Called and scheduled an appointment the next day for non-emergency stuff that needed to be done. We received an $800 quote from another company to fix an under sink drain that seemed high.

Seth from Belsito arrived and came up with a fix at a fraction of the cost. He also tweaked a spigot we thought needed to be replaced but found it just needed to be tightened. Seth could have jacked the bill like other companies and charged us for work that didn't need to be done but he didn't.

He even cleaned up and was super friendly. We will definitely call Belsito again.

Man came out on a Thursday, took a look, had an open seepage pit in the back yard, was told I'd get an estimate, probably by Monday, received 2 plans , on Thursday, called for an explanation of each, was told estimator was in the field and he'd call at the end of the day, they didn't respond then, and I left a message 2 more times, guess I should of been more specific as to the end of which day ! 2weeks later and still waiting! Total waste of my time with what I'd consider an emergency, an open pit of s _ _ _ ! Don't really care that they drove 50 miles out and took the time to work up 2 estimates, they can waste their time and money, don't waste your customers!!!! What a business model !!!

Last year we went through the horrors of slab leak and Belsito Plumbing was our choice. It was a 3 day job but the team we had got it done and dusted. Now we had a leaking kitchen faucet and of course called Belsito to replace it. We opted for a new upgraded model with some bells and whistles.

Seth came out and tackled the job. He is very personable and set to work with the installation. Right off the bat the job was more complicated than was anticipated as the faucet had not only been leaking at the sink but down underneath. Also the shut off valves needed to be replaced. It never rains but it pours literally.
Anyway job completed and everything left tidy and neat and at a reasonable cost with a 1 year warranty. Belsito Plumbing highly recommended and our go to for plumbing issues.

Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. What they DID do however, is quote a full valve replacement for $1100.

$1100? Shower valves are $200, tops. $900 in labor? Really?

I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

I contacted Belsito Monday morning, they called me right away, and scheduled my appointment the following day since it was not a specified emergency, and I did not need immediate service.

They had honored all quoted prices stated over the phone. The tech arrived on time, and notified me 30 minutes prior. The plumber was personable and professional during every interaction while he was here. Josh came over, did a very thorough job at snaking out my drain, and went above and beyond cleaning up from the mess from the snake job.

Josh had ensured that the drain was fully clear prior to departure to ensure a completed job. When it came to invoicing, I was able to pay on his iOS device prior to his departure.

Highly professional group. If I need to have another plumber come out, I would not hesitate to reach out to this company directly.

I hired Belsito to convert my propane outdoor fire pit to natural gas as I specifically wanted large flames for warmth and was only getting about 2-3 inch flames. Nothing but positive things to say as this turned in to basically a complete gas installation rather than simply running a gas to a completed stone seating area with pavers. Although it required a return trip, they pulled a new gas line from the gas supply that they had pulled to the fire pit under the existing seating area. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would recommend this team for any gas needs.

Stay away from this company! Over the phone with Uriah, I was told that next day they will locate the septic tank and send excavator . I was suppose to pay $250/hr for digging and another $550 for pumping. Instead, they sent 2 guys that were manually digging for hours. Next day they did sent excavator. It took him 2 hrs to reach the tank. Locator spent 30 min.to pull the toilet and locate the tank. The bill was $2000 before even going into pumping expanse. When I expressed my outrage, Darren McNamara offered $450 credit. That was it...never heard from them again and never got the credit.

I recently had a septic tank fill and back up into the house. Belsito Plumbing responded over a weekend when others did not. They came out with a crew and resolved the issue. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient.
They remain at the top of my A list for any future needs.

I'd give zero stars if possible.
Bait and switch price. Watch out!!
They told us a price for two septic $1500 inspections for real estate requirements. We asked for an email of the price quote and the woman said that they don't do that. They were supposed to be here at 10:00 am but showed up after 1:00 pm. When they got here, they came in a pump truck. They dug around a little bit, then asked if they could they go get the tractor. I guess the two lethargic guys didn't feel like digging. It took them an hour and a half to get back with the tractor. Why didn't they have the tractor on the truck when they came to the house? Then they tell us it is now $900 more for the tractor. This was never told to us ever or agreed to. We called the office and talked to Tom. He talked over us and tried tell us that the tractor cost $900 and it's now $2400. We never agreed to that. I guess he thought since he was at our property now, he could charge us more. We kicked them off the property. Horrible company. Beware. Get it in writing.

Belsito was a lifesaver! I live in a condo complex where a main plumbing line burst and our 150 units did not have water for over 8 hours. Belsito was the third company to come out after two other companies botched the job/said they could not fix the issue until the next morning. Despite being muddy and working past 10pm, the Belsito team was positive, friendly and got the job done! We are so appreciative of the Belsito team and highly recommend them!

I would not recommend these guys for any work at all. So I have a clogged main drain call them out here. Gentleman shows up and says he clears the leak
been here less then 30 minutes and its a $300.00 charge which would have been totally fine if it solved my problem. Few days later I smell raw sewage walk
around house see that the caps were not put back on the risers after he cleared the leak so I'm not sure how long I was backing up again. Call the company back
they say if i want someone back out they are going to charge me again for the same problem I had them out in the first place for. We get in an argument then the
Manager calls back we go back and forth a little bit then he says that he is going to get someone back out here to see if we can fix the problem. Now its been 30 hours
since the call back and I have yet to hear anything. Just handed this company $300 bucks for nothing. Run from the hills from these guys!!!!

The service I received was no better or worse than any other plumber...
I had a small leak on a pipe coming out of an out door garden hose outlet...
The price was $600 plus tax...I was ask to pay in advance and that he would return the next day to do the repair..
Not knowing the extent of the repair and time needed for the repair.
I foolishly agreed as we were leaving in a couple of days to visit our children in TX and I needed to have this done before we left.
The plumber came the next morning and did the repair in 15 minutes..
I was shocked...It was the most EXPENSIVE plumbing repair ever.
Besito is the most expensive, most dishonest, most un-reputable ,
plumbing service you will find.
DO NOT USE BELSITO PLUMBING..
There are many plumbers around..
Balsito should NEVER be one you call..

