Michael came out and took care of my bee problem. They were about 2 hours later than their quoted time. Their quoted price was the price they charged. $200

Bees came back a month later. New bee service took care of the problem ($165) and said they left residue everywhere that could be hazardous.

The reason I called this place was the ad said fast response within the hour. I had a huge killer beehive. And as I am allergic to bees needed it taken care of quickly. I was not quoted a price of $995. Imagine my surprise when the young man who was very nice. Inform me that the price after he had already completed a fraction of what needed to be done to get the bees removed!! As the bees have not been removed. And the bees are now more aggressive than they were before. After the young man killed the bees that were inside of the valve box by my front door is when he proceeded to tell me that the cost of it would be $995! And that he did not remove the hive nor did he eliminate my problem. He subsequently charged me $600 as opposed to the $$995. And did not take care of my problem. And now I have even more aggressive bees swarming my front door and myself and my grandchildren I am very displeased!!!!! Not satisfied at all even left the honeycomb behind very dissatisfied customer

Had a beehive on the front porch and had a company removing the bees to relocate them. The next door neighbor called ValleyPro and they came out to her address, then came to our address and drilled holes in our stucco and injected poison. All this without our permission. When we called this company and spoke to a jackass named Michael, he told us the bees were a nuisance and then got an attitude and hung up. After calling back, spoke to another idiot named Kendall when then denied ever doing the service! Needless to say, a police report has been filed for vandalism since they took it upon their ignorance to drill into my house. Invoice for work done is proof enough this company should be shut down. And yes, I clearly stated Michael is a jackass.

Gets even better! After some digging, it turns out their license is currently suspended.

BEWARE!!  UNSAFE PROVIDER!!  These guys came to my house in the morning after another business sent them pictures of the repairs I needed.  When they arrived, they seemed unsure of how to fix.
When I asked how he was going to fix it, he answered rudely saying he didnt know, and he'll have to go to Home Depot.
I had a bad vibe from the begining, and just didn't feel comfortable.  I told him I'd like to get a second estimate, and call another company, and he flipped out.
Lots of profanities, calling me an idiot, F*** this and that as he headed to his truck.
As I took a picture of his truck, he got out and said WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU GONNA DO YOU F***ING F*GOT!  BRING IT!

Then way later in the afternoon after not hearing back from the owner, I call him to inform him of his employees actions.  He told me What's the problem.  And It doesn't really matter since you didn't have us do the work, and I was hung up on.

STAY CLEAR!

I have a 2 beehive problems (one in the walls near my front porch and another in the shed in my backyard) and I called them in a panic and sadly didn't look deeper into their company values. I paid $400 to remove bees (which took them a couple minutes to vacuum) and there were still bees around the hives. I called them again a few minutes after they left and they said that the remaining bees will leave because the queen is gone and I said okay. He said that the honeycomb was still there and I would have to pay $1700 to remove, I genuinely don't have that much and neither does my family due to hours cut back to covid. I couldn't get the honeycomb removal but at least the bees are gone until I can get enough money next week to do the removal. I woke up this morning to more bees than ever before. They are so loud within the walls in my home. I'm terrified. I call this company again and tell then whats happening and I feel like they should actually do what I asked them to do and remove the bees because there are so many in my walls now, I feel like I'm in danger. The guy just says Oh well.. you should have paid for the honeycomb removal, theres no warranty on your service. Then he hung up on me while I was replying :( I'm so disappointed

I agree with every single negative review on this site.  It sounds just like our experience. Charged $195.00 to drill a hole and spray something in it that didn't kill the bees. After contacting the owner many times and never getting a call back as to when they' d be back to finish, I disputed the charge with Chase.  Called Desert Sky thinking they were a different company and imagine my surprise when the SAME tech shows up. Told him I'd never do business with them and headed inside at which point he informed me that I  owed him $95 for a service call. He threatened me and said he's calling the police! Had to laugh in his face.

