Excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They came out right away and solved our plumbing problem. Very competitive pricing. All around a great experience.

I do not recommend Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service due to the following:

It was very upsetting to wait 9 WEEKS for their quoted cost of $5,126.67 which was not the total cost for their services. We were not aware that they would not be installing the tub for our master bath remodel until the receipt of the quote dated 12/12/22. The tub fixture is 400 lbs. per the specs which they had in their possession since October 2022. Now after 9 WEEKS I had to find a contractor to do the install for this plumbing/tub fixture and not even a referral from Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service as to who would do this to assist us knowing our project was starting on 1/9/2023, 4 weeks from 12/12/22!

I never thought we would receive this type of service/treatment it would have been better for Joe the owner to say upfront on October 6, 2022, when he came to our home, we are not interested in your project, and we could have had selected another company to replace them by now.

We support our local Cave Creek businesses, and I thought I made a great choice, but that was clearly not the case, and for Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service not to have the common courtesy and professionalism to tell us especially to an existing customer, is more than a disappointment beyond words, I just don't understand their business ethics. They wasted 9 WEEKS of my time with all of my countless phone calls/follow-up to Cheryl and false promise responses.... we are working on it be patient, I was more than patient!

I was able to find a more competent company in Cave Creek with 40 years of experience that responded in 1 day that will do all of the work for one price.

Customer beware of Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service this could happen to you!

To bad you can only give 5 stars. This company was called at the last minute but fit me in for service. The technician was super professional, fast and really knew his job well. A a big thank you to Cheryl for helping me, and fitting me in the schedule. I will be using Phoenix Plumbing forever.

Joe and his team were extremely prompt and professional. We had a potential catastrophe on our hands with our water heater leaking very rapidly. From the initial call to the project being complete spanned a total of 3 hours. From the get go, we knew we made the right call in their services. My hot water heater needed to be replaced. I called after seeing the other great reviews and was not disappointed. Joe and his team arrived early the next morning on time and with a smile. They made quick work of the job. Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Let me start out by saying that they are not the least expensive outfit in the business.  Let me also state that their service is worth every penny.  I have used their plumbing and drain services on three different properties with three different sets of problems.  They arrived quickly, kept me informed of when they were going to arrive, let me know about any issues that they encountered while doing the work, did the work perfectly, and cleaned up nicely before they left.  

Not only would I not hesitate to recommend them to everyone, I wouldn't use anyone else.

I did not find them on Yelp; they were recommended to me by a friend who utilized their services for many years for her business and for her home.  She gave them a glowing review and told me I wouldn't be disappointed.  She was 100% correct.  These guys are the best.  You will not go wrong with Phoenix Plumbing and Drain.

This company is now my go to for any plumbing needs.  Really part of the community and just wants to provide excellent service at an honest price.  I know I'll be using them in the future and I've already used them twice, with great results both times.  Knowledgeable and professional, I also saw the difference in their price and time for the job vs a plumber who was ripping off a friend of mine for the exact same job.  The other plumber was nearly triple the cost.  I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I used this company for the first time and Mike was exceptional. He was on time, wore a mask, and was very neat and timely. He let me know when there was an issue and easily resolved the problem. I would never hesitate to use them again!!!

I was referred to them by my friend and I had a fantastic experience. We had just moved into our new place and within a couple hours we noticed some water pooling on the backside of our kitchen, which we discovered was a leak under the sink. I called Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Services and they added us to their schedule that day. Their technician came out within a few ours and quickly identified that the garbage disposal and an additional pip were leaking. He fixed both items within an hour and a half and we have had no problems since. They helped us save from having a larger flood and they charged a very reasonable price for the work. I would definitely use and recommend them in the future.

Excellent service!!! We had a plumbing issue that caused our bathroom to overflow with water. Phoenix Plumbing scheduled us same day and someone was at our house within a couple hours. The plumber on-site was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Within 20 minutes he fixed our issue and explained everything.  We will only be using Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

We had a slight emergency lastnight and needed a plumber on a Sunday night. It was Father's Day too. Joe the owner was more than willing to come out to our home and was there in an hour. He fixed our broken shower faucet and prevented my husband from causing even more damage.