I was pleased when I first contacted the company. I had no trouble giving them my information and a few details about my issue, and after doing so they were supposed to call me back to get everything figured out and set up. When they did call back I was with a client, so I returned the call about 20 minutes after receiving the voicemail from them. However the receptionist or girl who's in charge of answering phone calls was extremely rude when I called back, I tried to explain my situation and she did not acknowledge anything I said, and the way she spoke to me made me feel very little. Big disappointment

I had an issue with my gas fireplace. The gas line was not working and the pilot light was out. Kenny from Belsito responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes, and as opposed to setting up an appointment to come charge for their services, knowing what the issue was and how to walk me through fixing, he instead gave me step by step instructions on how to get it working. 10 minutes later, I have a working gas fireplace. I can't thank Kenny enough for the friendly service. I will absolutely be calling Belsito Plumbing the next time I need gas or plumbing service.

I replaced my garbage disposal, but it kept leaking. Tried several times. Finally gave up and called Belsito plumbing. They sent someone in a timely manner. Arrived right on time for the appt and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Wish I could have done it myself, but am happy it is fixed.

Used Belsito in the past and I was happy.

Called again for an emergency and they came out rather quick for a clogged toilet.

Their tech took around 3 hours to clear the clog. In the process, he put the snake down the drain and it came out of my other toilet in the master bathroom, breaking it, and wreaking havoc on my bathroom walls, cabinets and ruined all the bathmats. This was clearly a mistake, as there is not plausible reason to do this to a customer, that I understand. They offered to replace my toilet, which I appreciate. I get a call the next morning saying that they are coming back to replace my toilet and camera my drain to make sure that they got the clog. I said yes. But up to this point in our business, not one price has been mentioned. Not the initial toilet breaking visit, not the return, or the camera work. I can take some responsibility for not asking, but these prices were starting to rack up. I get a call once all the work is done and the tech wants to charge nearly $600 for this work. The camera that was just brushed off as a simple task comes with a $300 price tag. Then there's the labor charge for the plumber who spent a large amount of time doing damage control from destroying my other toilet. Come to find out later, the owner just wanted the camera done to see if he didn't have to pay to replace my toilet, at his own admittance. Because had there been a clog, that diverted the snake into my other toilet, he wouldn't have paid to replace it? Sounds crazy I know. But that's why I called you guys out, because there was a clog, because you are plumbers.

So I speak with the owner and we settle on a price of $400, which I am not happy about considering the damage that was done to my bathroom and that all of this was done without saying a single price to the customer.

This experience really has put a sour taste in my mouth in regards to Belsito Plumbing, which saddens me because I was happy to have found them and used them prior.

I had a hot water leak at 1am on a Saturday. Bad news! I call belsito and the my said the earliest they could come was 6. Ok I understand. I shut the water off and waited and cwaited and called and waited. They arrived at 8 and fixed the water heater by noon. They guy did good work, but I definite paid a lot for the service.

Then, NINE months later, I get a call from a collections company saying I never paid. I never received any call or letter since the service.

****update******* steve called me back and apologized for the confusion on my payment. I really appreciate the follow up from Steve.

Unfortunately these guys aren't any different from the old regime. They say they bought it to provide better service but they aren't any better. Thankfully reddi services had some knowledgeable techs and were able to get what we needed done quickly and no added cost or issues.

Belsito added a larger tank to our septic system and left the property looking like they weren't even there. They literally brushed the gravel. Robbie and John were professional and great to work with! Then the company called the day after the work was complete to make sure that we were happy! We would definitely recommend them for any septic needs.

Had a new hot water tank installed in 2016, and it failed by 2018. After two visits by technicians, stating nothing was wrong with the tank, only a bad element, Belsito identified a leak replaced the tank and charged us for labor.

2018 tank is now failed from the same type of leak (water pouring out from element). Despite several messages, emails, and online appointment requests, the plumber has yet to respond. Avoid... Poor quality products, incompetent technicians, poor responsiveness.

I would not recommend this company at all. I called to tell them my septic was backing up and that it had just been pumped a year ago. I told them I needed to have someone come out and tell me what was wrong with the system. They dug and pumped but then said the $850 we had to pay included an inspection. Even though the pumper told us multiple times it would be inspected. Don't waste your money.

I had a leak in my kitchen drain pipe that went below the slab.

Belsito used a special tool to carefully remove the concrete around the pipe without damaging the surrounding floor tile that we had just installed.

Not only were they much less expensive and much quicker to respond than the other companies that we talked to, they came in below their own estimate.

Avoid Belsito.

Called to have four septic tanks emptied. Couldn't find two, but they pumped the two the could find. They told me to call the County to see if the records for the tank locations could be located. Did so & called back to say that the drawings on file showed the tank where they had been digging. I asked for them to send a locator and agreed to pay the substantial fee for that service. They said I would get a call back the next week to schedule.

That began a repetitive series where I would call every two weeks or so asking for them to send someone out to locate the tanks. They would say, we'll get back to you next Monday or Tuesday. They wouldn't... and repeat. Over and over.

Each call I made I asked for my invoice. I was told that it would be sent. There was often a reason like, we have to get the number of gallons, or we're printing them soon. It never came... just like their promise of service. Zip.

Until two months later when I get a phone call saying that I owed them for the two tanks they had pumped (which I didn't dispute) and that I was 60 days past due. I said I'd never received an invoice and that the remaining work I'd asked for hadn't been done. They emailed an invoice during the phone call. I agreed to pay it.

Then, 15 minutes later, I get a phone call from the owner yelling that I hadn't payed my bill, that the work was done, that I hadn't followed though. I said I intended to pay and didn't dispute the invoice, just the late billing and behavior. He said, check or credit card. I said I was in a meeting and would call him back with a credit card. He hung up on me.

Another 15 minutes later I get a call saying they're putting a lien on my property for non-payment. The woman who called kept saying, I'm so sorry, I'm just passing on the message from my boss. What a coward!

This sequence occurred while I was in a meeting, unable to get my credit card or checkbook, and after I had repeatedly asked for an invoice... call after call... and they had never given me one. Suddenly it's an emergency that they get paid.