I had them out last year for $650.00 and the bees came back!!! They said that the combs had been removed and they had the problem solved. Very bad experience and I won't let them scam me  again . They tore out the floor to my shed and made a bad mess of cutting it out. Don't waste the phone call!!!!!

Horrible!!!!! This company is awful. Used them for my families place and felt like I was getting talked down to. Chris gives half answers and makes you feel stupid for not knowing bee behavior. He used his smoke box for a very short time prior to dumping toxic poison all around the structure. He said to keep the dogs indoors for the rest of the day then they'll be fine. They are lucky my dogs didn't ingest any of the poison. Luckily we got a second opinion from The Beekeeper ( which were very helpful, very honest, and truly wanted to help my grandmother and her dogs). And yes this company goes by Desert Sky Pest Control. The whole thing is a scam with no integrity.

This company is horrific!!! Paid them to kill Bees.  They did not kill all the bees the tech said the bees would be gone in about a week.  After 2 weeks bees were still active and a child was stung by one of the bees.  I called the company back to kill the bees and the tech tried to get more money out of me.  The tech hung the phone up on me after I asked him to do the job I paid for.  I am in the process of  contesting the charges.  I will never use their services again and will be sure to make my friends aware...

Would give this company a Negative star rating if i was allowed.  Asked about their procedures about exterminating bees.  Everything they said they would do, they did absolutely NONE of it.  Left poison all over the spot where the bees where didn't bother cleaning or attempting to clean up after themselves.  Tried to call the be reasonable but hung up on me when they knew they had F-ed up.  Very UN PROFESSIONAL.  They charge you big amounts of money and give you very low low quality of work.

WORTHLESS....

I am an 84 year old widow on a fixed income who panicked when being confronted with bees on my house.  I immediately called the first bee removal outfit I found on the internet.  A young man arrived shortly after my call and I foolishly said to do what ever has to be done.

I was still in a panicky shock-like state of mind when I signed two contracts and two checks, one for bee and honey removal $645 and one for roof repairs $745!  After realizing my error, I called the company in an attempt to negotiate the price.  I was told it was too late.  They already had my signature.  So I stopped payment on the checks and later sent a money order for $645 plus check charge of $12 noting that this was payment in full for all work done by them.  They responded with threats. I am really upset and feel I have already paid them way too much.

I feel that $1390 was a tad bit high for the removal of honeycombs located under the roof tile of my one story home.  It took the young man about an hour to complete the job.

I can't help but wonder if this senior woman was taken advantage of.  A couple of roof tiles were removed and replaced for the whopping price of $745!  A day after the job was  done, I was told by my yard maintenance man that there were no bees at his last visit and there was no way so much honey could have been made in that short amount of time.

Like services from other companies range from $150 to 350.

Be sure to get more than one estimate!

This Kendall Torrejos guy also goes by Desert Sky Pest Control.  Same story...quick spray and left. Bees remained after a week but he wouldn't come back out because he didn't get paid to check for a hive.

Very, very bad experience. They did show up quickly - but it appears that their intent was to quickly scam us and take our money. No price was quoted - they proceeded to do work. Then tried to charge me twice what they charged for a kill last year. I should never have called them out as I had a funny feeling after using them last year - but was panicked when I saw the swarm and had their number. They cut right into my roof last time - I've since had to re-roof. I didn't know there was any other option - I since have heard that there are other methods. This time, I refused to pay any more than what I had paid last year. Michael said his boss quoted me on the phone. He did not. Told me that they needed to dismantle a stucco column to remove honeycomb. Told me that he drilled a hole and the bit came out covered in honey. When I asked to see it, Michael said he had wiped it off. Then told me it would be $1000 to remove the honeycomb from the CMU blocks inside the column and that did not include repairing it. I told him to leave - that I would pay him the same as last year for a kill ($170) and that was it. He said they didn't accept checks (mind you, their pre-printed invoice forms have a space for check #). I told him take it or leave it and that I had no credit card to give him. He would not leave my property for some time. Said he had to call his boss - the person I initially spoke to on the phone - who told me that this loser was his brother-in-law. He eventually accepted the check - cashed within hours of leaving my home. I called another company who I WOULD recommend (ASAP Bee Removal - great and honest guy) only to learn that the CMU or slump blocks inside the column on my house are filled with concrete and there's no way that there was a honeycomb inside. ASAP filled the holes that Michael left, filled another entry point that was as big as a fist that Michael should have seen and filled, charged $100 (yes, ten times less than what the scammers wanted) and gave me a three year guaranty. DO NOT CALL VALLEY PRO. THEY ARE DISHONEST SCAMMERS. NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

