I lived in a rental in Payson. I received a text to confirm my
appointment time. I called to reschedule and she was very
nice. The exterminator was awesome, he did ask for
payment as he left, I explained my management company
should be billed. He was okay with my reply. Then Sexton
billed me for the service. When I called Sexton and told
them to bill Berkshire Hathaway I was told I needed to
have Berkshire Hathaway call them, Sexton REFUSED
to call the landlord even though that was who arrange the
service. This dance went on for months! Sexton was going
to send me to collections over a service I never requested.
Sexton blamed Berkshire Hathaway and in reverse. I will
never use either company again. Do not let them in your
house if you are a renter until you verify who they plan to
bill! I wish I could have given them zero stars; horrible
customer service!