Did they do the work I'd ask them to do? Half of it. Did I owe them money? Sure. Their mismanagement of their billings shouldn't have turned into my problem. It did.

Yeah, I paid them (that same day & within two hours of receiving my first invoice from them). Have they done what they repeatedly said they would? Nope, they sure haven't.

I'd look elsewhere, unless you only want half the job and a bucket of abuse.

I found Belsito Plumbing through the Local First Arizona directory and love that they are a local business. I first used them in January when I had a tub from the upstairs leaking water into the downstairs ceiling. They responded immediately and had the leak repaired the same day. A broken shower handle was the culprit. I received great service both over the phone and from the moment they stepped in my home to when the job was complete.

On Friday, I had a leak coming from the ceiling again and immediately thought of Belsito. This time they tried to fit me in the same day, but due to an emergency could not make it before closing time so they scheduled me in for their first appointment Monday.

Rich showed up bright and early. Unfortunately, this time a faulty downward spout that was causing the leak so it was not covered by the warranty of the previous repair. However, I had amazing service once again both from Rich and from Gene who honored their honest and fair pricing.

Belsito made another unpleasant day into a great customer service experience. This is the kind of service that creates a lifelong customer. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Heard there commercial on the radio. Being skeptical I looked up reviews. Everything looked good. So we have them a call. They showed up on time. They were very courteous and were very patient with my wife, as I was working. They cleared the line and on there way. The very next day, we had a back up again! Not happy. Belsito plumbing came right back over and took care of everything. Made us a priority for the day. Very great.
Thank you for the good service. We will use them again, hopefully won't need them, but if we do. We will call Belsito Plumbing!

If you want to feel unimportant the this is the plumber to call.

I've had the experience this week alone of working with two plumbing organizations. Belsito plumbing was not the positive experience.

I called them for an estimate. She the technician arrived he tried to jump right in to fixing and not estimating.

For the one item that he did fix (mind you I didn't request it be fixed, he just started working and I didn't stop him) - let's just say it didn't last. I had to call the management office and explain my displeasure in having a ~200 repair job fail after the first flush.

Once the situation was explained, we rebooked a separate technician to come back and fix the attempted fix. We scheduled a time for 1:30 in the afternoon. At approximately 1:32, on the day of the visit, I received a call explaining that our technician was at a corporate site over an hour away. They were going to do the courtesy of calling me when he left. What is the point of scheduling a time when it is completely disregarded. This is a total disrespect of me and my time.

Very disappointed.

Update: I called them at 40 minutes after our scheduled time. The technician still hadn't left their corporate office (which was over an hour away I. Non rush hour traffic - do increasing every minute he delayed his departure). This is a continued display of disrespect to me, my family, and my schedule.

Called Belsito plumbing for a very simple problem - a stainless steel cup stuck in the garbage disposal (embarrassed to make the call really). We couldn't get the thing dislodged despite prying at it for over an hour and concluded that we would have to disassemble from below to fish it out. Out comes Louis from Belsito, and he pops the cup out in less than a minute. No disassembly required. I guess it just took a little oomph and some magic. Who knows? Anyhow, the problem was so simple and ridiculous, he didn't charge us anything for the visit. Nice guy too. What company offers such friendly and honest service nowadays? Apparently, Belsito does! I was thoroughly impressed.

Will definitely call them back should I need a plumber in the future. Fully recommended!

I would give a 3.5 star if I could. I'm actually impressed with their prompt quote, and the availability of the water heater we needed to replace immediately.
I called just after 6 am on a Monday and my call was answered immediately. The man on the phone said they had the water heater we needed and could send someone out first thing (8:30 am).
Our water heater was leaking, so it was important to have someone out as quickly as possible to prevent any water damage. After waiting until 10 am and no service tech yet, my husband called and was told they had GPS and the tech was close; well he didn't show until closer to noon and said they double booked. This delay not only wasted our time off from work, but put our home at risk of water damage.
On the positive, their price was competitive, and the job was done well by the tech.

This company schedule the plumber to come at eight in the morning and when he didn't show after an hour wait I called and was given a lame excuse. They then re-scheduled between 11 and 1 PM and again no one showed up and there was no phone call to explain why. I would recommend you stay away from this company

I'm sure these folks are really nice and all, but the other night I scheduled an appointment on yelp for this group to come to my home. The app confirmed that I had an appointment Monday at 8:00AM. The following day, no calls, no emails, no nothing. Just be careful if you book an appointment with these folks on Yelp. We ended up having to call someone else.

SEE UPDATE AT END.

I had a leak in our main water line to the house. They came out within a few hours and gave me a quote, and they were on time the next morning and made the repair quickly (the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1). On the phone, for the quote they said they charge hourly and it would be up to $650 to excavate the yard, including removing pavers, and determine where the leak was, then another $150 to repair the leak. However, the leak was right at the house so no time was needed to find the leak, yet they still charged $650 for it! It took about 5-10 minutes to find the leak since the hole was already partially dug and where the water pooled up.

When I left the house this morning, after they had been there about 30 minutes, and they already had the hole dug to determine where the leak was, they said it would be $150 to repair the leak. It was my understanding that there was no charge for finding the leak since it was right where it was expected to be, and they didn't have to excavate and search for the leak. I called them up afterward once I found out what they had charged. I asked the field plumber to reduce the price since they didn't have to spend any time finding the leak, and he refused.

UPDATE: Rachel from Belsito called me up, we went over what happened, and they refunded about half of the $650 hourly charges. I am happy to report great customer service from the office (just not so great from the field plumber). Review upgraded from 2 stars to 4 stars now.

I have used Belsito Plumbing several times over the past few years. The service is always exceptional. This time we had a main line stoppage and the pipe actually had to be replaced. Even more challenging is that we were dealing a home warranty company on this repair. My hat goes off to Rachel and Roger who both went above and beyond to get this done. Both spent well over an hour each on the phone with the warranty company. Rachel was in constant contact with me during the entire process.

Roger came out with an assistant and a back hoe to dig out the area to access the pipe. His work was meticulous. When my husband got home that night he couldn't even tell that the back hoe had been there. Rachel even called me later in the day to follow up.

I will definitely recommend Belsito and use them again. They have always been professional and reliable. Thank you Belsito Plumbing.

