I had amended my review (having originally rated this company with one star) to three stars; however, I am now back to rating it with one star.  I wish this were not so.  Despite the owner's initial attempts to make right the wrongs of his company, my 2 year-old Ruud 50 gal electric water heater is still malfunctioning.  I cannot get through one shower without losing hot water.  Both elements have been changed out, so I am guessing it is the anode (spelling?).  I have called the owner (who gave me his cell phone and said to call him anytime and he would make things right; however, he is not returning my phone calls.  I am willing to pay for the replacement of the anode (not covered under warranty) and have made this clear; however, he still is not calling me back.  I have now scheduled an appointment with another plumbing to finally get my water heater working. It seems ludicrous to me that a device as simple as a water heater can't be diagnosed correctly and repaired easily--again, this is a 2 year unit (with an 8-10 year parts warranty--how hard can it be?) i am confident the new plumber will identify and fix the problem.  I have no idea what the problem is with this contractor.  I have used his company before with no issue.   I guess it boils down to if there are no problems, the company is fine to work with.  But if there is something out of the ordinary or some incompetent worker coming to your home, you are simply out of luck, no matter what assurances the owner makes.  I am actually dumbfounded as this kind of treatment is new to me.  It is most unfortunate for everybody.

The paragraph below was my ORIGINAL review of this company (roughly around 2-4-20).  I then rated this company with ONE star.  If you read this previously, you might have noticed changed my rating to three stars because the owner of the company, subsequent to my leaving original review (don't think he had read it yet though) called me and said he would make it right with me (which he did by next morning replacing both elements for free) AND promised to make management and other changes so that this type of thing does not happen in the future to others. HOWEVER, because my water heater is still not working correctly and because he owner will not now call me back (even though I told him I would be happy to pay to have anode replaced).

I am leaving my original review below so that anyone reading this review has the entire story, from then to now anyway.  

ORIGINAL REVIEW :  purchased a new 50 gal. Ruud Water heater with 8-10 year full warranty parts (no proration) for $850 from this company on 12-23-17. Water heater wasn't putting out enough hot water for one shower. I knew heating element must be bad. Called Kooline (who sold me this unit 2 years ago) and they sent out someone (who was so incompetent, I can't even call him a plumber), who ultimately and finally checked the heating elements and determined one was bad. Said an estimate of repairs was in my email by the owner of the company. He waited at the door while I checked my email. Received an estimate for a complete rebuilt of the water heater for $750.00. I called the owner and spoke with him (Jay). I said WHAT? i have a bad element and the part is covered under warranty and you want to charge me $750.00 What? He said well, in cases like this we recommend a complete overhaul of your water heater, or words to that effect. I said this water heater is only two years old and I could buy a brand new water heater for roughly the same amount--why would I pay $750 because I had a bad element?. He kept insisting that was the charge. And then finally asked what do you think is fair? I don't know why he would ask me that but I said $175 should be more than fair for labor to change an element. He said well, I couldn't do that. I said, fine, I do not wish to do business with you.  This is a total rip-off., I will leave the appropriate bad review for your company. I then called Ruud and they agreed that this was highway robbery and I should never do business with this company again. I was also told that this job shouldn't ever cost more than $150, if that (labor cost only as part is covered).    Ruud is sending me the part for free and said it is easy to change out myself.  Ruud is sending me the part for free and said it is easy to change out myself and it wouldn't void warranty. That is what I will do.  Proceed with great caution or better yet, avoid this company at all costs.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Travis & Sons rearranged their schedule to help us when we had an emergency situation with one of our bathroom showers.  Friendly, reliable and professional.  Highly recommend!

My water heater died and I requested a quote through Yelp from a different company and (reluctantly) checked the box that allows Yelp to broadcast the request to every plumbing contractor in the system.  I'm glad I did.  Tom from Wildcat Waterworks contacted me.  He was able get me a very good price, the brand water heater I wanted AND install it on the same day!  If that doesn't deserve 5 stars, what does?

I highly recommend Reni Rooter.  My garbage disposal was broken.  I contacted Lorenzo and he was out the next morning.  Quick, efficient, inexpensive and very pleasant to work with. My issues were resolved quickly.

