Rafael is wonderful.  He gave me a wonderful price for my water heater install and dry wall replacement.  What I liked most is that Rafael was very responsive.  He always answered within a couple of minutes.  Best customer service I have received from a provider ever.  I will be using g him again.  Thank you Rafael!

We had a broken compression valve and some kinked plumbing. Mark was able to do the job earlier than quoted and for a very fair price. I'm very happy with the service and would recommend to others.

Aqua Pro continuously does great work for us at a fair price. We bought our Water Softener, Reverse Osmosis and Faucets from Aqua Pro. They informed us and suggested value adding options. We whole heartily endorse Chris, Vikki and the Aqua Pro team.

I really wish I could give this company a 5 star review but here was my experience.  I had explained when I called in that I am a realtor and I like to be able to refer good AC companies to my clients.  However, I was told serviceman would be out between 3 - 6 and he did call me before 6 and say he was still in Mesa but could be there later or I can reschedule???  What if I took time off work to be there or had dinner plans?  Anyway once he arrived he was very nice young man, however I have two AC one American Standard one almost new Trane.  He proceeded to tell me American Standard was made by Carrier and I even said are you sure...he was very certain.  As a realtor I do know better.  I am not an expert on AC and don't claim to be; but to me this is basic knowledge.  He also said I have a neat blow out systems that he had never seen before.  A refrigerant line with nitrogen to clean out HVAC lines, which I have seen in many of the homes I sell.  Again he was a very nice polite young man, but I do not feel I can refer your company to any clients.  Sorry AZ Dukes.

Cleverland was very responsive to my inquiry, showed up on time, did great work for the agreed-upon price, and were very pleasant to interact with. Five stars for sure!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Chris from Renew came out for my home warranty insurance company and took care of a minor drain clog. I was, coincidentally, have other plumbing issues. I started asking some questions and he found my problem, explained my problem, and then told me what I needed to do to fix it! Upon the some further discussion, I needed some additional plumbing work done, he came back handled it and at a price that was incredibly reasonable. His knowledge was priceless for me. Highly recommend this company.

I called many plumbing companies after hours and finally I got a live person to answer the phone I was  very impressed and relieved  because I had water coming from my celling and did not no how to shut off my water , when I explained my situation to The gentleman on the phone he walked me through  how to shut off the water , I gave him my address and he had someone there in less then a hour it was late around 1am and he actually had a smile and was glad to be there , the service was beyond my expectations,
I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to; this company went beyond my expectations,

Dave Garrett (owner) and partner Bob are the best. Fair pricing, on time response and very, very experienced professional. This is my second time using his company and my second time being very satisfied with the work.  I expected a 1.5 hour wait they arrived in 15 minutes (lucky me).  Pricing was very affordable. Just happy to have a professional do a professional job. Thank you Dave.

Miguel responded quickly to our request to board up our patio glass door that grandson walked thru.  He was very quick, through in removing the glass and made sure that the door was completely sealed.

Update: I had Hummell Plumbing come to my house to replace four angle stop valves that were probably as old as the house (1980s) and were all stuck open. Ross and Steve called me in advance to notify me they were 15 minutes away, and were extremely courteous upon arrival.  They completed the job in approximately 20-25 minutes tops.  Ross also gave me some advice regarding a new faucet I am installing. Hummell's price was very fair and the service was good. As I stated in my earlier review in 2015, I will call Hummell again with my next plumbing job.

We recently had a leak in the water line to our refrigerator, and called Scottsdale Plumbing Company (SPC) to help us, because it was a weekend and an emergency. I'm not sure how their weekend rate compares to other plumber weekend rates, but I thought it was rather high. Nevertheless, the plumber from SPC came within an hour of our call and helped us stop the leak. Rather than fix the water line and rack up the weekend rate hours, though, he suggested he leave the water line as it was (with the leak now stopped), and come back the following week when he would only have to charge their normal weekday rate. I really appreciated that suggestion, because it showed he recognized how high their weekend rate was, and that he wanted to help us save money, while getting the job done.

I'll have to check what their regular weekday rate is to see if I'll call them again, but overall, I'm glad SPC was there to help us in a pinch, and glad their plumbers are honest and considerate.

Fair and honest professional plumbers. Thomas did a little extra work to keep our small job from turning into a costly, larger nightmare. I highly recommend PlumbSmart, pricing is very fair considering how far they drove out to help us.