We had them come out on an emergency call due to an underground leak in our front yard. I was quoted what I felt was a fair price for the time it would take to complete. Little did I or the plumber know that this one hour job would turn into a four hour one stretching into the night.

The guy was nice and courteous even at times when I knew his frustration was elevated. At the end of it all he stuck to his original price and the fix worked. I would recommend.

I really enjoyed my experiences working with Belsito. Steve ran through all the numbers and made sure to address all of my questions. They were very reasonably priced. Miguel who came to my house was extremely customer service oriented. He answered all my questions and quickly pumped my septic and made sure I didn't have any issues. Overall great experience.

I had a main drain line replaced by belsito. The line went from my house to the city main behind my house. First, they suggested that my lawn would be more or less return to its original state. Unfortunately that was not the case. They used a bobcat to dig the trench, but since I had a gravel rock landscape, when they backfill, the rock and dirt was mixed. Leaving absolutely barren area of dirt. I had to get a truck load of replacement rock and place myself. I would have thought they would have rake out the gravel rock and dug more likely with shovel. Instead everything was mixed together.

Worse though is they only replaced half of the line. I had a collapsed line due to being 50 years old. they replaced the line to the point of the collapse, which was half the distance to the city main, but did not replace the remainder. Of course I was buying a full line replacement. This first crew was awful. I didn't even realize they didn't do a full line replacement unti they packed up and left. Eventually, Belsito sent in a second crew, which was very professional and quite good. But they ultimately charged me more.

I am tempted to give a two star since the second crew was great. But it was such an awful experience with the first crew, that I have to settle with a one star. I can't recommend.

I had an emergency plumbing leak in my home/office and Louis Durham with Belsito Plumbing was dispatched to help me correct. He was very efficient, experienced, friendly and was very thorough with his assistance in finding and correcting the problem. The price was affordable which was wonderful for sure!

I would highly recommend Belsito Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We contacted Belsito Plumbing to get a quote to replace a Pressure Vacuum Breaker. Jim Kurz was dispatched to the job and would couldn't be happier with the quality of the service and with Jim himself. Jim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the whole process. He was just a downright nice guy. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received.

I called this morning to inquire about installing a water softener. I am replacing an old water softener with a new one I purchased at Lowes. I asked the woman who answered the phone the pricing, and she replied that we don't provide pricing over the phone. I explained that this was a simple job, reconnecting a new water softener. It felt like I was talking to a used car saleswoman. She was very ambiguous, wanting to schedule a site visit before scheduling installation. This is a simple task. I didn't feel comfortable moving forward with them based on my telephone conversation.

Belsito Plumbing used to be good but since they have changed ownership management it has gone dow hill. Several months ago I I made an appointment with Krista with the plumber Louis who already did the quote for this project I had planned. I have used Louis before. Yesterday, I called in the morning and confirmed my appt between 2-4 pm time frame. At 3 pm they told me the plumber was running behind and would be over at 4:30, I said no problem. After 6 pm, still no plumber. I text messaged the plumber Louis, and he says that I am not his schedule! I call the office and the lady that answers says, who's Louis? I said, you don't know who your own employees are? She says hold on and gives me Darren who I think is the operations manager. He says hold on and passes the buck by connecting me to an unassuming acountant who has no idea what is going on. She confirms that they scheduled me with a Charles not Louis like I requested and that she was going to call me to tell me that he cancelled an hour ago. I expressed my disappointment that no one was professional enough to keep me in the loop and that I wasted 4+ hours of my day waiting around. She said Darren would call me back and he never did as of this post. I am finding a new company.

What an awesome company! They answered my calls and my questions and were able to give me a ballpark bid over the phone on the estimated costs to replace my shower faucet which was not working properly. Bill the service man who came out did a phenomenal job. He actually called to tell me he would arrive earlier than expected (which was great), was extremely knowledgeable about what was needed to get the repair done and even had all the parts needed to complete the job on his truck!

Bill was done in about twenty minutes and my shower was once again fully functional. He did not try to oversell me and actually saved me some money as I was able to return the replacement faucet I was expecting him to install and he even saved me some money on the estimated repair cost! Thanks so much Bill for your quick repair, now I know who to call for all my plumbing problems in the future.

By far, hands down, the best plumbing service I have ever experinced.
The office team who did the scheduling for the call were incredibly friendly and accommodating - I had a same day need that was taken care of promptly and professionally.

Their techs have a well marked van with majority of the parts/tools they may need on them.

Roger was our technician - he was so down to earth and kind, I throughly enjoyed speaking with him. Roger took the time to educate me on what each part of our water system does (valves, shut offs, pipe runs, etc.) I appreciate the respect he showed to our property while working on it. He did have to dig to identify the issue but cleaned it up before he left as if it never happened. Very knowledgeable, professional and patient individual.

Rachel who I worked with over the phone was accommodating and patient with me as I explained any concerns I had.

I would recommend Belsito to ANYONE and would never consider using another plumbing service company!

Left messages with all of them. 24 hours later only one ever contacted us. Belsito came in, got the parts and did the job for a reasonable price. That's how you earn loyalty. These guys are awesome. This morning I discovered a leak from underneath an upstairs bathroom vanity sink. When I tried to shut off the valve under there to that supply line, that part began leaking about ten times faster than the other leak. I immediately shut off water to the whole house and went to yelp for help.

The reviews for these guys were really good and they weren't too far from my house. When I called, the receptionist was very polite and transferred me to someone else who was also very polite. I explained the problem and he said he would have a guy out within an hour. It actually only took around 40 minutes for someone to show up.

Louis (Lewis?) was the plumber that showed up and he was so friendly I'd have to say that was the best customer service I've ever received from a tradesman. He replaced the faulty parts and I am leak free again. On top of the great customer service by all three people I dealt with there was a coupon on yelp that saved me a bunch of money.

I will absolutely use these guys again for any future plumbing issues.

Don't call them unless you want to pay DOUBLE. Had a tiny leak by water meter. The guy from city noticed, shut water off for us. Said was an easy fix and be careful not to be overcharged. Belsito came out, checked it out and quoted 750. What?! When I was shocked and said I'd need other estimates they said ok, and walked right off.
Had another company come out same day and do it for 320. Another person quoted about the same amount. Unreal.

