Rafael The owner of the company came out and remodeled my bathroom on a short notice and Man was I pleased!! Him and his work are very professional, neat and he takes a lot of pride in what he does! I'm so happy I went with him! My neighbor also used him to remodel his bathroom. Thats how I found out about him to begin with! He does amazing work and is highly skilled! I had a scare with my 16+ year old air conditioning unit this past weekend.  After two sleepless nights because my a/c unit wasn't keeping up, I was preparing myself for the worst.  I had three different companies inspect and provide me with the results.  The first company said the problem was that the outdoor portion of the a/c unit was in a bad location, and suggested either (a) removing part of the condenser and relocating it for $730, or (b) purchasing a new unit for between $5600-$9700.  The second company told me the coils were dirty, but that there were 4 other large problems that needed to be addressed, for a total price of $2K.  Consequently, they recommended a new unit.  The the third company was Dukes of Air.  They sent a technician named Justin, who was nice, professional, and direct about the problem, which he also diagnosed as dirty coils.  Importantly, he wasn't pushy.  He didn't suggest that I needed several other services, nor did he push me to consider a new unit.  Based on this experience with Justin, I would definitely recommend Dukes of Air.

We realized our drains had backed up, on a Saturday night. We called Cleaverland plumbing and spoke to the owner Nafiz. We scheduled for him to come the next morning. He gave us a quote and arrived at 8:00 am on a Sunday no extra charge!
He was able to unclog our drains. The following day we noticed some gurgling in our sink. Nafiz came out right away, again no Extra fees. He solved the issue and we couldn't be happier. It's almost impossible to have someone come out on a  Sunday and not charge extra. Five Stars Nafiz he was awesome.

Spoke to Dave today about a plumbing issue with a main water valve at our home in Buckeye, AZ.   He was very helpful and responsive and offered the best estimate to repair the valve.   Although we didn't need to hire him today (as we found another shut off valve to use), we definitely recommend hiring him for any plumbing needs and we will call him again if needed.   Thank you!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

This company has earned my business for life. More then reasonable pricing. I called this company, after reading the other great reviews, for an estimate. The quote I got was 80% cheaper then what another plumber quoted. Chris did excellent work! Very professional and reasonable, I am so grateful. He cares and is very considerate of his customers. You will regret it if you use another plumber.

It's two in the morning, I just got off work, I'm tired, I have to go back as soon as I wake up, but you know what? It is more important that I take the time to recognize Matthew and Go Go Rooter for the work they performed while I was at work today.

My water heater started leaking Friday at 4:30 pm (of course). I placed a claim with my home warranty company and they sent the service request to Matthew at Go Go Rooter. He called me a bit after that and explained that the home warranty company's office is closed on weekends and cannot approve work so it would probably have to wait until Monday. Regardless, he said he'd do his best to get a hold of somebody to approve the work. Unfortunately he could not and it had to wait until today/Monday.

I had to go to work but I let Matthew know my wife would be home all day and he could perform the work any time. My wife tells me,
he shows up, ensures the water heater does indeed need replaced and replaces it. She tells me that he was the consummate professional the entire time, was courteous, and answered all her questions. She was even unaware of how the warranty process worked and tried to pay him money we did not owe him and he turned it down!

This combination of professionalism, workmanship, knowledge, and honesty is exceedingly rare in the valley. When you come across it, it is important to get the word out because these are the people that deserve your business. If I have any more plumbing problems covered by warranty, I can only hope they hook me up with Go Go Rooter again. If I have non warranty work, Matthew will be my first call and I implore you to make him your first call as well.

The owner Tammy was quick to send out a plumber to have a look at our non-working evap cooler. The hot summer is upon us and I needed the cool air fast. The plumber arrived on time and cleared a clogged water line and told us the other items we needed to replace. I have no time so I asked for a quote and 2 days later my cooler was working. I also had a leaking faucet in my backyard that the plumber quickly fixed for no cost as it was a simple fix. I'll use them again for sure.

David was Great! Our bathroom sink had a random sewer smell and of course the day David came there was no smell. David stayed for a couple of hours, unfortunately never located the smell but he cleaned pipes and all those other plumbing technicalities and the smell is finally gone!!!! I would absolutely recommend Garrett Plumbing!

