I used this company to assemble my desk, as getting a bad experience from Sam who came over with a generic business didnt realize that there is no Roc# number on card& no bus number. It took hi, an hour to assemble & just realize after the assemble I decided it needed to be moved never touch didn't  thoroughly inspecTed it. The screws are fastened tightly on entire desk. never recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed with Sam over all work.I am also a Veteran 0 negative feedback. beware his also made a rude comment before leaving my home regarding my militany service. Beware of all in one.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

Terrible...never use these guys. Plumber came out to fix clogged drains. Could not find clean out (it was by front door) so he snaked the toilet. He said all fixed, however we asked for 2 bathtubs to be fixed as well. He said, they are fine and it will cost you. He then broke the drain plug, and did not fix the clog? We called Belisito back and told them we were unhappy. They scheduled a next day appointment. Never showed up? We called, and they said they forgot to schedule. Then next day, the excuse was an emergency elsewhere? These guys are terrible, unorganized, and ill equipped to perform standard home plumbing issues like venting.

Amazing experience. Waterheater sprung a leak. Called 4-5 places, and American Plumbing was at my door in less than 20 minutes from phone call. Gave me a great price, and did the work same day as I was leaving town the next morning, and didn't have time to wait around. It was done professionally, fast, and for a great price. I would recommend Rich to anyone looking for a plumber.

On Thursday morning I awoke to water leaking on my hardwood floor from my toilet. I called Joe at Phoenix Plumbing at 6AM to leave a message, Instead he picked up and I explained my situation.  Joe was polite, took my information and said he would have his office call by 8:00am.  At 7:45 Joe called and said that a man by the name of Mike was on his way.  Mike arrived at 8:20am and by 9:00 am my leak was fixed. Mike also checked the other toilet to make sure it was working in good condition.  He left and my anxiety and concerns were put to rest.  Thank you to Joe & Mike for the professional service, knowledge, and kindness towards me and my dilemma.  Your company will always be my first choice for any services needed. I found Complete Water Systems on yelp and with the five star reviews I decided to call them.  Spoke to James and fortunately we were able to set up an appointment with Brian for the following day. Fortunately as I had found a leak from a line in my RO system.  Brian actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled as he had a cancellation.

In less than 1/2 an hour he found the leak, replaced a fitting, cleaned up and was gone.  I would definitely recommend CWS.

I'm a Homeowner in Arizona and living out of state. I definitely appreciate the flexibility of these guys working with my Property Manager to address a water leak on my washer lines. Look forward to doing future business with them as I was pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness.

Gary was great. He installed a new prehung door for me, including casing and trim. He was very reasonably priced and did it really quickly. I was surprised how quickly he got it done. I would definitely recommend his work and I'll keep his number handy for anything else that comes up!

It seems like moon valley has grown so much as a company that they are no longer the honest & professional, sacrificing grassr it used to be. & has become a total cash grab vs customer satisfaction. :(

Apparently the people who are on the other end of the phone don't understand they work for a company who handles emergencies & may have people who ask questions or have certain needs.
Jessica and Sharon were both extremely rude and immature, it literally was so unbelievable, it was like something out of a movie.

Beware! You could have the plumber come out, promise something, but have something & charges totally different happen & guess what, there's nothing you can do about it.

We have had Gabe come out and do jobs at our house twice now and he has always been professional and done amazing work for us. The first job was the wonky electrical wiring in our hallway, which he figured out!

Our hot water heater went out yesterday morning and he showed up with very little advance warning, assessed the situation, removed the broken one, then went and got a new one and replaced it, all in the same visit.  We have no complaints whatsoever about Gabe's work or this company..

I decided to go with Copperline Plumbing based off Yelp reviews. Gabe provided outstanding service. He is professional and offers reasonable prices. I received a prompt estimate and service the same day. Before I knew it, he was done and the work was fantastic! From now on, I will only go to Copperline for any of my plumbing needs. I had couple of slow leaks on faucets and shower. I called Wyman and they came out the very next day. Nikki on the phone walked me through what to expect and to have parts ready just in case it wasn't a common part they usually carry. This bit of information saved me from having them to come back with parts. Long story short, they were able to fix and replace all in one visit. Our technician was Joshua (Kane). He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He didn't even mind me looking over his shoulders just to learn/monitor what's going on. They would be first call I'd make for any future plumbing needs; worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, awesome group of people. We had a main water leak and we called Dignity Plumbing. Estavan came over and gave us an estimate. Estevan is a very pleasant, friendly, easy-to-talk-to guy, answered all the questions we had and gave us an affordable estimate compared with other plumbers. The whole crew was very pleasant, very fast, and very efficient. If we could, we would give them 10 stars. The name Dignity says it all.

We had service from Danny which was awesome and effective. He came in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. We will make sure to keep calling Danny for plumbing needs.