Louis from Belsito Plumbing was awesome. I had a broken valve, a leaky tap outside and a couple of leaky faucets and all needed replacing. He did the work quickly and efficiently and was reasonably priced. Cleared up after too, other than the paperwork for the new faucets warranty nothing was left for me to do but put things back into cabinets. Great turnaround too, from the first call to job being scheduled was only a couple of days. Rachel in the office was great as well. I will absolutely use them again.

We called Belsito after another plumber bailed on us right before we were scheduled to start construction. They arrived the same day, within 2 hours of our call. Gave us an estimate which was half the price of the first plumber. Leo knew exactly what to do and even made us aware of some pipes that needed to be up to code, which the other plumber never mentioned. Leo was very efficient, professional and friendly, not to mention he saved us when we were in a pickle and even saved us money! I would definitely recommend Belsito Plumbing, thank you Leo!!

Excellent plumbing service - I recommend them and they got the job done when I was in a bind with my two master bedroom vanity sinks that needed a drain plug replacement. These guys are 100% reliable and dependable and even gave me knowledge about some of the other plumbing stuff in the house - free plumbing advice, that's invaluable!!!! How about that? I would definitely hire them again, make sure you do for any small , less complex plumbing work that you can't DIY. For the more expensive complex jobs, make sure you check prices with other to obtain a more competitive quote. Belsito pricing can be a little bit steep for the more complex projects.

Tried to schedule an appointment for them to come out the next day, since today is a Sunday and would be double the cost for them to come out.

First, the lady tells me their normal hours are 7am-4pm, so I ask if we can have someone come out at 7am. She says that while they answer the phone 24 hours a day, they don't send out plumbers 24 hours a day, and that they schedule their first appointment for 8-10am.

Then she tells me that she doesn't have her scheduling computer in front of her and that it's not on. So I ask her if she can turn it on and she mumbles something about it being the weekend and the computers being off. So I tell her I'll call her back.

I try calling back 10 minutes later to schedule an appointment (presumably her computer is on by now), and there's no answer. For the next hour, I try calling back several times from 3 different phones and nobody is picking up. So for a service that supposedly answers the phone 24 hours a day, not picking up the phone so that people can schedule an appointment to give you money is probably not the best way to run a business.

I'm not a fan of the negative post but I think others should be aware. I hired Belsito in the past without issue. This time I needed three things taken care of and was very specific when booking plus they installed two of the items I wanted serviced. The plumber was to arrive at 8am. At 8:15 I received a call from him stating he was just leaving. He arrived an hour later. I showed him the 3 items and he informed me that he had to leave to get parts which took an hour!
Then he started on the first problem which was a leak in my master bath. The walls behind & to the left of the toilet were heavily water damaged but instead of opening up the wall he stated it was a toilet leak (true but not everything) and left it at that. When the contractor opened up the wall it was immediately obvious that there was a leak from plumbing behind the wall.
The sheet rock was sodden.
Item 2 was to change out the whole house filter & to reconnect the bracket as it had pulled apart. Unfortunately when he got the parts at the supply store he neglected to get those so he had to go back AGAIN!
The 3rd item was to drain and flush the on demand water heater. This was done without much of an incident except he had to wait for it to drain which could have been going on while he was working on something else. All his poor time management & failure to come prepared was done on my dollars. A LOT of them!
I contacted Belsito who agreed that the work with the toilet/plumbing wasn't done properly and then thanked me for allowing them to make it right. Another plumber came to fix it he also had to go get the part even though I provided them with photos. When he had the right part he completed the task in about 10 minutes but then he charged me for more time which isn't what I would consider making anything right not at least for the customer.
All this time fetching materials you the customer pays for. I know they cannot always have everything but this was ridiculous.
I will never do business with this company again.

We are remodeling an older home and decided to have the plumbing looked at. We had Lewis out to install a new drain to the new tub we had already purchased. He also replaced the old galvanized drains in the kitchen and snaked the line as we knew we had a slow drain. Lewis was excellent. Friendly, honest, and the job was completed perfectly. You get what you pay for. We would use Belsito again in the future.

Had a clogged drain in guest bathroom which was causing water to backup in the sink when i turned the water on in my bathroom. I tried fixing it myself for a few hours even went out and got a drain snake. To no extent and a huge mess i could not fix it myself. Decided to give up and call a plumber. i google plumber 85028 and came up with Belsito plumbing along with plenty of great reviews. Contacted main number and scheduled a guy out next day. The plumber took a look at the issue and said he'd fix it no problem. I was quoted 110 and one hour later the job was completed with very little mess left behind after his cleanup and I was a happy customer.

Would definitely recommend to anyone especially since im a big fan of family owned businesses.

Amazing Company!
Belsito Plumbing just left and I am so pleased. We have had low water pressure in part of our house for a few years now. We have had a couple of other plumbers come, but no one has been able to or really I should say, taken the time to really find the problem. Belsito Plumbing did take the time and then proceeded to fix the issue. I was expecting a huge bill for the time even though we did not have anything replaced, just cleaned out, but I was so happy that the cost was so reasonable. The technician could not have been more nice. He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He went about diagnosing the problem, checked everything, and then settled on the issue. He then told me about what he thought was the issue and then went about and fixed the issue. The water pressure is now wonderful everywhere in the house. I could not be more happy. Had a block in the main line of the house on a Saturday morning, all drains were backed up and it was flooding out all over the bathroom floors and flowing to carpet in bedroom. Called around and belisito quoted within 2 hours for $90 trip charge, came within an hour. Plumber Lewis was friendly and snaked drain to fix problem. I used to love Belsito. But Roger is gone now & the plumbers that are left provide poor service. I called for an 8am appointment to install a shower kit & toilet. While they came close to 8, Belsito sent an unexperienced plumber who did not have the right tools for the job. The plumber said while waiting for his boss to bring a tool, he would install & caulk around the toilet. Toilet was installed, but he never cleaned old caulk off and never added new caulking around the bottom of toilet (which I think may be a code violation, not sure). Then the plumber left to go do another job, leaving my plumbing work incomplete. When the supervisor arrived with the tool over 4 hrs later, his explanation was stuff happens. Then unexperienced plumber tried to placate me by saying other customers have bigger plumbing problems than me. So overall, Belsito took 4 1/2 hours to do a 1 hour job, while basically telling the customer you are not that important. Use at your own inconvenience.