These guys called me claiming I made a call about a beehive, but I didn't. They kept calling and I kept telling them they had the wrong number. One individual there then proceeded to curse me out and used several derogatory slurs. These guys are clearly jokes and not a real company. Do not do business with these guys.

Almost identical to the other reviews, a rep from Valleypro came to my house, his name was Kendall...he sprayed for bees, charged me, told me about the 90 day warranty and left....the bees however, did not.

I have called into this company over 50 times, and no one answers. They are avoiding my calls. Worst company ever.

They are nothing less than criminals and con men.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS! Paid $170 to have bees removed for a tree in my yard. Some junkie showed up and sprayed my tree and it did absolutely nothing. Called them back for a respray and they never call back or they set up appointments and then the person never shows up. I have also been hung up on several times by them. BEWARE!

Contacted Desert Sky Pest Control but ValleyPro Pest Control were the ones that did the work.
Technician was very nice. He told me that the hive was massive and, with my permission, he would open up the area, remove the bees and hive, and then close back up the area.
What went wrong was the pricing. I was told to kill the bees would be $170. I agreed to that. Then I was told that it would be between $750  and $800 for opening the area for removal and then restoring the area. I started to not have that done because another company had quoted me lower prices on the phone. In fairness, since the other quote was by phone and their charges could have been higher. The technician finally said he would do it for $650. I agreed but said that if it was smaller than what he thought would he drop the price. He said he would take me up on that.
When he finished, he presented me with 3 separate charges:$170 to kill the bees, $625 for hive removal, and $650 for opening and closing the roof area.
he total job time from arrival to my house until finish as around 3 hours.
I discussed the billing with the technician that he was charging me too much but he insisted that he told me.
The technician wrote up and presented to me 2 separate invoices AFTER the work. He presented me NOTHING explaining the complete charges before the work was performed to guarantee that I understood there to be 3 separate charges. I signed nothing authorizing the work before the work began.
i immediately called the office of Desert Sky and was treated rudely. I explained what I wrote above and the lady said that it was explained to me by the technician and I agreed. She said she can't help it if I am incapable of understanding the technician. Then she abruptly hung up n me.
What she doesn't know is that I am a certified supreme court mediator and have 48 years of experience as a minister. I listen more carefully than most people and I can say with certainty that this was not explained as 3 separate charges. With my experience with this company I would guarantee I am not the only person this has happened to.

These guys are the scum of the earth. I had a bees' nest on my property, saw that this company was offering a $25 discount and called them. The guy came out and sprayed, then left. They proceeded to charge me the full price for bee removal and honeycomb removal (which was NOT done) and never gave me the discount. When I tried to call, I got the exact same experience the rest of the reviewers got. First a person answered, then hung up on me when I started asking about the money. When I tried to call back, no answer and their mailbox is full, so no way to leave a message.

Please, stay away from this company at all costs. They are scumbags who WILL rip you off the first chance they get. I'll be doing everything I can to get the word out there. If they try to change names again, they'll be exposed.

This is a horrible company.  They promise to meet you at the house several times and never show up.   I have spoken with Kendall and a lady who also answers the phone and they both promise to send someone to the property but don't show up and do not call you.  Today, I spoke with Kendall and asked him if someone was ever going to visit the property and treat the pigeons.  He said I don't remember your previous calls and probably not going to send someone.  Kendall then hung up on me.  Awful, awful service.  Do NOT use this company as they are not reliable nor professional.

