estimate was in line with others and I chose him largely based on other Yelp reviews.  I was not disappointed.  Rather than purchasing or building new railings, Russ examined the original and said that I could save money by reusing what I had.  He worked over 2 days and was very detailed.  There were a couple of decisions to be made and he shared different options for me to consider (without changing he estimate).  It's obvious that he stands by his work which drives him to do a quality job the first time.  I've got a couple of other home projects on the horizon and he will be my first call.  Highly recommend him.

Terrible no one shows up but they go door to door selling fake pest control and they charge your card every month
No way to stop it

I can't really review the work done by CC.  But I CAN tell you that my bid from The Pigeon Guy was only 1/3 of what CC quoted and it included more.  I gave TPG the job and the tech was timely, professional and...no pigeons.  Yay!