These people are fantastic, totally professional and honest, what more could you want in a plumber. When our home had a leak in the ceiling of the kitchen, Dave got an available plumber on the line and he was at our home in less than 2 hours. Louis assessed the situation and confirmed it was roof, not plumbing that was leaking. He even went back in to confirm, then he was off to save someone else in the torrential rains. Used these guys twice. The first time the technician shows up an hour early. I told him to come back at the arranged time. Then he comes back and does the job, and gives me a final price. The price was a flat $325.00. I asked for a receipt showing the charges. He never gave me one, or sent me one. Called them back for another job. This time the technician calls an hour and a half early; I told him to please stick to the time I arranged. This job was charged a flat $275.00 Interesting all these flat #'s. Then I asked for a receipt again. He promised one but never gave one. What are they hiding in their pricing?? Will never use this company again. Random pricing; no receipts. Makes one stop and think.

Great service - professional, on time, and efficient! Francisco figured out quickly that my new hot water heater had been installed wrong and that the top element was fried. He had to go buy the part but came right back and finished the repair, making sure hot water was reaching all of the faucets. When he left, there wasn't so much as a smudge to be cleaned up. I can't say enough about Francisco and Belsito - I highly recommend them!

I think I may have found my go to plumber. After receiving a much too high estimate from another plumbing company to replace a bathroom sink faucet, I called Belsito and spoke with Gene. The price he quoted was much more in line with my expectation, and since they are in the same vicinity as my home, he said they could come out the same day. A little later Gene called back and told me Louis was on his way. Sure enough, Louis showed up, and in about an hour had finished the job. Very satisfied with this initial experience, and I anticipate using Belsito again for my future plumbing needs

Being new to the Phoenix metropolitan area I did not have any leads on plumbing services so I turned to another online reference source and ultimately came across Belsito Plumbing LLC. I'd initially contacted no less than three of this sources highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and three handymen. Those who bothered ti respondr provided outrageous quotations.

The job I was seeking services was installation of a basic utility sink in my garage. The price quotes I'd received from the aforementioned three A-list and highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and one handyman (two handymen never returned my email or calls, all A-listers) ranged from $705 to $850 for services. These quotes did not include the sink, faucet and other plumbing essentials. Belsito quoted and did the job for $342.57. Their quote contained a few dollars for miscellaneous parts beyond what I'd obtained from Home Depot. I purchased an all-in-one utility sink package that contained a faucet, P-trap, flex water lines and some other parts plus some copper pipe, elbows and angle stops from Home Depot for about $120. In the end the job ran me about $465.

I dealt with a gentleman named Gene who took my first call scheduling plumber David to come out to my residence at no charge to look over the project and give me an estimate. I received a formal quotation the very next day, which as I said is exactly what I paid David upon completion of the work. Gene quickly scheduled the work and David arrived on time and was done in the time estimated in the quotation.

Am I living a dream or did I just tell you a story whereby I received quotes from other highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and one handyman for what surely would have been more than twice what I paid Belsito Plumbing LLC? I can't say enough about my experience with Belsito, Gene and David. They were very professional, courteous, timely and most of all fair. What more could you ask for and exactly what I'd hoped to find. I highly recommend them and will myself call upon Belsito for all my plumbing needs in the future.

We called Belsito Plumbing last night after hours. The lady that answered the phone was very professional. We were told it would be $40 to come out and give a quote on the job. The tech Louis arrived within an hour. He was professional and worked quickly to fix the problem. We had a leak in an old pipe on the side of the house. After thinking through the problem we decided it was best to work around the pipe instead of fixing that pipe. The work was done and our bill was half of what other companies were quoting us over the phone.

Really, don't waste your time with any of the others. I chose this company because it had a lot of reviews and they were nearly all perfect. Turns out that there's a reason for that. What I thought would be about a $1,000 in repair work, was only $300 with this company. Full blown leak from an upstairs shower was coming into the kitchen on the 1st floor. These guys came in and had the ceiling opened up and leak fixed in a few hours and charged me a fraction of what I thought it would be. Really good and they know their stuff. Ask for Jacob, because he said that you can request certain plumbers. He was the one that did the work. Really nice guy - good with my kids.

I was desperate!! While babysitting at my son's home, the toilet overflowed.. Needed my sewage treatment facility serviced, scheduled an appointment on the weekend for a Tuesday service as I was not in a rush, routine pumping. Received a call Monday to see if they could come today, unfortuately I was not able to meet on Monday, was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon between 2 and 5 pm. We first used Belsito Plumbing when our home warranty company sent them out to handle a septic problem we had. Recently we found a water leak in the garage at a water heater circulation pump that was spraying water horizontally and eating into the drywall next to it. We called the warranty company and requested Belsito again but couldn't be guaranteed they'd get the call. We called Belsito directly who answered on the weekend and told us how to turn off the water and suggested we wait till the next morning so we didn't have to pay an emergency service call. They were here 8am the next day, it took about an hour to repair and when I called the warranty company and went through the prompts the cost of the repair was so little I didn't even need to speak to anyone for authorization; the automated message said send the bill in for reimbursement.

The 2 times I have had them to my house they have not been able to fix a thing. First time was a leaking drain pipe inside a block wall. They didn't want to touch it. However, the second time was only to replace a faucet cartridge. I actually knew more than the plumber that showed up who just screwed around with it for 30 minutes and left. Both times I had to pay their $150 minimum charge for nothing. Don't waste your time with these bozos, call a real plumber.

I'm a New Yorker. I don't take #@&% from anyone. I have high standards! Well, this afternoon at 4:15, I sprung a BIG leak.Water everywhere..tons of towels. I called Belsito. 45 mins later.The guy is here, fixes it.bada boom.(lol). Price: amazing. Seriously, they 'saved' my life. I am calling them this week to replace my water softener(part of the problem) and R/o. I live in a community where I think people drive in and say:let's gouge them. Not the case with Belsito. I would recommend them to anyone with any plumbing issues.