These guys are crooks!!!!   The service technician verbally tells me that I have a 30 day warranty, yet the company is telling me that there is no warranty for the work they supposedly did.    They don't even care that the technician is giving out misinformation.   I am reporting them to the BBB and calling my bank to have the CC charges reversed.    I'm not sure what service they actually did provide because what ever they did, didn't work.

I called Desert Sky Pest control to remove my Bee problem and Valley Pro pest Control shows up.  Their price over the phone was reasonable $175 to remove them but it would be more to remove the hive.  There was definitely a hive under my shed floor.  It would be an an additional $750 to remove the hive, all in all it was $845 after they applied some coupons.  What a scam but the bees were very dangerous as we already got stung so we went ahead with it. They cut a hole and removed it, laid down some white power and the bees were still coming back. A week later I called and the one tech did return to remove another portion of the floor as they missed the 2nd hive.  The shed is a mess with honey combs in the hole and the floor left with sticky honey all over it.  The floor has to be redone as it cannot be salvaged by their hack job which will cost another hundred or so.

They are not professional and I would not recommend them.  Their pricing is outrageous and they take advantage of people and their desperate situations.

Valley Pro, also known as AZ Bug Man, are THIEVES.  I needed them today due to a hole in my flashing where bees were going in and out.   Man said he sprayed (although I never heard a compressor), said he put in a pest strip, and said I had a hive that needed to come out today!   Charged me $195 and wanted $550 more to remove tiles on my roof, cut a hole, remove hive, and leave me with a gaping roof.  Lots of luck to me.   I called another company and they saw no pest strip and no hive.   Other company is phenomenal and I will write them a glowing review.   Stay away from Valley Pro and their associates.

I cannot say anything good about the services this company supposed provided.  Bed bug service was supposed to eliminate problem within 2 weeks, yet almost a month later the bedroom is still infested.  I have called the company too many times with no response or simply no answer.  I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

I am very sad I didn't check yelp. I hired this company to get rid of bees. I asked ahead of time if they guaranteed their work and they said yes. The price I was told would range between 145-195. They removed the bees and told me it would be another 400 to take out the honey comb which I was not told up front . They charged 195 and I still have a yard full of bees. I do not recommend them. They are not honest up front and apparently don't care if the job gets done. My next stop is better business bureau.

I chose Valley Pest Control because they were one of the better priced companies.  I guess you get what you pay for.  Initially, they were good with communication.  However, once the person came and set the trap, and got paid, it was difficult to get a hold of anyone.  I would call the number, leave a message, and not receive a call back.

A couple of days after the trap was initially set, I saw that the door of the trap was closed, so I assumed something was in it.  I called VPC to have them come retrieve the trap; however, (1) it was difficult trying to actually speak with anyone, and (2) when I finally did, they cancelled the appointment at the last minute.  Please keep in mind that this trap was in my garage while it was still 100+ degrees outside, so I had an image of a squirrel baking in my garage.  When they finally did make it out, there was nothing even in the trap?  Really?  So now the trap just closes on its own?  Great.  So they reset the trap.  Again, however, not a week later, the trap door was closed again.  So this time, I inspected it myself before calling them, and again, there was no squirrel inside.  So I called VPC to have them come reset the trap again; however, I never received a call back to confirm any date or time for them to come out.  Then one morning, at about 6:30 or 7am, my doorbell rings, and it's them.  Really?  Luckily I was home, and they reset the trap, but placed it outside this time.  Kendall said he would come back that weekend to check it out.

That was about 3 weeks ago, and I haven't heard from them since.  Oh, and the trap has been closed now (with nothing in it, again) for about 10 days.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!  These guys might be well-intentioned, but they know absolutely nothing about running a business or customer service.

