I called numerous times and within a couple of weeks no one ever got back to me.  Terrible customer service.  Don't bother.

After experiencing a sewer backup this morning, I called P&L Plumbing.  They responded immediately and were able to fix our problem.  They were very courteous and professional.  Both Kevin and Kyle were helpful in answering questions and were honest about possible future solutions to a root problem.  I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues!

Christian from Rooter Ranger Plumbling was awesome- he called when he was headed my way, assesses the situation quickly, and was able to fix the issue quickly and correctly! Will definitely be using them again and referring them out to others.

I have to say that working with Forest at Neighborhood Plumbing was awesome.   Unfortunately we had a pipe break in our house which was a huge nightmare and a mess, but Forest was amazing.   Him and his team was prompt, efficient, professional, organized, polite, thorough, genuine, friendly, I can go on.   He was terrific to work with.   I highly recommend him if you have any plumbing needs.    He was very communicative with me on the entire process and kept my stress level at a minimum which was extremely helpful considering the situation.   He is exactly the type of contractor you want on your job!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

Response time was incredibly quick. They were available early on a Sunday for my emergency plumbing needs after a big storm the night before. Communication was great, and expectations were set and met. Service agent on site was thorough and quick to get repair started and completed so our water could be turned back on. I highly recommend Aea Plumbing and will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Jim at CLW is great. I hired them to redo the sewer lines beneath a home that I purchase before moving in, and they communicated well, did great work at a good price and completed the job on time and on budget. I recommend them highly.

I was in desperate need of a quick repair to some leaking pipes in my kitchen, Pink Plumbing was there for me the next day! Prompt and knowledgeable service, the technician Lou was great! We had several touch up jobs to complete after a larger remodeling project and John and Jesse helped us get it all done! John was available right away to provide a quote - he was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy going - no pushy sales to make you feel like they want to do more than you need.  I like that they charge by the hour rather than per item so its not a nickel and dime approach.  Jesse showed up right on time - the quality of work was great and it was done in the amount of time they quoted.  We will have them back for the next project!

Very nice and honest owner!  He came out and checked my pool equipment and said that it all looked good. Turned out I didn't have a leak it's just dark areas from the company that sprayed my weeds. He didn't need to spend hours checking or charge me bucks just the coming out fee. Highly recommend.

I bought new coach lights for my newly painted house but had to leave town on a family emergency before I could install them prior to a Memorial Day party. At first I posted the job on Yelp under Electricians and got quotes of several hundreds of dollars weeks in the future. Then I posted it under Handyman and got a number of replies. Mark was at my house in less than 24 hours (on a Saturday) and installed both lights for under $100. I didn't feel this was fair to him so I rounded up. I'm a realtor, so I saved Mark's info in my phone for the next time a client needs a BINSR rescue (the list of repairs buyers deliver to a seller in lieu of cancelling the contract). Mark handles many kinds of home repairs and installations. Highly recommend.

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. After a delivery service dropped off the new washer and dryer without providing the correct parts, and having corroded valves to the point that we could not remove the hoses, I was in a bind.  
I left a voicemail with Bird Dog Plumbing and within a few minutes had received a phone call from Don saying that he would be able to swing by in just a little while and get it looked at.  I assumed that meant 30 minutes, but about 5 minutes later he called to say he was on his way.  
Don quickly assessed the situation, was able to fix the problems quickly, including working in very tight spaces in a small laundry closet.  He also had the parts that we needed on his truck and was able install, connect and make sure everything was functioning properly before leaving.
Definitely will be reaching out to Bird Dog Plumbing again.

I chose to go with Ty--not just because he gave me a great price estimate--but because I wanted to support the smaller businesses.  All the other companies sent out technicians for the estimate (which is fine), but Ty is a one-man show.  At first I was concerned that the work may be a little substandard as the other companies seemed more professional, but Ty did such a spectacular job for me that I immediately asked him to do some work for my parents.  Not only did he do the electrical work for my parents, but he also replaced a section of drywall that had been previously damaged by a water leak.  Again, I was initially concerned about his drywall abilities, but he did such a great job with the patching and surfacing that the wall doesn't even need to be repainted.  I plan to use Ty for all of my handyman needs, not just electrical work

Jason came out and changed 3 bathroom faucets. I was told one price and when he finished in an hour, it was that price. We love our new faucets and appreciate Jason taking care of us..

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I've used Desert Water for a couple of plumbing issues  this past year and I will say their level of service is amazing. Brad (on both cases) took the time to explain the issue and was very professional. Will call them again for any plumbing issue!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