Terrible...never use these guys. Plumber came out to fix clogged drains. Could not find clean out (it was by front door) so he snaked the toilet. He said all fixed, however we asked for 2 bathtubs to be fixed as well. He said, they are fine and it will cost you. He then broke the drain plug, and did not fix the clog? We called Belisito back and told them we were unhappy. They scheduled a next day appointment. Never showed up? We called, and they said they forgot to schedule. Then next day, the excuse was an emergency elsewhere? These guys are terrible, unorganized, and ill equipped to perform standard home plumbing issues like venting.

Reliable, prompt and fair. No job too big or small in the home for them. Repaired outdoor sewer return, water heater, faucets, etc. Always on time, the plumbing pros are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The one time I was less than satisfied with a result, they more than made it right. I would recommend Belsito Plumbing.

Belsito saved my day!!! I am having a dinner party in a matter of hours, and the garbage disposal broke, causing a flood under my sink. From the time I called to the time it was fixed, under 1.5 hours! Jim was beyond professional, and honest in his repair. Very fair pricing, and the voucher from Yelp ($50 for $100) was just an added bonus. Belsito has my business for life!!

Our regular plumber is great, but a little pricey, so we decided to try someone new. Belsito's rating on Yelp made us give them a try. We called on a Saturday afternoon for a non-emergency. They told us someone would call us back and let us know when they could come out. About an hour later the doorbell rang and it was the plumber. Luckily we were home as we never got a call.

The plumber was friendly and got right to work. He was able to take care of one problem, but needed a part for the second one. It turned out that he could not order the part (??) and we had to do it ourselves. Once the part arrived about a week and a half later, the plumber came back out to finish the work.

He did a decent job and was a nice guy. But, they were extremely expensive. We certainly did not save any money going with Belsito. Also, when he was out the first time the plumber left some dirt on our carpeted steps. He was wearing booties, so not sure how he got the dirt there. It was easy to clean up, so not a huge problem.

My service man was great. Was there within the hour I was promised so I didn't waste my day he was clean cleaned up his mess and did a great job. Only negative is they're a bit pricey I had 5 small leaks and it was over $900 that's crazy to replace a hose bid and a leak then fix a toilet leak at two places and a shower leak at the faucet I would love to use them again if they weren't so pricey

Good experience all around. They were quick to schedule an appointment and called ahead to say they could arrive early. Nice! The plumber, Louis, fixed a leaky shower for us and installed a bunch of new faucets throughout the house. It was service with a smile and they got the job done right the first time. The price was good, too.

Great experience! I set up appointment at 10:45pm and they came out the next day. I used the $100 yelp voucher for $150 toward service. The tech was nice, professional and diagnosed problem quickly. We thought the repair was going to be more expensive so we were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend!

Because I'm only in Scottsdale part time, I relied on Yelp reviews to choose a plumbing company. The reviews of Belsito Plumbing were so good and now I'm adding another one! Rachel, in the office, was great and Don, the plumber, was professional, knowledgeable and very nice and friendly. I love that they gave me a 20-minute head's up when they were on their way! Don also gave me a $50 voucher, which I really appreciated! I will definitely call on Belsito again!

I used Belsito Plumbing for 2 jobs this summer. They were quick to come over and provide a reasonable quote. Belsito fixed an underground leak in my front yard by the sprinkler system and a leak in the backyard by the pool. Belsito offered a deal on Yelp to provide a good value. I would definitely recommend Belsito Plumbing.

Efficiency: He arrived early and finished under two hours.

Expertise: He knew exactly what was wrong and how to repair it. He had 20 years experience.

Professionalism: Polite, respectful. He explained what he was doing, cleaned under the sink and around the floor afterwards, and left the place cleaner than when he started.

Great service, came same day for a free estimate, with a very fair price. Next day came before the scheduled time and completed the repair in a timely fashion, exceeding all our expectations. The technician was Louis, couldn't have been nicer, explained everything as he went along. We will definitely be calling them again, it seems hard to find a reliable honest plumber, thank you Belsito.

Called Belsito yesterday to get a quote for replacing our kitchen faucet along with the two quarter turn valves (corroded). The dispatcher was very nice and she got the plumber to my home within a few hours (even on a Monday) and he was quick and precise along with a great price for doing the job. Would highly recommend. :)

We've been using Belsito Plumbing for our residential & commercial needs for years & they're THE BEST. Hands down. Their customer service reps are friendly & informative. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgable, punctual, patient (my husband asks A LOT of questions) & honest. I've never been disappointed & highly recommend them for all your pluming needs - you won't be disappointed! Also, they're incredibly philanthropic, donating to numerous local charities, non-profit organizations and schools - you can't beat that!

I called yesterday for an appointment today. Quickly had it scheduled (for a specific time and not just a vague period of time), and I was called twice just prior to the Tech's arrival on time today-once by Gene from the office and again by Louis when he was on his way.

Louis was wonderful (and I'm not the most easy to please). He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. My clog was quickly cleared, but he went the extra mile to explore all possible causes. He confirmed that I could us e the Yelp deal (which I did), so from the service to the price, all was great. Very pleased.

These guys quoted my mom 475 dollars to repair a 3/4 sprinkler line. They quoted 3 hours of labor. Their trip to the homedepot down the street (5 miles) ended up taking more then a hour. During their extended homedepot trip I ended up fixing the pipe myself with a box of spare pvc parts and a shovel. I will also be writing a 1 star review on other sites such as yelp. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs. This company is out to make a quick buck with customers they can take advantage of because they don't know anything about plumbing

Another great experience. Used them for the second time to help with what I thought was the sound of a water drip behind a bathroom wall. First, setting up the appointment was great and the lady who answered the phone (sorry I did not get her name) was very helpful and also called to let me know when Louis was on the way. Louis arrived right on time and after listening to the leak asked if I only heard it when I had the hot water running, for a long period of time, which was the case. He could not duplicate the sound of the leak when he ran the cold water only and advised that what I thought was a leak was just the sound of the hot water pipe expanding against the wall framing which shifts over time. What could have been a long repair turned into a very reasonable service charge for his time, which I was more than happy to pay. As before they were professional, courteous and honest. Very highly recommend Belsito Plumbing.

