I agreed for him to come out to the house.  we discussed the job through messaging.  I sent him a lot of photos at his request.  He assured me he could do the job.  Saturday came and he sent me a text message that he would be done with his morning job in about an hour and a half and be heading my way, to my house.  He didn't show up and I heard nothing from him again.

Dave just walked me through steps to help figure out a problem we were having with our basement sewer ejector pump.  He also suggested ways to save us frustration and money in the future. This was the first time I called him, as the plumber we had used previously is pretty much incompetent. 1Buckeye is now our #1 for our #2 issues!!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. Great work on Matthew and his hard working crew. I had a damaged main sewer line about 4 feet long buried under about 4 to 5 feet of rocks and dirt. He was able locate the exact spot of the damage with a sewer camera. He had the city mark under ground hazord within a few days. Dug the hole and did the repairs within half a day on Saturday. My family didn't even noticed and major interruptions in water flow. They left the repaired area just the way it was found. Great crew my go to for all Plumbing needs.

I called OMW to fix a leak I had in a pipe. I was told on the phone when I called that there was a $89 charge to come to my house, and the price of the repair would be around $250.  See their web page front and center, and you will see this quote:

When they finished I was told the price was something like $379. Not only DIDN'T they apply the $89 charge to the repair, like it clearly says on their web page, but the price was even higher.  It took them about 20 min to actually make the repair, but they left for about 30 minutes in the middle to get more parts.  The repair was good, but for dishonest advertising, I would NEVER have them back in my house, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else.  I gave them three stars because the repair was good.  

They never gave me a receipt, but said they would email it, and I have never received it.

I chose Garret because of the reviews and ability to get to my rental home in a couple of days. In the end, the job got done correctly at a reasonable price and I would probably use them again. However, there was a glitch with needing to come back another day with a part and then the new part was faulty. It took several days for him to return yet again. I appreciated his Quickbooks invoicing and ability to pay online.

Horrible!!  Asked them to do some work for inspection for pool   Got a quote for 1900 for a fence.   We asked them to start but I quest there was miscommunication and he took back the fence.  6 days later we asked when it would be done.  He said that he thought we didn't want it so took back and it would be 200 more for material.  In 6 days it went up 200.   We swallowed it and said ok.  They finished the job and we paid.  Today they called and said they needed 300 more because of the materials   We already paid 200 more because of materials but after sec paid and job finished they wanted 300 more.  So sad that this is how you do business.  I know in 6 days the material didn't go up 600   Trying to take advantage  of people   The day will come and you will need business and people will remember.  I am so sick and disgusted   Job finished and paid but you want more money.  So sick

Very sad that you are saying that.  We have the receipt for the work and we paid 1950 plus 150 as I will upload   Never was there any racial things said as my children are Hispanic along with husband.  So that is the most disgusting thing said   I have text and receipts that I can upload. I see you took your response off of here and put this new one up.  Again that is not how it went but it really doesn't matter.  As for the money you returned it to my neighbors   Again very unprofessional.  They have nothing to do with this.  Nor should you be talking to them about any of it and that isn't true about you not being apart of it because the Receipt is your company.  You asked for Venmo and Venmo charges and that happens everywhere just like if you went to a restaurant and use a credit card they charge the restaurant that doesn't mean we did not pay. To say that we were racist and said threatening things is a lie and to say you hope no Mexicans work for us again is rude and unprofessional and I would never want to do business with anyone like that again
You called my neighbors 7 times and then proceeded to show up at her house and hit into a confrontation with her.

Hummel Plumbing was referred by the home warranty company, and should not have been.  There was just a small leak on the floor between the toilet and vanity. Instead of going for the easiest of solutions the plumber called a mitigating company. The company disassembled our vanity turned of the water and found no mold. The cost of mitigation is $1200 without going through insurance.  Now we have no sink, but for the deductible of $75 (warranty deductible) we have a new wax ring under the toilet.  That was the only issue. Bone dry under the sink. I tried to get monetary assistance from the plumbing company to pay that. The owner said that he would not, and he hung up on me when I suggested that they should not be on the home warranty's list for plumbing companies.  Tomorrow we we contractors putting the bathroom vanity back together at our expense.

Sean Rojas came to my house in August. I watched him install my new water heater which was a warranty replacement. Honestly, I've never seen a better technician than Sean. He moved unbelievably quick. I was at one time a welder with experience in soldering. I've never seen a person solder as quickly as Sean.  He made certain that I got my money's worth AND my senior citizens discount. People like this make a company great.

We recently lost our AC repair guy due to him relocating out of state. As always, trying to find a technician that is not only going to be reasonably priced but also trustworthy and operates at a high level of integrity can be tricky. It appears as though we might've found a replacement with plumbsmart, as we recently hired them to do a job for us. We never know what the technicians are going to tell us which does cause some apprehension. They can tell us anything and we have no choice but to believe them. Plumbsmart shared with us some of the potential issues that could arise in the coming months or years. He could've easily had and told us that we need to have our compressor replaced here right now to make some extra money but rather told us that we probably would have it for at least this summer or next summer. We appreciate the honesty and the reasonable pricing. Will be using them for all our AC needs as well as referring them to friends and family.
