This is one company everyone needs to steer pclear of, hopefully during this coming recession they shut down and leave the state if Arizona, #1) When the 1year contract runs out, the company feels it's their right to continue TRYING to service the home and if you refuse they say they already sent technicians and try billing' the customer.
#2) If they have to come back because customer says they are still having pest issues they will send 2 technicians then split up technicians in the home to divert attention away from the reason they returned to the property.
3) They try to bill for service's NOT DONE to the property then send you endless emails and threats about collections. Beware you have been warned!!!!!!!!
I am absolutely delighted to leave a review. I love that they have a quick response time and are efficient with their work. Tyron A. is my cheerful exterminator and always has a smile and friendly personality. So glad we found them!
I recently bought a house, I received a letter that I have a warranty from the last home owner. When I called after finding 2 scorpions I was told I had to continue their service to use the warranty even though it was prior to the end date of the warranty
I have found a different pest control service to use.
We've been using Quell for 1.5 years now and we have been very pleased with them. Our house had sooooo many bugs (scorpions, centipedes, spiders, ants) when we first moved in, and we definitely have seen a vast improvement since we started using them. Our most recent experience was with Roberto, and I hope he plans to stay long term with them. He truly went above and beyond! He was the most thorough person I've ever seen with Quell.

Andrew came out to my home this week. He took his time spraying our home, answered all my questions, was on time, and even locked back up my gate when he was finished. Everyone at Quell is always friendly and responsible. I would highly recommend Quell for all your exterminator needs.

I just moved into a home in Sun City West and received a letter from Quell Pest control stating that there is an existing pest control coverage with them and that it could be transferred. Upon calling them, they said there was no coverage and no transferrable coverage. I get that they want new business, but to falsely advertise that there is existing coverage on the home and that it is transferrable is an awful way of doing business. Certainly, no a good way to get new business.
I would go to the BBB, but figured Yelp would get the word out about this company. I have no idea, but this may be a company that sells a service and when you have a claim or problem they might say that's not covered, but for x amount of dollars we could take care of that?
Just moved to AZ and have had quite a few scorpions inside our yard and one in the garage. Quell just came out and sprayed the inside and outside thoroughly (pet safe for our dog). They then sprayed the whole perimeter outside, left some bait traps in our garage and backyard where a pack rat keeps getting in. Ethan also took down spider webs around the outside of the house.
Ethan was very thorough, professional and friendly and answered all of my questions and explained everything he did.
If we have any issues before our next quarterly service all we have to do is call them and they'll come back out.

Shady business practice. Sent letter that I had existing coverage in place. Called and said that wasn't the case.
I've been a Quell customer for a few months now and I've never been disappointed. Today my technician was Ethan and he was really great. There's not a single part of my home that was missed today and as a mother with a young child, I really appreciate it. The technicians are always respectful of my property, and all around nice people. I would definitely recommend them.
Always prompt and respectful of property. Knowledgeable and able to answer concerns. I have been happy with their thorough spraying of our property. They call with an arrival window and then an almost there text.
Targeted from purchasing home. Pressured sales to sign 12 month contract with a monthly fee to receive 4 treatments per year = EXPENSIVE! Several months of call backs for guaranteed pest control treatments not working, canceled contract and charged $100 cancelation fee. Technician left animal gates open numerous times. More roaches, spiders, scorpions and unfortunately lizards were caught in sticky mouse traps they put down as part of their service than we ever found dead from their guaranteed pest control spray. Now using a company who sprays monthly, no contract and their pest control spray works.
12/7/21 Your company was not interest in responding or making it right prior to this review. Lesson learned, DO NOT SIGN LONG TERM CONTRACTS WITHOUT A TRIAL PERIOD and insist you receive a copy before the salespersons leaves when signing digitally on their device.
They are very professional, respond super quickly and accommodate to your needs and schedule. Joseph, my technician, is super helpful, always on time and very pleasant. Answers all my questions thoroughly. And the product works great! Thank you guys!

Joseph is always so nice and informative. He took extra time with me to explain how I could seal my doors better to help keep out the insects and gave me other tips as well. :) And OMG he was not only spending time talking to me about my house, but he was training a new guy.... He is such a patient person and so kind. You could not have picked a better person to train a new guy. :)
The amounts of times they have knocked on our door and rang the doorbell when we have consistently told them we are NOT interested is extremely unprofessional. I work at home and am taking business calls and they still try to come back every hour. Please get a new way of trying to get customers because you have forever lost a potential in your solicitation

I use Quell Pest Control every month and they do a great job. They put a trap in my garage that caught a baby snake and they had a wildlife specialist come out and make sure there were no mama snakes lurking around (there were not). He sealed up all the compromised issues on my property to make sure this didn't happen again. Luckily it was only a bull snake and not a rattler! Thanks Adrian!

My mother recently signed up for service thru Quell. They told her they would be out every month to spray and then bill monthly. They send an email saying a technician stopped by and sprayed with date and time they were there. However, there was no one that actually stopped by. My mother was at home all day both months in which that happened and no one came out. No one knocked on the door or spoke with her or even left a written notice on the door. My mother feels deceived by this business and would not recommend.
Johnny S. Came out to my home today to do the bug treatment. He was polite, prompt, and courteous. Listened to my needs and wants as far as services I wanted to have preformed! Quell has been great have seen no bugs in the 8 months I have been their customer.
The guys that come out are always great and make sure everything is covered inside and out .. shout out to Nate who serviced our home today. We are bug free!!!
Have found that what was represented to me at the beginning of our contract is not at all the service I'm receiving. Penalty pretty steep to cancel but better than continuing on with a company the over promises and under delivers.

These guys are great! Jake and Tim were in the neighborhood and came by to offer their pest services since we were new in town and they did an outstanding job! They go above and beyond for their customers and give fantastic service. They did a thorough job inside and out. Very friendly, professional, and detailed in their work. They'll come anytime to fix any issues you have with pests. I'd recommend them for sure!

This company not only has an awesome name but a great technician named Ethan working with the company. He was thorough and friendly. He was courteous, practiced social distancing, and protected himself and my house by wearing a mask and booties. This was greatly appreciated and looking forward to my monthly service. Nate is the technician that services my house. He always texts me before he arrives so I can unlock the back gate. He asks me if I've seen any posts, does the pest application, then explains what he's done. No pests for me! Great job Nate.
Exceptionally helpful and nice guys. We had a horrid scorpion infestation and these young gentlemen came weekly to knock it out and provided us with additional poisons to keep the scorpion population down. We have not had a scorpion problems in over a month now.

They are great! Reached out to them because a welcome card was left on my door and they were out in the next two days. This was amazing with all the covid rearrangements going on. They were friendly, fast and made little to no contact however they left a note with everything they serviced during their visit. Recommend!