Exceptionally bad customer service and even worse at pest control. We had them at our commercial building that was infested by bees, we paid them $1045 and two weeks later the bees were back!! We called to get someone back out here to fix the problem and could not get a hold of them, when I finally did they said to give it a couple weeks. After those couple of weeks of course they are out of warranty and will come again for another couple grand. I advise to not use this company and I wish I had read the yelp reviews prior to choosing them for our bee removal.

The only good thing i can say is they showed up. our window was 5-7 (on Wednesday) then they moved it to 6-8 and he showed up at 8 pm. he sprayed for the bees. told us the bees would die in a day or so and that we could look and see if there was any honeycomb to remove. we paid $200 and three days later with continual bee activity we called. they said the bees were confused since the queen was dead and will die soon. day 6 we called to have them come back, since they said they have a 30 day guarentee and they said they woudl come back only to be paid to remove the hive that they could not guarentte it unless they removed the hive. Not what their guy said when he was here.. After the attitude they gave my husband on the phone we called The Bee Keeper. They came out and had a camera which they could see the hive and showed us. they are the experts. we had them remove the hive. Valley pro's guy woudl be better at removing a hive that has landed on an exterior area not interior. he didn't seem to know what he was doing all he did was spray.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. call the BEE KEEPER. he was actually lower in price to spray then VAlley Pro.... FYI myhusband attempted to call valley pro back and no on e answered. I wish I had know this was the company coming out because I would have read the reviews and not used them.

********DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. (SCAM)********
I recently had a bee hive forming above my front door. They've been there about a week. I found Valley Pro Pest Control on the Internet which also happens to be DESERT SKY PEST CONTROL. They told me they would exterminate the bees and kill them off for $170.00 then they recommended to remove the honey from the wall which was another 450.00 and then I would need to hire a contractor to fix the hole in the wall that they would create. I asked the bee guy if I need to decide on that right away and he told me NO. The bees will die and I should be good for a while. He did tell me that other bees will come back over time since there is still honey in the wall. He did tell me the bees woulds be killed. Well 2 days later the bees where back (a lot of them). I called Valley Pro Pest Control back and they essentially told me too bad!! I just wasted $170.00 with these crooks. They never killed these bees from this hive.

I called another bee removal company and they told me the bees were never exterminated. There were still 15,000 bees inside the wall. He told me that Valley Pro Pest Control basically just trapped the bees inside the wall temporarily and never actually poisoned the hive. A Matter of fact the new company guessed the name of Valley Pro Pest Control and told me they were crooks. I AGREE!!! The new company drilled small holes in the side of the wall and fogged the bees (Something VALLEY PRO PEST CONTROL/DESERT SKY PEST CONTROL did not do!!!). Once he did that he had me put my ear to the wall to hear the amount of bees in the wall and it sounded like a helicopter taking off. I could hear the thousands and thousands of bees that were still in the wall. Well, a day later there is not one bee in site. This new company killed the bees and only charged me $80.00 to do it. This new company also recommended removing the honey but would only charge me $500 to do everything (honey removal, wall/stucco repair.) DO NOT USE VALLEY PRO PEST CONTROL or DESERT SKY PEST CONTROL. THEY ARE UNETHICAL!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AKA Desert Sky pest Control and I believe service man said there were more. Calls go to a cell, makes it seem like a call center. Often no answer. I have already been bilked out of $500 trying to get a pest problem under control. They keep telling me this is a process and chemicals break down. But, correct me if I am wrong, poison should kill pests, shouldn't they? I am not finding dead pests...still live ones. Initial service was in July, with  follow up in 2 weeks. Done. Still an issue. Called just over the 30 day time frame and was notified at that time that spray only good for 30 days, sucked into another huge bill, initial treatment, with a 2 week follow up. Here I am, 10 days later, still an issue. Called to ask for a repeat spray, said there would be a charge. I argued the point that it has not been 30 days, so supposedly getting a courtesy treatment tomorrow. Whew! What a pain, and way too much money for services rendered (NOT).

