Came out same day to fix my AC. Very polite and respectful. Will need to come out again to fix the issue completely since I had guests that I didn't want to disturb, but made a big improvement quickly without a big mess.

A little background, my best friend is a Master Plumber in the Midwest and I do quite a bit of plumbing myself.  We first called Harry in 2005 to run water out to a new outside kitchen we built.  On time, under budget and perfect....never a problem and we have hot and cold running water.  We had two different hot water heaters replaced, the same day each one of them died.  Harry has provided me with insight on a few niggling plumbing problems around the house so I could fix them.

Doug is a true craftsman. Doug is meticulous in his work and actually cares how things look long term. Doug takes the extra time to explain the issues, form a plan to resolve the issue. In addition to that, he kept his original bid quote with a few minor complications. Doug is a very honest person. He was upfront and didn't sugar coat things . We had several people come out for quotes on the work. By Doug's own admission, he isn't the cheapest but he definitely does quality work. Doug completed the tasks in a reasonable amount of time and was accommodating to my family and schedule. Doug also went through the hassle of teaching me how to do the repairs so that someday, I wouldn't have to call anyone else for that. Doug was very polite and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him back.

Spencer came out and fixed our shower valve. He did a great job! Very professional and friendly.

First off, it seems I see Plumbing trucks or Plumbing Vans all over the valley and sometimes I've wondered how do these guys stay in business? Now I know! I've now had two bad experiences previously with other plumbers who misdiagnosed the problem with my pipes, and overcharged me.

A friend from church referred me to Plumbing 2.0 and I'm so grateful he did!  A smiling, Master Plumber named Dustin arrived ON TIME, listened to my description of the problem (waste water back up in some sinks and tubs) in my older (historic district) home. Dustin immediately went to work and within minutes, he diagnosed the cause of problem exactly,  and began rootering the pipes that were causing the issue of gross, waste-water backup  in my four bedroom home. He took the time to do the job right! The problem was permanently solved! The other guys never really fixed it, just made it better for a few days. Dustin and plumbing 2.0 is the best I've ever worked with! The pricing was better, Dustins demeanor and attitude  were better, and let's be real here: his skills were obviously far Superior to three other so-called plumbers I have contracted with in the past.

We recently added a new guest room to our home and decided after construction that we wanted to also add a new sink to the room.  The problem was that we needed the drain and water lines to be ran to the room.  We called Zest and our plumber, Paris, came to our home and did an outstanding job.  Paris is very knowledgeable and professional.  He was able to put a new drain at the location by connecting to the existing drain inside of the wall and he ran new water lines for the faucet.  Paris did a great job of explaining exactly what he will be doing before he got started and cleaned up his work area prior to leaving.  We are very pleased with the result and we now have a new sink in a room that previously did not have a sink.  We are impressed with Zest!

Jim came on a timely basis and did the work we needed.  We thought the charge for services was a little high but really can't be sure since we haven't had plumbing work done in some time.

This company was just superb. The service from the moment the plumber arrived to fix our plumbing issues to leaving, we have better indoor plumbing now.

They earned my business for good with this. Did I mention that I called on a Saturday morning and got service within a couple hours.

I ran into problems installing a new kitchen faucet. I called Ron and he was over the same day in just a couple of hours. He was friendly, professional, and his rates were very fair.   I have his card on my refrigerator for the next tine I think about doing something myself.

I highly recommend Phillips Plumbing.  I'm new to the area and turned to YELP for recommendations.  I had a problem with the water not dispensing from the refrigerator and Dustin immediately new what it was and repaired it quickly. We had a serious leak. We tried to call several plumbers and left messages. No calls back. When we called Blues, we received a response almost immediately. A certified tech was at our front door within an hour. He (Jacob) was polite and efficient and found and repaired the leak and was on his way. What a relief!  I would recommend Blues Plumbing to anyone wanting either immediate or professional work. Five Stars to Blues!

Our hot water heater sprung a leak...like a huge leak. After calling our home warranty company (Select Home Warranty-they suck) and finding out they don't cover leaks (WTH), we called Parker and Sons, who we have a contract with. They came out checked it and said it would cost $3000!!!! And that was with my discount. WTF!!! Knowing this was exorbitant, I quickly checked the good ol' internet. Tavares Plumbing advertises as flat rate, so I called. He promptly called back and gave me a flat rate (50 gal heater $935, added warranty,10 year total, $250) $1135 for exactly what I needed. Honesty and not gouging, imagine that! He said he'd be over the next day and he was! And the price was exactly what he said. He let himself in my garage, did the job and left after cleaning up and making sure my garage door was locked. P.S. I was able to check on the progress via my security cameras. I was flabbergasted at the professionalism, honesty, promptness, etc. if I had to do it again...I'd save a lot of effort and call Tavares Plumbing.
