I placed a request for service on YELP on Saturday and not only did I get an email back within a few minutes but Rafael was at my house that day to give us an estimate.  By Wednesday that same week the job was done and the problem fixed.  Price was reasonable and work was professionally done.  CIB is my first call for anything related to plumbing.  Highly recommend.

Mark with Top Notch was exceptional, no complaints. I'm in the building industry and have seen a lot of plumbing work done but Mark's was above and beyond. His communication was clear, he walked me through the steps, didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need, and ultimately delivered a quality job with no shortcuts. I had a tricky location to install my water softener in and Mark made it happen with ease. We are very happy with the service and the overall finished product! All for MUCH less than the home builder wanted to charge us. If you are unsure of who to use for your next plumbing job, at least give Mark a call! I've already started recommending him! I had a couple small plumbing problems in my newly purchased home and was unsure as to who to call. I found 1 Buckeye Plumbing in that little small paper that comes free once a week. What a lucky break for me. I loved the service, the courtesy, the professionalism, and the communication! From the service request call to the excellent service received during the repairs, Dave went that extra step to make sure I understood what was being done and why. I will definitely refer Dave and his company to all my friends and family.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

I needed some work done and Chris came out very quickly and was able to work with my schedule. He provided pictures of the process since i was unable to be here. I am very happy with the work and definitely recommend if you need work done.

We had our kitchen sink back up. Referred to Go Go Rooter and plumbing by our regular plumber to snake the lines.  Called them at 10:00 am they said they would have someone out at 2pm. Dewayne arrived at 1:50. Checked the issue and got right to work. Finished by 1:30.  Awesome service, prompt, cordial and quick. Told us that it was a 6 month warranty, that if we felt it wasn't running as fast as it should to call and he'd be back.

Picked them because of their online ad/website. Needed a plumber on a Sunday for an emergency. THEIR AD SAYS NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR WEEKEND/EVENINGS. The first thing he did was tell me because it was the weekend it would be $350 JUST TO COME OUT. Asked him about his website and he said That's not right. We will NOT be using this company. If their website and initial call is dishonest how could I trust them to do the job!

These guys were contracted through my warranty company to replace my leaky garbage disposal. The gentleman arrived at the tail end of the 2 hour window and told me he just returned to work after being out and a bunch of his tools were missing so he had to rummage to get what he needed for the install. But he was very friendly and explained all about the garbage disposal to me. I would recommend Hummell Plumbing to others.

Just used Scottsdale plumbing for the first time and I'm very impressed.  They were professional, courteous, on time, and came in under their original quote.  Great job!

If I could give zero stars I would.  I have never written a review, but am doing so now as I have never been so offended by a company.  This past Oct, I needed the handle of my toilet fixed.  Two PlumbSmart employees came to my house, worked on the toilet, told me they got in trouble with the office because they had stayed at my house too long, and then they literally took off.  Nothing was fixed; they told me I needed to buy a specialty part.  I flushed the toilet ONCE and it overflowed.  NOTE:  there was nothing wrong with my toilet before they came.  I had a problem with the handle and that's why they were checking it.  

Fortunately, I had someone working at the house and he was able to stop the flow.  Long story short, I had to get a NEW toilet and have that installed.  My friend who had referred them called the owner of the company because she was so disturbed--she had referred a number of clients to them.  He gave my friend a $100 credit and then reassured her that he would make it right.  I never got a call.  

Two months later, I got a bill.  Not only a bill, but repeated calls asking to pay for work that had not been conducted.  One day, in a span of approximately 30 minutes, they called 5 times.  They charged me for installing a chrome handle and running a performance test on my toilet.  Finally, I blocked them and had my new plumber call the owner.  They have removed the charge and we sent them the bill containing costs for a new toilet and installation.