Belsito Plumbing was sent out by my home warranty company to evaluate a problem with my powder room water closet. Their tech, Leon, was very professional, polite and assessed the problem quickly. With the approval of the home warranty company, Leon returned and performed the work in an expedient, clean and friendly manner. Would recommend them to anyone requiring plumbing expertise.

At some point, everyone needs a plumber. You just hope you need them when it's NOT an emergency. Ha, dare to dream! While we were out of town, our neighbor notified us that our main water valve sprang a major leak. Actually it looked like the landscaper hit the pipe with his power tools and he described it as water shooting everywhere and landscaper went M.I.A. He was able to get it turned off for us to deal with when we returned. Jet lagged and fried, my guy couldn't fix it Sooo, late last night he called Belsito. We fully expected to get voicemail but Steve answered and assured someone would be here before noon. David arrived at 10:00 and assessed the issue. He fully explained the problem, how it could be fixed and quoted the price. It actually ended up being less even though I don't have at home printer to get the Yelp coupon. Score! David answered my questions, was very courteous and worked quickly. He understood the stressor of being without running water in the house. Thank you, David!!! I will definitely recommend Belsito Plumbing to fellow Yelpers and others.

Craig came out the day after I called for a broken garbage disposal and resulting clogged sink and dishwasher. He unblocked the garbage disposal and got everything draining almost immediately, then we decided to replace it, which he did easily and promptly. Craig is very respectful and timely, will definitely work with him again in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Not much to say here. We had a Thanksgiving day clog in our kitchen sink. Expectations were set by Belsito to show up at 3p. They were able to come 3 hours early (with notification of course). Professional, courteous, friendly. They are the plumbing company to look to the next time you have issues!

The day I moved out of my house, we could not work the shut off valve for the hot water line to my washing machine. I called eight plumbing services, getting more and more panicked that I was not going to be able to find a plumber, before I called Belsito Plumbing. They were immediately sympathetic and helpful, and Louis came out to my home within an hour of my call! He did a wonderful job making the repair and was exceptionally careful and precise when he needed to cut away some drywall. I am very grateful to Louis and Belsito Plumbing for doing great work and helping me out when I really needed it.

We had a tankless water heater that stopped producing hot water and needed immediate repair. My home insurance referred me to Belsito and when I called I spoke to Rachel who I found to be pleasant, professional, and very understanding that we needed someone asap to service our unit. She asked me if there was an error code displayed on the unit (which there was). It was late in the day, so she told me a service technician would be there by 8am the next morning. Roger (the technician) arrived right on time and I was surprised to hear that he had already made numerous phone calls around the valley to locate the part needed for the repair. He was able to determine the needed part from the code I gave to Rachel the day before. The part was not available anywhere local. I was assured by Roger that he would take care of everything. He made the call to my insurance company, explained the situation, got the work order, and proceeded to call the out of state manufacturer directly to order the part and have it shipped overnight. When the part arrived at their shop the next day, Rachel immediately dispatched Roger to come out to finish the repair. He showed up and was done in about 30 mins.
I cannot say enough good things about the way Belsito handled my repair. The office support staff were extremely professional and helpful. Roger was the right guy for the job. Tankless water heaters can be very complex, and Roger told me that he had years of experience working on these units. He did a fantastic job. I will highly recommend Belsito Plumbing.

We had a great experience with Belsito plumbing today. I had a leaky outdoor faucet and five other outdoor fixtures I needed replaced. My bathtub was not draining and had some sink faucets that had barely any water coming out. Michael and his son, Kyle, came over - on time- and were very friendly with my crazy dog and my three young boys. He popped the filter off the indoor sink faucets and showed me how to clean them- no charge! They made a run to the store to get supplies for the outdoor fixtures and had them swapped out in no time. Michael has been doing this for many years and you can tell by his expertise and the way he handles himself and the problems that may arise. They were in and out in les than an hour and a half. I will definitely be requesting Michael (Mike) next time I have a plumbing issue! Thanks guys!!!!

I called Belsito for someone to come out (6/27)and tell me if my water softener was working. I thought it was but have never used one before. They were the least expensive for a service call(at the time) $60. When the sales person came with his assistant (trainee I think) he proceeded to go directly to the kitchen sink to run a hard water test. After 6 or so drops of some chemical in the test bottle he declared the water was hard. Then to the softener...doesn't look like it is working even though I told him there was no hard water scale residue anywhere in the house. So he said I needed a new softener. Never told me how to fix or try to clean on my own... $800 +...asked for a bid to replace the sink and faucet...$150 for the faucet...$350 for the sink...said I really needed an RO system....$1200... and a new water heater $1000....by the time he left my quote for all the items I needed was over $4000....I didn't buy...but did cally Tony from GE to do the same... he tested the water...NOT HARD WATER!...Then he instructed me how to clean the softener and maintain it. Also said an RO system could be installed for $599 or $899 depending on the system....guess what he charged me for the visit? $0.00!! Nothing! I waited to post this because I don't like to give bad reviews....but I got madder over time at being taken...so no more nice guy!

I love Belsito Plumbing. We recently renovated our new home and I really wanted a freestanding bathtub and the plumber my contractor recommend wanted to charge me a crazy amount of money. Wanting a second opinion I decided to contact Belsito plumbing. Jim came out and explained to me the differenced between installation of a clawfoot and freestanding, he made is so simple and easy to understand. He told me to find a bathtub with the drain in the front and it will cost much less, the whole time I was picking out tubs with the drain on the side not understanding the cost of moving the drain. Michael was the plumber who came out to do the plumbing for my new tub. He was extremely professional and nice. At this point after weeks of frustration of dealing with the other plumbing company I still didn't have a faucet picked out and it was the last thing I wanted to do. Michael took time to help me pick out the faucet online. We went over the specifications to make sure it would work. I will not ever use another plumbing company. Belsitio Plumbing is HONEST, PROFESSIONAL and the BEST. The office staff was great too! A++