I have had a rough time with precision air scheduling for my new ac unit and maintenance but I must say the service members who have come out to do the work are top notch.  They were professional, respectful,  and knowledgeable.  I had a lot of questions and they provides detailed answers and explain things in detail I wasn't sure about.  Recently I needed my capacitor replaced and Joshua helped us out during a very busy time in the valley.  We had the issue during an excessive heat time so scheduling was a bit rough but Joshua showed up and got straight to work to get our unit working.  Thank you Joshua for you professionalism and going over our concerns we had.

Love to start by saying they don't even deserve a one star...

My neighbor below me (I live in condos) has been having leaks in her garage every time I take a bath so we called this company in hopes of fixing the problem. Well they didn't and they came out 4 separate times to fix the leak that should have been fixed the first time.  The plumber stated to me well shit happens after I told him about my disappointment with the service we have been getting. He kept coming up with things it can possibly be.  I will be contacting the company in the AM for a full refund of service they didn't know how to provide. Shame on you for sending people that have zero knowledge in plumbing and fixing leaks.

Do not call this place if you care to have your problems fixed.. this caused me more of a headache then the leak itself

I live in Fountain Hills and was looking for a local business to repair my toiilet.  The toilet's water was running contiuously where i had to shut the water to it.  I have used Shaddrach Plumbing before and was verry pleased with their work!  Jared was on time .He appeared very professional.  He used plastic shoe coverings while in the house. i directed him to tfhe toilet that needed repair and he knew exactly what the problem was.   He proceeded to fix the toulet and was very meticulous. His price was very reasonable. I'll continue to used Shaddrach.

These guys are the best! We had a mess in our backyard when a water pipe burst. Scott came right out, assessed the situation and was able to coordinate the repair within one week. Sounds like a long time, but the repair was complicated. He made sure we had water to the house the first day. He is honest and his prices are fair. He and his workers went above and beyond the minimum. Highly recommend him!

I need every year a inspection for the city in my back flow and the technician are always very nice and answer all my questions and I will keep use them for ever thank you

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!
Definitely recommend! Always want to support local small businesses!!!

I damaged the hose bib on the side of my home and needed a plumber to have it replaced.  As a resident of MMR, I had come across mention and reviews of Les and MMR Plumbing - All Great!  (He works throughout the valley!)

I called and spoke with Les.  After explaining the situation, he told me he was able to come out the same day.  The repair works and looks great!  

Les is the type of business owner you want to do business with.  He said what he meant and meant what he said.  His work was excellent and the area left spotless.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Les.  He will be the person I call and recommend for any plumbing need!

Rip off artist if I ever saw one. I am the landscaper for a lady in Sun City Grand. She called me to check a leak. I got there to to see what the problem was I told her to cancel the plumber. The plumber said he never got the cancellation from his wife and that there was going to be a 'cancellation charge'. He bullied his way on her yard, I left. I found out later  and he charged her $500.00 to repair a poly irrigation line (75 cent part).

Had I stayed I would have told her to call the police.

Greg was so helpful! My experience was nothing like the ones noted below, we had called Greg after we had Bumble bee plumbing out here to fix our running toilet. Of course we were over charged and the work was not completed by the plumbing company and we were exhausted running out of resources and had no time to fix the problem. We called up Greg and he walked us through every step to get the toilet fixed, he did offer to come help us but fortunately my boyfriend was able to fix the job with Greg's help. I will defiantly consider using Greg for future iniquities and plumbing jobs. No issues so far!

Marc came out to unclog our sink.  When we ran water in the disposal side, it backed up into the other sink.  He roto rootered it and said he cleared it.  He charged us $1,530.  Then I ran the water after he left and we still had the same problem of it backing up.  So we paid all that money for nothing.  Then we had another company come out who charged us $850 and this time they showed us that it was truly fixed. I will NEVER call 24/7 Plumbing again.

Cannot say enough about the communication, work performed and technician that came out to clean our air conditioning units. We won a free cleaning from a home show we had attended. We were not expecting the spectacular service we received. From the very start our appointment was confirmed and the technician, Trevor Lay, was prompt and courteous. There is no doubt that if and when we have a service issue in the future who we will call to complete the service request :)