Had both Don and Kendall to come out for pigeon removal. They charge a little over $400. However, 2 to three weeks later, the pigeons were still coming. Called Valley pro and got the run around. twice they didnt come out and the work is suppose to be a 10YEAR WARRANTY. Just this week called Valley pro again because one of the wires came off because of the wind. My husband couldnt get a call back. They gave a fake owner name when my husband asked to speak to the owner, when they are the owners. Don hung up in my husbands face when he asked about customer service and said they were too busy to come out. Will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Would not recommend this company to anyone! We were experiencing a bee problem at the top of our roof and a young man came out in his own personal vehicle  (should have known right away) and sprayed the area and said they should die in a few days and put a yellow strip at the top next to the area that he said they would eat and begin to die. That the bees were probably confused and he didnt see a hive, so he didnt understand why they were hanging around our roof. We paid almost $200 and we're given an invoice with a 30 day guarantee.  A week later, nothing changed the bees were still there. We called back and a lady said someone would call us back and never did. So I called again and when I started explaining my situation, they hung up on me. Thinking it was a mistake,  I called again, only to get hung up on again.  They only want your money and will not take care of your problem. You are better off trusting someone else.

If I could leave less than 1 Star, I would. Yes, Message Center dispatches calls to unmarked, no business card carrying, suspect, looking employees. Yes, an absolute rip off. Failed to check Yelp first. Doesn't matter, This group Is Using any call center, who they pay for service calls to be dispatched to them. Price changed? It's Russian Roulette with who enters your home. The company my call was dispatched to, wanted to do thousands of dollars to my new roof, without being responsible for repairs. At a cost of $550 for just the removal. No price was discussed before the hive was sprayed. Technician agreed to go through bedroom drywall, after checking out half of my home. High pressured sales tactics. The representative would not accept my alternative idea of removing the immediate bird block, to which the small honeycomb hive was located one foot in. We declined further services. I waited for insecticide to settle, got up @ 5:00 a.m. to remove bird block on a holiday morning. Such horror stories are used by the pushy technicians, to sell you on such destructive removal methods, to boost up a large bill to the homeowner. Examining the situation myself I had the hive removed, and the site area cleaned, within less than an hour. I went in through the bird block. Had minimal damage to my home. I do wear a brace. Had to climb a ladder as a senior, to complete the job I had called a professional for. So Yes, Beware and ask a lot of questions before hiring a company to work on your home.

ValleyPro Pest has been really wonderful! They are very understanding, easy to get a hold of, quick, and meticulous. I sublet to someone who gave me bed bugs and caused me to get in trouble with my landlord. ValleyPro Pest was really helpful in handling the whole situation - satisfying my landlord's ridiculous demands and paperwork - and they did it all with such kindness! The exterminators dealt with all of my paranoid questions patiently and were very willing to come out and double-check everything to put me at ease. Their customer service and the high quality of their work and thoroughness made them SUCH a deal. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pest problem! Call them ASAP!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called to get a quote to remove bees. I was quoted 'around $170'. I made an appointment for February 21, 2013. The technicians arrived and went to the structure the bees had made a hive. After 10 minutes the technicians came back, told me the bees were dead and did I want to remove the hive. I asked how much it would cost and he told me between $400-$600. I told him no. I then asked him what kind of guarantee I had if the bees returned. He told me I had 30 days to contact them from date of service shown on my invoice. On March 2, 2013, 10 days after service, my tenant called to tell me the bees were back. I immediately called Valleypro to have them treat the area again. I was told the technicians would not come back because if I didn't remove the hive, the bees  would keep coming back. I was never informed of this when I called to schedule the service OR when the technicians were at my house performing the service. On the phone on March 2, 2013, I informed the person of the 30 day guarantee that was promised to me and he sounded like he was upset that someone would have told me that. He still refused to go to my house. I told him I wanted a refund and he told me no. Now I have to call another company to do the job correctly.