We moved into our 45 year old house a year ago and knew the major appliances wouldn't last long; little did I know my laundry room would be suddenly flooded with no warning this week. After searching on NextDoor for recommendations for a plumber, I found a review of Phoenix plumbing & drain service. They helped us quickly and did a great job. Very responsive. Customer service person (Cheryl?) was incredibly responsive and helpful, talking us through how to stop the immediate issue until they arrived. Exceptional customer service and reasonable prices! They even rerouted our drainage so the laundry room would never flood again. Will definitely call again (hopefully won't need to for a while)

We live in a development that was built in the mid 90's and recently our neighbor experienced a disastrous flooding issue due to a water pressure issue. Through this issue we became aware that water line pressure regulators have roughly a 10 year life span.

After checking Yelp for reviews. We had Phoenix Plumbing check ours and it was determined that the pressure was too high and it needed to be replaced.

The experience was top rate! Joe installed the new regulator and a hose bib in about an hour. The process was prompt, clean and very professional. We would highly recommend this company. And will continue to utilize them, if any future issues arise.

On Thursday morning I awoke to water leaking on my hardwood floor from my toilet. I called Joe at Phoenix Plumbing at 6AM to leave a message, Instead he picked up and I explained my situation.  Joe was polite, took my information and said he would have his office call by 8:00am.  At 7:45 Joe called and said that a man by the name of Mike was on his way.  Mike arrived at 8:20am and by 9:00 am my leak was fixed. Mike also checked the other toilet to make sure it was working in good condition.  He left and my anxiety and concerns were put to rest.  Thank you to Joe & Mike for the professional service, knowledge, and kindness towards me and my dilemma.  Your company will always be my first choice for any services needed. Phoenix Plumbing and Drain:
I had been having a problem with my plumbing for a few months.  I had a strange sewer smell that would come and go from under my kitchen sink.  I couldn't quite pin point where or when I would smell it so I decided to call Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service.  Joe was able to come out and check out my issue within a few days.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly!  Not only that but he was able to answer a lot of my questions about other plumbing and drain related things around my house.  For instance, he told me that he was able to service my water softener and RO system.  He also let me know ways to keep them working efficiently.  I was so impressed with Joe's professional nature and wealth of information.  He was very kind and got the job done quickly and efficiently.  The price was reasonable and affordable and I highly recommend to anyone who has plumbing or drain issues.  You can't go wrong with Phoenix Plumbing and Drain.  Thanks Joe!

I hired this company again, installation of new garbage disposal and drain system after having new granite and sink installed.

Different technician this time... Still of the highest quality of service, very professional and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what to do in the middle of a challenge of installation of a very large garbage disposal that is non traditional installation. Great attitude. Job completed 150% satisfaction.

Mike did a very professional job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix it. Would use them again.

I used Phx Plumbing back in November to install a new faucet in my kitchen. The two reps were awesome and even ran to the hardware store for a piece I was missing. They turned what could have been a stressful install into a very pleasant experience.

My wife and I moved into a new house and it had leaky faucets and needed a new kitchen sink.  Joe came over and installed the faucets and kitchen sink no problem.  They look great and took no time to do.

I have been using Phoenix Plumbing for over 8 years both at home and at my Red Lobster Restaurants around the valley.  Joe and his team are the best plumbers in the business.  They are fast, polite, HONEST and efficient.  Most importantly the get it right the first time. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and I have never been disappointed.  Any job large or small, Phoenix Plumbing is the who you should call.

Joe Herzog was highly recommended, I was anxious for the appointment and to receive an estimate so I didn't mine taking off half day for work and losing wages as well as feeling my plumbing problems would be taken care by someone who knows what they're doing. It's been three weeks to the day and two calls, both with a promise that Joe would call me back which has never happened. I don't doubt that you're very good at what you do but it's too bad you have forgotten common courtesy. If you're too busy to take on new clients let people know.
