I bought a new garbage disposal from Home Depot and they were supposed to install it for me but they never called me as promised. I came to Yelp to request quotes. I got 6 responses and only 2 of the businesses would give me quotes online without having to call in. CIB was one of them and his was also the best quote. He was able to come out within 2 days which I really appreciated. Definitely would use their services again. Huge thank you to Rafael and Sergio!

We've used Mark for several issues now; sewer/root backup, new RO water system, and water hammer. He is so awesome to work with. Mark is knowledgeable, professional, and he's trustworthy. Thank God for our go-to plumber!

These guys are the real deal. I found out about Dukes of Air when I switched companies for bi annual preventative maintenance on my 2 heat pump systems. Recently I had a breakdown on one of my units and they were out within just a few hours...shockingly fast! I decided to weigh options for potentially replacing my system rather than going straight to repairing and they had someone out to quote a new unit the next day. I ultimately decided to go with the repair and they were out the next business day to get things back up and running. My service tech Justin was ridiculously knowledgeable and even noticed and was able to fix a configuration issue with our system that was out of whack since the original install 13 years ago. Everyone I dealt with at Dukes was extremely professional and bent over backwards to get things done quickly and efficiently right out of the gate. Call the Dukes next time you're in need of anything HVAC!

I can not sing Nafiz's praises enough!! Where do I start?! First off, my fiancé who is a maintenance technician, had been attempting to fix this leak all week. There was a leak in the wall in between my garage and our spare bedroom. The water had flooded the bedroom. We had to turn the water off and on all week to prevent any further damage. I attempted to get someone out through my home warranty company. However, due to living in Maricopa the first company was a no show and then rescheduled to come out a whole week later.  We absolutely could not wait any longer to have this leak repaired. Nafiz responded immediately on a Sunday at that! Then, he was able to come out the same day (on Sunday). He actually arrived approximately 30 minutes early. Then, he had the leak completely fixed less than an hour. I am thoroughly impressed with his work, professionalism and sense of urgency. He will be our good to guy for any additional plumbing needs!

Richard is an amazing, honest person which isn't easy to find these days. I'd recommend hiring him for any projects

I had a couple small plumbing problems in my newly purchased home and was unsure as to who to call. I found 1 Buckeye Plumbing in that little small paper that comes free once a week. What a lucky break for me. I loved the service, the courtesy, the professionalism, and the communication! From the service request call to the excellent service received during the repairs, Dave went that extra step to make sure I understood what was being done and why. I will definitely refer Dave and his company to all my friends and family.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

I wish I could articulate just how good Chris is compared to other plumbers out there. His quality of workmanship is exceptional with extremely fair pricing for what he does. Choose someone else if you must, but know that you're missing the equivalent experience of diamonds compared to cut glass. There's no substitute for a true craftsman that has mastered his trade.

It's two in the morning, I just got off work, I'm tired, I have to go back as soon as I wake up, but you know what? It is more important that I take the time to recognize Matthew and Go Go Rooter for the work they performed while I was at work today.

My water heater started leaking Friday at 4:30 pm (of course). I placed a claim with my home warranty company and they sent the service request to Matthew at Go Go Rooter. He called me a bit after that and explained that the home warranty company's office is closed on weekends and cannot approve work so it would probably have to wait until Monday. Regardless, he said he'd do his best to get a hold of somebody to approve the work. Unfortunately he could not and it had to wait until today/Monday.

I had to go to work but I let Matthew know my wife would be home all day and he could perform the work any time. My wife tells me,
he shows up, ensures the water heater does indeed need replaced and replaces it. She tells me that he was the consummate professional the entire time, was courteous, and answered all her questions. She was even unaware of how the warranty process worked and tried to pay him money we did not owe him and he turned it down!

This combination of professionalism, workmanship, knowledge, and honesty is exceedingly rare in the valley. When you come across it, it is important to get the word out because these are the people that deserve your business. If I have any more plumbing problems covered by warranty, I can only hope they hook me up with Go Go Rooter again. If I have non warranty work, Matthew will be my first call and I implore you to make him your first call as well.

Ross was great. These guys came in through the home warranty company for a leak in the pipes for the water heater. They responded the same day as I put in the service request. Eventhough I paid only the call fees their rates seemed reasonable. They had the whole thing fixed in an hour and left. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Great service, Richard was the plumber who came to my home and was very professional and did great work. I went with Scottsdale Plumbing because they have been in the valley for many years. I felt that the price was very fair and they did not overcharge me at all. If Richard is coming to your home then you are in good hands.........Thanks!!!!......I will only call Scottsdale Plumbing in the future..

A few days ago I had a leaky shutoff valve under my kitchen sink, I called in the morning and they sent someone out same day which was a huge plus because of the urgency of my situation. Both techs that came were very curtios, respectful and professional, their work was A+ and we will definitely call them again if we ever need any additional plumbing work in the future.