Amazing service!  The technician (Ross) that came out to inspect a leak that we found in our bathroom and adjacent closet was awesome.  We had a plumber from our home warranty company (Sonoran Home Service) come out and couldn't figure out where the leak was originating, insisting there was a crack in the concrete slab and they couldn't fix it.  Ross arrived on time and after seeing the leak, immediately checked the water meter and saw no excessive use.  He then stated that it was probably just the wax ring for the toilet (which is what I had thought this whole time but was told by Sonoran that it wasn't).  Wax ring was repaired and even referred us to another great company (Dry Star Restoration) to remediate any damage done from the leak.  Will definitely use these guys again!

I had contacted Scottsdale Plumbing Company to perform work on our Master Bathroom remodel. The work involved setting tub, plumbing pipes to installed valves with finished hardware. Upon contacting the decision was made to send someone to my house to evaluate the job and then provide quote to in order to proceed.

The plumber (Robert) came on 1/17, with another plumber. They looked at the job and quoted $1100. I told them to proceed with the job. After an hour the plumbers informed me they did not have all the necessary tools to perform the job, nor did they have all the materials. At that time they informed him they would have to charge me $180/hr while they were out gathering the tools and materials. At this time I got confused based on the initial quote they gave me. They stated the quote was based on estimated time to complete the job and the actual cost was variable. They did not disclose this to me, nor did they have me sign any agreement at the time they disclosed the initial quote of $1100. I told them I would not pay for them to fetch materials and tools, since this would not be work being performed on the job. The decision was made for them to return the following week on Tuesday.

No one arrived on Tuesday. I called the office and they said Robert had me scheduled for Friday. This messed up my schedule and needed them to complete the job before Friday. The office was able to re-shuffle and the plumber returned on Thursday to complete the job. Based on this info I had called my tile contractor to schedule finishing the tub skirt on 1/24. Between this time and Monday I was out of town for business matters.

Upon returning to town I had noticed the tub valves were not symmetrical around the tub spout fixture. The cold valve was off by over an 1-inch relative to the hot valve. I can understand if the drilled holes were off by about 1/8 inch at the most, but 1-inch is very noticeable and is finish work. I was very upset and could not understand how someone could drill hole being off by that much.

After many communications to the Scottsdale Plumbing Company (phone and email) they refused to communicate back. In fact they demand payment instead of fixing the issue.

Now my Wife and I have to pay a contractor to fix the issue which requires ripping up tile and tub skirt and removing the tub in order to fix the plumbing.  We tried to work and compromise with them, but they decided to screw us and take the unethical route.

We are in process of contacting BBB and ROC to file claim.

This 1 star is for the response provided from the business.  The customer is not always wrong as it appears is the philosophy being taken.  Please respond honestly and keep the facts straight.  The manager called to tell me he did not mean to have this happen to me, that is all that was said.

The company is acting like only one technician came out.
Two came out to my house, not one.  Is it customary to send out two plumbers to give just an estimate?  Fact is, I was told I would be able to have work done.  I am confused why in the response he said only one worker came out... I was also told that Monday, NOT Saturday was the soonest they could schedule me.

I told the woman on the phone when she asked if I would like to reschedule, that I can't I need to have this done today.  I was never told at that point, this can't be done.  This was not a mystery of the expectations for the work to be done.  I was told that the work I was having done was common stuff and if nothing had to be special ordered it could be done then at the time of them giving me the estimate. That night, despite what is being said by plumbsmart, they did not keep their word or even try.  That tells me a lot.

I had plumbers come on Saturday, the next day, from a different company installed everything in less then two hours.  I was not planning on writing this, but all the comment had so much false information I thought I should point it out.

To summarize
Two plumbers came not one (they were planning to install)
They never offered Saturday install as stated
They knew I was expecting Friday install from talking to scheduler, original appt, two plumbers came.
The company is acting like none of this happened and the bad experience is the customer's fault.
Nothing was done to try to make it so we could have the planned party at our house.  When asked if we could at least get the sink hooked up, it was a no.
